Room was lovely. Bathroom is dated, but fine.

Breakfast was very nice and offered healthy alternatives (chia and oatmeal).Room was mostly clean. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Not enough amenities: facial wipes, Q-tips, makeup wipes. Kitchen was clean, however it waspoorly equipped for its use, example: no spoons! Just knives and forks no scissors no large pots for boiling water only one kitchen towel. Cheap coffee in the room nothing to write on or with. Felt like a budget hotel, but with a high price tag. Found a rotten piece of fruit underneath the couch when I was looking for something I dropped.

Check in was a breeze, staff were friendly & informative of everything offered during our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfy, the kitchenette was awesome to have to store extra food & drinks during our stay for a lacrosse tournament. My son and friends enjoyed the pool and basketball court- I enjoyed the easy access to Tree House :)

Only one elevator was working and our room was third floor, just had to be strategic on where to park but lugging our stuff up and down each day was the only negative

The property was very well maintained and nice to walk around. The room was huge, very clean and the bedding was so nice. Dinner and breakfast were included and they were both decent.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

We visit Saratoga Springs often and this is our favorite hotel. Three nights mid June walking Broadway, Saratoga Springs State Park across the highway, and Congress Park downtown. Bagels and Nova at Uncommon Grounds and Bear's Cup. If you like NYC bagels this is the spot. Of course a short drive to Half Moon Bay and Trader Joe's a special treat as they haven't expanded to Canada. We checked into a room on the first floor with a noisy fridge that was bothersome every time the compressor cycled. That morning we approached sweet Isabelle at the front desk front desk, who could sense our concern, and without batting an eyelash upgraded us to larger room that had a balcony and a better view. We were thrilled as it was a special three night getaway for our 54th anniversary. Truly a gem Isabelle is, she in management material for sure. We will return too notwithstanding the long drive from Ottawa Ontario. Love Spa City!

The room that I reserved was not available even though I “checked in” on line the previous day. The “alternative” elevator has been broken for at least a week and no sign of repair which meant everyone in the full hotel plus the workers had to use one elevator! The ice machine on the 4th floor was out of order. The ceiling was leaking on the morning buffet food. The auto closing curtains are a pain to use. The bed was terrible. It was worn out for sure. Even though it is located next door to Tree House Brewing, they have done everything in their power to make it difficult to visit. The parking lot is closed off with gates and they charge you $10 a night to park! I’m definitely looking elsewhere for our return visits.

Spent a week at the Homewood Suites for Saratoga’s final Belmont racing festival. Excellent experience. Extremely clean & quiet. Breakfast was kept fresh & very handy for starting each day in a very busy week. Pool & weight room were nice. Easy in & out with less traffic than hotels closer to town, but still close enough to keep driving to a minimum. Hotel has a shuttle that operates all day. Just a great stay.

We always love the convenience of the full-size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave when we stay at Homewood Suites. The location worked well for us.

The elevator was out of order the entire time we stayed with 2 toddlers... and they put us on a high floor without offering to move us. Navigating that was quite difficult. A staff member stated that this has happened frequently recently and it always takes several days to be fixed, though there was a sign at check-in saying management "hopes it will be fixed tomorrow." I guess there's no telling when that sign went up. Our dishwasher nearly came out of the wall when we opened it. Turns out it was never anchored on one side and came undone on the other. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The refrigerator was turned off and not cold when we got to our room as well as the handle being covered in a greasy white substance.

Property was in good shape. The location right opposite the park was what we wanted and even though the hotel was full, it didnt feel too crowded. We also wanted a rerugerator so this was a good option.

The bed was quite soft and sagged. We did not find it comfortable. We asked to change rooms, but even though they said they had a few left, they would not accomodate us cause we booked through a third party.

The room was great with a nice setup for our family of 5 for 2 nights. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast that I have experienced. The location was convenient and not noisy. They thought of a lot of great functional features such as the separate vanity and sink with a built in night light. Free dinner on Wednesday nights! Free laundry!

The juice tasted a little like the freezer and the mattresses and sofa could have been more comfortable. We didn't have to pay for parking and I hope that they don't charge other guests either.

The moment we walked in the receptionist were so nice and we eager to help with whatever we needed. The place is super clean and relaxing. We would stay again for sure.

It was close to Treehouse.

The bed was very squeaky. If I moved at all during the night it woke me up. That’s disappointing because the main activity you do at a hotel is sleep.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered an absolutely exceptional experience. The staff were truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. Our welcome from Aaliyah was fabulous and after a long flight it was greatly appreciated. Our room was amazing! It was large,spotlessly clean and a balcony was an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely with lots of great choices. Special praise to Nicole, Isabel, Pim and Aaliyah for making our stay such a memorable one. It was a delight meeting you all. Many thanks for your hospitality. Quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a huge room with a big fridge and small kitchen area. It's off season and we paid about $125.00 plus tax. Well worth it. Desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a big selection. Love hotel oatmeal! The four Hampton's we stayed in were worth a few dollars more than LaQuintas. One thing needs be mentioned. We have a small dog and online it said there was a $75.00 charge non-refundable which almost made us change our mind about staying there, but the four Hamptons we stayed in never asked if we had a dog and no charge was made. It's fair if they want a $75.00 deposit against damages, but if there is no damage or accidents, it should be refundable. Desk clerk was very nice. No complaints at all. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Les installations à la piscine auraient vraiment besoin d,un gros rafraîchissement ! Les casseroles dans la cuisine ont le fond tellement arrondies qu’elles ne cuisent plus. 75$ de plus pour un petit chien pour une nuit c’est vraiment exagéré et pas évident à voir lors de la réservation ….bref très très cher 250 us vraiment cela ne vaut pas cela. On a vanté le petit déjeuner qui est bien mais comparable à bien d’autres

Homewood Suites Saratoga Springs, NY. I have been staying at this Hotel for several years; I have recently noticed a steady decline in the cleanliness of the rooms. Water-stained glasses, dust on shelves and nightstands. Worn Carpet or loose carpet squares. Shower curtains stained and not properly attached. inconsistent heat and AC controls. Lately (LAST 2 MONTHS) there seems to be a decline in employee attitudes, no longer smiling greeting seems like a matter of fact. Lots of staff changes? The one positive thing I can say, the Breakfast and the Kitchen Staff put out a quality breakfast and evening social. I am always greeted with a smile, the attention to details is top notch. I would like too especially say thank you to the Chef, I believe her name is Malissa. She has consistently greeted every guest with a smile. She makes sure the presentation of the food looks delicious.

Just want to thank Vanessa the night manager for going through hoops to book a room for me after I booked the wrong dates. Appreciate her navigating the no cancellation policy and just making it right. Makes you appreciate her gumption and how much she cared as an individual. I also appreciate that the company is not too big and bureaucratic to not treat customers like human beings.

We were originally staying at another hotel in Saratoga Springs that was terrible, and since we were going to be in the area for another week, we needed to find more suitable accommodation. We were so happy to have found this place. We chose the one-room King suite, which was perfect for the length of our stay. It offered plenty of space for the three of us and was the same price as the original hotel we booked. Service: All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and plenty of free parking available. Cleanliness: The entire property was exceptionally clean. The apartment, bathroom, reception area, and communal dining space were always spotless. Bedding: Really comfy bed and pillows and the block out curtains were great. On this 2-month long vacation, it’s been the best sleep I’ve had. Also, our adult son said the pull-out sofa bed was very comfortable. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was consistently delicious, with a good variety, and fresh fruit offered daily. Pim, the main server, was always friendly and incredibly hardworking—constantly cleaning, restocking food and drinks, and greeting guests with a smile. She is truly an asset to this hotel, as was the part-time lady who was there over the weekend. Noise: Considering how long we stayed, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. Even on weekends when the hotel was full—including a children’s party with lots of young kids—we barely heard any noise inside the suite, aside from the occasional sound in the corridor. We only knew there were guests above us when the plumbing was in use, and even that was minimal. We never heard voices, TV’s or footsteps above (like we did at other hotels). I’m guessing the walls and floors are insulated. It was really great! Shower: hot and good pressure. Location: Close to everything in and around Saratoga Springs Amenities: Best hotel gym so far (1 cable machine, good variety of hand weights, variety of treadmills, stationery bike), Fast Wi-Fi, pool looked very clean, complimentary breakfast, Thursday night mixer (we had bangers and mash, it was good). They also have a shuttle that will take you into town and pick you up. Very convenient. Cons: None! This is where we’ll be staying whenever we’re in this area from now on.

food at the complimentary social was pretty bad, but since it was complimentary i really cannot complain. The fake salty chicken and mushy broccoli was really bad, and the salad bar was brown lettuce so i chose not to eat it, but the gesture is appreciated, and others seem to enjoy it

This is the 3rd year my family stayed at Homewood Suites in Saratoga Springs for our annual family retreat. And we'll keep returning! This is one of the cleanest, most accommodating, and friendliest hotels I've ever visited. The 2-bedroom/2bath suites are very spacious, with a comfortable living room and well-equipped kitchen. The large living room was spacious enough for the 8 of us to gather in one of the suites for afternoon discussions and to share the evenings together. The huge morning breakfast buffets (at no charge!) were fresh and delicious with a welcoming and helpful staff. Our family enjoyed preparing other meals in our own suite's kitchens and then gathering downstairs in the dining room to share our lunches and dinners. The fitness room and pool were sparkling clean and inviting. The icy sidewalks surrounding the hotel were salted well for safe walks. Couldn't have asked for anything more to enhance our stay!

Customer service was great! The night was arrived the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before at this location and love all there is to do nothing, a quick drive or Uber ride away. The rooms are always clean! Lots of extra space with having a sofa and ottoman where we could sit to watch TV without having to be in bed. We also enjoyed having a spacious kitchen area! They even provide a small desk/dining table and chair with we took advantage of since we both needed to get some work done over the weekend. I love that they separate the toilet area from the vanity area and this make it a more open concept. Everything about the room was perfect! The breakfast buffet, yes please! So many options, the staff were on top of keeping everything stocked! We utilized the gym which was nice to have to help us keep on track. The gym is up with the times, TVs for each piece of equipment! We did not use the pool area but we did walk into the area, clean, tidy and well kept. We love how it faces the court yard area which is super cute by the way! Large sit around fire place, loungers off to the side for the warm days, a grilling area and a basketball court! They have thought of everything. Definitely recommend!

The AC was on and set to 64 inside the room in January! Blanket on bed had a dried brownish spot on it so no cleaning bedding, weird smell in room, charges for parking about an hour after I left. Never told of parking charge and the parking lot was not properly cleaned. If you have to pay for parking you should not have to walk through snow banks to get to the sidewalk when getting out of your car.

Nothing to dislike !

The location

Not enough towels for guests. Constant issues getting new towels. Broken disposal. Room, especially bathroom was filthy. Supervisor Susan was rude and combative when asking for assistance with requests that were not completed. Hotel charged the credit card on my Hilton honors account for the stay when I had already paid a month in advance through booking.com and had also made other charges that they could not explain on my account when I received my receipt. The hotel told me to call the Hilton 800 number to fix everything when the Hilton rep from corporate advised the issues needed to be handled directly with the hotel. There was a leak in the roof that created a brown waterfall and subsequent puddle next to seating and tablescin the breakfast bar area that was reported but not addressed. The supervisor was loudly complaining about guests at the front desk with other staff. Will never stay at another Hilton hotel.

Room was very spacious for my family. We had a suite with kitchen. We had everything we needed like home. just had to supply food! beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Water pressure in shower was great! My family didn't want to get out!

We had no complaints! would have been nice to use the firepit though. we like to sit with fire outside with hot cocoa.
