平日と土日でスタッフのいる時間が違うので、荷物を預けたい場合はスタッフアワーを間違えないように注意が必要。 チェックアウト自体は鍵をボックスにいれるだけなのでわかりやすく、問題なかった。

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Super location - especially if you're wanting to go to Te Kaha (the stadium), Riverside Market, or the central city shopping areas. Room was generous in size, and had everything you could need. Even a washing machine and complimentary laundry liquid! The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely spotless, with a divine shower and lovely touches like a heated towel rail and complimentary products. And the kitchen was extenisive for a studio unit.
Given the size of the room, it seemed very strange to only have a double/queen bed in it (we can't agree on what it actually was). The location was surprisingly quiet on the whole, although unfortunately a car did park outside for a while at 2:30am with a booming stereo, and it took another brave guest to go outside and ask them to be quiet. But that is beyond the company's control - and ear plugs were provided.

We were checking after hours and simply had to call to get the access card handed to us (took 30 seconds). We ate at local restaurants but did notice they handily had a vending machine for meal kits at reception.

We needed to made adjustments to our booking at the last minute so that we had an accessible room for my daughter who had broken her leg and had surgery a few days prior to arriving. The staff on the phone and then upon arrival were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a suitable interconnecting accessible room. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. A short walk to Riverside Market and the new One Stadium.

This accommodation has everything I need, whether I want to cook for myself, eat out, or do some laundry during a busy work trip. The staff are also so accommodating, friendly, and always happy to help, which makes travelling for work so much easier. It’s comfortable, convenient, and has everything I need for longer stays. I’ve enjoyed it so much that I’ve now pre-booked all of my future work trips here. Highly recommend!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026部屋には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器、調理器具、電磁調理器も揃っていて、自分で料理も可能だった（実際はしなかったですけど）。 さらに、バスルームに自由に使える洗濯機と衣類乾燥機と洗剤があり、すごく便利。複数日滞在したいくらいだった。 駐車場もすぐ隣にあり、一泊25NZ$を別途支払わなければならないが、駐めやすい駐車場で便利。 歩いて行ける距離に大きなスーパーマーケットが3軒あり。
エアコンの効きが悪く、ちょっと寒かった。それ以外は文句なし。

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Location was excellent. Manchester Street was close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, the One NZ Stadium, transport options and CBD walking was easy. The room was a good size (102), well laid out and equipped bathroom, decent shower, separate washing machine and dryer and well equipped kitchen, fridge etc. Plenty of room for our suitcases. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Curtains were blackout and worked well. Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful on arrival and checked us in early to an already serviced room which was most appreciated. The only downside, was we could not get the Chromecast to work to our phone. A minor inconvenience compared to all the pluses!
Small niggle with not being able to get the Chromecast on the TV to work, but no other dislikes.
