Very good location, plenty of space.

Nothing really but just to let other people know that the apartment is in a normal area of Porto, meaning that in the morning, local people are going about doing their daily routine.

Clean, comfortable with all facilities that we needed in a very central location. Shutters on windows to keep the room dark. Excellent air conditioning.

The room doesn't have much of a view.

La pulizia da rivedere. Il runner sul letto era pieno di capelli e anche il pavimento non sembrava così pulito.

Central location. Lovely building. Veronica was so helpful and lovely. Keyless check in saved the worry of wheres the keys?

Excellent communication in advance from Verónica. Great location, in the heart of a Baixa neighbourhood, with some tiny cute restaurants and bars within 50m but no outside noise in our rooms. Good value.

Our towels were not refreshed.

Emplacement un peu plus en retrait du centre ville mais idéal pour la tranquillité et la vue sur le Douru à 10 pas du loft. 7 minutes à pieds et vos êtes dans le centre de Porto. Air clim au top matelas un peu dur pour moi mais tous le reste était plus que parfait. La communication avec Véronica était super. Plusieurs choses à bon prix pour débuter votre séjour dans le frigo. Allez y c’est très bien.

The location is excellent, with plenty of bars nearby. Right outside the building, there is a restaurant, a supermarket and an ATM. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a few days. The communication with the host was great.

The only downside was that the window to the small balcony overlooks an inner courtyard with many pigeons and seagulls. They can be quite noisy and it looks a bit dirty.

La localisation, ses équipements, sa propreté et l’attention particulière de nôtre hôte.

Très bien situé, nous y étions pendant les fêtes de la st jean et l'appartement est très bien insonorisé donc nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit extérieur. De plus il y avait donc double vitrage ainsi que des volets donc aucune lumière extérieure.

The location was ideal. Close to lots of eating places. The room was bright and fresh. The fridge was well stocked with drinks and snacks which guests could use on an honesty basis.

Nothing. Guests should be aware that flat 21 is on the 3rd floor with no lift.

The view was lovely and quite centrally located, with a well stocked apartment.

There were a lot of flights of stairs to negotiate.

Ras hormis les 3 étages un peu dur après une journée a marcher dans Porto. Ce qui n' a en rien gâché notre séjour ça peut être difficile pour des personnes à mobilité reduite

Their were steps leading to an outside area which was broken and our towels were never changed during our stay.

Communication with the owner was excellent. Location is brilliant - in easy reach of lots of places. The room (12) is compact, well designed and the free wine and honesty box for the mini fridge is a nice touch.

It’s an older building with a beautiful central wooden staircase. The downside is that is echoes and some may find it noisy. Main issue is that the rear facing rooms do not have a view of any kind. The description says city view and courtyard view. There is absolutely no city view and I’ve included pictures of what can be seen and it’s really not pretty. There’s also no real light that comes in. If you’re looking for a comfy bed and room to be in and out of then that’s fine. If you hoped to be able to sit on the advertised balcony it is a disappointment. Front facing rooms are gorgeous and worth the extra price.

The property was very clean and organized. Bathroom was clean and efficient. It was nice to have some water and snacks in the fridge for purchase. The location was very good! The more you explore around the property the more you find!

Only negative I can think of, was the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, otherwise the apartment was prefect for what we needed :)

The bed was comfortable, black out shutters, it was clean, and great water pressure in the shower.

Sometimes it was slightly noisy from the people walking in the apartment above.

Siamo stati 4 giorni e non sono mai venuti a pulire i loft e non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani.

Klimaanlægget virkede ikke hele ugen og det første døgn var der virkelig koldt. Først næste morgen, hvor vi kontaktede værten fik vi varme på. Hvis vi skulle have ændret på varmen, måtte vi hver gang skrive til værten. Det var oplyst at der var rengøring hver dag, vi fik gjort rent en gang i løbet af ugen, håndklæder blev skiftet 2 gange i løbet af ugen.

Desayunamos en la habitación ya que estaba perfectamente equipada la cocina.

Las vistas de la habitación 12,daba a un patio interior muy tranquilo pero muy descuidado en humedades.

Excellent location. Walked everywhere. Loved the comfort of the room. Also, really appreciated the magnified mirror in the bathroom.

La habitación no tiene llave, va con código, y si por error “se resetea” no puedes entrar a la habitación hasta que no te den otro nuevo. Nos alojamos en una, de la planta mas baja, que daba a un patio interior, donde solo se veía el muro, era un poco agobiante;pero si es solo para dormir no necesitas vistas.

The apartment was fabulous and Veronica kind and helpful. Great location and everything was wonderful.

The only suggestion I would make is that it would be good to mark the final step with safety tape perhaps on each flight of stairs as it’s possible you could misjudge and trip .

Location was great and the room was very charming. Plenty of space for our group of 3. Veronica was so friendly, communicative, and accommodating of our needs.

3번째 방문하는 숙소입니다. 오랜만에 갔는데 여전히 깔끔하고 관리 잘되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 언덕위에 있어서 맨 꼭대기층 발코니 방 뷰는 여러번 봐도 너무 좋고, 숙소 바로 옆에 있는 전망대도 날씨 좋을땐 분위기 너무 좋아요. 시내에 있으면서도 약간 비껴있어 거리에 주차공간이 있어 차 가지고 갈때 편리합니다. 엘레베이터가 없으니 유모차가 있거나 나이드신분은 고층에서 머무르기엔 어려울수 있어요. 하지만 계단 올라가기 싫어하는 저도 기꺼이 올라갈만큼 추천하는 숙소입니다

The location is near Clerigos Church. It was easy to access the apartment. The apartment is well sized except the bathroom is small. A complimentary bottle of wine was left on the table in the breakfast nook. The refrigerator was stocked as a mini bar but without the mini bar prices. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower had shampoo/shower gel. There was plenty of hot water once it warmed up. The wood floors were in excellent condition.

Veronica é maravilhosa! Super atenciosa! O lugar é muito bem localizado. Podemos fazer tudo a pé! Voltarei!!!!!

En general me gustó todo, la limpieza, la ubicación, la amabilidad de Verónica, el detallito del vino, las instalaciones muy bien conservadas que hace de tu estancia como estar en casa.

Le bruit des parties communes (ouverture de la porte, bruit de passage). L'appartement du premier étage est plutôt sombre la journée car les fenêtres donnent sur une petite cour intérieure couverte.

A fost liniște. Am avut frigider. Aerul condiționat a fost ușor de folosit și silențios. Am avut veselă și cuptor cu microunde. Televizorul a avut posturi interesante. Dușul a avut presiune. Gazda receptivă la nevoile noastre. Există un restaurant unde se poate lua micul dejun gustos la nici un minut.

Spațiul spre care se deschid geamurile să fie mai aranjat, mai atrăgător.

The location, the cleanliness of the apartment was A+, linen very good quality. Firm bed very comfortable! It was also very quiet….

Nothing really…. You have to be aware that there is no elevator but for us it was not a problem…. The bathroom is small but I would reserve this apartment without a doubt….

La ubicación y la host te facilita muchas cosas en el acceso y víveres, todo muy cómodo.

Good sized room, very clean and comfortable, great location walkable to everything (and with a nice sunset spot right next door), and excellent communication from Veronica. Only small point of improvement is some noise from the hallway when people come back late at night as the hard floors make it echo quite a lot, but this was minor.
