Rustige plek in het centrum. Zwembad voor onze deur, zodat de kids lekker konden zwemmen. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Het was wat verouderd allemaal. Zo was de boomhut voor de helft weg, omdat het hout oud was. Ook waren er veel muggen.

Das gesamte Ambiente, die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, vieles Flussläufen erreichbar, gute Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The location

La porte n'est pas étanche et a un jour de cm au sol, ce qui laisse entrer les moustiques. De plus il n''y a pas de couloirs, vous sortez vous êtes directement sur un patio extérieur. L'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Finalement elle était trop tiède et le débit trop bas.

Great location, incredibly friendly family run business, great pool and toy section for our 2 year old. The room was spacious and always clean. The bath was amazing. Great Sunday night market location

Very good and central position to reach the center of Chiag Mai. The rooms are very original. The swimming pool is a life saver during hot summer weather.

Pillows were not comfortable, unfortunately.

It’s a beautiful little gem in the middle of the city. It’s really clean. The pool has sun and shade. Children toys are available, however you better ask.

The staff was quite unfriendly. The older lady seemed really nice, the other ladies were neutral, but the men were unfriendly. It used tobe more, I presume. It seemed like there used to be a restaurant. Breakfast around is not really good.

Wonderful room in a beautiful place, tucked away in a small street in the old town. Really great atmosphere.

The owner smoked which you could smell in the room, which was really disgusting and totally unnecessary in my opinion.

Perfect location, beautiful place and really clean and comfortable. Has such a lot of charm too. I’ve and quiet, close to the busy streets but tucked away in a quiet side street! Absolutely perfect!!

Location central, friendly owners, charming traditional peaceful hotel. Towels changed daily and free toiletries to use. Weekend markets literally at end of road.

The upstairs outdoor area for relaxing is in need of updating as quite tired, pictures on booking.com were misleading as it has clearly changed since those were taken! No bar within hotel although tea/coffee/bottled water in rooms replenished daily. Not really an issue as within easy walking distance to bars. The usb ports didn’t work in both our rooms either. Aircon units were a bit outdated but still worked.

The rooms are beautiful. The staff cleaned them promptly every day. The pool setting is lovely.

Diese Unterkunft war eine sehr positive Überraschung! Mitten in der Altstadt, aber sehr ruhig. Schönes Zimmer und die Umgebung um den Pool war ebenfalls schön.

Great room with lovely furniture and ambience. Big bath! Swimming pool nice to cool off. Helpful and friendly hosts.

You won’t be disappointed the location is fantastic and the Bodie tree restaurant caters to vegetarian. They have yoga and very specialized Thai massage across the street.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Oase mitten in der Altstadt von Chiang Mai. Wir haben hier gut geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stylish hotel hidden on a small street in the middle of everything!! Amazing place! it felt like true luxury after 3 days trekking in the jungles. Everything is very close, it's easy to enjoy the city and walk around. Definitely staying there again when in Chiang Mai!

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mit vielen Pflanzen im Innenhof, versteckt gelegen und sehr zentral. Das Personal ist super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch mit kleinem Kind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Beautiful decorated rooms, small and quaint pool which is incredible calming with just the sound of the overflow of water. The premises is spotless and is fantastic for children, it has a small role play kitchen area, sandpit and a small rooftop for your child to stretch their legs. Lovely owner who helped us to park (2-3 car park spaces), great location on a small residential street with a great coffee shop next door. Definitely recommend, we will come back! :)

The children’s play area had a fan and other equipment in it. It was also very dusty, I think to make it even better for families they should improve this section :)

Au calme en plein cœur de Chiang Mai

Ce n’était pas très clair pour l’hôtel entre notre resa booking avec 5 couchages et une demande de complément pour un lit d’appoint. Le problème a été réglé avec l’hôte rapidement mais peut être que la plate-forme devrait être plus claire pour les hébergeurs

Niet zoals op de foto’s en erg verouderd. Onvoldoende plekken buiten, zwembad verouderd, niet schoon. Heb veel geld betaald voor de plek.

A little oasis of peace right in the centre of old town. Beautiful green courtyard with a pool. Unique rooms well decorated.

Not much really. There were some spaces upstairs which could do with having some life breathed back into them. Possibly an old exercise area and restaurant which is no longer functional.

Nincs mikrohullámú sütő, nem lehet semmit se megmelegíteni, pedig jó lenne.

La localisation exceptionnelle, à quelques pas de tout ! La chambre est très agréable, peu lumineuse mais avec les lampions ça crée une ambiance hyper sympathique. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et arrangeant, toujours souriant !

Le bruit dès 6h30, on dirait que des meubles sont déménagés dans les chambres voisines. Je ne sais pas si c'est le room service ou d'autres clients, mais c'est un vacarme infernal.

Wauw wat een magische plek. Ruime familiekamer, met prachtige badkamer. De tuin en het zwembad waren erg mooi. Voor ons heel fijn dat er een leuke speelhoek was voor onze zoon van 3 jaar. Die kon zich daar heerlijk vermaken.

Everything!!! If I could rate it even higher I would! The perfect location to explore Chiang Mai, a short walk from everything you need. Gorgeous bedroom and bathroom. The loveliest staff! The lady with the glasses at the front desk was so welcoming and gave us lots of amazing recommendations. When we’re next in Chiang Mai we will book again!

Locatie was zeeeeer dichtbij de Sunday walking street en toch rustig gelegen in een klein straatje 👌

Het zwembad zag er goed uit van op afstand, maar zeer slecht onderhouden. Zeer veel tegels los en scherpe randen overal. Tijdens ons verblijf van 1 nacht, hebben zich 3 mensen aan de tegels in het zwembad gesneden, waarvan er 1 persoon zich zelfs moest laten naaien aan de voet. Personeel was weinig geïnteresseerd en kwam niet helpen 😓 Gelukkig was er op dat moment een arts aanwezig onder de gasten en kon die helpen.

Airco deed het goed en de locatie was zeer centraal

Erg gedateerd, de foto’s bij de advertentie wijken af van de realiteit. Ook geen plek om te ontspannen bij het zwembad, op twee plastic ligbedjes na.

Lieu charmant et très bien situé pour le balader dans la vieille ville.

Kleinschaligheid ( beetje ‘ verstopte’ ) locatie en comfortabele kamers. Wij hadden twee kamers naast elkaar ( ivm kids) met een zwembad voor de deur.

Geen ontbijt maar was eigenlijk geen probleem. Genoeg tentjes op steenworp afstand.

Super familiär, schöne grüne Anlage, toller Pool in der Mitte der Anlage. Geräumiges Zimmer, supernette Chefin mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge usw.

Im Pool haben sich ein paar Fliesen gelöst, das müsste mal ausgebessert werden. Der TV könntr besser sein. Generell war in Thailand in den Jahren zuvor ein Fernseher in den Unterkünften eigentlich immer unbrauchbar, mittlerweile haben ziemlich viele Unterkünfte aber bereits einen Sprung gemacht und haben Smart-TVs auf den Zimmern, was als Familie abends durchaus nicht schlecht ist, wenn die Kinder mal einen Film oder Ähnliches auf Netflix/Prime/... schauen können. Das ist bei einer 3-Sterne-Unterkunft aber auch schon hoher Anspruch! 😉

Great location right near the centre of the old town but also on a quiet street. Loved the pool and the nice decor. Staff were friendly and very accommodating and flexible.

Visiting in the monsoon, it must be hard to keep the bedding smelling from mildew.

Le bâtiment a vieilli depuis les photos: il y a un décalage certain entre les clichés du site et la réalité à l’heure actuelle! Tarifs plus élevé que des établissements tout proches notamment en hiver (Juillet) ou la piscine n’est pas forcément un plus… Pas de petit déjeuner dans l’établissement mais nombreux bars et resto alentours! Rapport qualité prix pas forcément au rendez-vous…

Le lieu reste intéressant cependant du fait de sa localisation dans la vieille ville.

De locatie van het hotel is centraal in het oude gedeelte. Je loopt binnen paar minuutjes naar de restaurants en winkeltjes. Tempels en foodmarkt om de hoek. Mooie entree door de 2 zware deuren, alsof je een film binnengaat. Behulpzame en heel vriendelijke medewerkers bij receptie. Veel plekjes buiten om overdekt te zitten, wel prettig tijdens een tropische regenbui! Paraplu beschikbaar in de kamer. Geen herrie van buitenaf. Verkoelend zwembad, in het groen, alsof je in de jungle bent. Ruime kamer en badkamer. Ruime koelkast aanwezig.

De bedden waren keihard, na 2 nachten pijn in je rug. Beddengoed was fris wit, maar wel met scheurtjes. Kussens te oud en slap. Kamers waren oké maar wel wat rommelig. Gordijnen te lang, sleepten over de grond. Gordijnen hingen hier en daar los van de haken. De groene muur was ooit groen, nu beschadigd en armoedig, niet fris. Badkamer vloer was op het eerste oog schoon, maar niet fris. Oude vlekken in de betonvloeren. Buiten, in de tuin, boven in de hoeken veel rommel, oud speelgoed, hout, etc. Zonde, het ziet er dan toch rommelig uit. Boomhut bij het zwembad, is zeer klein en kapot. Zonnedoeken met scheuren.

Malheureusement la gérante parlait assez peu anglais et n’a pas vraiment pu nous conseiller pour les visites.

Bed was a bit hard and some of the windows were pretty orange glass but they had no curtains so it let in a lot of light.

I lost something in the room and the young man found it and returned it to me.

When I spilled water and wiped it up, the napkin came away dirty, so although the floor looked clean, it really wasn’t. Only issue I had. Everything else was fantastic.

Location was perfect. There’s a massage place, good coffee shop, cooking school and elephant sanctuary office on the same street, plus amazing vegan/vegetarian with yoga classes right in front. Sunday market street is adjacent. Must-visit temples are walking distance. The place itself is so charming- thoughtfully designed. Room was cleaned and they provided water daily. Laundry onsite for a fee. Owners are friendly and gave good recommendations. I will return!

Lots of mosquitoes when I went. There were nets on the windows but some of them were not sticking at the corners.

They looked after us so well.
