The place looks nice and authentic. The location is good, close to the main square. Host was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and the rooftop. Overall nice experience.

The AC wasn't cooling that much in our room.

Great homemade local breakfast. Loved it and the location is very close to everything! But most of all the owner Youssef was extremely warm and welcoming!

This beautiful riad ticked all the boxes- great location, safe, comfortable, clean, good value for money. Youssef was a lovely host, very accommodating, offering recommendations. It really felt like a home also super quiet considering it's so close to the medina. Breakfast included was a bonus and enough to get you started on your day.

The location was excellent. The Riad was very beautiful inside, both the courtyard and rooms. The whole space had lots of personality.

There was a mixup with our pickup from the train station. Had to call and message the manager multiple times before he responded and acknowledged that a mistake was made a the booked pickup was not made. He quickly sent another car for pickup. The delay was about 30 minutes. The air-conditioning in our room was faulty. We were told to leave it on until the next day when it would be fixed. If it wasn't fixed, we were promised the biggest room in the Riad. The next day, after the air-conditioning was worked on, it was still not fixed. Water was leaking onto to our floor and creating puddles which we soaked up with a towel from the bathroom. On the 3rd night, after coming back from our tour, the air-conditioning would not turn on at all. Called the manager about 8-10 times (at around 11.15-11.30) and sent him multiple messages about the issue. Received no response all night. There are no staff at the Riad from evening onwards and you are left to fend for yourselves. Eventually, after waiting and waiting, we picked out one of the unoccupied open rooms on our floor, moved all our stuff there, and slept the night (and following night as well) there with the air conditioning on of course. We did not receive any breakfast on our first morning.

Een oase van rust in de medina. Youssef is erg vriendelijk en staat steeds ter beschikking met advies, tips en hulp. Zeer flexibel in boeking, in- en uitchecken, ontbijt (lekker trouwens) enz… De locatie is ook perfect, dicht bij alle hotspots en binnenin toch rustig en stil. Een aanrader.

Je hoort andere gasten goed die reeds aan het ontbijt zouden zitten vanuit de kamers. Als de anderen de rust en stilte respecteren ‘s ochtends, vormt dit geen probleem :)

The property is super well located, you get by walking to the souk’s, the plaza and most interesting restaurants walking few minutes. It’s on a busy location, but quiet inside. Breakfasts are amazing and have a homemade taste. Youssef is and outstanding host and incredibly courteous, will definitely come back. Arrived late and came to pick us up as taxi can’t get right at the door, helped us get by, recommended places! Also, you get stores, services and restaurants at your doorstep. Thanks Youssef!

The best thing about this riad was its location — everything is within walking distance. The owner is very kind and always happy to help with recommendations. Another highlight was the room service. I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never seen such attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and tidying the room. Just be prepared to fully immerse yourself in the Marrakech culture, as it may otherwise take some time to adjust.

The riad had all the necessary amenities, but the facilities were quite old especially the bathroom. The breakfast was also very limited and light.

It was a great place to relax in the center of the busy Medina area and staff were always helpful and attentive. Youssef was especially good with local tourist advice and welcoming for all guests. The communal areas on ground floor and rooftop great for meeting with other guests and havens to relax at the same time.

Access to the riad wasn't great for newcomers to Marrakech but my wife and I didn't find the walking too hard.

The place was magical, in the center. Thanks to Youseff and Ashraf, we spent amazing time. We will definitely come back again, thanks!

Kamer was super! Mooi traditioneel Marokkaans ingericht, goede hygiëne in de kamer, en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De host en eigenaar had het vervoer voor ons geregeld inclusief begeleider voor de wandeling van de rand van de stad naar de Riad. Ook had hij goed advies voor restaurants en activiteiten in de stad.

Location fantastic as 4 mins walk from Jemma el Fnaa square in a traditional area of the Souk. Breakfast on the roof terrace varied and plentiful. But the gem was the personal service of Yusef who could not do enough to help and ensure the stay was spectacular!

Everything was as it should be. There were no negatives at all, the property is a traditional ethnic Riad in the heart of the Souk in the Medina- near to everything of importance, with good restaurants and monuments nearby.

Posizione fantastica, a metà strada circa tra la piazza e il palazzo Bahia. Personale gentile, simpatico e disponibilissimo: per esempio benchè avessimo avvisato solo nel primo pomeriggio nella serata del ns arrivo ci hanno preparato una buonissima tajine al limone per cena! Tanti consigli e suggerimenti per rendere il soggiorno al top! Grazie Youssef!

The property was beautiful and the host (Yousef- i think its written like this) was very nice. We had a problem one day with breakfast because no one was there to give it to us but he completely came through. He woke up super early the next day (since we were leaving quite early to the desert) and prepared us breakfast and paid us back the money we spent on breakfast the day before, therefore we were super happy about the service and we will definitely come back. The location is great, very close to the main street and main square so it is easy to move with the luggage. I would recommend staying here. Thanks for everything!!!

Everything was great.

It was very well located, and under a 5 minute walk to the main square, and also only a 5 minute walk to the taxi drop off. Youssef was a great host, very informative and helpful with any questions we had, and the riad and rooms were lovely.

Mi ha deluso dalle foto sembrava molto meglio,il condizionatore in camera non funzionava dopo varie lamentele cmq non ha funzionato, dicevano ricca colazione ma non ho visto questa ricca colazione una brioche un po di marmellata

Риад великолепный. Удобное расположение, в 2-х минутах от главной площади и центральной улицы. Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. Администрация отеля - это вообще лучшее, что может случиться в Марракеше, потому что сервис превосходит все ожидания, а это очень большая редкость в этой стране, даже при наличии хороших фото можно попасть в риад из которого захочется сбежать. Было холодно - тут же принесли обогреватель, был запах - тут же зажгли благовонии и в номере появилась атмосфера. Завтрак отличный, свежий хлеб, сок, кофе, яйца. Все сытно, всего достаточно! В риаде тихо и не слышно шума улиц, красивый антураж. Благодарю за эти чудесные дни в Марракеше, этот риад сделал их в десятки раз лучше.

The riad is very beautiful and the rooms are pretty and comfortable. The atmosphere is amazing, the view from the rooftop is really pretty too(it can be seen Jemaa el-fnaa,the souks and the Koutoubia mosque).The breakfast is rich and filling, it's a delicious morrocan food. The host,Youssef is also very friendly and kind. He's like Speede Gonzalez which is a good thing!

Riad idéalement situé, près de la place mais très calme. Youssef est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé. La literie est très confortable.

La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement et le petit déjeuner pourrait intégrer au moins un fruit, même s il y a un jus d orange pressé (il est vrai que les français sont en général exigeants sur le petit déjeuner !)

Riad typique au cœur de la médina. Acceuil chaleureux de Youssef qui est de bons conseils et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lit confortable, salle de bain bien équipée ( serviettes, produit de douche, shampooing, savon ) et propre. Et pour finir une belle terrasse sur le toit. Nous avons apprécié le calme du riad en rentrant de nos visites. Merci pour le séjour.

De gastvrijheid was top. Heel aangename kamers en een typisch marrokaans piekfijn ontbijt.

Muy céntrico , limpio y cómodo. Yuossff ha sido de gran ayuda durante nuestra estancia.

Hangulatos szállás, Juszuf nagyon jó szállásadó volt.

Hűtőszekrény hiányzott, és a szőnyeg lehetett volna szebben is felporszívózva. Olvasólámpa hiányzott. Nyirkos, hűvös fürdőszoba, amit egy patronos törülközőszárító nagyon feldobna.

Localização no coração de Marraquexe. O silêncio mesmo sendo numa rua movimentada. O pequeno almoço tradicional é ótimo. Os funcionários que eram espetaculares, super prestáveis e 5 estrelas. Adoramos a estadia e se pudermos voltaremos!

El excelente trato recibido Yousef, la atencion recibida en los desayunos, sus recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad. Alojamiento precioso con un ambiente tranquilo y en calma. Destacar tambien su servicio de limpieza.

Struttura situata nel pieno della Medina, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. È un piccolo angolo di paradiso, dove vige quiete e tranquillità. Colazione abbondante e davvero buonissima, l’ultimo giorno ce l’hanno preparata a sacco perché siamo andati via molto presto. Youssef gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre presente e disposto a rispondere ad ogni domanda ed accogliere ogni richiesta. Ci ha accolto con del the e ci ha offerto anche una bottiglia di acqua. La camera era ampia e pulita, ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani già il secondo giorno. Rapporto qualità prezzo 10/10

Such a beautiful riad - an oasis of calm in a very central area of Marrakech, just 5 mins walk to the central square. Tasteful authentic decor and a lovely courtyard and spacious roof terrace. The breakfast was delicious with good coffee and fresh bread & pastries. Youssef the manager was extremely helpful and kind.

Would be great to be able to pay using a debit or credit card not just cash.

The room was a bit dusty but all in all not too bad.

Quiet oasis in the middle of the medina's chaotic alleys. Location is perfect for exploring the medina and still completely quiet at night. Super helpful and friendly host, Youssef even let me stay in a free room after i checked out so i could spend the hottest part of the day in a room with AC.

Showers could use a curtain - but definitely not an issue to shower without.

We had booked a desert excursion through the Riad, based on a quoted price that included the agreed-upon itinerary and cities to be visited. However, on the night before our early morning departure, we were informed that the price had suddenly changed and were asked to pay an additional €150. This last-minute change was both unprofessional and discourteous, leaving us with a very sour impression at the end of our stay in Marrakech. As a result, we chose not to proceed with the tour to avoid further unpleasant surprises. I would recommend booking only the bed and breakfast services with the Riad and arranging excursions independently.

Loved everything about R Bensaid, traditional decor, super comfortable, loved the rooftop relaxed terrace. Superb location, 3 min from the square that makes it feel very easy and safe to come back at any time. Youssef the host is amazing, so friendly, hospitablr and helpful, nothing seems impossible to arrange. Thank you for an amazing stay, it felt like home away from home.

Our family loved this Riad! The rooms, courtyard, rooftop terrace, meals, etc. were all great. The best part was Youssef though, he was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. It was so good we stayed here again on our return through Marrakech.

Booked into Riad Bensaid for a couple nights. The Riad was close to the main square and easy to find. Youssef was absolutely amazing and took great care to make sure all was well with my stay . The Riad was beautiful with lots of hot water and A/C although not needed at this time. Breakfast was nice consisting of eggs, Moroccan pancakes bread cheese, jam, olives fresh orange juice and coffee. Beautiful roof top to enjoy the sun or tuck away in the covered seating. It’s a great place to stay and I’m sure you will be happy with your choice.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Riad Bensaid! It’s located minutes away from the square and in walking distance to all the main attractions of Marrakesh, whilst tucked away on a quieter road. The courtyard is beautiful, breakfast was nice. The main highlight was the hotel manager / host Youssef who was very friendly, helpful and super lovely overall! If I had to fault anything - our room at the ground floor was a bit humid, but that was the only drawback, and even that wasn’t as bad.

We went to Marrakech as a group of 8 to celebrate our friend’s birthday, and I think we stayed at the best hotel in the city, Riad Bensaid. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Youssef, in particular, was incredibly supportive in every way. We would like to thank him on behalf of the whole group. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite satisfying. The location was very central, and everywhere was within walking distance.

The Riad was in the middle of the Medina and conveniently located for exploration. Our host, Youssif, did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and we particularly enjoyed the generous rooftop terrace.

Peaceful haven in a perfect location! Very professional and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, comfortable bed. They even did us an early breakfast when we were on an excursion to the Atlas Mountains.
