The communication was good before we arrived and they answered questions promptly. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, so they stored our luggage and then put our luggage in the apartment when the apartment was ready. This meant we could sight-see all day and not worry about returning at a certain time before the reception closed. The location was near the Metro, a large covered market, and close to all the sights. The apartment was very spacious and like new. We are only sorry we didn't stay longer so we could enjoy it more!

La struttura si trova in un ottima posizione. L’appartamento é facilmente raggiungibile in metro dall’aeroporto e permette di visitare la cittá e i suoi punti d’interesse senza l’utilizzo di mezzi di trasporto. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento è ampio e accogliente.

Unica piccola pecca é che abbiamo trovato che l’appartamento in sé é un po’ freddo, nonostante tenessimo l’aria condizionata spenta.

El departamento es hermoso y cómodo. Tiene ascensor (desde el primer piso) Limpio, amplio (excepto el baño que es pequeño)

La ubicación es excelente pero mucho ruido si abres la ventana. Le faltaría un escritorio. Yo fui estadía de 10 días porque tenía que estudiar y trabajar y las sillas son muy duras. La cocina muy poco equipada. Ni una tabla tenían.

Bon emplacement, proche des principaux lieux d'intérêt. L'appartement était conforme à la description, très propre et moderne. Le petit déjeuner était complet avec des variantes selon les jours. Mention spéciale à Dina et aux autres serveuses qui nous ont très bien accueilli et qui préparaient chaque jour notre table avec une chaise bébé et tout le matériel nécessaire pour notre fils de 20 mois.

L'appartement donne sur la rue, donc un peu bruyant en soirée parfois mais rien de très dérangeant une fois qu'on s'endort.

We had a fantastic stay and felt at home from the very beginning. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped, including a kitchen, washing machine and iron. We also loved the little balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Although the apartment faced a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent and it was very quiet inside. The air conditioning worked perfectly too. We absolutely loved the delicious and varied breakfasts and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Dina, who was always smiling, cheerful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. If we visit Porto again, this would definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!

Bardzo wygodny dojazd z lotniska do mieszkania. W naszym przypadku było to metro. Przystanek linii metra 3 min spacerkiem od mieszkania, a sam przejazd z lotniska trwał ok 20 min. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, uśmiechnięta, chętna do pomocy, dostaliśmy odpowiedź na każde nurtujące nas pytanie. Każdego dnia byliśmy pytani czy mamy wszystko czego potrzebujemy. Apartament czyściutki, pachnący, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Cała kuchnia do dyspozycji z wyposażeniem, pralka, zmywarką, telewizor, klimatyzacja, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, balkon. Dosłownie wszystko co potrzebne w zasięgu ręki. W budynku winda, co jest przydatne przy walizkach. Lokalizacja idealna pod każdym względem jeśli chodzi o zakupy, pamiątki, restauracje, metro, lody, sklepy - wszędzie spacerkiem w kilka minut. Wybraliśmy opcję ze śniadaniem która była strzałem w 10. Codziennie świeże, pyszne śniadania które były świetnym rozpoczęciem dnia. Dziękujemy Diunie za pyszne wypieki. Z czystym sumieniem polecamy!

Gostei de tudo! O apartamento é amplo, muito bem decorado e impecavelmente limpo, com tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia de vários dias. A localização é perfeita, a poucos passos da Avenida dos Aliados e da estação de São Bento, com muitos cafés e restaurantes por perto. O anfitrião foi super atencioso e respondeu a tudo rapidamente. Ótima relação custo-benefício, voltaria com certeza.

Amazing breakfast!

Me encantó la amplitud del espacio y la limpieza. El personal fue muy amable y facilitó mucho la estancia.

Lo única pega que puedo poner al alojamiento es que hay escaleras para subir, no tiene ascensor, en nuestro caso con dos sillas de niños se complicó un poco la cosa y no había personal para ayudar a subir las maletas.

L'appartamento è semplicemente bellissimo, super confortevole e situato in una posizione centralissima, a due passi dalle vie dello shopping. Una nota di merito speciale va allo staff per la straordinaria disponibilità: hanno risolto tempestivamente un piccolo imprevisto offrendoci un upgrade e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in deposito fino al pomeriggio. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We wish we could give the apartment more than 10 stars! The Bolhao market is on the next block (less than a 5 minute walk) and other sites are within walking distance. We were in the one bedroom apartment which also had a loft. There was an AC unit in the main living area and another one in the bedroom. The dishwasher and washing machine came in handy. The apartment building has an elevator which was convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags with the staff until the check in time. Also, the housekeeping staff serviced the room each day which we’ve never experienced when we’ve stayed in an apartment. This apartment was one of our favorite spots to stay at during our travels. If you have a chance to book this spot, you should definitely take advantage of the value and comfort you’ll get from staying here.

The only suggestion we would have to improve the stay is to add more kitchen items like a skillet and kitchenware. Not sure if prior guests took some items or broke some items, but it was a minor issue since we mainly used the kitchen to fix breakfast. The positive things about this property outweigh the missing kitchen items especially if you’re planning to eat out for all your meals.

Great location a couple of blocks from Bolhao Market. Tip: Go have a drink and snack at the market in the afternoon along with a lot of locals. Great area close to a lot of good restaurants and shops. Very comfortable apartment with daily cleaning. Our apartment faced onto the street but with the double glazed windows the sound was mostly subdued, apart from the odd siren.

The washing machine could have been a washer/dryer. But there is a clothes rack that fits on the balcony, with a little juggling.

Close to everything. Quiet Clean . Wonderful neigborhood.

Már másodszor voltunk itt és Portóban csak itt szeretnénk lakni. Gyalogosan is jól megközelíthető a központ, a folyópart. A metró is közel van. Nagyszerű hely. A recepción dolgozók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek.

Noise from the road at night.

Alles sehr gepflegt und modern. Frühstück sehr lecker, in ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung, in einem anderen Haus des Anbieters. Dies hat uns nicht gestört, aber wäre eventuell vorher erwähnenswert gewesen.

Leider Aufzug sehr klein und sehr langsam und auch erst ab 1.OG. Für Personen mit Einschränkungen in Treppensteigen, nicht möglich.

Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, frumos mobilat si utilat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru o sedere confortabila. Locatia este foarte buna, centrala, foarte aproape de metroul care merge la aeroport. Ne-ar place sa revenim aici.

Extremadamente limpio, cada día lo retocaban. Era céntrico, bien equipado y cómodo.

La escalera era peligrosa, el ascensor era muy limitado y el baño era la mínima expresión.

Nos encanto el apartamento y estaba muy bien equipado. Se ve que esta todo muy nuevo o si no lo cuidan todo al maximo detalle. Apartamento super limpio y todos los días limpiaban. Un detallazo, dejarnos unas pastillas para lavavajillas y jabón para la lavadora. Y el día de la salida pudimos dejar las maletas en la oficina, hasta que cerraban a las 18h.

Se podria mejorar el sofa, que era un poco incomodo y eramos 8 personas. Que en vez de 2 puff grandes, cambien uno por un sofa. Para asi poder apoyar la espalda. Detalles a mejorar: mantel para la mesa de comedor sujetar el horno, que estaba suelto informar que a la entrada hay que subir escaleras hasta el 1º piso (por si viajas con carritos de bebes)

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia neste apartamento no Porto. O espaço é amplo, muito limpo e extremamente bem localizado, praticamente ao lado do Mercado do Bolhão. A cama é grande e bastante confortável, o que fez toda a diferença para uma boa noite de descanso. À chegada, deixaram água e algumas cápsulas de café, um gesto simples mas muito atencioso. O pequeno-almoço é servido num outro edifício, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé, mas o percurso é tranquilo e compensa totalmente. A oferta é excelente, com grande variedade, sumos naturais e produtos de qualidade. O atendimento foi impecável — um destaque especial para a Dina, que foi extremamente simpática. A comunicação com o anfitrião também foi excelente desde o início. Se voltar ao Porto, ficarei aqui novamente sem dúvida. Recomendo sem hesitar!

Exceptional breakfast with good variety. Great service overall. Anne, Dina, Filipa were very helpful, with positive attitude and smile (not seen often enough on our travels). Clean and roomy accommodation.

Everything was perfect. Location was superb. Staff excellent.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, but still quiet! Close to the Bolhao market and great dining and shopping. The apartment had a ton of space, and it was clean and very pretty. There were robes/slippers for each guest and plenty of towels. There was a washing machine, which wasn't advertised. Great heating & a/c. Appreciated the wine.

We felt that the designer was thinking about aesthetics but not practicalities. The water heater is way too small for an apartment that sleeps this many! We only had about 15 minutes of hot water every morning. One of the bathrooms had basically no space for setting toiletries. All bathrooms need a soap dish, a hook for a hand towel, and a few more hooks for bath towels (since it sleeps so many). The kitchen didn't have any utensils and the microwave did not work (& we did read the instructions). There wasn't an iron (only ironing board) but when we requested one, they brought one. It would have been much nicer to put the mop, ironing board, and drying rack out of sight - not in the bathroom. The place has a crazy amount of storage but no traveler would ever need that much storage, so it just felt like wasted space. I wished they provided tissues and paper towels, and extra pillows.

Mancavano te e tisane. Avevo prenotato un’appartamento grande con camere 4 camere. Mi hanno comunicato che non era disponibile e mi hanno proposto 2 appartamenti comunque funzionali e di pari livello. Avrei preferito l’appartamento grande, comunque é andata molto bene anche così.

Il faudrait un état des lieux à l'arrivée, il manquait les petites cuillères et il y avait une petite fuite aux toilettes.

Apartment is very spacious, amazing location. Good sized kitchen for everything. Powerful shower. Host met us easy and door codes to get into the building which was nice.

Only downside was that it was quite noisy by the road, but we got used to it at night and loved the location so were happy to put up with it for that reason.

The location of our apartment was great, very close to the food market (Mercado do Bolhão) and within a 15-20 minute walk of all the key places to visit.

Sadly the weather in the week we stayed wasn’t as good as either the week before or the week after 😢

Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad del personal y la rapidez con la que nos respondían. Además, nos dejaron bastantes cosillas para poder desayunar y asearnos. Cabe destacar que la comodidad de las camas era increíble

El ascensor es demasiado pequeño dado que sólo cabe una persona y además va muy lento. Además, pensamos que había pocas pastillas para el lavavajillas dado que éramos bastantes y por lo tanto poníamos varios lavavajillas y tuvimos que poner sólo uno por día.
