Saratoga Casino Hotel

Excellent quality and layout of room. Very recently refurbished. Very comfortable bed.

No breakfast included. No restaurant on-site (besides a very expensive steak house).

The location is great. The room sizes are generous. Everything was clean. Feels new. Artwork on the walls is neat. Saratoga Springs is a fun town. Lots of restaurants. Casino on site was good too. Free shuttle to the town too.

The nice restaurant was not open so we had to get food either by leaving to town or the little pub place they had on site which was not wonderful. Lots of choices, but mediocre food.

The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel was very clean.

That the horseracing betting machines were turned off at a certain hour. 🤭 😂

Clean, updated, and well appointed room. Fridge and coffee maker worked well. Bathroom had ample vanity space and hot water and auto-on lights were nice. Soft, large towels. Outlets all worked, including USB sockets. Lobby and grounds well kept and attractive. Nice to watch the horses exercising in the morning. Pool and fitness center looked clean although we didn't utilize them. Snack store and computer stations were nice amenities

Only two very minor comments - coffee packs in room did not include decaf, and TV card and online guides were not accurate to stations provided (which were ample)

This is our 5 th stay at this hotel and we are already booked for next year. The facilities are spotless and every single staff member we encountered was welcoming, friendly. Their smiles and care for guests made our stay outstanding. The shuttle is a tremendous value added service. The cool dip in the pool after a warm afternoon at the races just made our day !

Would really like to see a mid range sit down restaurant on property. We enjoyed the food we ordered thru the casino bar staff . It was very good but would like a sit down table away from casino / track , nice to get a break from the machine noise.

Sehr schönes Hotel, etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Es gibt aber einen Shuttlebus mit einem unglaublich netten Fahrer der unglaublich viel über die Stadt erzählen kann. Nach einem Anruf und einer Wartezeit von ca. 5 Minuten wurden wir von ihm dann abends wieder in der Stadt abgeholt. Spitzenservice!!! Das komplette Personal im Hotel war unglaublich freundlich!!!!

Ii faudrait mettre de quoi suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain pour qu'elles puissent sécher, car à 5, un seul petit crochet ne suffit pas. Machine à café avec des dosettes énormes en plastique, pas écologiques du tout...on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer.

The Hotel is beautiful and very cozy. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The hotel is very close to downtown. I would recommend this Hotel you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is nice, room was very spacious. Shuttle is awesome, all you have to do is call the driver and they will take you anywhere you want, and pick you up whenever you are ready, and driver are so friendly and helpful with places to go or have dinner. Only complain would be that there are no breakfast dining options at all in the hotel, and the casino does not offer table gaming.

I’ve stayed at this property many many times. But this year was disappointing No water in the room any more. Water pressure in the shower was poor and the bed was uncomfortable. I don’t understand why house keeping does what it does to the pillows. Please don’t do it again

One of our favorite locations & hotel/casino. We stay many times a year as we find the hotel to be fabulous, clean & a perfect location.

Was traveling across state and decided to rest a night at this hotel. To be fair this was an off Monday night and the hotel was very quiet. I think the hotel is probably more on point during height of season, but clearly seemed a bit on break while we were there. Room was nice, but had multiple points of disrepair and the cleaning of furniture surfaces need better attention.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The casino offered live music and Morton’s Restaurant served good food and drink in the evening. The shuttle service to and from SPAC was much appreciated.

The hotel room did not offer television options beyond basic cable; did not offer a makeup mirror, shower cap, or other toiletries beyond soap and shampoo.

Location to SPAC, free shuttle service to SPAC, very clean, beautiful hotel with excellent staff and easy, quick check-in and checkout.

nice, not spectacular. the same things everyone has said are still not addressed like no microwaves, hot breakfast or buffett, can't really use facilities unless you have no plans bc of the ck in/out times. rooms nice, mostly clean and straightened up. I've just had better experiences at other places like the Hilton etc.. just a lot of hype bc of the tourist attractions.

First night desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Check in was quick and easy, I added another night to the reservation during our stay. We had cocktails in the casino bar, dinner at Morton’s (which was fabulous!), sat outside on the porch in the morning and enjoyed the fire pit. Our room was quiet and had a great view of the horses working out in the morning. The only disappointment was the bed pillows, which neither of us found to be comfortable. Very refreshing getaway, convenient to downtown Saratoga. We would stay here again.

My husband and I had a great anniversary getaway! The entire staff of the Saratoga Casino Hotel, Morton’s the Steakhouse & the casino itself are so pleasant and accommodating to deal with!! 5 Stars all around!!

Hotel/Casino is in a great location and nice and close to SPAC. Hotel shuttle was great and worked out perfect.

Dirty stained pillow cases place on floor by the door to be changed. Came back to room after being cleaned and found dirty pillows on the bed. Went out and had housekeeping change them. Sink was clogging.

Upon arrival had a few difficulties with the rooms, The Bathroom on 2 changes if room were not clean to my preference. The grout and tiles to bathroom were dirty,not clean to the standards it suppose to be,We are super particular with cleanliness especially ultimately with the bathroom.But I do commend your Staff after us showing where the uncleanliness were with proof on tissue ripped over tile and grout.At the end happy with the rooms Cirdislly Elizabeth Santiago and Francisco Rubio Jr.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom didnt have enough bright light and for the price I needed a microwave to reheat my dinner and there wasnt one. Atmosphere was excellent and it was clean.

Every aspect of our stay was a great success. The registration process, explanation of vouchers, the stay itself and the food----all was a pleasure. Minor details at Morton's such as an anniversary table,(with dessert) and a couples photo was a very nice touch. You can be sure we will do this again. Thank you

Highly rated hotel attached to the casino. Check-in was quick and efficient. Plentiful parking within a short walk. Multiple rocking chairs lining the front length of the hotel. Standard double queen room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little small and the vanity lights above the sink were very dim. The rooms contain a refrigerator, but the only microwave is in the lobby. Only drawback to the room: the blackout curtains were difficult to open or close due to the desk positioned in front of the window. Would definitely book the hotel again in the future.

I liked the location and the size of the rooms. I liked the convenience of the market for a quick bite. I especially liked the water stations on each floor and the free charging for my car. The property had a lot of nice little extras for guests.

My only complaint is that the pool was not open until 9am. I really like to exercise in the morning and was not able to do so. I understand that the pool is near the guest rooms and loud shouting from children would not be ideal. Perhaps do an adult-only time from 7am-9am and the open to family swim at 9am. Thanks!

Very professional staff. Hotel is clean and safe. My only "complaint" is that the rooms are very dark. I could not read a newspaper late in the evening because the lighting is inadequate. Ditto the lighting in the bathroom. I could not put on any make-up because it's too dark.

Zoals de naam al zegt was er een casino aan het hotel verbonden. Daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar werd niet als negatidf ervaren.

Room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is just outside of the downtown but they have a free shuttle that we took advantage of. our driver Bob said to just call { we were provided a card with the number and instructions}, we called at the end of our evening and Bob was there in less than 10 minutes, great service.

This is a great hotel - spacious, nicely furnished, clean rooms - and courteous, professional staff throughout. Complimentary shuttle to the Saratoga Racetrack for the Belmont Stakes week was a plus. Not the hotel's fault, but someone in the room above (or below) us chose to ignore regulations and was smoking, evidently blowing smoke into the HVAC vent, which resulted in unpleasant odors in our room for several hours late one night (front desk was notified). Also, limited casual food options mid-week after 9pm - only the 'Perks Market Place', which is essentially a small, self-service 'grab & go' room, with a microwave, off the hotel lobby. And breakfast is limited to the aforementioned 'grab & go' with breakfast sandwiches Still, one of better hotels - accommodations wise - in the area, and highly recommended, especially for those who enjoy the casino scene.

Saratoga is rich in horse racing history having recently hosted the prestigious Belmont race It’s fitting that the Saratoga casino carries on the elegance and old world charm that is fitting for its location. Charming rocking chairs line the front of the building offering relaxing areas to enjoy morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. The rooms offer lush towels and bed linens. A really nice touch is the endless supply of cold , delicious and ‘famous ‘ Saratoga water that is conveniently down the hall. The rooms offer everything one looks for in a room; not overly spacious but warmly adequate. They even offer cozy towels for the swimming pool that was clean, bright and spacious. School was still in session so it was all adults and no children at the pool and hot tub. High end restaurants are all within 20 minutes of the hotel, including the extraordinary Morton’s steakhouse located in the hotel itself. Overall, we can’t wait to return.

We always enjoy our time at Saratoga Casino. This was the first time we stayed in the hotel and to be completely honest, the room we were given showed definite wear. The room was clean but FF&E needs attention. Not sure we would stay again. This was our anniversary and we decided to spend it at Saratoga this year. Had dinner at Morton’s and staff there were excellent and fun. Check in was just ok. Casino is always good.

We were treated rudely at the Morton steak house bar. It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we had reservations at the bar. We got there sat at bar and then a couple came in asked us to move over because they are regulars and that is their spot. Do we moved down and they still were very rude and upputty. The bleached blonde who he was acted like she was a big shot. So my husband and I started looking around and I said this place needs a little maintenance it is not all like the Morton’s we go to once a week in Ft. Lauderdale. We live at the allusion for the winter. Once the guy heard that they decided to talk to us. We were turned off. He said oh I been there we said we live there in downtown las olas. What a couple of phonies. We felt we made reservations a while back and we should have had not had to move like we were a couple of poor people. Some people don’t brag about what they have.

6 friends celebrating their 75th birthdays together. Friends for six decades chose Saratoga Casino /Hotel to make memories to last a lifetime. The rooms were wonderful, the staff, exceptional, and the experiences to last a lifetime. Thank you.

It was an absolutely beautiful experience. The hotel was magnificent, but I am truly baffled that such a beautiful place has only one dining option and i would not count the place inside the casino and no breakfast unless it's the weekend and even then it's only breakfast sandwiches. I won't stay there again simply because of dining options and breakfast.

Now you get some freespins and winning opportunity only after $50.00. What personally i find higher merge because not everyone visiting casino with the full pocket of cash but socializing and just have some short gateway especially senior citizens and/or retirees from North Carolina and Geneva, Buffalo areas. Otherwise Saratoga Racino aka Casino is quite small, cozy, clean and friendly neighborhood.

The biggest issue I had with my stay was regarding the shuttle service. I booked here because of the running shuttle to SPAC as I was attending a performance. I arrived late for the show and took a Uber to the venue intending to use the shuttle to return. When calling for shuttle pickup the driver told me that they did not know where the front entrance to SPAC was and that they had informed guests they transported to the venue earlier to meet by the auto museum which was approx 3mi walk. The entire exchange with the driver was incredibly frustrating and bewildering. This caused me to Uber back to the hotel. Overall I felt my experience was overpriced for a single night stay and no shuttle

The Saratoga Casino Hotel was a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Disappointed with the breakfast options, only prepackaged breakfast items for sale in lobby shop. Definitely needs a restaurant that serves breakfast. For our group the Casino on the property was a plus. The hotel is also located near the racetrack for harness racing. We were able to walk to the racetrack to see a race. The hotel is not located in a walkable distance from downtown but does offer a shuttle service from 4pm to 10pm. We did drive into the downtown area during the day and parking was a bit of a problem to find. Overall we liked our stay at this property.

I thought it was unjustifiably over priced. Maybe a suitable option for a gambler, which I am not.

Not even a bottle of mineral water room, I had to go fill up filtered water from the hallway.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They assisted us expertly. They even give a little stuffed horse to the youngest member of our family. We were able to watch a few of the horses train right from our room window, binoculars included!

My husband and I stayed one night and had a WONDERFUL time. It’s very classy and chic, very clean, and the staff is warm and knowledgeable. In the morning we found out our car had died overnight and Louise at the front desk helped us jump our car! She is so sweet and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

They told a person that my room was their room and they walked up to the door and knocked and I thought it was my daughter. They almost came in my room.! Manager Marvin said he would refund one night due to this and I don’t see that this has been done. I spoke with him on 4/12
