So beautiful. The staff, especially Isabella and Elena, could not have been more helpful and kind. They organised a boat tour, restaurant bookings, massages and made our stay the best ! I can’t wait to come back💕 I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

L’endroit est somptueux, le jardin est magnifique. Le personnel est adorable et nous a super bien conseillé. On a loué un scooter directement à l’hôtel et c’est le meilleur moyen de visiter l’île, surtout un scooter électrique qui permet de profiter complètement de l’île sans bruit de moteur. L’hôtel est également placé au dessus de la plus belle plage de l’île. Prenez vous masques pour voir les poissons.

The location is fabulous, with access to the best beach on the island. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and we had a spacious balcony overlooking the sea, with beautiful sunset views. Idyllic!

Breakfast could have been more generous, with a wider selection of fruit and more variety in general. We also noticed that the lunch menu was the same as the dinner menu. We would have appreciated some less expensive, lighter lunch or snack options.

Un hotel piccolo, boutique e senza pretese, riportato al suo antico splendore con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Le camere sono pulite, la vista sul mare è incredibile e si può godere di una tranquillità e di una pace difficili da trovare in un grande resort. Torneremo sicuramente. A small, boutique and unpretentious hotel that has been restored to its former glory with great care and attention to detail. The rooms are clean, the sea view is incredible, and there is a sense of peace and quiet that you simply cannot get in a large resort. We will definitely be back.

Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, i bagni puliti e ordinati, anche se avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and tidy, although they could do with some renovation. The breakfast is continental; a wider selection would be welcome, especially more vegetables.

It's hard to say what the best thing about Punta Scario is, the location & views, or the staff. Both are amazing & we really enjoyed our time there. The staff helped us with everything that we needed, going above & beyond.

Struttura bellissima e molto curata in una posizione meravigliosa, sicuramente la più comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia dello Scario. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite; la nostra aveva un balconcino delizioso che sembrava quasi sospeso sul mare. Lo staff gentilissimo, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Una menzione particolare per la grande professionalità, simpatia e cortesia di Izabela. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Otelin hemen yanından 10 dak yürüyerek harika denizi olan bir plaja inebiliyorsunuz,bu da bize çok büyük bir kolaylık sağladı.Yüzüp otelin bahçesinde güne devam etmek çok keyifli oldu. Otelin tüm personeli çok güler yüzlü ve işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlardı. Odamız ve otel pırıl pırıldı. Kendi bahçelerinden topladıkları domatesler ,ev reçelleri ,kekleri ve peynirleriyle kahvaltısı çok özenilmişti. Bütün restaurant önerileri çok iyi çıktı ve rezervasyonlar onlar tarafından yapıldı. Hem Malfa’yı,hem oteli,hemde arkadaşım gibi hissetiğim tüm ekibi çok sevdim.

Tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile con un grazie speciale ad Elena alla reception che ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalita’ dandoci tante indicazioni e suggerimenti per rendere ancora più piacevole la vacanza a Salina.

The location was to die for. Relaxing in the pool looking out to the water was just amazing. At night you could enjoy a few cocktails up on the terrace. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all.

I would have liked a little more options on the dinner menu eg steak.

Great welcome despite the fact we arrived before the check-in time. It was useful to have the chance to leave the luggage and hop on a rented e-scooter (provided by the hotel) to meet our friends in the next town. As it was a b'day trip for my partner the chef kindly provided a lovely fresh and fruity birthday cake. The staff are all amazing, welcoming and cheerful.

It would have been great to get a late check-out, but, we understand that this hotel happened to be fully booked. The facilities though were available to us to use until our departure.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Von der persönlichen Begrüßung bei der Ankunft, über die außergewöhnlich schöne Hotelanlage, welche liebevoll bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht wurde, bis hin zum wahnsinnig aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Ausnahmslos jede/r Mitarbeiter/in versucht den Aufenthalt einzigartig zu gestalten. Wirklich größtes Lob an das gesamte Team!

Amazing view and supportive staff

We felt immediately welcomed by the hotel, management and staff. Attention to detail and our every need was impeccable. Isabella was incredibly accommodating and delightful to be with. Breakfast was above standard and the overall gathering spaces very well designed.

Absolutely everything! Fantastic staff, spectacular location, this Hotel has it all. It is impossible not to leave refreshed and fully relaxed. Possibly the best place we have ever stayed, and we certainly plan to return. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay extra special.

Die Lage und das Personal war Top. Das Essen (Frühstück) war überschaubar aber dafür mit richtig guter Qualität.

Ins Dorfzentrum muss etwas Zeit für den Weg in kauf genommen werden 5min., ist aber kein Nachteil, man sollte jedoch gut zu fuss sein.

Het mooie uitzicht vanuit een aangenaam hotel met terrasjes en zithoekjes, overgroeid met bloemende planten. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De spontaan aangeboden upgrade.

De inrichting van het restaurant miste charme. De keuken was ondermaats voor Scicilie.

Amamos tudo neste hotel Somente achamos as duas moças do restaurante muito antipaticas Tivemos apenas uma noite agradável quando fomos muito bem atendidos pela educada SMAHANE . Depois que ela não estava mais ,fomos novamente atendidos muito antipaticamente pelas duas chefonas … bem ruim …e então não voltamos mais ao restaurante do nosso hotel e escolhemos não desfrutar nem o café da manhã. Um pecado !

Un endroit magique. La vue est absolument incroyable, que ce soit depuis la chambre ou depuis la piscine à débordement, qui donne directement sur le Stromboli. Le personnel est au petit soin, le petit déjeuner est excellent, les chambres sont élégantes et confortables : vraiment nous n'aurions pas rêvé meilleur hôtel pour notre voyage de noce.

Absolutely the most stunning accommodation on Salina. Don’t think twice about booking. Staff were amazing! They helped organised tours and booking scooters to explore the island. Pool was amazing and great to come home to after a day exploring. Make sure you check out the bar next door - incredible and the beach club below the hotel. Both just amazing for sunset!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location, right above a swimming cove with an infinity pool over looking the ocean and volcanos. The gardens and communal spaces are beautiful, and the roof top terrace is incredible for aperitifs. Quiet location, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The location, the view, the staff and the room were all absolutely fabulous. Valentina was an exceptional person to deal with at the hotel, as were the restaurant staff. We dined at the restaurant for lunch and dinner several times and the food was really nice. There are two sisters who run the restaurant and they are so nice ! We loved staying there and would love to go back. The pool area is something we will never forget !

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant-an easy 5 min walk into town for dinner. And the best beach on the island was right below the hotel- again a 5 min walk. However the highlight was the top sun deck with a bar that opened for sunset drinks. Pure magic!! The hotel totally exceeded our expectations!!

Unbelievable location in the charming village of Malta, with views of Stromboli from the infinity pool. Excellent breakfast included. Can't say enough about the staff at both the hotel and the bar. Valentina and co. could not have been be more charming or helpful. Truly a gem.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - from the gardens, to the interior design, and the spectacular views from the room, the pool, and the rooftop bar. The staff is so lovely, kind, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and were ready to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the delicious lunches on their airy terrace. The paninis and salads are fresh and delicious! We felt right at home and very lucky that we could spend our holiday here. This is a true gem!

The dinner at the restaurant could be improved a bit. Some of the pasta dishes lacked flavour or had too much salt. What we really appreciated, though, is that they accommodated our request for some vegetarian options. That was very kind.

Staying at Hotel Punta Scario is amazing. The position is second to none, right on the edge of the cliff over the sea, with a breathtaking water view from your own balcony (taking in sunrise, sunset, or both). Thanks to the reception team who were all fabulous. Valentina arranged for a driver to meet us at Santa Maria Marina, then greeted us so warmly on arrival. Her manner was so open and friendly and we benefited from her in depth knowledge of the island throughout our stay. With an infinity pool over the sea, a rooftop cocktail bar serving signature cocktails (as well as the classics), and a restaurant with superb food, there really was no need to venture outside this slice of heaven. Federica and Simona greeted us like good friends each time we arrived for drinks or a meal and are justifiably proud of the culinary experience they have created. There are other hotels and eateries up the hill, and other activities to enjoy on the island, but it was hard to take time away from this idyllic hotel. If you are thinking of booking a stay at Hotel Punta Scario, just do it. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Beautiful location, really helpful front desk staff who were very accommodating, great pool. Very close to Punta Scario beach.

Sadly rooms are very, very dated and in desperate need of renovation. Beds are quite uncomfortable unless you like sleeping on an extremely firm mattress. Restaurant is incredibly overpriced for very average tasting food, breakfast selection poor. Much better restaurants elsewhere in Malfa for half the price.

The hotel is located in the beautiful town of Malfa on Salina island. The rooms are spacious and we had the best views overlooking the ocean. The pool area is fabulous and the breakfast on the terrace was very comprehensive. Loved the team working there with their caring and super helpful attitude.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Punta Scario. My wife and I were immediately impressed by the beautiful setting and the friendly welcome. Our room was cosy and tastefully decorated, and we loved having a private balcony where we could relax and take in the amazing views. The hotel also has a lovely infinity pool from which we could see Stromboli puffing away. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, with superb local wines including Bianco Del Comandante, which is one of the best wines for fish I’ve ever had. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special – they are so lovely, they may be the best thing about the place. They were very patient about me trying my beginners Italian in conversations! My wife and I are already looking forward to coming back - we miss it and almost feel homesick about it! A uniquely special place.

It was pretty with a lovely pool and gardens

For the price we paid the breakfast was lacking in quantity and quality. Basic foods with lots of cake and cereals. Not much of a selection and the staff at breakfast time was not very friendly or even pleasant. My thoughts are that they only interested in making money and do not care about their guests. Horrible location as the buses cannot be relied on. Hard to get from A to B and the taxis charge what ever they like. I would never go back to that place nor the island.

A lovely experience from start to finish! Clara is so kind. Situated on a high cliff - with a small but lovely pool with the best views on the island! Nice pillows and bed. Lovely views from both our rooms - especially the Premium room. Superior room has slightly larger sitting area on balcony. Rooms are spotlessly cleaned! Spectacular views from rooftop bar! Really nice breakfast, although hot dishes cost extra. Pool never crowded - and they do not close the pool in evenings, so you could practically bathe at midnight if you want to. Drinks and snacks are ordered up in the bar and are then served by the pool if you desire. Drinks typically come with some savoury snacks. DEFINITE SEAL OF APPROVAL - and I'm picky! A place for both physical and mental regeneration, this is your best bet on Salina (checked some of the other top hotels) - an absolutely lovely place.

We absolutely adored our stay at the Punta Scario. The setting is simply to die for beautiful overlooking the sea, with views of Stromboli and was so serene. The rooms are lovely and the outdoor spaces are beautiful and special. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and delightful to speak with (and they were helpful with all sorts of questions). We would come stay again for certain and can’t say enough good things about it (and all 3 couples in our group would agree)

Cleaning staff in the bedroom could have benefited from more training. Details were not addressed. Also in the bathroom there should be a sign to ask guests to conserve water. It is a very precious commodity on the island!

We just had dinner at the restaurant and whilst the hotel itself looked amazing the meal was the most underwhelming and overpriced meal of our trip. I initially ordered the gnocchi with mussels it was crazy salty (and trust me I normally love my salt) so salty that I had to send it back so the waiter suggested I order another dish so went for the zucchini pasta with ricotta upon her recommendation- photo attached as it has to be seen to be believed as it’s literally pasta with fried zucchini and shaved ricotta on the side for 22 Euro. Really hope they can get their kitchen sorted as the property was so beautiful.
