Villa Sky Li by Nagisa Bali

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The villa manager and all staff were so friendly, approachable, helpful and could not do enough for us to make our stay amazing. The service was incredible, the villa was gorgeous and the location was perfect. We can highly recommend Villa Sky Li. If I could score higher than 10/10 I would!

Breakfast was fantastic and a welcomed surprise as we were not aware that breakfast would be prepared for us.

We felt sorry for the staff who stayed around as long as they did when we did not require them to do so. Due to no fault of anyone, the power went out in the storm. Many lights, fans, etc were not working for a period of time.

Breakfast was simple but lovely. ADI and team were so accomodating.

The property is a little run down in places but it was clearly stunning in its day and the staff keep it immaculately clean.

The property was lovely and everything was as described. We love the communal area and having the pool right outside your door was incredible. We celebrated my birthday and were blown away by the care the team provided. Adi and Arta were absolutely amazing; so helpful, kind and went above and beyond each day. Our trip was made so much better with the care they gave.

Loved the location and the staff. It was also very spacious. The continental breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom for the second room is located outside, so you have to walk outside to get there and there is no fan.

Everything was perfect for my stay with 3 friends at Villa Sky Li. I am a seasoned Bali traveller and the staff and hosts struck the perfect balance between maintaining the Villa daily and giving us our privacy and space. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful villa, in a great location. Large swimming pool. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Lovely breakfasts cooked by Adi and Udek each morning.

Excellent location. Quiet. Heaps of space. Easy to get a taxi. Massage nearby. We loved a shop next door called Kim Soo which is a cafe and homewares store. Big clean pool with daybed lounges. Beds were comfy. Staff were lovely (Uday, Adi, Kedek, Ngura :)) Ngura took good care of us thank you.

The place needs some maintenance in a few places (locks not lining up, toilet seats needs tightening etc) but overall very good. Pillows were not great. The mosquito nets on beds were grubby and could use a good clean.

The staff was super friendly and happy to accommodate all breakfast requirements

I would like to stay here again.

The location was great. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Very quiet. Very comfy beds. Staff were amazing and cooked some great breakfasts.

Location was very central. Close to restaurants & shopping areas & a beach. It was very central & had easy access to most places. The place had a very nice ambience & the decor was very calm & sublime. The villa pool was very luxurious & clean. Breakfast was good with variations. Staff were very hospitable, friendly & helpful. The art work was also intetesting & sense of aesthetics was very creative. A nice clean relaxing place for a holiday.

The food in the kitchen was not kept in a hygienic location t was under the sink where maximum moisture & mould reside. I made the guy change the location to a cleaner cupboard. Rest was fine

The beds were perfect, staff were excellent and the pool was huge. Villa down a lane so there’s no traffic noise - a true oasis.

Bathrooms outdoors so insects were buzzing when using the toilet - dining areas also outside which meant we ended up with a lot of mosquito bites.

Power outages, meaning no air conditioning, no water, so no toilet flushing or showers. Which happened twice, seemed to only happen when it rained

The staff were so incredibly lovely and accommodating. So sweet and respectful, and the breakfasts they cooked were delicious and on time!

Mr Ngurah and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Gave us extra adaptors for power points. Beautiful villa and good size swimming pool. Nice and big rooms.

Villa can do with some better maintenance. Some towels bed linens are old and torn.

It was overall great trip staying in sky Li. I will skip breakfast as there are lot of cafe nearby. There was 2 assistants and they were really helpful. It was awesome location to stay if u are looking for quiet villa. Walkable else can grab to alot of places within semiyak. If anything can have hair dryer in all rooms.

The staff were very polite and friendly. They really were a highlight of the villa . Location was good for access to the town .

There was a persistent bad odour from the drains into the main bedroom which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the owner was not able to do anything about it which really spoilt our stay .

Pool - nice and deep and in the sunshine. Very large master bedroom. Location was excellent. Tidy villa inside and out. Property manager replaced the broken water cooler straight away.

Our driver had real trouble finding the property, and the property manager was not answering phone calls to help us find the property. We wasted an hour of time. Also there wasn't two sets of keys, which is strange given the property had three bedrooms and could have easily catered for three couples. The staff managed to scramble two sets by using their keys. Entrance to property - the only lockable entry/exit for guests is through the staff quarters, which was a highly unpleasant entry/exit experience. We didn't even use the main front door as it didn't have a key lock (lockable only with a wooden slide from the inside). There was a rat in the kitchen from day one. A trap was set, but no rat caught...although didn't see it again which was good. Power socket in master bathroom didn't work, neither did half the lights in this bathroom. Toilet hose also didn't work. No sofa seating in the main living area - only sofa seating was in a separate air-conditioned TV room which we never used.

Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Great pool.

It would have been nice to have a lounge or couch in the main area rather than just the dining table.

Fantastic spot and beautiful clean property. the staff was amazing. Putu and Made were exceptional. It was great not having to tell my kids to clean their room and fold their clothes (the staff did it for them) :-)

Pool lights at night were broken and were not getting fixed (but that is minor, hoping it will be fixed in due time)

The location - but this was one of the decisive factors in selecting the property and paying a premium for it. Olive tried really hard, and was completely let down by the, supposedly, more senior personnel.

The facilities are run down. They have done nothing since COVID. Power points don’t work; there was no hot water in the primary bathroom for two days; the power went out and we had not been told how to reset it; curtains were off the rails. There is no overnight security (a man on a stool 200 metres away, and nobody at the other end of the Gang anyway, is pointless ). Some of the staff were lazy and didn’t listen when specific, and very basic, requests were made.

A beautiful oasis on the heart of Seminyak

Overall the Villa was very comfortable and clean and a good choice for breakfast cooked in the room. Location was perfect.

The main entrance doors were not usable and we had to enter and exit by the staff side door. Not very good. The staff spent way too much time at the villa and we felt that we had no privacy.

The villa was epic. The manager an absolute star, we enjoyed every part of the holiday x

Breakfast was nice and staff who made it very friendly and accommodating. Staff were always happy to help with any requests. When we arrived were greeted with a lovely tour of property and welcome drink.

The pool didn't get much sun unfortunately

Wir haben eine Oase der Ruhe vorgefunden im doch so quirligen Semyniak und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für unsere nächste Reise nach Bali wird die Villa Sky ganz sicher wieder in Betracht gezogen, es war sensationell!
