Location was quite good and clean.

Property doesn’t comply to 4 star hotel. Poor breakfast, in bath room just one bottle of liquid soap, no shower cup, no vanity set.

Pokój całkiem czysty, miła obsługa. Stosunek jakości do ceny okej.

W pokoju brak lodówki i czajnika, co raczej jest standardem w hotelach 4 gwiazdkowych. Na śniadanie nie ma dużego wyboru i codziennie jest to samo. Łazienka też by mogła być czystsza w takim standardzie. Lokalizacja też średnia, do centrum trzeba dojeżdżać komunikacją, której też nie ma w pobliżu hotelu.

The rooms are small but comfortable.

I did not like the breakfast at all. I try to eat healthy and almost all the food options contained ultra processed food like pancakes, sausages or cereal. Some boiled eggs, cottage cheese, banana or similar would be appreciated.

Das Frühstück war ganz gut mit viele Optionen und genug Platz zum Essen. Das Zimmer war relativ Groß mit einem guten Bett, es gibt auch einen Aufzug und es gibt gute Öffentlicherverkehr Anbindungen.

Es war zimlich schwer eine Rechnung per Email zu kriegen. Name falsche geschrieben, Unbehaltene Versprächungen, dass es am Morgen erledigt wird. Es hat wirklich zu viel gedauert so eine Kleinigkeit zu erledigen. Am Ende wurde die Rechnung gedrückt weil es per Email nich gang. Die Kundenorientierung beim Empfang könnte besser sein.

Temizlik, bakım, ilgi, talepleri onemseyip yardımcı olma, çözümün bir parçası olma arzusu, lezzetli yiyecekler ve dahası. Kısacası her bakımdan memnun kaldık. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

Frühstück ausreichend und gut

Hotel moderno,pulito,stanze ampie e comode. Posizionato un po fuori dal centro (30min a piedi) ma in una zona residenziale tranquilla con supermercati,locali,farmacia per ogni esigenza. Fermata del tram a 5min a piedi dall’hotel per raggiungere il centro o gli altri luoghi caratteristici di Vienna. Colazione buona e sala colazione curata e ben servita (aggiungerei qualche proposta dolce in più come croissant o simile per essere proprio ben fornito). Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando i prezzi del centro.

Qualche aggiunta di proposta dolce nella colazione. Cuscini un po’ più comodi se proprio devo trovare un appunto(ma è uno standard che ho rivisto anche in Germania e nord Europa).

Ci è piaciuta molto la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anticipato. Per noi era molto importante, perché avevamo prenotato un’escursione al mattino presto. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il fatto che l’hotel accetti i cani e che per il nostro cane fossero state preparate delle ciotole, una cuccia e una copertina. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio sotterraneo, raggiungibile direttamente con l’ascensore. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, e le colazioni sono gustose. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, soprattutto l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Great hotel! Our room on the 6th floor was comfortable, spacious and very clean, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. The soundproofing was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The 24-hour reception was also very convenient. A special mention goes to the breakfast — it was excellent! There was a great variety of food for every taste, everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The kitchen staff did a fantastic job: food was constantly refilled, tables were cleaned quickly, and everything was well organized even during busy hours. The selection was generous and varied from day to day.

The main downside was the distance from the city center. Walking back to the hotel in the evening was a bit tiring — it took around 30 minutes, although trams and the metro were available until late. The price could also be a little lower considering the distance from the historic city center.

Amazing stay! 🥰🐾 We really loved the hotel, especially how welcoming and pet-friendly it was! We were travelling with two dogs, and the hotel provided two dog beds as well as separate bowls for food and water. Such a lovely and thoughtful touch! 🐶❤️ The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were especially kind and attentive towards our dogs. The breakfast was also delicious, and there is convenient parking available for guests. For anyone travelling with pets: the price is €16 per dog per night. Highly, highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again. 🥰🐾

We had an amazing stay. Clean rooms, great service, amazing buffet breakfast (any bad review about the breakfast is a lie!). As the buffet is essentially an all you can eat breakfast it makes eating out in Vienna very cost effective if you are travelling on a budget The hotel was able to organise complimentary prosecco and cake with a candle for my fiancés birthday breakfast which was extremely kind. Staff on reception and at breakfast very friendly and helpful

Mein Mann war im Zimmer als die Putzfrau erst um 16.00 im Zimmer war. Sie hätte fragen können ob wir frische Handtücher brauchen?

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Lokalizacja ok - blisko przystanki tramwajowe i metra. Pokoje czyste, łóżko wygodne, śniadanie całkiem smaczne i urozmaicone.

Jedyny drobny minus to prysznic, który wymaga delikatnego odświeżenia.

Dobra lokalizacja, przestronny i czysty pokój z balkonem, bardzo dobre śniadania, bardzo miłe panie na recepcji, możliwość zaparkowania samochodu. Jeśli wrócimy do Wiednia, to na pewno do tego hotelu.

Nie mam tu nic do dodania, wszystko nam się podobało.

Non c’è nessuno che sorveglia l’hotel e può entrare chiunque. La stanza non ha un frigorifero e non ti danno bottigliette d’acqua per accoglierti. Vicino ai servizi per spostarti in città ma a più di 15 minuti a piedi.

E relativ aproape de centru (30-45 min pe jos și 10 cu Uber). Micul dejun e ok, dar nu spectaculos. Ai posibilitate de parcare subterană a hotelului, dar eu am preferat să nu o folosesc. Camere destul de spațioase și sunt 2 lifturi astfel ca nu aștepți după ele. Recepționistele sunt ok și te ajută cu orice informație. Personalul de la micul dejun e eficient. Am văzut câini, e fain ca e petfriendly.

Am rezervat 2 camere. În una nu aveam aparat de cafea și gelul de duș era pe minim (am transferat de la chiuvetă în recipientul de la duș) iar în alta un prosop era pătat.

Die Sauberkeit lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig. Wir kamen an und im Badezimmer was sehr eng war eine Ameisenstraße,ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass man sowas bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht mitbekommt. Der Kaffeeautomat ging nicht. Der Tee war zum Teil schon abgelaufen. Der so toll angepriesene Balkon / Terrasse war sehr zu gewachsen und überhaupt nicht einladend.

Buona posizione nel quartiere Alsergrund, centro raggiungibile anche a piedi, parcheggio pubblico coperto economico a breve distanza. Colazione a buffet ottima e varia, sezione dolci a parte: a Vienna, famosa anche per le torte, trovare solo le solite fettine di torta marmorizzata tutte le mattine sembrava come minimo indice di scarsa immaginazione.

Struttura molto valida soprattutto per la sua posizione e i collegamenti. Situato a breve distanza da fermate di mezzi pubblici, l'hotel permette spostamenti veloci sia verso il centro che verso l'aeroporto, rendendolo comodo per trasferte di lavoro e weekend turistici. Le camere sono ben tenute e dotate dei servizi essenziali; si apprezza l'attenzione alla pulizia. Il personale è cortese e pronto a fornire indicazioni sui trasporti locali e sulle migliori soluzioni per raggiungere le attrazioni. Consigliato a chi dà priorità a posizione strategica e facilità di spostamento.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel amazingly clean and comfortable. Soundproofing all over the hotel. Great breakfast. Location is good not excellent because you have to walk a distance of about 15 minutes to get to the metro station and due to heat at the time we were visiting it wasn't very pleasant. Although there werw bus and trum stops closer to the hotel. Overall everything was amazing and will be back here again if I will visit vienna.

L'emplacement est plutôt bien. Le personnel est sympathique, bien que sorti de de/en, il n'y ait plus personne.

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment médiocre comparé aux standards autrichiens. Très peu de choix de petits pains, petits pains mous. Eau pétillante en carafe, donc quasi dégazée. Absolument AUCUNE viennoiserie. Choix de charcuterie quasi inexistant (salami/jambon cru/jambon blanc/roulades), et de qualité supermarché. Pas de compotes. Aucun yaourt à la myrtille, la référence autrichienne. Jus de pomme industriel. Le bâtiment est quelconque, les photos publiées ne sont pas celles de la façade. L'intérieur de l'accueil est glacial. La literie est moyenne et les chalets exigües. Dernier point. Lorsque l'hôtel prétend veiller au gaspillage d'eau, il serait bien qu'il respecte les règles. Une serviette suspendue n'est pas à changer tous les jours. Seules les serviettes au sol sont censées être changées. Le personnel d'entretien n'est pas au courant de ce qui est écrit sur le sticker (comme dans la quasi totalité des hôtels)

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The location is good, and the city centre is within walking distance. Vienna is a beautiful city – it's just a pity it was so hot during our visit.
