Clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood, cold AC, good water pressure in the shower, and close to the metro station. We had a warm welcome from Albert.

The guest reception was exceptional. Albert went above and beyond, super helpful, full of great recommendations, and took the time to explain the area and point out useful spots on a map despite our late arrival, around 10 pm. The apartment is very comfortable, with great A/C and a big ceiling fan, highly appreciated with temperatures reaching 37°C. The location is fantastic, super quiet for a well rested sleep, yet just a short walk from the main landmarks, bars, and restaurants.

The only minor drawbacks were the shower head, which was a little loose and could use better water pressure, and the mini fridge, which can be a bit noisy at night.

The location was great, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and there were thoughtful little touches throughout, even a small bookshelf. I also really enjoyed the private balcony. The bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the apartment had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay.

The soundproofing could definitely be improved. You can easily hear other guests entering and leaving their apartments, doors closing, and even bathroom and flushing noises at night. Being suddenly woken up by a door slamming was quite startling.

We werden om 22u enorm vriendelijk onthaald door Albert. Hij gaf ons tips voor Athene en mochten hem steeds contacteren via whatsapp. Het appartement was perfect. Goede airco, stil, goed bed, ruim en erg hygiënisch. Dankjewel voor het fijne verblijf!!

Property was close to the Acropolis and Parthenon. It’s a quick maybe 10 minute walk there. And for the price you can’t beat the logistics of that.

Extremely clean, very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Not right in the city which is great because its not noisy or busy but within walking distance that everything you need is easily accessible. Attractions & beaches are not too far as well. We were very pleasantly surprised. Albert and his wife were also very lovely! Amazing hosts. Very helpful and accommodating. Already planning to book our next Athens stay here.

Le lit est dans la cuisine c’est un peu perturbant et il n’y a pas de table ni chaises pour manger ou simplement prendre le petit déjeuner. L appartement est faiblement isolé si les voisins sont bruyants cela peut être dérangeant.

We loved the stay, the location is amazing and close to lot of cafes and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Special shoutout to Albert, he is super nice and guided us to best eats! Will definitely stay here again! 🙂

Great host, amazing location - a quiet and safe street not far from the center. Apartments were pretty, clean, great air conditioning.

A bit squeaky floors and you can hear the neighbours but it's definitely worth it, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

The host was super kind and gave many tips on where I could eat and activities which I could take part in during my stay. The location is amazing with a metro station 10 mins away. It was very clean and had all the amenities which you needed.

The host was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The location was also excellent, making it easy and convenient to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.

The pantry is a little small, so some adjustment may be needed when using it. However, this was not an issue for us, as we stayed for only one night and found it perfectly manageable for a short stay.

Невероятно беше всичко. Домакинът е страхотен. Посреща ни, настани ни. Беше си направил труда да ни даде карта на която беше отбелязал добри заведения, които са близо и можем да посетим. Апартамента беше невероятен. Изключително чисто, постоянно ни снабдяваха с вода за пиене. На много добро място, съвсем близо до Акропола и Плака. Нямаме никакви забележки. Много сме доволни и благодарим за гостоприемството :)

The host Albert was amazing and very informative. His welcoming was the best we had our entire trip. Great places to go and eat and see. Highly recommend this place.

The additional bed was really hard and hard to get comfortable sleep. The main bed was very comfortable.

Clean, spacious room with kitchen facilities. Very handy to have a water machine in the courtyard. Convenient location to restaurants.

There was a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning - I could hear people above walking around above me - although I was warned of this, it made me feel uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep very well.

The doors to the room lock but have a large window in the middle of them that does not lock. Since the room is entered through a private courtyard this is not a huge issue but might be improved.

Great Location, Safe at same time. Cafes/Restaurants close by. Acropolis is a walking distance.

Świetna lokalizacja, krótki spacer do Akropolu czy Plaki, pełno kafejek i restauracji.

Jedyny minus to że do apartamentu trzeba podejść nieco stromą ulicą, ale nie wszystkim to przeszkadza.

Un poco retador conseguir parqueadero pero si te quedas en Atenas está cerca de todos los sitios de interés.

El apto que nos fue asignado se encontraba en la primera planta del edificio! Era muy cómodo, iluminado y muy bien decorado. Además, la ubicación es inigualable, el barrio es muy lindo y es muy fácil llegar a la acrópolis, plaka y demás lugares de interés en Atenas. Por último, Albert fue muy atento con nosotros y nos brindó consejos para que nuestra estadía en la ciudad fuera insuperable. Muy recomendado si quieres estar en un lugar tranquilo y estratégico para conocer Atenas :)

The location is outside the main area with a few hills, just to be aware of depending on who you’re traveling with.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location is perfect, very central and ideal for exploring Athens. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed. A very special thank you to Albert, who made the experience truly exceptional. Despite our very late arrival after midnight, he welcomed us with incredible kindness and took the time to explain everything about the apartment and the area. On our last day, he also kindly helped us with our luggage and made everything incredibly easy before our flight. His warmth, availability, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay!

Albert, le concierge et la personne qui s'occupe des lieux était très sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Le logement était extrêmement propre et la localisation parfaite, dans un quartier calme mais avec plein de restaurants et commerces à proximité, proche de l'acropole et du métro.

Les photos correspondent à plusieurs logement ce qui peut porter à confusion. Mon logement était en sous-sol (ce qui était annoncé), mais les photos montraient une chambre avec fenêtre à l'étage, beaucoup plus lumineuse. L'isolation phonique entre les étages était aussi très mauvaise, on entendant tous les bruits de pas, de chaises qui bougent et de voix.

Loved the location which was very convenient - only 600 m to the Acropolis!- and so quiet you could hear birdsong every morning. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. We enjoyed having choice of A/C and fan in the bedroom and the generous balcony where we took our coffee and breakfast. Kitchen had hot plates, often, all necessary cooking equipment, and good olive oil, wine vinegar etc. The street was lined with orange trees which were laden with fruit. Our host, Albert, was very helpful, warm and friendly and provided us with a wealth of recommendations and helpful advice about accessing and enjoying the Acropolis, the stadium of the first modern Olympic Games and the various museums as well as cafes, tavernas and pharmacies etc. We had four full days and nights in Athens and loved every moment. If you enjoy opera, do not miss the Maria Callas Museum - I’m a big fan and totally loved it.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area of Athens, and everything is close by and easily accessible.

We stayed four nights in one of the apartments and felt completely at home from day one. The apartment was very cozy and—if you want to cook—equipped with everything you need. The location really impressed us. It’s basically on the other side of the Acropolis hill (with the “center” on one side and the apartment on the other), which means you can easily reach Athens’ main hotspots on foot while not being right in the middle of the busy center. There are also plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, Albert gave us lots of helpful tips, and he was always available whenever we needed anything (umbrellas, taxi, etc.)—many thanks! We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay centrally but not in the middle of the crowds, and who also enjoys exploring more local, authentic neighborhoods.

Very comfortable and cosy old-style apartment with high ceilings, which gives it a lot of charm. The space was clean, quiet, and nicely arranged, making the stay really easy and relaxing. The location is very good, close to the Acropolis, with bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all within a 5-minute walk, while still feeling calm and pleasant. The host was very kind, helpful, and always smiling. The overall experience was simple and enjoyable

Only one small point, that the description mentions a terrace with a city view. The terrace itself is very beautiful, but the view is mainly over the nearby buildings and the inner courtyard, with a bit of the top of the mountain in the background. It would be good to clarify this in the description

The apartment is very cool. It has everything you need and even more. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook (stove, oven, toaster, kettle, all the utensils). It's great that there is filtered water available. If it suddenly gets cold, you can turn on an air conditioner or a heater. The apartment is clean, and it clean it quite often. Also, thank you for the very friendly staff; Albert is a very nice person. There is a great courtyard where you can go out and sit at the table, eat your breakfast, or work on the computer. I really liked the area which not far from the Acropolis, but nevertheless very calm, quiet, and cozy.

The Wi-Fi isn't very good. It could have simply disconnected or a very weak signal.

Wspaniałe miejsce, blisko głównych atrakcji Aten ale schowane przed zgiełkiem miasta i tłumami turystów. W okolicy wiele fajnych knajpek, do metra i tramwaju - 10 minut spacerkiem. Sam apartament czyściutki, w pełni wyposażony, podczas naszego pobytu dodatkowo sprzątany. Zarządca-pracownik Albert to niezwykle uczynny i otwarty człowiek - zawsze doradzi gdzie pójść, co zjeść czy zobaczyć. Olbrzymim dodatkowym udogodnieniem jest ogólnodostępny filtr wody z którego można uzupełniać karafki będące na wyposażeniu pokoju lub własne butelki na wędrówki po Atenach.

Nie było takiej rzeczy ale innym może nie odpowiadać, że jest to stary budynek więc często słychać np. kroki czy otwieranie drzwi, ogólnie "życie" w innych pokojach.

Świetna lokalizacja w przyjemnej i wydaje się bezpiecznej okolicy, blisko do centrum, niedaleko piekarnie, kawiarnie, markety i restauracje. Na miejscu przesympatyczny Pan Albert :)

Since my booking was confirmed the host was amazingly fast answering all my questions which was very important for me ,upon on arrival we were welcomed by Mr.Albert ,he is a star nothing was too much for him ,house was spotless clean ,we had everything we needed .Great location absolutely safe area ,everything was walking distance .Apartment was surrounded by cafes restaurants,markets ,pharmacies ,looking forward to going back .Once you are here u don’t actually need any transportation needed everything is in a walking distance ,Highly recommended,we left the apartment with a great experience Thank you

As a first timer in Greece, I was amazed at everything!! The location of our stay was perfect...clean, updated and our host Alex was the best...very attentive. The property was located in safe, secure area. We got to see a little bit of our area before we headed to port for our cruise.

The slight hill we had to climb back to our place....smiles...it was good exercise!

Η τοποθεσία και η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι τα κύρια δύο θετικότατα στοιχεία. Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευελιξία παρκαρίσματος έξω στον δρόμο. Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά.

The apartment is clean and very quiet, (and warm - temperatures in Athens were close to 0 while we were there). It's got everything we needed. And there's a balcony facing the back. We could also park the car in the street a few metres away from the front door. Perfect location for us, a wee off the main hustle, but most historical sites are within a short walk. Albert at recetion is very friendly and provided very useful information on cafes and places to eat and visit.

The location is perfect! Very close to Acropolis and Plaka. Everything was walking distance. The accommodation was also clean and well maintained.

Fabulous accommodation very close to the Acropolis. Short walk to excellent restraunts, shops, markets and public transport. Extremely clean and comfortable. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here on our return to Athens.

Small bathroom-hard to access shower and limited space on vanity. As it is a self contained apartment would have been nice to have had a coffee pod machine or plunger. Suggest maybe an apartment at or above street level rather than semi basement.

Clean and comfortable unit in the heart of Athens. 20 min walk from virtually everything while tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Albert was fantastic and provided solid local recommendations. Thank you!

Staff Albert was quite friendly and helpful, resourceful, responsive. Was reasonably priced at a great location with more of neighborhood feel and a safe, quiet street. Basement place was tasteful, roomy and a good set up. Messages from multiple people with name of location varying was a bit confusing. Could probably use a new coat of paint soon and replace of throw rug which could be a fall hazard. Toilet/shower space narrow ie not for a large build person. But beyond these minor concerns, overall we have no regrets with booking this place.

This place is super cute. Less than a mile walk to Plaka and closer to acropolis and so many sites. The ac was perfect and consistent. Stayed cold all day/night. Albert was the best. He was there for anything we needed. Directions recommendations and eve called for cabs for us! He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Fresh water daily was great to come home to in the fridge!! Hot tea every morning in our room was a plus! Hot showers daily! I would recommend this place!!! Plenty of pubs and cafes just a few minutes away! Highly recommend and we will def be back! Fratti is a cute little pub around the corner. Very friendly🍷
