The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful on check in and provided us with an iron (there wasn't one in the room). The hotel was good vlaue for money for a stop over on the way back from the NC500 and a day in Edinburgh. It took us about 50 minutes to get into the centre of Edinburgh by driving to the tram park and ride stop near the airport.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing but probably just about OK given the price of the room.

Great reception staff, amazing value, location near a very good Indian restaurant and also other eating opportunities.

Breakfast staff denied having some of the things on the menu, when pressed it turned out the did indeed have them.

Convenient to airport. Less expensive than many. Tasty, but limited breakfast if you don't like eggs. Close to stores, easy to drive to, petrol station nearby to fill your rent car. Lighting in room better than most!

Personale poco accogliente. Nel complesso sembra vogliano darsi un tono come di hotel di lusso quando poi non lo sono per nulla. A colazione 4 cose in croce e nessuno che si occupasse di ripristinare i bricchi di latte e succhi finiti o le altre poche cose a disposizione. Solo caffè americano, nemmeno una macchinetta per un cappuccino o caffè di altro genere, cosa che mi aspetto in un b&b a conduzione famigliare, non un albergo

The location was very handy for the cruise terminal and the staff were very friendly and helpful . There was a handy local shop. Meals were nice.

There weren't enough staff - one person had to cover the bar, restaurant and reception. You couldn't go for much of a walk from the hotel. There was no lift to the first floor .

Normally a very good stay here, food always good and staff great.

On this occasion the shower in my room (family room) was defective, very little water when turned to hot, when turned towards cold it came with more force but then died away to a trickle again. no one at reception to advise off this.

I muri sono davvero troppo sottili ed ogni piccolo rumore proveniente da stanze adiacenti si sente distintamente. Inoltre, ho ritenuto inadeguato prevedere, durante il week end, la colazione solo dalle 8 per un hotel vicino all'aeroporto, la cui unica funzione è proprio quella di ospitare clienti prossimi alla partenza.

They can't help the location but it's in the middle of a housing estate with nothing much around. External appearance was bland.

Honestly - nothing

The location, the staff and the room itself were horrible. Looking at the pictures in booking and seeing everything live is like two different worlds. The best thing about the breakfast was a cornflakes which came from the box.

Location is near Edinburgh and the room was clean and spacious.

Visibly understaffed, reception needing a revamp, bed hard as concrete, breakfast limited and coffee atrocious.

The hotel here was filthy. The hotel looks like. nothing that is shown on their website. There was no elevator in the hotel, no WIFI in my bedroom; the manager “Mark” was very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I brought my concerns to him, he offered another room that was even filthier than the previous. He said with hostility that “he can’t do anything about the WIFI because he is not a technician.” I was so taken aback and asked for a refund since the hotel could not deliver what was advertised on their website. That was when all hell broke loose. The manager abandoned his duty post and refused to attend to me. I remained calm and tried to talk to him like an adult but he went into a childish for and accused me of yelling at him even when I did not. When I told him I had him on camera and his lie wouldn’t hold as there was no point I yelled at him. His response was “your camera was not on.” Clearly, this manager has done this to other customers and must be stopped. After multiple emails to Expedia and involving the police, I was able to eventually get my refund from Expedia and move to a decent hotel. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this hotel. Do yourself a favour and spend that extra money to get a decent accommodation.

It was close to motorway so excellent ability to commute around

Decor was poor and needs updating Smell from drains coming through the toilet and filling the room Lack of gluten free options although stated there was Poor quality and quantity of breakfast and should have paid far less for this option Restaurant closed although it stated it would be open. No disabled access which meant our elderly mum had to walk up a steep long staircase

Location : We stayed there as going to show grounds concert and as close as Edinburgh etc Is effectively on the middle of a housing estate - difficult to get taxis too and from Taxis we did get clearly over charged as don’t service area normally - making taxis expensive option Facilities : Rooms were clean in fairness and bed was comfortable Bar and restaurant- hotel bar and restaurant was closed both nights we there and ended up going into the rather bizarre bar attached to hotel - a place not for non locals Breakfast : We had breakfast two days and didn’t bother the second day after the first day - breakfast was really poor - coffee and tea served from flasks and tasted like nothing - cooked option was not good and while there was a continental option it was also underwhelming with bruised fruit and warm yogurts on option - would also question hygiene standards For food with plates and cups found dirty - so sorry to say possibly worst breakfast ever experienced in a hotel Other facilities No water or drinks machine available and bar close both evenings so no option there Staff A mix here cleaning staff where lovely ans very helpul and friendly as was chap serving breakfast also very nice and helpful - on the other side chap manning reception was what can only be described as rude and clearly didn’t want to be there - grunted answers to questions was extremely abrupt and nearly ran us out when we tried to enter bar area So overall - what can only be described as truly not good - don’t often do reviews and rarely if ever bad ones but some of the listings for this establishment are truly misleading and bordering on false information - so unless no other option would not recommend this establishment in any way

The pub next door had a great atmosphere, friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Quiet location. Buses an 8 minute walk to get into Edinburgh.

Acceso y parking sencillo. Ideal para noche en ruta sin ningún otro interés. No hay nada alrededor ni para picar algo.

Demasiado desatendido y pobre de equipamiento. El desayuno justito. Mejor tomar algo por ahí. Si tu plan es algo barato para ir a Edimburgo no es opción porque está demasiado lejos

Das Frühstück wurde recht lieblos hergerichtet und war nicht wirklich gut. Aber das Personal war bemüht.

Breakfast was very disappointing! No service, nowhere to sit as it was busy. Food was very basic. Staff didn't seem to care and were not easy to find. Nowhere comfortable to wait for taxis after checkout.

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport, at a good price, and this one was suiting our needs. The room was as appears in the pictures, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Everything was clean and in a good condition. We could rest before our departure to the airport.

Easy to find hotel. Comfortable beds with plenty storage space, modern bathroom with rainfall shower.

No fault of the hotel as such, but the lack of soundproofing in the bedroom walls led to me being kept awake on our first night by conversation from the adjoining room which started about 3 a.m. and went on to I eventually fell asleep after 5 a.m.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is spotless. Stayed only overnight but overall experience is very good.

Meal service in restaurant. Took over an hour from order to food arriving and we were first in the restaurant, which opened half hour late. No starter available. Staff not friendly, one huffed if she was asked anything. Breakfast, ran out of crockery and what was there was chipped.

The hotel was close to the cruise terminal. Our room was clean & comdortable.

Our shower water pressure was poor. Some extra staff would help on cruise dates because reception is often unmanned.. No lift which we managed but it wasn't easy for some of the older folk with suitcases.

The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was ok.

Breakfast was quite poor, my wife requested a small portion which was ok, but, I didn't but received one anyway. Poor service. There was no hairdryer in the room and the noise from the gulls in the field outside waked us very early @ 4am. It would benefit from triple glazing at that side of the hotel. On registering our car at 1pm we asked if we could use the toilet and were told that we would have to use the adjacent pub, in which, the toilets were disgusting. Surely the chap on reception could have allowed guests into their lounge to access toilet facilities? We had just driven for 90 minutes from Glasgow!!

Nos hospedamos una noche en el hotel, 2 personas. Una de las toallas que nos pusieron estaba sucia (bueno, le puede pasar a cualquiera) pero en el suelo encontramos dos uñas que NO eran nuestras, claramente no se había ni aspirado. Luego fuimos a cenar al restaurante que tienen, nos hicieron esperar demasiado para la comida aún siendo los únicos. El desayuno es justo.

Perfect location for our walking trip. Very helpful staff. Unpretentious but delivers beyond what is promised. Fantastic value for money.

The room was spotlessly clean. It was in good repair and was a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was again spotlessly clean and well equipped. We couldn’t fault the room at all. Check in was efficient and the staff were helpful.

Breakfast could have been a bit better quality. My fried egg was solid.

There were spiders in the bed. No warm water and the whole place smelld like an old dormitory not a hotel. Do not recommend it

If you have baby or elderly, it's not a good place where doesn't have lift for the family room on the first floor. Tiny bathroom with only over head shower only without a bathtub, not convenient for the baby. Very limited option on breakfast.

Handy for Port of Rosyth for going on a cruise the next day. Seems to be a family run hotel, young girl on reception was very nice and helpful. Bar area was opened next morning to accommodate people waiting for their taxis to cruise terminal. Breakfast was good

Die Lage. Wir sind von ds dus mit dem Bus nach Edinburgh gefahren. Das waf ganz praktisch.

Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Man dachte man sei in einer Kantine. Radio während des Frühstücks im Hintergrund. Aber nicht leise. Für eine Nacht ist es ok aber nicht länger.

Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fleckiger Teppich. Zu teuer für die Lage. Rosyth ist kein attraktiver Ort. Wir waren Backpacker und kamen uns in dem Ort ziemlich verloren vor.

It was very quiet. Easy parking, i would say it is like a premier inn, but a little tatty
