Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Blick auf den Fuji und das Onsennad was man mit kleiner Tätowierung betreten durfte.
Frühstück / Abendessen viel zu teuer. Das Hotel sollte dringend renoviert werden. Alles sehr alt. Im Bad gab es viel schwarze Stellen und Kalk Flecken. Fenster waren im Zimmer schmierig, was das heraus schauen zum Fuji schwierig machte.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Der Service incl. des Transportservices waren angenehm. Die tolle Aussicht auf den Fuji ist hervorzuheben.
Es ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen und es hat Retro-Charme. Der Onsen sowie die Zimmer sowie gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels. Renovierung wäre notwendig.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Die Lage war toll, es gab einen Onsen mit Innen- und Außenbereich, Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Mit Blick auf den Fuji absolut zu empfehlen.
Leider hielten sich im Onsen nicht alle an die Regeln. Einer brachte sogar sein Handy mit und schaute Videos. Vielleicht könnte man Verbotsschilder offensichtlicher machen? Ist aber natürlich kein Fehler des Hotels selbst.

The room is a bit dated, with some peeling wallpaper. There are no convenience stores nearby, so we recommend buying food and drinks at the main station before heading over.

L’établissement est dans son jus depuis sa construction il y a quelques trop nombreuses dizaines d’années. On ne peut pas éternellement réparer : Suppression des poses savons dans les douches, Moustiquaires partiellement troués, meubles abîmés. Une rénovation il y dix aurait pu justifier le prix. L’accueille n’a rien de la prévenance japonaise que nous avons trouver dans tous les autres hôtels. On y trouve majoritairement des salariés indiens effectuant leur travail. Nous n’avons pas voulu manger à la cantine du rez de chaussée et ne sommes restés qu’une nuit sans tester les onsens sur le toit notre avis est donc partiel.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026房間就可看到富士山，還可以看到微微的逆富士 飯店人員都非常熱情，退房後可免費寄放行李、早上有提供免費接駁車到河口湖站(入住時櫃檯人員會拿時間表詢問) 5樓可泡湯(室內、室外)，尤其是攀登富士山下山後泡湯非常舒服，同樓層有投幣飲料機及冰品機、還有投幣全身按摩及腳底按摩 4樓有提供投幣洗脫烘機可以使用，洗衣機及烘衣機各有兩台，洗衣¥400、烘衣30分鐘¥100 飯店門口出來左邊大約10公尺(步行5秒吧?)就有巴士站牌，如有需要使用巴士紅線也非常方便

The supplied pillow was uncomfortable with no alternative options available. On arrival we were told that there were no dinner or breakfast options. But still people were eating in the restaurant that same night. The excellent hospitality that we are used to in Japan was lacking at the reception.

到着した時、スタッフの方は電話中で、対応していただくまで、随分待たされました。 お風呂場で少しすべりそうになったので、気を付けながら歩きました。 また、男湯女湯入り口はすぐ横ですが、鍵などはないので少し不安でした。

Reviewed May 18, 2026The only good thing about the hotel is the view. All rooms have direct view to Fuji.
When I arrived earlier that the check-in hour, we had an emergency and I needed to change the baby, the reception pointed towards the toilet, where there was nothing of use for what we asked. They suggested we check in earlier if we want to changed a diaper, which costs extra per hour. We ended up paying extra as we needed the room. Also, they didn’t see, and insisted, that we did not already pay the stay on booking.com Even though its a hotel placed in a touristy area, the lady receptionist spoke 0 english, so she could not help us with anything. There is a shuttle, but you need to reserve it 1 day before, there are 0 info shown, you have to request all the information, and with 0 english, it’s not easy. I requested help with a taxi reservation for the next day, they declined saying its not possible, in that morning, I requested support to request a taxi to come, as the apps cannot find a taxi close to the hotel, as its further from the town, they called once, the taxi company didn’t answer and declined calling a second time I had the sensation for multiple times that I teleported in North Korea. That was the vibe

夕食の バイキングはまるで よそのホテルの朝食のバイキングのようであった。そこで全てが台無しとなった。 アメニティの種類が最低限で少なかった。 フェイスタオルはお風呂用と 洗面用と2つないと 使い勝手が悪い。 窓ガラス が 汚れていたので 、富士山 の写真を撮ってもその汚れが映っていた。 仕方ないので外に出て写真を撮った

Lo lejano que está de la estación, NO tienen microondas en la habitación, hay que bajar al primer piso y caminar hasta el fondo para poder calentar la comida. El precio es solo por el onsen y ni privacidad tienes porque va a cada rato el personal a mirar y es incómodo. Y para ser un hotel solo te dejan un té verde y listo. En otros hoteles incluía café, té y azúcar, además de un microondas. Inclusive en hostales tipo hotel nos tenían máquinas de café. Ah eso sumarle que no vimos en los 3 días el Fuji porque estaba lloviendo extremadamente fuerte.

The bus service in the area was really good so there was no issue getting around and about. We really enjoyed our stay.
It is a bit dated but it is an older hotel so this is to be expected and the price was great.

Pathetic stay! The hotel staff would turn off air conditioning without notifying you, and ask you to open the windows for cooling your room. When you open the windows you can’t sleep because of outside noise. We also had some unruly neighbors who were talking loudly and we needed hotel staff’s assistance (3 different calls and 1 walk to reception) to get the situation under control. The hotel gives you the room for 19 hours - checks you in at 3pm but checks you out at 10am unlike other hotels.

The service and hotel hardware are quite satisfying (except the buffet is quite ordinary), but the problem is the guest. They enter onsen wearing underwear, shout to their friends at the other side of the onsen, take excessive food they cannot finish. These all hinder the staying experience.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from balcony (I think only 6th floor rooms have balconies, but all rooms have the view from the windows). Plain, clean facility, and a leisurely walk around the lake from the train station. A lot of times, booking a room for one person is difficult in Japanese resort locations but this inexpensive hotel was great.
The food is not good. I recommed eating elsewhere (15-20 minutes walk).
