Element Me'aisam Dubai

It was awesome for what you pay

The room was very clean and comfortable bed. I liked the room with the kitchens options set up. The breakfast although continental had a good choice with hot food options like omelettes, sausages, hash browns etc. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I will definitely be back.

Excellent team working at Element hotel. Warm welcome and generous accommodation were greatly appreciated. Your exceptional hospitality made our trip enjoyable and unforgettable. 10 out of 10!

Hotel is clean for the price, Breakfast is included which is great, was not the most versatile breakfast but it's good enough. There's free coffee/Tea 24/7 which is great, self parking is not shaded so the car boils in the sun until I leave which is not ideal, room is spacious and clean. The hotel is not next to many services, but there's a small mall right behind the hotel which you can find most things you might need.

Très loin des services.

Nice hotel and good services

.

I've stayed a few times before and the hotel is exactly what I need. Good location, simple but good breakfast, nice spacious rooms and helpful & friendly staff.

Hotel excelente. tudo novo, cafe da manha muito bom, atentimento otimo

The two rooms that we booked were excellent 👌 and the staff were very courteous. The breakfast was very good. I am obliged to the hotel management for accepting our request for early check in as our flight was early and we had a baby with us. Will certainly stay here again.

As always excellent!! Mr.Achmad saved our whole holidays!!! Thank you!!! He’s super professional and kind ! And thanks to Mr.Ayoub he’s our favorite! Mr.Ayoub he’s over qualified and great ! Thanks to the whole Team!

Early check in was very gratefully received after long flight. V nice king size bed studio apt, continental breakfast v good

Great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall it was a great experience staying at the element.

Brilliant stay, we will be back for sure !

Great hotel! 5/5

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast was superb, so many choices , hot and cold. The shopping Mall with big supermarket in it was a bonus.

Staff was ok....but very limited to everything for the location

Nice and affordable place to stay

It was a beautiful dtay with great food. I enjoyed every moment

ok

Quiet hotel in Production City. Clean, tidy and does the job. Small kitchen in rooms if required (I didn't use it so can't comment on it's use). Convenient to a mall just over the road.

Very friendly people, we’ll organize and very very quiet area. My wife and brother-in-law really enjoyed their stay here. Keep up with the good work guys.

Beautiful hotel! But it’s the staff that makes your stay the very best. From the front desk to the breakfast crew - everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a few problems with covid testing requirements to return to the United States but the front desk solved every one. The location was great for us because it was between the downtown areas and the World Expo. It’s about a $10 taxi ride to downtown area.

We had booked a non-smoking room for our stay and none was available at all during the 2 weeks we stayed. We talked to the front desk 4 times to see if we could be moved. They kept saying they would look into it and get back to us but nobody ever did despite our multiple complaints. Bed was very comfy. House cleaning was good. But at the end of the day, a non smoker in a smoking room will never be happy. The smell just lingers.

Really good place to stay

It is a nice hotel. I really liked the rooms. The whole staff was really amazing.

The property was nice, the room was great and enjoying having a mini studio flat.

Biking experience Clean new amenities Secluded environment Friendly

Sehr entgegenkommendes, freundliches Personal!

Good stuff

Very beautiful, clean with great staff and helpful staff.

Good place quiet not far from essential stuff

Defnitely a good choice. Sercice was great. Otyer tgan the consteuxtion nearby, it was well worth the $$$

Every member of staff was fantastic. Could not fault it. Hotel was very clean throughout with parking gym and pool. Rooms were good size and had everything needed. Reception were very helpful. Only criticism I would say is not much selection at breakfast

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was very nice and clean and good value for money. Yeas there is a bit of construction around but it never bothered us at all. Good complimentary breakfast. Will definitely be using this hotel again.
