Habitación cómoda , moderna ( es una propiedad vieja remodelada)y limpia, y siempre la limpiaban con esmero. Ubicación excelente, a la vuelta de la estación Santa María Novela y cerca de todos los sitios de interés.

Está en un segundo piso con un ascensor muy lento y pequeño. La entrada es algo tétrica. El desayuno bien, solo bien.

Można było słyszeć wodę w rurach w trakcie kąpieli gości w sąsiadującym pokoju. Dość irytujące, ale to taki typ budownictwa.

The location is fantastic—within walking distance of both the train station and major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There is a popular restaurant downstairs that I highly recommend trying; their signature flamed truffle cheese pasta is amazing. As hotel guests, we even received a 10% discount.

Easily accessible from Firenze SMN station. A nice safe area, 2 minute walk to SMN church and piazza. Restaurants nearby and short walking distance to important landmarks.

Variety for breakfast could have been better.

Zeer centraal gelegen, prima bedden en ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt was goed! Er staat van alles klaar, broodjes, cake, gekookt ei, yoghurt en muesli. Roerei of anders kun je gewoon bestellen bij het personeel. Verse cappuccino wordt gezet voor je. Ook fijn dat we de bagage konden laten staan na de uitcheck om 10.30. Omdat het slecht weer zou worden kregen we ook nog een paraplu mee. Top!

Niets. Hou rekening met een kleine lift en anders even de trap op.

Tudo maravilhoso! Desde a localização, o quarto lindo e aconchegante, o café da manhã otimo e o atendimento nota 10. Ressalto o atendimento do funcionário que nos providenciou taças e abridor de vinho e a atenção e simpatia da Maria Chiara no café da manhã .

Nao posso dizer que nao gostei. O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão. Acredito que seja em função do prédio ser antigo. Mas nada que comprometesse a estadia.

Hotellet ligger väldigt nära tågstationen.

Det har ingen reception vid markplan utan ligger två våningar upp. Frukosten var ok, man måste beställa ägg och kaffe. Man sitter dock alla längst ett långt bord i ett rum utan fönster. Och bordet är högt. Jag är 190 cm lång men kände mig som ett barn när jag satt vid bordet.

Buena ubicación, llegas caminado al centro de Florencia y a 300 metros de la estación de trenes, desayuno agradable, tiene ascensor, buenas habitaciones y buena presión de ducha.

Aamiainen oli riittävän kattava ja henkilökunta oli mukavaa! Huone ja yleiset tilat olivat siistejä.

Äänieristys oli huono. Sekä ulkoa että viereisestä huoneesta ja käytävältä tulevat äänet kuuluivat todella hyvin huoneeseeni.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in camera tripla, ampia comoda e curata. Colazione ottima, posizione strategica, vicinissima alla stazione Santa Maria Novella e proprio di fronte all’ingresso della farmacia profumeria di Santa Maria Novella. I luoghi di interesse si raggiungono facilmente a piedi! Grazie per la piacevolissima permanenza a tutto lo staff!

Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Das gesamte Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption über die wunderbare junge Dame im Frühstücksbereich bis hin zur Mitarbeiterin, die sich um die Zimmerreinigung kümmert. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und der Kaffee beim Frühstück war einfach phänomenal. Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, dass die junge Dame im Frühstücksraum sofort alles nachgefüllt hat, sobald etwas ausgegangen war. Einen Teil unserer Flitterwochen haben wir in diesem Hotel verbracht, und es war einfach unvergesslich! Dieser Aufenthalt wird uns noch lange in schöner Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Honeymoon so besonders gemacht haben. ❤️

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, personale cortese e ben preparato, posizione perfetta per raggiungere velocemente il centro cittadino rimanendo vicino alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella.

La camera non era questa con gli affreschi al soffitto, ma era molto più piccola, sebbene dotata di tutti i servizi e pulita. La colazione buona. Lo staff gentilissimo.

The location was ideal. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was better than the other places we stayed at while in Italy. It was also very safe.

The woman fixing breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

The noise from the street was not reflected in the price charged for the room. Should have been half the price. The bed was hard and low. Bedbugs. Coverlet on the bed was ancient and filthy.

Tout d'abord, bravo au Personnel ! à cette équipe de jeunes femmes disponibles, souriantes, actives ! L'accueil et le service au top. De l'aéroport, vous prenez le tram et vous vous arrêtez à : Alamanni - Stazione, l'hôtel est à 8 mn à pied. Pour le retour : Tram T2, du même endroit. A cet arrêt : gare férroviaire et de bus. L'hôtel est au deuxième étage, un peu déroutant au départ, mais sécure. Ma chambre était petite, propre, avec une moustiquaire à la fenêtre (une vraie bonne idée). Des voisins calmes, donc je n'ai eu aucun problème avec l'insonorisation qui reste fragile. Petit déjeuner, avec omelettes, ou oeufs brouillés à la demande, personnel souriant. Table commune, suffisamment d'espace en cette période. J'ai suivi le conseil d'un client en commentaire : en face de l'hôtel, un magasin / musée à visiter ; où vous pouvez acheter. Entrée libre : Officina Profumo - Farmaceutica. Les monuments, les musées, le coeur de Florence, accessibles à pieds en quelques minutes. C'est vraiment facile et agréable. Restauration : idem.

Sehr großes und schönes Zimmer, perfekte Lage in der Stadt und alles was man brauchte zur Verfügung.

Das Zimmer war direkt gegenüber des Frühstücksraums, daher etwas laut morgens.

La stanza con soffitto tutto affrescato, anche se la mano stessa non è dotata di una perfetta competenza artistica, ma è tutta ben arredata la camera. Poi la colazione e i servizi: il personale dell’hotel è proprio carinissimo e sono molto contenta degli omlet e le uova strapazzate fatte da loro. Sono buoni da morire!!!!

La struttura è molto vicina alla stazione, il che può risultare comodo. L'hotel occupa l'intero piano di un palazzo, con un ascensore che sbuca direttamente all'interno. Lo staff è simpatico, la colazione con alcuni dolci fatti a mano. La camera grande con soffitto affrescato (punto di forza di tutta l'esperienza), il bagno moderno e molto spazioso. Nel complesso la struttura è moderna (rinnovata) e pulita.

L'hotel è per quanto rinnovato e pulito, alquanto essenziale. L'illuminazione della camera è un po' carente, la vista di alcune stanze non particolarmente bella. I servizi nella camera sono alquanto essenziali. La colazione è fino alle ore 10.00, potrebbe servire estendere un po' il tempo. La strada dove sorge l'hotel, per quanto comoda perché vicina alla stazione, non è granché. Per la qualità nel complesso, il costo forse è un po' eccessivo.

L'accueil était vraiment bien, le personnel très sympathique et prévenant. Les explications étaient claires et les prestations (petit déjeuner, nettoyage et propreté de la chambre et des communs) étaient à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut espérer en réservant ce type de logement. Un effort particulier sur le petit déjeuner était appréciable, avec des gâteaux fait maison.

Le personnel a été adorable. Machi, pour le petite déjeuner, était aux petits soins avec nous. Ces collèges à l'accueil ont été super-disponibles aussi.

L'entrée, au rez de chaussée, est d'une tristesse. On se demande où on est ? Et l'ascenseur est d'une lenteur épouvantable.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the property overall was well maintained. The Wi-Fi was very fast, although it required frequent re-entry of credentials.

The property does not qualify as a hotel; it is essentially a standard bed and breakfast in both layout and shared spaces. The staff was not attentive or friendly, and the reception area appeared disorganized, with an unprofessional attitude overall. The process for requesting and receiving the invoice was cumbersome. I had to wait about 20 minutes before someone arrived at reception. I stayed in a room near the kitchen/breakfast area, which was very noisy, and I was frequently woken up early as guests began having breakfast. The breakfast itself was minimal, with extremely limited options. There is also little privacy, as all guests share a single long table. This setup is not clearly communicated on the website, and no photos are provided to reflect it. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, especially considering the high nightly cost.

Me and my wife had a really lovely stay overall. The customer service was excellent—everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout. The location is fantastic: very close to the train station and central attractions, yet just far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet. The room itself was a highlight—very large and spacious, with a beautiful design that feels distinctly Italian. The furniture and décor were charming, and the fresco-style ceiling added a special touch. The bathroom was also impressive, especially the large bathtub, which was very relaxing. Our room faced the inner courtyards garden, making it even more peaceful. A particularly thoughtful touch was that we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine and some small biscuits waiting in the room—such a lovely gesture. Another detail I really appreciated was that each day they replenished two still waters and two sparkling waters in the room’s mini fridge free of charge.  Breakfast was another great aspect. The breakfast room is small and intimate but very pleasant. The staff were attentive and offered made-to-order eggs and hot drinks, alongside a nice selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, breads, and delicious homemade cakes.

The bed was a bit on the firm side for my preference, and there were occasional issues with water pressure in the shower. As the building is old and historic, this is somewhat understandable, but still worth noting. For the same reason, the lift is quite slow—though it does work reliably and is definitely appreciated, especially when traveling with luggage. The air conditioning was unfortunately not the best, as it took quite a while to warm up the room, which was necessary as the nights got chilly. That said, the hotel does provide an extra blanket in the wardrobe, which was helpful. I also mentioned this at checkout, and the staff said they would look into it. Even with these few small points, this was a charming and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic setting, with excellent staff and a great location. We would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend it. :)

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und fussläufig zu allen Hotspots. Tolle Trattorie und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Der Frühstücksraum war etwas klein….Angebot der Speisen und Getränke war aber ok.

Nossa experiência foi incrível! O hotel é super perto de tudo no centro. Ganhámos água para beber todos os dias no quarto. Café ou chá tb fica no quarto para quem quiser.

Hotel bem localizado, próxima a tudo, restaurantes, mercado, e avenidas principais, de frente tem a janela pra pedir vinho, como é em um avenida, de madrugada faz um pouco de barulho, mas quem tem sono pesado, vai conseguir dormir tranquilamente. Café da manhã muito gostoso, e com opções de omelete, ovos.

Non è un hotel classico ma hanno ricavato poche stanze da un piano di un vecchio edificio. Camera davvero molto piccola. Interruttori della luce non funzionanti, ci siamo arrangiate staccando la spina dal muro ad una lampada che fungeva da lampadario per stare al buio. Ascensore molto piccolo, stretto e lento
