The location of the hotel is so great! First, it's near the Limousine Bus first station, few minute walking distance. It was also near a subway station, so it was few minues distance from all the relevant places in Tokyo. The staff was AMAZING, and they assisted me with my weird requests to my satisfaction. The rooms were clean and cosy. I'll defently re-visit thsi hoel on my next time in Tokyo.

Our stay at Mimaru Suitengumae was fun and comfortable! The room was spacious and clean, like a little home in Tokyo. Friendly staff and well-designed spaces made it a cozy base for exploring Tokyo—I'd stay again! I wish breakfast options were available at the hotel.

I booked this hotel because it has a spacious room, the set up meets my requirements. The location is also very central, only a few minutes walk will get me to T-CAT for airport limousine bus near by between Henada and Narita Airports.

We had an amazing stay at MIMARU TOKYO NIHONBASHI SUITENGUMAE. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the station, and the room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We also used the laundry facilities, which were very well organised and convenient. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and would absolutely love to come back again!

We highly recommend staying at Mimaru hotel, particularly this location. It was close to subway station and many places to eat, all within walking distance. The apartment was a cozy stay for our family of 5. The best part of Mimaru is its kind, accomodating, and polite staff. Our luggage was missing upon arrival from the transport company, and the staff got right on it to help us locate it. They even helped arranged the luggage transport to our Airbnb to another city. This service was beyond our expectations and very rare to have. Thank you Mimaru staff!

I had an excellent experience with MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae, even before my stay began. Unfortunately, my original Cathay Pacific flight from Hong Kong was cancelled due to Typhoon Noul, and I had to change my travel dates. The hotel responded to my enquiries very quickly and handled my reservation amendment with great efficiency and professionalism. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Dong and Hana from the Front Desk team. They were both incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They carefully explained every available option, guided me through the amendment procedure, and showed genuine understanding of the unexpected situation caused by the typhoon. Their prompt replies and warm attitude gave me great peace of mind during a very stressful time. The hotel's location is also excellent. It is just a short walk from T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal), where you can conveniently take the Airport Limousine Bus directly to and from the airport. This is especially helpful for travellers with luggage or early and late flights. The nearby subway stations also make it very easy to explore different parts of Tokyo. Although my trip was unexpectedly affected by the typhoon, the outstanding support and hospitality provided by the MIMARU team made the whole experience much smoother. Thank you once again to Dong, Hana and the entire Front Desk team. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism, and I look forward to staying at MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae again on my next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Minmaru! The rooms are perfect for families. It has everything you need, it’s clean, and if you need something else that’s not in the room, you can always ask the front desk. They’re always helpful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. Although there was no front desk at past midnight, someone checked us in without problems. We also needed help in transporting our luggage to Osaka and they were very helpful. The location of Mimaru Nihombashi is a quiet neighborhood and we liked that. Convenience stores and places to eat are nearby. Again, we want to thank the front desk of Mimaru. They were always helpful, friendly, accommodating and kind. We appreciate it so much! We will definitely choose this accommodation again when we come back to Tokyo.

This is our third stay at MIMARU. The room is fully equipped with household amenities (microwave, refrigerator, infrared stove, range hood, pots, pans, and utensils), making it truly a "home away from home" for travelers. We are very grateful to MIMARU for providing such wonderful accommodation. A small suggestion: if the in-room TV could also be used as an external large screen (with an additional HDMI or Type-C USB port), it would definitely allow guests to have a more complete and unique travel experience. ^^ Looking forward to my next stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We decided to use Mimaru’s luggage delivery service to Haneda Airport. Our luggage was delivered on time to the airport. It made sightseeing on our last day much easier. We really appreciated the personal thank you note from the staff we received during our check out! :) We definitely plan to stay at Mimaru hotels again! Thank you to the staff for making our Tokyo stay wonderful!

Shower area was very small and inconvenient. , kitchen spoons were missing and kitchen ware had scratches.

Good hotel and friendly staff, but in order to go anywhere, it will need to change to 2 subway trains, so not super convenient. Nearby restaurants are quite okay. Just feel like it’s not worth the nightly price of $350+. Plus: very close to the TCAT which you can reserve bus to transport from hotel to airport easily.

I loved everything, there was nothing to dislike.

Room is spacious for family, beds are comfortable. We chose for its location near to Tcat to get to narita airport. Amenities need to be requested at the counter so for me it would be nice if it’s provided instead of asking for it. There’s only one elevator and they use the same elevator to do room cleaning in the noon and we had to wait quite a while for the elevator to arrive. The skies get bright very early in Japan as early as 5am and due to the window design there is no blackout curtain and just a sheer white paper blind

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mimaru in Nihombashi. Super clean, spacious, cozy and quiet rooms. We’re a family of four with two kids aged 12 & 14, the kids especially loved the hotel and our room. Very quiet area of Tokyo (much needed after a day out!) but very convenient to all the sites and to the Airport bus stop which is just a block away. Close to 7/11 which was a major highlight for our kids! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and we even received a hand written thank you on departure. There’s a laundromat onsite with washers and dryers. We will definitely stay here again, loved it.

We loved that this accommodation was right in the middle of Tokyo, yet still so easy to get anywhere with little hassle. It had some great food places nearby and a cage to throw a ball for our kids just down the street. The room was great for our requirements and spacious compared to most types of accommodation for families. Bathroom wasn’t big but still met our requirements. The room was cleaned on a regular basis and we were informed of the cleaning scedule in advance. The front desk staff were friendly everytime we had any interaction with them. They were also extremely helpful when we had questions and gave us recommendations when required. They were also only downside was the beds were a little too hard for our liking but not unbearable. Overall a very good stay and would recommend.

Great location. Rooms were spacious enough for us and were very clean and presentable. Showeroom and toilet were very clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was great and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect for our family - a great location near the Tokyo T-CAT, which was fantastic for transport to and from the airport, as well as being close (walking distance) to the main train station, Imperial Palace and the Ginza area and right on two key subway lines (one which goes to Shibuya crossing one way and the Skytree the other). It was also a great size for our family, with enough space for two relaxed dinners at 'home' during our stay. The hotel washing machines are also good value for money and the staff are great. Despite being next to a big motorway, sound cancellation was also excellent. It also had loads of options for eating out and take away, which was amazing.

It would have been great to have a little more privacy between the kids space and the parents space - the apartment was great overall, but once the kids were in bed it pretty much had to be lights off for everyone as the whole space was 'open plan'. Not a deal breaker, but some kind of screen for the bunk beds would have been brilliant!

The hotel was a short walk from the metro line which directly took us to Tokyo Skytree and Shibuya, which suited our Tokyo itinerary. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with giving us a fantastic sushi restaurant recommendation for dinner on our last night. It was also useful to have an affordable late 6pm check out option so we could explore on our last day and come back to our hotel, shower, finish packing before catching our late night flight.

The room was smaller than expected and a bit more dated than other Mimaru hotels we have stayed at before, however we still had a comfortable stay.

Mimaru Tokyo Suitengumae was fabulous! Not only is the location excellently located to quickly get on the Metro, there is also wonderful restaurants close by. The rooms were a good size for a family and very clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities are very nice and easy to use. Great value for money. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful! Very happy with our stay at Mimaru, highly recommend and would rebook a stay there! Thank you for making our trip so special.

It was such a nice and roomy hotel, especially for family with small kids. The hotel has all the necessary amenities like washer and dryer and also has luggage delivery service, which was amazing! It was so walking distance to everything, like the subway and grocery stores. And it was super quiet, away from all the tourist areas but still close enough by trains. Staff was amazing

The best hotel-apartment in Nihonbashi. Staff are wonderful and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for family trip in Tokyo, it's near many train stations and airport bus station. The room is also nice. Love the experience that we got from here.

We loved its convenient location near the t-cat - made for travel from and to both Narita and Haneda very convenient and easy! The staff were super helpful and great! We will definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms! They also had a quick Sakura craft and children’s activity books available.

It may be due to the fact that it’s an older location but even after it was freshly cleaned, the bathroom and the toilet room still smelled a bit off. The WiFi was really inconsistent, though we missed the sign at the front desk with solutions of resetting until too late. Not a big deal and not a deterrent for future stays.

We requested for an early check in before coming in, they said we will try and they really did, morning 8 am. The apartment/suite was very comfortable, appropriately designed for a family of four, spacious, the kitchenette is perfect with kids and specially if you are vegetarians. Overall we had a lovely time. The cleaning service is great too. Will come back for sure.

De medewerkers waren allemaal super vriendelijk. We kregen zelf een handgeschreven kaartje toen we uit checkten. De bedden van het stapelbed waren een beetje aan de harde kant maar zeker doenbaar! Was ook heel dicht bij een metrolijn en 7/11 (max 2 minuten wandelen).

This hotel was a rare family-friendly option designed for a family of five to stay together in one space, and it was within walking distance of the Tokyo City Airport Terminal.

The hotel is located in the city center, so transportation is very convenient, but the view and such weren't particularly great.

The room was clean, and there were multiple convenience stores nearby.

The lower part of the window frame was about knee height, and the windows swung out when opened. My 7yo discovered this. Luckily, the 7 - and 4 year old weren't playing rough as they could have both gone out. We were on the 9th floor. For a family room, I'm not sure why they don't have locks in the window. It might be their standards dont require them in Japan?

Mimaru Nihombashi Suitengumae was the perfect place for our group of 6 friends traveling in Tokyo in September. Our group stayed in three, 2-bedroom suites that were comfortable and roomy. There was a quite a big heatwave during our stay and the suites stayed cool and comfortable with very good air conditioning. The location couldn't be better as it was easy walking distance to several metro stops with different lines. The street was quiet yet also in a neighborhood filled with interesting small restaurants and shops. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly as they assisted us with reservations, directions and friendly tips, including sending us off at our departure with a lovely thank you note and a beautiful bookmark as they knew that we were a group of longtime friends and book group members, there celebrating our book group's anniversary. Mimaru Nihombashi exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this hotel.

This Mimaru was in a great location. Close to 3 different subway stations between 5-10mins each. Lawsons across the road, 7/11 close by and a great coffee shop (Single O) and bakery (Boulangerie Django) along with other restaurants and small grocery store. Nice quiet area. Property is small, clean and cosy. Very welcoming & comfortable. Small laundry room downstairs. Staff were efficient helping us to ship our luggage, they filled out the forms and we could pay at reception.

The location is so convenient and the shuttle bus to airport only takes 5 minutes walk. One unit could accommodate up to 4 people which is highly recommended!
