Tired and run down Villa. Construction next door and smoke bellowing into the villa all afternoon. Tight laneways to walk down to get anywhere.

So close to main area of Legian, beautiful staff and very clean

Only the main TV was working for streaming.

The villa was beautiful, rooms were huge, pool was smaller than expected but still amazing. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a fully functional kitchen with full size fridge. A fresh bottled water dispenser so we didn’t have to buy bottles of water all day every day.

The lighting was a little dark come night time. The rooster next door is constant and so loud all day and all night. It took us a week to get used to it waking us up every night. There was no option for breakfast to be included which meant walking down to the Main Street every day.

Great spot for a couple of nights in Kuta/Legian. Short walk to Jl Legian but very quiet

Construction right next door. Since the living areas are not enclosed the noise, smell are not pleasant. The living areas are open without surrounding walls the space is hot as no air conditioning (A/C only in rooms)

All bedrooms large and beds comfy. Great open plan living area with a good pool. Very clean also. Staff were amazing also.

Only small fault is the side toad walk down a narrow street to get to the main strip, but to be honest was only a 500m walk.

Excellent location - only 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle.

While the property was generally clean and the staff were polite, our stay was completely ruined by at least 10 roosters as property backs directly onto a disgusting rooster fighting breeding farm.

Starting at 3:00 AM and lasting until 3:00 PM every single day, numerous roosters crow loudly. It was so loud that we could not sleep at all. I was like ok, maybe we will get used to it but no no no ! After enduring a second night of zero sleep, even with several of the local beers under my belt , we had to check out early and book alternative accommodation at our own expense just to get some rest. When we brought this to management's attention, we were told sorry and they refused to offer any assistance or refund. If you value your sleep or expect a peaceful stay, I highly recommend avoiding this property.

The villa was great with spacious rooms and a decent size pool. There is a TV in the hall and in the bedrooms too. All the rooms have a spacious balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary items. 5 mins walk to the main road. Plenty of restaurants and marts within 5-10 mins walking distance. Laundry and a mart just outside the villa. Oka was of great help and assisted with everything. He is just a phone call away.

The rooms on top could do with some blinds for the bathroom. Since its an open walk in bathroom the light comes to the room. Also, there is construction going on next to the villa so expect noise from 8am-4pm. The hall area does not have AC and could get very hot. We asked and were provided with an additional fan. The villa location is on an inner road, and it's a 5 min walk to the main road.

Value for money as it was very cheap. Pool was lovely.

Beds were very hard. Not much in the kitchen. Construction going on next door from 8am to sundown.

Puri Bagus was a really quiet place to stay. The location was a little out of the tourist hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to everything. Putu and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The villa was spacious and clean and the pool was a good size.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa on our 3 week stay. Rooms were huge, comfy beds, great air con & big bathrooms. The living area while open was still quite cool with the fam on. Pool was always lovely and cool. Villa is located in a fantastic spot. Short walk to Legian St & Legian food court. With 3 mini marts within a minute walk and a fabulous laundry as well. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Rooms get cleaned every second day which is great. Villa has everything you could need for your stay.

If I had to pick on one thing it would be the roosters in the property behind the villa but after a couple of morning you honestly don’t hear them.

The closeness to the main street of Legian, 10 minute walk and you are near restaurants bars and shops

Location

The noise from the street was a problem - although this would be quite usual in Kuta. There is also a house adjacent that owns a rooster - coos day and night. Villa is only cleaned once every two days. Toiletries not automatically available although it was provided when asked.

The villa was spacious, clean and so beautiful! The staff were helpful and had great costumer service. Villa is close to restaurants, shopping, coffee, convenience stores. Very family friendly place, the kids and adults all had the best time at our stay at Puri Bagus Villas and we cannot wait to come back again.

The shower was the best I’ve ever had in Bali!

Comfortable Beds Great layout, with good bathrooms and daily cleaning. Fresh water dispenser.

No downstairs aircon, as its all open air. Was still nice, but warm and humid when not swimming.

Villa had everything we needed, huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Markets and restaurants nearby or short walk to main streets. Easy pick up and drop of for transport.

The greenery around the pool

The pool and kitchen sink need some attention. The walk to the main st with restaurants was very narrow and scary to walk with children. Also the tvs in the bedrooms are not smart tvs so are pointless as you can’t get any channels.

Staff were very helpful and more then happy to assist with anything. I would happily rebook this villa

The location was fantastic. We could walk to everything. Great shopping and restaurants near by as well as massage just around the corner. Felt very safe there even with teenagers venturing out by themselves.

The hosts could have cleaned daily instead of every second day

Perfect location close to city centre. Amazing friendly staff who made our stay so comfortable and catered to all our needs. Villa was in immaculate condition. I would recommend to everyone to stay here. Such a good price for great value.

Staff needs to be informed better and it seems they haven't been trained or expalined properly. Really basic No one could handle the non working TV set Overall a huge attitude problem with staff that doesn't know what to do.

Large 3 bedroom villa.

No comfortable chairs to sit around pool or lounge area. Noisy nights and mornings (had to buy ear plugs) due to roosters, flapping metal sheet and bike noise

Fittings were modern and generally clean. Private pool was great, good size for my 3 kids aged between 2-4.

Living room is considered outdoors and without air conditioning so can get very warm even with the ceiling fan on at highest speed. While we were there, TV was also broken.

So spacious, very private, lovely staff who went above what’s required to make our stay comfortable!

We loved our stay at Pura Bagus Villa. The team were on hand for anything at all we needed. The villa was comfortable and clean and super spacious. We had 4 adults on the trip but had plenty of areas so we did not feel on top of each other. The pool space was wonderful. Location fantastic, just a short walk to the main strip in Kuta.

Some of the utensils and kitchen items seemed a bit worn and older. You can see the villa is a little older and there are some things that are not as luxurious as modern villas.

More Utensils need to be added to the unit given its self catering (not a big deal and didn’t detract from our stay). no microwavable dishes provided (crockery has silver rims).

An oasis in the middle of the fabulous hustle and bustle of Legian - so close to everything yet so peaceful.
