Absolutely loved our stay, we loved the location, the views over the beach and how close it was to take a little walk down to marble hill beach. The hotel is lovely inside and the leisure facilites are great!

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the food at dinner, our order was wrong initially and then when our food did come it was a little bland.

Lovely friendly staff would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent location close to the beautiful Marble Hill strand. Food is of a high standard, great selection and very tasty.

The room was really big and we had a great view. The swimming pool was very nice. The hotel is located very close to Marble Hill beach.

Breakfast great,porridge was lovely. Bedroom so spacious and view fantastic. Staff all very helpful and pleasant.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night to celebrate our 25 marriage anniversay and found a small compliment from the hotel and a hand-written card with congratulations in our room to celebrate it. This was very nice of the hotel staff to provide this. The view from the window was just stunning. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

The lights in the bathroom were not working, but we were too tired to let the staff know on the night of our arrival, however, when we mentioned this on our checkout, we got a lot of apologies from the receptionist and 2 bottles of water to take away for our journey back home. I am pretty sure if we had mentioned the problem on the night when we arrived the problem would have been solved.

Spa was amazing, room was great, staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I've had in a long time.

Die Lage oberhalb der Bucht ist Grossartig. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Einzig die Dusche in der Badewanne ist nicht so toll. Empfang, SPA und Gastronomie waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht.

Restaurant not open so only eating in the bar, food was over priced far better available near by. EV charging avail but very slow (1.3kW) but was free. Bar and restaurant staff need more training, young students it seems with little or no idea

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer waren gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Ein gut eingerichtetes Gym war vorhanden. Schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer auf das Meer. Schöner Strand in der Nähe.

Dieses Hotel ist relativ groß, was so nicht wirklich meine Vorliebe ist. Aber es war eigentlich alles da, man man diese Art von Unterkunft mag.

Both the room and view were gorgeous. Marble Hill beach was a short stroll away.

The bar menu was expensive but probably what you'd expect to pay in a premium property.

Food in the bar was just ok. Battered fish was cold and greasy. Breakfast was very good, though 2nd morning when set up in bar, because of wedding reception, it was chaso, over crowded and uncomfortable.

Not at all what we expected from the price and ratings here on booking. Breakfast was not good: there was essentially toast, cereal and some meat. Dirty dishes everywhere. They ran out of some items and then took a long time to bring out more. I asked for gluten free toast every day which was burned every day. Staff at the bar seemed uncoordinated, there were so many waiters and yet there seemed to be chaos. There were lots of dirty dishes in the lobby that were not cleaned up for ages. Overall very disappointing, especially as we stayed 5 days and experienced these things daily

The bar and restaurant are all one area, it could benefit from having a dedicated bar area away from where the food is being served.

Beautiful location, fantastic views, comfortable beds. Ample parking in a lot outside lot down some stairs in front of the hotel, you can unload/load in front of the hotel then go to the parking lot. The nearby beach is lovely.

The bathroom smells moldy even though the fan runs frequently. Safety windows with special latches on the bottom and top make it difficult to open, the room gets stuffy. Noisy indoor pool with crowded spaces in the sauna and steam rooms, the spa is likely more relaxing.

No air con & it was extremely warm. Unfortunately the lift was broken after the first day ……… I was staying on the 5th floor 🤦🏼‍♀️

We stayed her for my mother's 80th birthday and we would highly recommend it. Very relaxing and view was beautiful . Food was gorgeous. Will be back.

The room was basic but comfortable

Food served in the bar was mostly fried. and unhealthy. The wine options on the wine list was very poor. The rioja we ordered was horrible, (very poor quality).

Lovely beach access, free car park and good breakfast service. Younger gentleman on the reception desk, was so lovely.

Room was dirty (cobwebs on ceiling) needed a refresh (bathroom extractor fan broken). Room had no cooling system besides a small fan in 30degree weather we were the top floor so very hot. Chrome casting to the room tv caused multiple issues, including other guests being able to have access to my partners streaming accounts and using it in different rooms. Discussed with staff but no action taken. Dinner in Beats Bar, very poor, had a fly in our water jug… chicken was rubbery… staff were not attentive or particularly kind.

Location to die for! Fabulous view over Sheephaven - worth the extra for a seaview room. Pricy, but worth it. Lovely room, good facilities and food, friendly, comfortable, stylish.

Leisure club changing room is unisex. I would have preferred female privacy.

Breakfast was great and location in beautiful surroundings friendly helpful and professional staff.

Would have liked an earlier check in time 16.00 hrs seems a little late in the day after a 3hr journey.

Upgraded on arrival to Executive Room. We were very pleased with the room. Enjoyed a lovely hour in the hotel pool/sauna/steam room after our walk on Marble Hill Beach The location is stunningly beautiful. The staff are excellent-very attentive and friendly.

Only downside is that the food in the bar was a bit disappointing. The breakfast next morning however was a lot better
