Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still really convenient as I traveled mostly on Didi, and drivers arrive within 5 minutes. Housekeeping service was great, meticulous and kept my room clean and spotless throughout, very proactive too! Overall hotel staff and front desk were friendly and accommodating, they speak good English too.

Location was not ideal, as it was still far from the NECC and about 20 mins walk. You could book to go in the free hotel shuttle vehicle but space is limited and limited to mornings. While there are shops opposite, they are all local Chinese restaurants and one small convenience store. I would have preferred next time to stay next to Hongqiao railway station if I wanted close-ish location to NECC
