How clean it was, you can smell it was cleanliness. The hot breakfast was great, so much to choose from. The front desk staff and day manager were great, very helpful and polite

The air conditioner didn’t work well, I explained to the maintenance guy, but it went on deaf ears

I liked the pool, gym, breakfast and of course the staff who were very accommodating.

There is always room for improvement I just can't think of any right now.

Not the hotels fault but the pool had to be closed due to kids destroying it! We were looking forward to using the pool. The manager was very good about talking to us about it and we did receive a discount! I would definitely stay there again because of the excellent service!

We loved our stay here !! So nice and clean ! Room was air conditioned! We also used the fitness room and the breakfast that was included was very good !! Would definitely stay here again !! Bed was very comfortable and the pillows !!

Lots of nice functional things in the room, a light over the reading area, luggage rack for two suitcases, hooks on the wall, a plug and a mirror together for doing your hair.

No gluten free bread or pasties. I had to go to a funeral on an empty stomach. (Couldn’t eat the eggs as also lactose intolerant )

We liked that it was close to Hamilton and it was affordable.

Parking was a problem! At 3:00 in the morning, when we arrived, there were no close parking spots and we had to circle the front lot, side lot and, finally, back lot where we squeezed between two half ton trucks!

Check in was easy, the room was clean on arrival and breakfast was lovely.

After the first day we didn't leave the room until 2:00pm and our was wasn't cleaned at all.

The staff was very engaging, asked about why I was there and showed excitement and enthusiasm towards my excitement of a new granddaughter. It was very heartwarming.

we used this hotel for the last year while traveling to brantford for work. the rooms where clean. staff was courteous, breakfast was great. but then everytbing turned around on December 25 when we booked our room with booking.com as usual. using our visa debit.. when arriving at the hotel after our Christmas festivities, provided the confirmation number, and email from the property approving the reservation, we were denied access,with our 5 yearold son midnight December 25th, and forced to drive back to northern ontario, forcing me to drive an additional 7 hours back after being awake for 24 hours. all of this being done without providing or offering a refund, booking.com and IHG have stolen 200 dollars from.my family, denied us our room, put our lives in jeprody forcing us the drive exhausted through a snow storm, before leaving the property i ensured I police report was made. the mayor of brantford, as well as a personal friend in the city council has been notified, in addition to the police report being made. THE FACT THEY ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT, NOT ONCE BUT 8 TIMES OVER 1 YEAR, THEN CHANGED THEIR POLICYS WITHOUT NOTICE, WITHOUT COOPERATION FROM BOOKING AGENCIES, DENIED A FAMILY A PLACE TO STAY ALL ON CHRISTMAS OVER A 75 DOLLAR INSODENTAL FEE, THAT COULD HAVE BEEN PAID IN CASH OR VIA DEBIT, A GREATER DEPOSIT WAS OFFERED, YOUS LEFT MY FAMILY STRANDED ON CHRISTMAS DAY AND STOLE OUR MONEY. Depending on the group, the common space by entrance/meals can get quite loud. Breakfast wasn't an issue, but the large team hanging out in the evening made it a place to avoid as the room just echoed. Pay attention to the turn points heading to the hotel. It's easy to turn too early and miss it altogether... at least for me.

Comfortable, pool was nice, good value for money

The evening staff person told us breakfast was till 1130am, I thought that was weird with check-out time at 11am and questioned it but he confirmed. When we arrived just after 930am breakfast was closed. There are signs up everywhere for breakfast times but we had missed arriving late. Tim's and MCD were both very close which was good. It was just a little frustrating but didn't detract from the rest of the visit and pool

Wish they served bacon more than the one day for breakfast in our 6 day stay otherwise everything was great

It was an unfortunate time because we were booked in with a hockey team or a basketball team and I mean breakfast was thin due to the kids stocking up, but you know that's neither here nor there

1st of all they took 2 $75 deposit and didnt return them. Rooms cold and the shower was not jot at all. Not a good stay wifi not strong enough and bed made noise when you gpt in and out
