Basic hotel would have been better if there was restaurant and bar on site. As food options where quite limited and a lot of noise with construction traffic.

Good value for the money overall. They need to improve the sound isolation between the rooms.

Great hotel Great staff Veey happy

I booked a non-smoking room but when I checked in, they said that they were sold out of non-smoking rooms, so they put me in a funky smoking room. The smell was terrible. The carpet was filthy, I was afraid to walk barefoot on it. I stay at the Aloft all the time. I was so disappointed with my stay, especially since it was in Dubai.

Price & Qulity level was OK

The Hotel is good beds are very comfortable staff are great area is good My only problem was a very bad smell from the shower sewage specially at night it is really annoying

There was an awful smell in the room. There are two desks in the room but only was an office chair with backrest.

The room is designed well

Good overall but the parking was out in the sunlight which is annoying because of the heat.

Very nice place and staff, very clean, nice rooms, everything excellent just I may suggest to improve the breakfast presentation and quality.

It was okay! The hotel is noisy, the reception needs work and the staff are not the nicest!

3-star hotel on a good day. Very limited in comparison to other hotels in Dubai for the price. The rooms are clean and the gym is nice.

Purtroppo sono costretto a non dare 5 stelle in quanto arrivati in hotel abbiamo scoperto che la piscina era in manutenzione per una settimana , sincerante avrei preferito essere avvisato prima in modo da cambiare hotel , per il resto positivo .

I had to wait for my room to be ready for about 15 minutes. Bathroom smelled like a sewer and it was very noisy. I have stayed in other Alofts and this one was below par.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, modern facility and amenities. Swimming pool was great and the gym was well equipped. The staff was incredible! Every request was accommodated immediately, and they were helpful with accommodating our transportation needs with local taxi companies. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was far from town and metro station. It was expensive to use a taxi to go to metro station.

I thought the rooms were large and spacious. Amenities were good along with the restaurant and bar. Staff were accommodating to my needs when required.

The hotel in general was fine / comfortable. Although you get road noise in the room and the Sunlounger cushions are badly stained and or have damage, along with the towels which have frayed edges both in the room and pool towels. There’s nothing much to do in the area and you do need to travel around 30 minutes or more by car if you were on holiday and wanted to sight see. Lastly it’s the only place I’ve been where you do see management around but they don’t speak to guests, not even a hello in passing.

Very nice hotel. People - they create the atmospher - were extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to 2 seurity guards and a housekeeping person. My room door had not shut properly on 3 occasions. They knocked on the door and made me aware. Fantastic. Close to conveinet shopping. I wlll return.

The reception team were exceptional when I arrived at hotel and realised that my passport had fallen out of my pocket in the taxi. They went above and beyond in getting it returned in under 1 hour. Food was great and good bar and pool area. Highly recommended.

I have chosen this hotel because of its proximity to the expo site. The check in was fast and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the aircon was working well. Internet speed was good, breakfast was also ok and although the hotel was well booked, there was sufficient space in the morning to get a good start with the breakfast. A Carrefour supermarket is in a 5min walk distance. Parking space is available and was free to use.

Perfect distance to the racetrack, ncie spacious room with a large clean well layed out bathroom. Parking was underground and free. Breakfast buffet was really good, fantastic selection of good quality food. Coffee was ok, bare that in mind if you are really into your coffee you might be dissapointed. Would stay here again

Amazing clean and quiet hotel close to Expo2020

My stay at Aloft Me'aisam Dubai was excellent, the property was clean, staff and services were great, will stay again if I get a chance.

This is a great hotel but they’re doing a lot of construction nearby so was hard to sleep. Once that’s done, would give it a 5. Great value for the dollar.

Ideal facility for any events near the Sports City

Request a roll a bed and it was provided which was brilliant. Shower area was too narrow and ended up water running to the floor every time shower was used. Room service was poor, Only beds were made each day, coffee or teas weren’t filled up. Majority of the times when room service or even front desk were called no answer, so personally we have to go down stairs to request if anything needed. Floors haven’t been vacuumed on a 13 days stay. Not a 24hrs room service for foods and they are very expensive for a below average standard. ( easier to get Uber eats cost must cheaper).

Hotel is in Dubai Production City, which is a quite a trek from the Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa etc. Helpful if you're planning to head to Abu Dhabi by car as you're already on that side of the city. Bed very comfortable, unfussy accommodation. Nice atmosphere at the bar although I didn't love the food option and my cocktail was pretty bad. Great that you have Paul/Starbucks across the street for alternate breakfast options.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff is amazing and was able to assist us in many ways from getting fresh coffee to arranging tours! The breakfast was great and had extended hours too!

Solid hotel.

This hotel is really modern, clean and has great facilities. It's not a dry hotel and its really affordable. What really made it stand out was the staff. The staff are so helpful, happy and aloud to be themselves and not your usual robotic hotel experience. They were having fun on the job, which was great to see.
