The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a big fridge and microwave. The host was incredibly kind. We spent our evening chilling at a quiet jazz club in District 1.

Only one keycard was provided, which made it slightly tricky for two people.

Un lugar maravilloso para relajarse después de un día ajetreado explorando Saigón. La habitación se sentía muy fresca y limpia. Nos encantó comprar pasteles recién hechos en una panadería cerca de la Ópera y comerlos en el balcón.

從入住到退房，一切都完美無瑕。房東回覆非常及時。我們很喜歡叫Grab去Landmark 81欣賞全國最高的景觀。下次一定還會預訂。

The apartment was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host provided great instructions. We spent a fun evening at a hidden speakeasy bar in District 1.

Wystrój był piękny i wyglądał dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach w internecie. Gospodarz był niezwykle pomocny. Uwielbialiśmy spacerować po parku przy tunelu Thu Thiem, podziwiając wspaniały widok na panoramę miasta.

모든 것이 설명과 정확히 일치했습니다. 로비에서 2분 안에 그랩 택시를 쉽게 잡을 수 있었습니다. 호치민시 역사박물관도 방문했는데 정말 좋았습니다.

L'appartement était remarquablement calme malgré sa proximité avec le centre. Les draps étaient d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous avons dégusté un excellent Com Tam au petit-déjeuner dans un petit restaurant du quartier, juste en bas de la rue.

La piscine peut être un peu bruyante le dimanche lorsque les familles viennent avec leurs enfants.

Ich fand es toll, dass es mehrere Supermärkte und Cafés direkt im Gebäude gab. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und hatte einen tollen Fernseher. Wir haben einen Tag damit verbracht, das lebhafte und unterhaltsame Cholon (Chinatown) im 5. Bezirk zu erkunden. Während des Berufsverkehrs waren die Verkehrshupen von der Straße unten deutlich zu hören.

You can get to almost any major attraction in 5-10 minutes by Grab. The room was clean and airy. We loved visiting the Saigon Central Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral area.

The residential parking area is massive and a bit confusing to navigate.

Bien plus abordable que de loger directement dans le District 1, et pourtant à seulement 3 minutes en Grab. Le lit était immense et très confortable. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans un bar sur un toit-terrasse près du marché Ben Thanh.

Elke ochtend wakker worden met uitzicht op de rivier was heerlijk. Het appartement voelde als een echt thuis weg van huis, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken. We hebben erg genoten van ons bezoek aan de Chua Ba Thien Hau-tempel in District 5, die op korte rijafstand ligt. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het kan in het begin wel even zoeken zijn voor bezorgers van maaltijden om de juiste lobby van de toren te vinden.

The cleanliness was 10/10. Very bright room with large windows. We took a day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels, and the tour bus easily picked us up right from the Rivergate lobby.

Der Gastgeber schickte unglaublich detaillierte Anweisungen mit Fotos, daher war der Check-in kinderleicht. Die Wohnung wirkt wie neu. Wir haben den Besuch der Jadekaiser-Pagode sehr genossen und uns anschließend in der Nähe ein berühmtes Banh Mi Huynh Hoa geholt.

Nuestro anfitrión fue maravilloso y nos dio una larga lista de recomendaciones de restaurantes locales. Probamos la cerveza artesanal en Pasteur Street Brewing Co. y estaba buenísima. El apartamento estaba impecable. La salida tardó unos minutos más porque tuvimos que coordinar la devolución de las llaves.

ستشعر بأجواء الحي الرابع الأصيلة من الخارج، مع راحة فاخرة في الداخل. كانت الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة للغاية. تناولنا بان زيو (فطائر مالحة) لذيذة في مطعم محلي قريب. عبور الشارع أمام المبنى مباشرةً يتطلب بعض الثقة.

The host was amazing and answered all our questions within minutes. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We loved the street food tour we took around District 4.

Just cross the bridge, and you are in the heart of the city. The unit was impeccably clean and smelled great. We did a morning walking tour around the War Remnants Museum, which was very educational.

The street outside can get quite congested during heavy rain...

Mükemmel temizlik ve harika klima sistemi. İç tasarım çok minimalist ve şıktı. 42 Nguyen Hue'deki Cafe Apartments'ı keşfetmeyi çok sevdik - gerçekten eşsiz bir konsept!

Wi-Fi-nya sangat cepat dan stabil untuk panggilan Zoom saya. Saya menyukai tata letak apartemen yang modern. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Distrik 1; saya menghabiskan sore hari dengan mengunjungi kafe-kafe di sekitar Jalan Dong Khoi dan bekerja dari tempat-tempat trendi. Liftnya bisa agak lambat sekitar pukul 7-8 pagi saat semua orang pulang.

The apt feels new, uncluttered, and easy to keep tidy. A/C cools quickly and is quiet while sleeping 😴. Netflix worked right away for a simple movie night. We walked the river path after dinner.

I really liked the brand new feel of the whole place. The host was very easy to talk to. We took a morning walk on the beach, and it was so peaceful. The Fairy Stream is definitely worth a visit.

The studio feels peaceful, but the city is right there when you want it. The layout makes the small space feel open. We used the dining table for an hour of laptop time and then headed to District 1 by Grab. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable.

Not a huge wardrobe

Mir gefiel das natürliche Licht im Wohnzimmer sehr. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und fragte regelmäßig nach, ob wir etwas bräuchten. Wir haben das Einkaufen im Saigon Centre/Takashimaya sehr genossen.

Rivergate to idealny obiekt. Jest wystarczająco cichy, aby dobrze się wyspać, a jednocześnie zaledwie 5 minut od nocnego życia na deptaku Bui Vien. Łóżko było super wygodne, a klimatyzacja działała lodowato. Uczestniczyliśmy również w wspaniałym rejsie z kolacją po pobliskiej rzece Sajgon.

Hintaansa nähden lähellä District 1:tä sijaitseva hotelli on fantastinen. Huone on siisti, ilmastointi on tehokas ja suihku on loistava. Nukuimme hyvin joka yö. Rakennus tuntui turvalliselta koko ajan.

Los muebles se ven muy nuevos y modernos. Dormimos de maravilla. Nos encantó pasear por el Zoológico de Saigón y el Jardín Botánico en una tarde soleada. La tienda de la planta baja a veces se queda sin productos frescos por la noche.

Waking up to the river view was lovely. The 1br apartment was very spacious. We spent an evening at the Bui Vien Walking Street for drinks, which is just a short ride away. The hallway AC in the building isn't always turned on, so it can be warm outside the room.

Neutrální paleta barev a měkké osvětlení dělají fotografie skvělými. Ranní světlo je jemné a lichotivé. Prostor působí čistě a uklizeně. Před prohlídkou jsme si dali pomalou snídani – žádné velké rostliny, jen malé zelené akcenty.

Ótima experiência por um preço muito razoável. A vista noturna é lindíssima, com todas as luzes da cidade. Visitámos a Agência Central dos Correios de Saigão e comprámos ótimas lembranças locais. Chamar um Grab no átrio é sempre rápido e fácil.

Código, guia, quarto limpo — tudo resolvido em minutos. Deixamos as malas e saímos. As corridas de Grab foram baratas e rápidas. As cortinas blackout nos ajudaram a dormir profundamente.

В номере была стиральная машина и все необходимое для недельного пребывания. До центра города очень легко добраться по мосту. Мы прекрасно поужинали в укромном ресторанчике недалеко от Музея изящных искусств, до которого можно практически дойти пешком.

Gece manzarası kesinlikle görülmeye değerdi. Oda temiz, modern ve harika bir Wi-Fi bağlantısına sahipti. Güneş çok ısınmadan önce Saigon Nehri kıyısında huzurlu bir sabah yürüyüşünün tadını çıkardık.

The surrounding neighbourhood had many cafés and restaurants, which we enjoyed. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The room had everything needed for a short stay. The host was friendly and helpful. Sometimes the street outside was lively but it added to the city vibe.

El apartamento tenía un ambiente agradable y nos sentimos muy a gusto. La habitación era moderna y limpia. Nos gustó su ubicación, muy conveniente, cerca de muchos restaurantes y cafeterías. El anfitrión fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a nuestros mensajes. El edificio parecía seguro y bien mantenido.

Días para visitar mercados y miradores; noches para ver películas y descansar: lámparas cálidas, un colchón cómodo y aire acondicionado constante. Paseo junto al río para disfrutar del aire fresco.

Assim que a porta se fecha, reina a paz — grandes noites de sono. Lavandaria no apartamento, perfeita para estadias mais prolongadas 🧺. Instruções claras para o check-in, sem esperas. Planeávamos cada dia tomando chá à mesa. O elevador costuma ter filas nas horas de ponta.

El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado. La habitación era cómoda y limpia. Había muchos restaurantes cerca, lo que facilitó las comidas. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y atenta.

La ventana capta los cálidos tonos del atardecer; las noches tienen un aire cinematográfico 🌆. El aire acondicionado enfría rápidamente después de haber estado expuesto al calor. Las almohadas adicionales resultaron muy prácticas. La calle de mariscos del Distrito 4 fue un desvío increíble y lleno de sabor. La energía de la calle se percibe con intensidad en el exterior a la hora de la cena.

Vse je delovalo brez drame: sveža posteljnina, stalna topla voda in jasna hišna pravila. Gostiteljevi predlogi za kavarno na strani D4 so bili popolnoma točni. Odjava je bila hitra.

Qeydiyyat kodu, aydın bələdçi, təmiz otaq — hazırdır. Çay içdik və ətrafı gəzməyə çıxdıq. Attraksionlar ucuz və tez idi. Qaranlıq pərdələr sayəsində yuxu dərin idi. Hamam tezgahı kiçikdir; çantadan istifadə etdik.

I I really enjoyed swimming in the pool :) The staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel even before check-in. I really appreciate it 🙏

Gute Lage mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit von Innenstadt und Geschäften, tolle Aussicht aus dem 17. Stock und ein sehr bequemes Sofa im Wohnzimmer.

Die Möbel des Apartments sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise so sehr, dass sie sich kaum noch richtig reinigen lassen. Der Pool durfte nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung über WhatsApp genutzt werden. Generell musste man in der gesamten Anlage sehr vorsichtig sein, da das Vermieten über Airbnb dort eigentlich nicht erlaubt ist. Bei Regelverstößen drohen Strafen – auch wenn uns selbst nichts passiert ist, leidet der Komfort und das Sicherheitsgefühl deutlich darunter. Zusätzlich gibt es viele Einschränkungen: Nur bestimmte Aufzüge dürfen für Gepäck genutzt werden, Poolkleidung im Aufzug ist verboten (teilweise verständlich, aber dennoch sehr einschränkend), bei Verstößen drohen ebenfalls Strafen. Direkt vor dem Komplex hängt ein großes Schild, das ausdrücklich darauf hinweist, dass kurzfristige Vermietungen wie Airbnb nicht erlaubt sind – das sorgt von Anfang an für ein ungutes Gefühl. Der größte Kritikpunkt sind jedoch die Badezimmer: Beide rochen stark nach Kanalisation, was ein absolutes No-Go ist. Der Geruch zog bis in die Wohnräume. Außerdem waren die Badezimmer allgemein nicht besonders sauber. Gerade in einer Großstadt ist das enttäuschend – ich war in sehr abgelegenen Dörfern in Vietnam untergebracht und hatte dort deutlich sauberere Hotels. Hier scheint das Personal schlicht falsch eingesetzt zu sein.

Asked for an invoice since i checked in and reminded them several times but they never sent any to date… they insisted on taking cash payment only no card … and they don’t give receipts

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Apartment was well located.

Was not informed that construction works were going on nextdoor for the whole week, so room was very noisy and not a good place to work. Lifts were also very erratic and didn't go to the floors that were selected which was annoying.

Nothing! Avoid this stressful experience.

Firstly there was difficulty locating the apartment as it was labelled Rivergate Apartments not Saigon Sirius. I believe this is due to the apartments rules not allowing short term stays. Signage bold and visible. She would also only take cash for the room payment and did not supply a receipt. The charge was slightly more than that listed on the reservation. After our poor decision to take the train from Danang to HCHC with three kids, we were hoping to drop our bags and hit the pool if early check in wasn’t available. I messaged the apartment host two days prior to arrival to request early check in however didn’t get a response. Fortunately we had internet via a Vietnamese sim otherwise we would not have been able to make contact. When the host arrived and we advised our plans she advised that a $40USD payment was required. So we said can we leave our bags and use the pool. We were told the pool was closed for repairs. This was not communicated prior to our arrival. We requested free early check in as there was no pool available. After a discussion and some calls we were allowed to check in 3 hours early. The unit was full of dust under the beds and on fittings and window sills. There was also loads of ants in the kitchen and living room. It needs a good clean. The living room couch had a hard piece of wood in the middle that needed reupholstering and or replacement as it was not comfortable. After discussing check out options and leaving our bags prior to our flight home, we were told before the last day that we could leave the room at 12 noon (normal check out time) and leave our bags in the room. On the morning of check out she began messaging me at breakfast at 9am to see if we had checked out yet. I said no as per the previous agreement. She continued to say that the apartment needed to be CLEANED as other guests were coming. I stated our agreement and she said we can leave the bags.

Trotz bekannter Ankunftszeit mussten wir 30 Minuten warten, bis wir mit Kleinkind reingelassen wurden. Die Dame, die uns in Empfang nahm, war von Anfang an sehr kalt und unfreundlich. Es wurde behauptet, dass wir Bar zahlen müssten. Dabei stand davon nichts in der Buchungsbestätigung. Bis sich das alles geklärt hatte, sind 2,5 Stunden vergangen. Der Manager kam irgendwann (immerhin er war freundlich) und hat es mit uns zusammen über Booking gelöst. Es war bereits 21 Uhr und unser Kind mehr als müde. 10 Minuten später klopfte es erst und klingelte dann Sturm. Dann stand die Dame von vorher an der Tür und fragte nach ihrem Portmonee. Mein Mann suchte es im Halbdunkel (unser Sohn schlief bereits), fand jedoch nichts. Da fragte sie allen ernstes noch, ob sie reinkommen und selber suchen dürfte?? Das Apartment war extrem dreckig. Überall schwarze Haare (wir haben alle blonde), Staub, Krümel, schmierige Flecken. Die Socken meines Sohnes waren nach wenigen Minuten schwarz. Im Nachhinein wurde angegeben, wir wären gar nicht angereist (damit der Betrag für die Übernachtung) doppelt gezahlt wird - Kreditkarte wurde als Sicherheit hinterlegt. Nach Rückfrage wurde betont, dass dies von der Seite des Hotels gar nicht geschah? Also auch noch lügen.

Nous avons séjourné dans 2 appartements différents. Le deuxième était bien mieux que le premier : confortable et mieux équipé.

Onneksi " hotellin" sisäänheittäjä sai järjestettyä meille yhdeksi yöksi majoittumisen. Maksu oli käteisellä ei kuittia. Hämärää touhua, en voi suositella kenellekään.

NIET BOEKEN BIJ DIT HOTEL! Opgelicht door de host. Bij aankomst bleek er brand te zijn, dus kregen een goedkopere kamer. Moesten ineens contant betalen terwijl we via Booking hebben geboekt. Host heeft de boeking geannuleerd en hebben nooit een nieuwe boeking gekregen, dus konden niks beginnen. Host beloofde van alles, maar kwam niks na. Zwembad was gesloten, elke keer valse beloftes. Kregen nog een boete door zwemkleding in de lift. Pasje werkte ineens niet meer. Kortom; we voelden ons enorm onveilig in dit hotel en voelden ons flink opgelicht. Ik raad iedereen aan dit hotel over te slaan.

Location wise, not as close to the tourist district, but still walkable to the city centre

Gutes WLAN und ein bequemer Sessel für ein paar Stunden am Tag 💻. Die Lampen verwandeln den Raum schnell von Arbeit in Entspannung. Wir haben zusätzliche Handtücher und einen funktionierenden Föhn sehr geschätzt. Das Schlafen war ruhig und komfortabel. Die Schreibtischfläche ist kompakt; wir haben den Esstisch genutzt, um uns auszubreiten.

Nam was such a lovely host, very informative, greeted us at the main reception and then shown us around the studio. It was extremely easy to communicate with Nam as he set up a WhatsApp group so if I had any questions, it was easy to ask and be informed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a lovely shower. 7 eleven was literally round the corner from the main reception which was really convenient, with a little market shop & even a kids play area in the same section. The location itself was perfect to get around the City! Would definitely recommend & will return if I come back to HCM ☺️

This is my favorite apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the center and has many amenities: gym, swimming pool, cafe, supermarket, etc. The receptionist was very enthusiastic in guiding me to my room and helping me exchange money into Vietnamese currency. The room has a spacious city view, not too noisy, fully equipped with kitchen, pots, pans. The room was very clean, with towels and some personal items. When I asked for more towels, they were also very happy to help. If I have a chance to come back, I will stop by this place!
