B&B Easy

Die Unterkunft ist eine sehr gute Wahl für Rom! Vom Preis her angenehm, die Lage ist super (mehrere Haltestellen in der Nähe) in ca. 15 min ist man mit dem Bus oder Metro in der Innenstadt. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir wurden vor dem Eingang empfangen (gebt an wann ihr ungefähr ankommt). Wir hatten ein eigenes Bad am anderen Ende von der Etage (das war das einzige Zimmer dieser Art, der Rest hatte ein Bad im Zimmer drin.) Das Frühstück steht bereit (im Kühlschrank sind viele Jougurths, Brot, Aufstrich, Milch, Kaffee, süße Brötchen, Kuchen und Maurizio brachte uns jeden Tag frische Croissants) jedes Zimmer hat seinen Bereich im Kühlschrank und im Regal. Uns hat alles gefallen und es hat jeden Tag gereicht. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

From the point of check in, to check out. The room and the facilities have been maintained clean and orderly. Food is generous with its self service kiosk in the kitchen, great coffee as well. The location is practical with loads of restaurants nearby, train and bus stations are at least 5-10min walk.

Todo extraordinariamente perfecto, todo limpio y ordenado a la perfección, ¡cada detalle excepcional! El propietario, Maurizio, está muy atento a todo y te proporciona todo lo necesario para que te sientas de verdad de vacaciones, desde el apartamento perfecto hasta todos los detalles sobre transporte y lugares turísticos. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Roma, B&B Easy será mi primera opción; ¡es el lugar al que querrás regresar! Lo recomiendo al 100%.

部屋は快適で、朝食も期待通りでした。周辺の美味しいお店(観光客向けではなく地元の人がよく利用するようなお店)やスーパーなども親切に教えてくれて、おかげで良い旅になりました。

The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable enough. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and bites always available. Alexa is also there to offer her help anytime along with a TV that provides Netflix and Disney +. The location is great, five minutes walk from Pyramide Metro Station, one stop away from Circo Massimo and two from Colosseo. Four stops from Termini, where you change Metro lines. And last but not least, Maurizio has organized everything to perfection and is really very helpful and friendly! He told us where to eat avoiding restaurants for tourists, what to visit other than the well known attractions.

Amazing little B&B. Super modern and clean with all the amenities you can think of and more. We had room 4 with the jacuzzi for 6 nights. The bed was comfortable. There were charging cables on night tables so we really didn’t need to use ours. The private bathroom had extras like makeup remover sponges and shaving razors and of course a hair dryer and even a flat iron for my curly hair! The closet in the bedroom had a small safe. The jacuzzi in the room was a lot of fun and a nice break after a long day of walking and exploring. And the kitchen was awesome too. It was open 24/7 so we had access to fresh water (still or sparkling) all day, as well as coffee and snacks like croissants, yogurts and other pastries. They even had a gluten free section for me which was awesome! Maurizio was great and very communicative and answered my question quickly via WhatsApp. His staff that we saw daily were wonderful too. It was easy to communicate with them via Google Translate app. All in all an excellent find in Rome, very close to metro station Piramide and train station Roma Ostiense with a direct train connection on regional FL1 line to the Fiumicino airport.

Very clean, nice room, safe and secure.. breakfast in kitchen was well laid out and good selection and homemade cakes.. Concetta and Maurizio were extremely helpful and kind and went above and beyond.. great location as well near some super restaurants and trattorias

Pobyt sme si nesmierne užili. Ubytovanie má skvelú polohu, dostanete sa odtiaľ priamym spojom vlakom na letisko Fiumicino, metrom na hlavnú stanicu a dokonca aj menšou železnicou k moru do Lido di Ostia. Autobusy rovno pod domom. Pešo je to kúsok na Rímske Fórum a Koloseum, kúsok od domu je aj sv. Pavol za hradbami. Rovno pod domom je super grécka a japonská reštaurácia, oproti pizza, Burger King... Maurizio bol cez správy úžasný, dal nám tipy kde sa pozrieť a najesť, odpisoval rýchlo, aj jeho personál je dobré vyškolený a profesionálny. Všetko podrobne vysvetlili, mali sme prehliadku celého ubytovania. Kávovar, automat na perlivú filtrovanú vodu a raňajky máte k dispozícii počas dňa, takže sa môžete najesť kedy chcete, prípadne si niečo odložiť aj na večer. Taliani raňajkujú na sladko, takže žiadne šunky, párky, vajcia, ale to sa dá čakať. Inak je tam fakt všetko čo potrebujete k životu, práčka, umývačka riadu, na izbe sušiak, fén na vlasy, žehlička na vlasy, nabíjačky na mobil... Všetko je presne ako na fotkách. V telke môžete pozerať Netflix po česky. Sú to vlastne 4 apartmány so spoločnou kuchyňou na štýl bed&breakfast, takže je tam aj velké súkromie. Myslím si, že sa jedná o taký "passion project" majiteľa, ktorý si to ubytovanie naozaj vyšperkoval a udržuje to :) No za tú cenu sme boli naozaj unesení, do Ríma by som šiel naozaj iba sem.

En cuanto a la valoración del apartamento un 10, todo nos pareció excelente, comodidad, limpieza, servicios, desayuno completo y buenísimo. Posizione comodissima a due passi dalla stazione Ostiense e dalla metro Piramide. Camera e bagno impeccabili e dotati di tutto il necessario, addirittura in bagno c’erano balsamo, detergente e salviette struccanti, phon con diffusore e piastra, la prima volta che trovo questi prodotti in una struttura. Per la colazione è presente una cucina (accessibile a qualsiasi ora). Host gentilissimo e super disponibile. Straconsiglio e sicuramente per il prossimo soggiorno a Roma sceglierò questa struttura!

Stanza grande dotata di Tv con Netflix e tavolo con sedie tavolo e macchiana del caffè, molto comoda per poter far colazione o un pranzo veloce. Comoda la cucina in comune e la colazione al mattino

Maurizio und sein Team waren unglaublich toll. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Bei Problemen und Fragen war Maurizio sofort erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt, um Rom zu erkunden und ist vom Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war toll und die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind alle zu empfehlen.

Todo excelente. Habitaciones limpias y con todo lo necesario, desayuno muy completo y personal amable que nos explicó todo perfectamente. La zona también está bien, con paradas de bus y metro cerca, restaurantes, supermercados... Repetiriamos con los ojos cerrados.

Por poner una pega, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y era algo molesto para dormir.

Maurizio gave us a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. He made us feel at home straight away and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay in Rome. The room was exceptionally well equipped, spotless, and exceeded all our expectations. The location was excellent, just a few metres from the metro station, making it very easy to reach all the main attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return.

Durante il mio soggiorno al B&B Easy mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Le camere venivano pulite ogni giorno ed erano dotate di tutto il necessario, e anche di più: caricabatterie per il telefono, schiuma da barba e rasoi, struccante, dischetti di cotone, piastra per capelli, TV con Netflix e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Meglio di alcuni hotel a 4 stelle!! Anche la cucina comune è impeccabile: sempre pulita, estremamente ben organizzata e fornita di ogni comfort. Ogni camera ha il proprio scomparto nel frigorifero e ogni ospite trova latte, succhi e yogurt a disposizione. Ogni mattina vengono inoltre portati dolcetti, brioche/cornetti e torte fresche per la colazione. Posizione ottima, molto vicina alla stazione Roma Ostiense, utile anche per raggiungere la Fiera di Roma, e alla stazione della metro Piramide, che porta in 10 minuti in centro storico. Maurizio ha curato ogni dettaglio per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa; è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile e mi ha anche fornito una lista di ristoranti della zona che si è rivelata davvero utile durante il mio soggiorno. Tutto perfetto, consiglio vivamente questo B&B!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Maurizio è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e accogliente. La struttura è molto pulita e curata. La colazione è stata ottima, varia e abbondante. La camera era molto spaziosa, con un letto davvero confortevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e di qualità. Torneremo volentieri!

La struttura è ubicata in posizione strategica servita a pochi minuti a piedi da stazione treni e fermata della metro. Le stanze, pulitissime , sono munite di tutti i confort indicati. Ottima anche la gestione dei check in. L host è molto attento e disponibile e ci è stato utile a risolvere alcuni transfert complicati (eravamo in 9). Colazione ottimamente organizzata con svariati alimenti. La zona è molto viva e a pochi metri troverete ogni servizio necessario ( pizzeria , bar, supermercati,locali per aperitivare e locali notturni, tabacchino, gelateria)

Everything was excellent. Maurizio was outstanding throughout our stay. He was like a personal tour guide, always showing commitment and dedication in helping us with anything we needed. The breakfast offered a good variety of coffee options, and there were freshly baked warm croissants every morning. The room was exactly what I was looking for: a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. However, it exceeded my expectations, as it also featured a great TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. The room was equipped with phone chargers (including cables) and two Bluetooth speakers, one of which was an Alexa device. The location is perfect, with everything nearby: the metro, bus stops, and some of the best restaurants and gelato shops in Rome, where locals actually eat. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and located close to the metro station. Special thanks to Maurizio — he is a very attentive and detail-oriented host. Highly recommended.

The owner Maurizio was very attentive, was always available, helped us with everything, and told us what to visit and where to find good food. The room was clean and tidy. You could really tell that all those little touches were done with care. Also, after we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours before heading to the airport.

We loved this B&B so much ! Maurizio has welcomed us with great hospitality since before our arrival and then while checking in assisted on our trip and made great recommendations for food, shopping, sightseeing and city activities and so on. We felt so welcomed and at home that we did not feel like a tourist anymore. He also made himself available in case we needed support or had further questions regarding our stay. He is very attentive and a great host. We loved the kitchen and enjoyed how accessible it is 24/7. Loved the breakfast, especially the daily fresh croissants. Everywhere was so clean, and we had easy access to go anywhere in the city. We will definitely come back and stay there again !

The hospitality is amazing, the host treated us very well. He's also very informative and responsive. The coffee was great and the food was more than enough. The location was very strategic which made me easy to explore Rome.

B & B Easy should be a case study for short-rental owners. Mauricio is an excellent host. Everything has been thought of from the visitor's experience, so there are solutions and provisions for everything. The room is comfortable and full of services and accessories. This is my 4th time visiting and Maurizio's B&B feels like home. The location is really good (5 min from Ostiense station and Piramide metro, and 20-25 min walk to Colosseum or Trastevre), Maurizio is an amazingly kind host, the bed is super comfy, and all the facilities are just really good. This place is an excellent value for money. I've traveled solo for the third time and this place feels really safe.

Velmi milý a vstřícný vlastník, vše vysvětlil, dokonce poslal doporučení na restaurace v okolí. Klidná část města se spousty supermarkety, kavárnami a restauracemi na jakýkoli budget.

Trošku slabší snídaně, ale naproti je supermarket, kde jsme si dokoupili co jsme chtěli.

10/10! Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e mi sono trovato benissimo. Tutto era perfettamente ordinato e curato. La stanza era molto confortevole, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Maurizio è stato super disponibile, cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Colazione ben organizzata. Ottima anche la posizione: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ostiense e circa 10 minuti dal Circo Massimo. Consigliatissimo!

Ficamos por apenas uma noite, mas foi uma ótima estadia. O quarto era confortável, limpo e possuía ar condicionado funcionando bem, o que foi muito importante no calor. A cozinha era bem equipada e a disposição 24h com lanches, água e café. A localização é boa, fora das multidões de turistas e com duas estações de metrô muito perto, além de restaurantes, mercado, farmácias, etc. A conexão com o aeroporto também foi muito fácil. Maurizio foi comunicativo para combinar nosso check-in e também passou diversas dicas.

‘Easy’ is niet alleen een naam, de eigenaar heeft het verblijf ook echt ‘easy’ gemaakt. Je voelt je vanaf het eerste moment welkom en ontspannen. Alles is gewoon perfect geregeld. Je krijgt veel meer dan je nodig hebt. Doordat alles aanwezig is, kun je gelijk genieten. Alles is goed doordacht, zeer schoon en comfortabel. Het concept van de 24uur keuken werkt heel goed.

It was a great experience! The host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us information about everything in the room and instructions for every sight in the city. The breakfast was good too.

The bathroom was in a different room and we had to walk outside the share kitchen. I would like more variety in salty snacks at breakfast but it’s just personal opinion.

Il sig. Maurizio davvero gentile e disponibile. Anche se sono arrivato più tardi in struttura a causa del ritardo del treno, il sig. Maurizio mi ha atteso e mi ha accolto spiegandomi in pochi minuti il funzionamento e i confort della struttura. Assolutamente consigliato per soggiorni a Roma stante anche la prossimità alla stazione della metro Piramide ed alla stazione Ostiense.

The cleanliness, amenities, breakfast and location. The room has jacuuzi built in it(at least room no 4 had). Location has bus stop literally 1 min away and metro station is 7-8 mins away. The location is a bit away from city centre but that gives you a different area to explore.

I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay whilst visiting the sights in Rome .

This was the best hotel in my life. Although I have also been to five-star hotels, I have had different experiences staying in hotels, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
