Large bright room large bright shared bathroom with big shower. Lovely hot shower. very clean and hospitality tray. Great beds lovely fresh white linen

On main road so fine for us but if a light sleeper ask for a back room some marks on wall by bed which was unfortunate. Other than that all good!

First off, the shower was essentially unusable. It had such low water pressure and what water did come out was so hot I couldn't physically stay under it, and I tried evening and morning just in case. The room was barely cleaned, I don't consider myself picky but if they are cleaning between each visitor, they are missing a lot of stuff, I could spend 5 minutes with a hoover and rag, and it would've been far better. And most of all, some of the worst customer service I've ever had. So unhelpful, condescending and just rude, when their doors wouldn't work, they assumed I was at fault and then offered no apologies and again blamed me when they tried, and it wouldn't work.

Il problema è la sporcizia. Polvere ovunque, sulle lampade, sotto al letto, vicino ai muri ma anche sulle lenzuola e sulle federe. La doccia ha le siliconature marce, rotte e l'acqua scende a fatica. Manca il bagnoschiuma e shampoo per laverai e il phon. I muri credo siano spessi 1cm perché sembra di essere in stanza con altri o in bagno. In aggiunta costa anche più di 100£ a notte. Allo stato attuale totalmente da evitare.

The location and the 1 member of staff / owner was very helpful. Basic room but comfortable.

The shower room would benift from a shower screen or curtain there is a partial screen but water goes everywhere. Attention to cleaning shower wet walls would be better. Overall for the price and location and staff it was a good guest house. Would stay again.

Facilities were terrible. The roller blind lock mechanism was broken so the only 'hold' position was fully open; when closed the blind fell away from the window sill letting light in at the bottom. There were no drawers for clothes. There were two tiny drawers in the bedside units, but one had no handle, just a srew hole so the staff had turned the opening side to the wall.The wardrobe was a triangle mechanism which was not correctly attached to the wall and loose. The toilet seat was loose & dangerous, eventually we go it fixed. The 'bathroom' was so small your feet were in the shower when sitting on the toilet. Under the bed was filthy with dust and bits. The sliding door to the bathroom only stayed fully open if i wedged something to the top rail. The mattress & pillows were 'bodyless' thin and cheap. One small mirror only, in the bathroom. The sink capacity was between 2 & 3 litres, smallest we've ever seen. Reception was basically unmanned but we saw someone on a couple of occasions, actually they were pleasant enough. Over £400 for 3 nights was daylight robbery and we really should expect a full refund.

Ennél undorítóbb szálláson még soha nem voltunk, pedig ez volt a 16. ország, ahol jártunk, szóval láttunk már sok mindent. Ismeretlen eredetű foltok a falon, zuhanyzóban a fugában penész, ágy alatt nem porcicák, hanem porelefántok, ágyneműn foltok. A mosdó csak egy kézmosó, a zuhanyzó is nagyon szűk, sokszor elment a víznyomás is, gondolom amikor másik szobában is használták a vizet. A wc-t nem mindig lehetett rendesen lehúzni, az ablakok nem zártak jól. Zuhanyzóhoz nem volt kilépő, így jobb híján az egyik kéztörlőt használtuk erre a célra. A falak papírvékonyak, hallottuk a szomszéd szobában a beszélgetést, illetve az ajtók olyan hangosan csapódnak, hogy megrezzentünk rá. A véleményekben azt írták többen is, hogy olcsó volt, de én ezért az árért is elvárnám, hogy ne undorodjak a dolgokhoz hozzáérni. Illetve 3 különböző szállásunk volt Skóciában, mindegyik olcsóbb volt ennél, az egyik még reggelivel együtt is. Kiábrándító, a feltöltött képek köszönőviszonyban sincsenek a valósággal.

They didn't do breakast. There was a 'breakfast room' with table & chairs, a fridge & a microwave, but no crockery or cutlery & no sink or running water.

The property was dirty , poorly maintained, stains all over the bedroom walls, and floor. I am currently trying to get a refund as we left within half an HR to get something else, they were carrying out some form of repairs in next room and banging on our wall with a hammer. I would not recommend in the slightest.

El personal muy amable. Aunque está lejos de Edimburgo la conexión es buena tanto en tren como en bus.

Limpieza regular. No limpiaron ni vaciaron basura en las dos noches que estuvimos. No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. Baños muy pequeños. No proporcionan jabón ni nada de limpieza. Dispone de una zona común para preparar desayuno o cena fácil (microondas, tostadora) pero no tiene pila ni ningún utensilio de cocina.

The price. Takeaways/ shops nearby within walking distance. Front of house staff/ Concierge was attentive and friendly.

It was about 30minute drive from Edinburgh city centre. The floors and walls in both rooms had stains on them. The car park is not paved which gives the guesthouse a bit of a ‘deserted haunted house’ vibe.

Check In und Check Out war schnell, war ok von der Sauberkeit her aber das wars tatsächlich auch.

Habe mich sehr unwohl vor Ort gefühlt. Wurde an der Rezeption gefragt ob ich denn wirklich drei Nächte bleiben will. Es war unangenehm laut in der Unterkunft. Ich hätte da nicht in Ruhe schlafen können. Der Raum sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Ich habe mir nach etwa 30 Minuten eine andere Unterkunft gebucht und bin gefahren. Gerade als Frau, non binäre, trans oder queere Person nicht zu empfehlen. War schon viel unterwegs aber habe selten solche Sicherheitsbedenken.

L'accoglienza è stata molto positiva, gentile e disponibile. La camera molto pulita, curata e accogliente. Biancheria pulitissima e molto profumata. Posizione ottima per chi deve prendere l'aereo il giorno dopo, ampio parcheggio gratuito e zona tranquilla.

It doesn’t serve breakfast , rooms are small , I had an en-suite ,

The premises were clean and the staff who were very nice was on the top of things, constantly.

There was no wardrobe or just anywhere to hang our clothes in the room. I would imagine that on busy nights you might have to wait for the shower/toilet as there is just one bathroom per floor. However that has not happened to us.

The staff at the reception was super helpful. The room was big and as much as you can get for the affordable price. 30 mins by car from the airport.

There was some problem with the hot water at first, but the helpful guy from the reception solved it for us.

The shared bathroom which wasn’t kept clean hairs in the shower etc. Very basic room. Tv wouldn’t work.

It was near the station

Tiny room . Shower was minimal water Toilet took a few times to flush. Bin was not emptied and coffee etc was not replenished, no teaspoons dirty stains on walls .

Our host was very polite, welcoming and friendly. The bedding was clean and freshly laundered.

We were shocked that the bathroom was shared between 6 double / twin rooms. This made our stay noisy as we were opposite the bathroom door. The bin in the bathroom was dirty all round the rim which was unpleasant. The wall next to one of the beds in our room was dirty and stained and the skirting boards had thick black dust in some places.. This was very off-putting. The curtains and curtain rails were very flimsy and the clothes rail was hanging off the wall. This all gave the room a shabby feel. There was no spare toilet roll visible, which was anxiety-provoking - especially when the only available bathroom / lavatory was potentially shared between 12 adults!

Beds were not really comfy. Doors slam loud. My recommendation is an easy fix for this. If you put soft pads on the frames. (We always did that in our homes on doors, drawers etc and everything became much quieter)

Wi-fi was faulty so I had to pay to use my mobile data, shower was broken with no hot water, there was no breakfast available despite being advertised on the website

The shower was really poor, really low pressure and very difficult to get a reasonable temperature. The en suite bathroom door on a slider was basically like being in the same room, no privacy at all. The blinds were broken, and did a poor job at keeping the room dark. The room was generally clean and tidy but when you looked a bit closer there was dirt. And small details which make a difference, no shower gel in the dispenser, tea and coffee but no spoons, the fire stick wasn’t actually plugged in to the tv, just those small details which make the stay seem that bit better.

Alloggio vicinissimo a stazione e fermata del bus. Rosyth è un paesino, da notare un'ottima caffetteria in prossimità della fermata del bus per l'aeroporto. Stanza con il necessario, bagno in camera e scrivania con bollitore. Per qualche notte è una soluzione vincente.

Da migliorare un po' la pulizia interna ed esterna.

It's the second time in the last couple of years that we've stayed at Queensferry Guesthouse. We choose the guesthouse due to the location in close proximity to our relatives. The room and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean. There are more facilities available than listed, e.g. one can get a hairdryer at the reception. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

The place needs a little more attention to detail. It's generally clean, but once you start looking at some of the surfaces that are not visible right away, like under the bed, or on the side lamp, or on the window sill, it is very dusty. There's no wardrobe in the room, which is not a big issue, but more than one hangers would be very helpful. All quick and easy fixes.

Location is a little out of the way if your up in Edinburgh. A later check in would have been handy but 10pm isnt awful. Bathroom was a bit cramped but honestly didnt bother me as served me well.Shower was a little akward to work

It was cheap

The bathroom tap wasn't working well. There was shampoo for hand-wash. There was big dirty marks all over the bedroom wall. Tv didnt work. I thought it was also closer to the airport than it actually was.

I've stayed now 3 days in a row and the guy that works here is an absolute start, makes us feel at home, makes sure we're comfortable 😀

De bedden waren wat gedateerd Maar voor de prijs kun je ook geen top verwachten Door het gezamenlijk gebruik van het sanitair is het wel vervelend als je voorganger zijn rommel niet opruimt. (Ligt niet aan de accommodatie maar meer aan de mede bezoekers)
