OLIVER urban I Apartments with self check-in

Die Unterkunft hat eine zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage mit außergewöhnlich (sehr) nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindungen. Das Self-Checkin ist durch eine einfache, selbsterklärende Menüführung völlig problemlos. Das Appartment ist gut, fast neuwertig ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles an Zubehör vorhanden. Eigentlich gibt es nichts was wir bemängeln konnten. Es war einfach gut....

Das Einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass wir am Ende des Aufenthalts wieder ausziehen mussten. ;-) Auch nach längerem Überlegen ist uns tatsächlich nichts eingefallen über das wir hier schreiben konnten...

Es gibt zwar Lamellen-Aussenrollos im Schlafzimmer, aber für mich leider etwas zu wenig Abdunkelung.

Локацията е 10/10. Наблизо има всякакви спирки на градския транспорт, хубави ресторанти, супермаркети и тн. Беше чисто, удобно и с всичко нужно.

Normalement possible de laisser ses bagages avant l enregistrement a 15h mais impossible de rentrer dans l immeuble. Tout est automatisé et aucune personne pour nous repondre.

Zeer ruim appartement in Wenen met aparte slaapkamer en comfortabele slaapbank. Efficiënt ingericht, fijne kleine keuken, schone badkamer en airconditioning. Appartement ligt op een kleine 10 minuten lopen van de metro op een rustige locatie. Self check-in werkt efficiënt.

een wasrek zou praktisch zijn (hoewel ik inmiddels heb begrepen dat deze op aanvraag beschikbaar zijn)

Le petit F2 est très joli, propre et bien équipé… je n’avais pas vu mais il y a même des machines à laver le linge en sous sol… il faudrait l’indiquer dans les appartements. Je suis allé à la laverie et m’en suis rendu compte en revenant.

Struttura bellissima, completa di tutti i comfort. Mi sono sentita come a casa. È perfetta per una famiglia con bambini. Cambiano ogni giorno le tovaglie e ci fanno i letti. Puliscono pure a terra. La cucinetta è completa di tutto, pure lavastoviglie. Ti fanno trovare phon, sapone mani, docciaschiuma, sapone x piatti, pastiglie x lavastoviglie e 2 capsule caffè al giorno. Posizione ottima, a 300m c'è il tram e a 500 m la metro U4. Di fronte c'è il supermercato Penny.

È stato difficile fare il check in per prendere la chiave, perché richiedeva il cognome ma ,avendo il secondo nome, includeva anche quello. Cuscini scomodi, troppo voluminosi. Letto e divano un pò scomodi.

Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne ins Oliver Like Home Urban Style Apartment, denn für mich gehört es definitiv zu den besten Unterkünften in Wien. Mein Apartment befand sich im 4. Stock und ich konnte sogar gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr früher einchecken, was für mich sehr praktisch war. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass mein Wunsch berücksichtigt wurde und ich ein Superior Apartment mit Balkon bekommen habe. Auf dem Balkon durfte man auch rauchen, was für Raucher natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – sehr zentral und ideal, um Wien zu erkunden. Vieles ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst ist modern, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, sodass man sich problemlos auch selbst etwas zubereiten kann. Das Schlafzimmer ist angenehm eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Ein besonderes Highlight für mich war die Klimaanlage. Gerade an warmen Tagen ist das in Wien wirklich Gold wert und macht den Aufenthalt noch wesentlich angenehmer. Insgesamt habe ich mich hier wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment verbindet eine tolle Lage mit Komfort, guter Ausstattung und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Auch dass auf meinen persönlichen Wunsch eingegangen wurde, habe ich sehr geschätzt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Alles war sehr gut.

We hadden een ruim appartement met een terras met ligstoel op de begane grond. De airco werkte goed (het was warm in Wenen). Het was mooi ingericht en alles was schoon. Bedden werden ook dagelijks opgemaakt. De badkamer was ruim met een fijne douche. De Penny supermarkt is aan de overkant van de straat. Het appartementencomplex ligt in een rustige buurt. We hebben geparkeerd op een p+r parkeerplaats (Hutteldorf) waar je maar €4,60 per dag betaalt en waren in 20 min. in ons appartement met de metro. Met een dagkaart van €10 reis je de hele dag met ov in Wenen (of een citycard van ca €15, waar je kind gratis mee kan). Met de metro waren we snel in het centrum van Wenen.

Bij het inchecken werd onze boeking niet herkend. Een medewerker hielp ons daarna zeer vriendelijk van afstand. Helaas hadden we er geen rekening mee gehouden dat 15 augustus een nationale feestdag is in Wenen waarbij alle winkels dicht zijn (ook de supermarkten) en de daaropvolgende dag ook op zondag. Maar dat is onze fout Tip: Houdt daar wel rekening mee met de planning.

Les appartements d’Oliver Urban sont très spacieux, confortables et très bien équipés pour passer un excellent séjour à Vienne.

1.辦理入住時一直找不到訂房資料，但是無法有效通過對講機或是電話聯絡員工，每次都在說完資料以及問題後直接被掛斷，最後我輸入我的「錯誤」名字（first name）而非姓氏（last name），機器終於找到我的資料，實在令人不解，我訂房時提供的姓名明明是正確的！ 2.房間配置奇怪，廚房在門口，更可笑的是我無法完全打開洗碗機，除非我把房門打開。 3.有許多鍋碗瓢盆，但沒有平底鍋，打電話詢問後表示要我們到地下室拿！那裡只有洗衣機和置物櫃，根本沒有平底鍋！如果不希望我們在房裡煎食物，可以一開始通話就直接表示，而非把人騙到地下室！ 4.每天都會進來打掃，但品質與過去住宿公寓型飯店經驗有明顯落差，其中一天的清潔人員只是進來折棉被，毛巾非但沒換，連折都不折，每天說好補2顆咖啡膠囊也沒有，雖然可以打電話，但因前幾天不佳經驗而不想再聯絡員工。 5.整體而言，飯店讓人覺得好像什麼都有，但實際上又不好用，且難以聯繫員工取得需要的資訊或協助。

App.to grandino, pulito e molto organizzato il self-checkin. La prima sera l'app.to non era predisposto per 4, ma poi hanno risolto dopo la segnalazione. Parcheggio vicino molto costoso, consiglio Am Hundsturm che costa 8-10€/gg. Se si fa il pre-checkin online viene già assegnata la stanza, all'arrivo nel self-checkin si deve solo cliccare per ritirare la tessera per aprire la camera, molto comodo.

Self check-in process can be completed to some. I suggest to make short video or photos to show how to do it.

The meticulously clean apartment. A cleaning lady comes every day. Very quiet surroundings and easy public transportation to the centre of the city. Check in is very easy despite the lack of human presence. Just opposite the building there is small but very well stocked supermarket. Additional bonus is the laundry in the premises with two washing machines and one drying one. And it is free of charge. It was very useful while we stayed for 23 nights during one of the hottest summers in the history of Vienna.

Good location, everything was organised, there was a pre-checking that saves time. The host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There is a locker room, where you can leave your bags after you check out.

מיקום מצויין. הכל חדש ונקי. מאד מרווח! יש מטבח קטן וחמוד לארוחות קלות. יש מדיח. מקלחון מעולה וגדול. מזגן מיני צרכזי. טלוויזיה שלא הספקנו לפתוח. חדר שינה ענק. היינו משפחה של ארבעה והיה מאד נוח לכולנו. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש לטובת כל הדיירים. וחדר מזוודות למי שצריך לפני/אחרי הצק אין. אפילו מרפסת קטנה וחמודה.

The machine did not recognize us during the self check-in process, but it started working immediately after we spoke to someone on the phone. The phone conversation was also difficult. Checking out would have been difficult as well if we hadn't happened to meet a staff member on our way out. The machine did not recognize our cards either.

Good location close to tram and underground. Couple of supermarkets close by. Spacious apartment with everything you’d need. Heat wave (40c) for most of the time we were there so access to balcony and decent aircon was a must. Rooms cleaned most days which was a bonus.

Area around closest underground station was a bit sketchy - particularly in early morning and evening

The self check-in was so smooth and quick! We appreciated having the option to do our laundry downstairs and used it twice during our stay. It was so close to the train station and there were many food places (restaurant, grocery) within a 10 minute walk.

It felt like a budget hotel with budget furniture, nothing special but it did the job well!

The location is excellent - very close to the tube stations. And it has the air conditioner and daily room service.

The wardrobe has the strong body odor, especially on the clothe hangers. I reported to the team, but it seems not easy to remove even after the cleaner cleaned and sprayed, unfortunately it still last, in this way we can’t use the wardrobe and have to leave all our clothes in the hallway ( it has some wall hangers) which was quite inconvenient.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war gepflegt und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 😊

Es waren lediglich zwei Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Etwas mehr Kaffeekapseln sowie Zucker und Kaffeeweißer wären schön gewesen.

Közel volt az összes tömegközlekedési eszköz. Az ágy és a kanapé is kényelmes volt alvásra. Belső udvarra néző lakásban voltunk, az utca zaja egyáltalán nem hallatszódott be.

Érkezésünkkor - rajtunk kívül másik 3 családdal - nehézkes volt a bejutás (check-in után sem akarta elfogadni a rendszer a bejelentkezést; a hívónál a személyzet kritikán aluli módon, többször megszakítva a beszélgetést (nem csak nálunk, további 2 családnál is), ott hagyva minket segítség nélkül. A tusfürdő 1 zuhanyzásra volt csak elég, nem töltötték fel érkezésünk előtt kellően.

微波爐附近沒有簡易操作說明，雖然email上有操作手冊，但是幾十頁的instructions 誰會認真去看？如果是放在桌上或貼在牆上2～3頁A4大小的文字，多半會人真讀。給一個email，幾十頁的文字，真是很難有時間讀啊，這只是業主copy廠商的instructions 租客讀，很推卸責任的作法啊！有給建議，業主卻仍然堅持己見。

Oliver Appartements sind immer die Besten in der ganzen Stadt. Ich war im Urban Style Oliver like Home. Dieses Appartement ist perfekt .-) Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder .-)

Ich habe im Hotel eine schwarze Brille vergessen :-( Ich hoffe, sie wird noch gefunden.

Ein unglaubliches Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind super geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und der Check In verlief für mich völlig problemlos, Die Lage war für mich perfekt da sie sehr zentral war. Alles in allem ein TOP Aufenthalt.

Easy and quick check in and check out. Possibility to leave bags when you arrive and when you leave. Good position to reach the city center with metro.

The location was close to two metro stations and the bus/tram stop. There was a supermarket right in front of the apartments. The room was not small. There was a wardrobe and place to put your luggage. The apartment provided 3 dishwasher tablets. We were alllowed late check out.

There were some areas that required cleaning (like undereath of the bed, dishwasher and etc) A/C was a bit tricky to use. Even though a location is close to the transportation, it cannot be considered a central location.

Modern well equipped studios, super clean, very quiet, supermarlet in the front. A bit far from historical center but wasnt a problem for us. For such price we were very impressed. Very recommended!

I found the self check-in a hassle, especially since I got caught between the front door and the second door after my luggage including passport and cell-phone was already behind this second door that - to my surprise - was then locked again. That the first key-card wasn't properly coded, didn't help the experience either.

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe mehrerer Bus- und U-Bahn-Stationen. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe gute Cafes um zu frühstücken. Ein- und auschecken problemlos per "Self-Checkin" am Terminal am Eingang. Die dezent pustende und leise Klimaanlage hat uns den Aufenthalt bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr angenehm gemacht. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Have a TV, charging plugs and USBs. very quiet. very clean bathroom with all the facilities. Access is via a key at the front door that you unlock with your booking code. was very easy to use. You then also need the room key to get in, so it's very safe. Super clean toilets and showers. Used a Bolt scooter, which are parked nearby. taxis also easily available. couple of supermarkets nearby. very good place

Удобно разположение и много чисто. Бяхме приятно изненадани, че стаята се чисти всеки ден и се сменят хавлии като на хотел. Помислено е за всичко, от което бихме имали нужда. С удоволствие бихме отседнали там отново при следващото посещение във Виена.

Spacious comfortable and very clean. Great location. We were happy to use the luggage room, when we arrived before check in time. The contactless check in was very easy.

When arriving before check in time the Portier did not answer and there was no way to get in, although we were told there is a luggage room for guests that we can use. Another point - we found no way to open the balcony blinds.

Waren für ein paar Tage in Wien - dafür ist die Unterkunft gug geeingnet. Tolle Lage, nahe an U4 und U6, zu Fuß auch zum Westbahnhof und auf die Marierhilferstraße. Sehr leichter Self Check-in. Geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequemes und großes Bett.

Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas stärker sein. Außerdem hatten wir ein paar Ameisen im Zimmer - nicht sonderlich schlimm, hier könnte man mit einem geeigneten Mittel leicht Abhilfe schaffen.

W pokoju jest bardzo czysto. Sposób Check-in i Check-out trochę jest skomplikowany ale można ogarnąć. Po za tym jest bardzo miłe i uczynne call center jeżeli są jakieś problemy.

Very modern, spacious and clean apartment, located centrally. Check-in at an odd hour (world cup football viewing...) was easy and automated. Checkout likewise. The flat was extremely comfortable and cleaned daily. Highly recommend.

Great apartment, a superior mix of hotel and airbnb style. Seemless check-in Silent building, cose to the metro station, cosy balcony, comfy bed, AC and blinds works well, suggest to keep AC on zero for the night. Would recommend this place!

Excelente localização. Local bastante calmo, mas com ótimo acesso a transportes. Quarto super limpo e com todas as comodidades básicas para uma excelente estadia. Limpeza diária exímia! Ótimo sistema de ventilação / ar condicionado. Supermercado na porta em frente.

As cortinas / estores não eram suficientemente opacos, o que não permitia que o quarto ficasse suficiente escuro para dormir com os primeiros raios de sol.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah an einem Drogenzentrum, wo viele Süchtige unterwegs sind, die sich sogar öffentlich auf der Straße spritzen.. Das ist weniger schön!

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was in a very good location, very close to the metro station. The staff was amazing and were always there to help us when we needed help with something! When I visit Vienna again this will surely be the place I will be staying at! Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect — the apartment was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location made it easy to reach everywhere. After check-out, they kindly stored our luggage for free until our flight. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Azt hogy egy órával előbb csekkoltunk be és ezért 25 eurót felszámolnak🤬 Sok helyen jártunk már de ilyen még sehol nek volt! Ha nincs kint olyan rohadt meleg akkor nem csekkolunk be🤬🤬🤬

I like, that is clean, is at good location. Apartment looks very nice, and more than I expected. The most was that we have it balcony with table and chairs. The apartment was in the inside part, and was very calm, not noise from the street.

None. There was a glitch with self check-in, but I figured out and checked in successfully

Everything was amazing. At first I could not get in cz of self check-in, but I was helped within 5 mins and from then on the stay was perfect. It has a big comfortable bedroom and bathroom with a kitchenette. The cleaning was every day unless you put a table “do not disturb”. The location is great, you have trams and metro within 5 or 9 mins walk. You live close to the city center. The capital has a very good connection though the city, very close to the Schönbrunn palace and Belvedere . There is a supermarket Penny in front of the hotel-apartments and 100 metres from the hotel there is a very tasty Austrian restaurant with local schnitzel and reasonable prices. (Bauernbräu). Appartamentino molto curato e ben attrezzato. Comodissima la cucina. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero, capsule per il caffè e ottima posizione per girare la città.

Consiglio di prendere la metro dalla stazione Margareten e non dalla Gumperdorfer, la zona non è delle migliori la sera.
