日本から3人で来ました。オーナーのMusa-Sanとママ、家族経営のアットホームな雰囲気で最高な2日間でした。カッパドキアに行く時はまた泊まりたいです！

Kahvaltı, temizlik, güleryüz hepsi mükemmeldi. Konum olarak sessiz ve Ortahisar kalesini gören yerde genel manzarası güzel.

Väldigt trevligt bemötande vid check-in drpn Musa, Väldigt fint rum och bekvämligheter. Fick även välkomst kaffe och dika bröd. Väldigt gott frukost, super trevliga personal. Alla var helt suveränt. Tackar Musa, Ali och alla personal. Återkommer gärna.

Oda temizliği personelin ilgisi çok güzeldi tam bir aile ortamı vardı zaten bundan dolayı puanı yüksek. Bende yazılanlara katılıyorum.

Der Boden war sehr dreckig. Sie schlafcouch unbequem.

This is a very unique place! We were a big family group and loved the setting - each room a little different; reflective of Turkish culture. Very comfortable. The hosts were amazing! Breakfast delicious! Tea, coffee, biscuits and cake, organising transport and even doing a hefty load of washing for us. We highly recommend!

Was a great small family run hotel. Good location for exploring Cappadocia. Owner was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help arrange transportation and tours. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Aile işletmesi olup çok temiz ve iyi insanlardı. Ali Bey bizimle çok ilgilendi ve her isteğimize cevap vermeye çalıştı sağolsun. Konum olarak ortahisarda araba ile geldiyseniz bütün bölgelere ulaşımı rahat.

Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü , temizlik, kahvaltı oda sıcaklığı iyiydi. Şömine imkanı çok güzeldi. Eksik olarak makyaj yapacak alan yoktu bir panduf veya oturan konursa daha iyi olabilir ve üst pencereye ışık geçirmez perde eklenebilir çok göz alıyor onun dışında her şey güzeldi.

The rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel is exactly as pictured. The owner was extremely kind and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

There were only minor issues that were quickly resolved by the staff- needed more pillows, rooms were chilly in the winter. All of these issues were addressed with kindness and care by the staff.

I highly recommend Asyada suites hotel. I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out. The secure and safe environment of this hotel are a plus. The staff are amazing Esra, Ali and Musa went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable!! As a solo traveler I was a little nervous but they were so heartwarming and friendly and made me feel at home. I have great memories and services are exceptional. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully and very clean. A truly memorable stay!! Thank you Esra, Ali and Musa!!

Otel gayet temizdi, çok güzel ağırlandık. Isınma ile ilgili problem vardı fakat doğalgaza geçiş kaynaklıymış yakın zamanda çözülür umarım, otel bu konuda mağdur olamamız için hem şömineyi yaktı hem elektrikli ısıtıcı verdi, yeterli de oldu. Kahvaltısı çok iyi ve lezzetliydi, patates kızartması bile hazır değil ev yapımı, her şey gayet özenli idi. Ailecek yada arkadaşlarla gitmek için çok keyifli bir otel, tavsiye ederim. Biz çocuklar ile iki aile gittik memnun kaldık.

Beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

We travelled in Turkey for 2 weeks and this was our favourite hotel. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and spacious. The property itself was very beautiful. The hosts were very hospitable, the breakfast they made us in the mornings was also the best breakfast we had during our time in Turkey. Highly recommend this hotel

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war absolut überwältigend. Die Zimmer waren nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern strahlten auch eine außergewöhnliche Ordnung und Eleganz aus. Wir verbrachten zwei unvergessliche Nächte mit unserer Familie in einem großzügigen und äußerst komfortablen Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ein wahres Highlight – individuell und liebevoll für jeden Gast zubereitet. Dazu kam das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat. Wir können es kaum erwarten, bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder in diesem erstklassigen Hotel zu übernachten.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here. From the time we checked, every one in this family owned hotel made us feel right at home. The owner is very helpful and his family (the staff) are also very welcoming. The breakfast is PHENOMENAL with a beautiful view! ÇÖK GÜZEL! A lot of what they serve is home grown and homemade. The owners mother makes acılı and it’s the best one I’ve eaten! The owner set us up with a private tour and the driver took us to local places that we would not have found on our own. So worth it. We loved it! When we checked out, we had a long wait time until our shuttle came to get us to take us to the airport and the owner held our luggage for us while we explored the town a bit more. So kind! They also gave us refreshments when we came back to wait for the shuttle. Truly a wonderful hotel! Not to mention the view. Our only issue was that the outlets in our room were a bit loose and it made it difficult to plug things in. Other than that, this hotel is 10/10!

The better equipet and new built rooms are excellent for stay and are very delightfull equiped with furtnitures. Smaller rooms are very special for guests with lower expectations and budget. Overall great and friendly hotel staff and owner family - very much enjoyed our 3 days stay at this Hotel and will for sure book our next stay in Ürgüp again at this Hotel Asyada!

The hotel is very nice and has a uniqe architecture for ever room that also connects you with the landscape. There is good space in the rooms. The scenery from the hotel overlooks the beautiful Goreme national park. The peacefulness is enough to make you want to just stay at the hotel all day. More importantly, the staff and breakfast were amazing. They were very accommodative and very helpful. They were all so sweet and very genuine and hospitable. The sweet staff would bring fresh fruit from the trees they have on the property without asking. The breakfast is a full spread Turkish breakfast which is amazing. 100 out of 10 would recommend!

Staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. Rooms are unique and clean and was all we needed. Enjoyed coffee on the open air terrace and a delish breakfast every morning. Owners were kind enough to help us book our balloon trip and taxi to the airport

There was a very high humidity in the room. It is better to put a dehumidifier in the room, in case of very humid weather, in spring and autumn, when it rains a lot.

Otel sahibi aile çok kibar ve misafirperverdi. Bizimle birlikte gezi önerilerini paylaştılar ve beraber plan yapabileceğimizi söylediler. Her konuda bizlere yardımcı oldular. Kaldığımız oda gayet güzeldi, tarih kokuyordu. Manzarası da müthişti. Kahvaltıda her gün farklı ana kahvaltılıklar geldi, sırf kahvaltı için bile tercih edilebilecek bir konaklama yeri. Konum olarak merkezi, zaten bölgede her yer birbirine yakın. Araç için otopark sorunu yaşamayacağınız bir noktada. Yeniden Kapadokya'ya gelecek olursam mutlaka burada konaklarım. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Clean and comfortable rooms with delicious breakfast. Owners were very helpful and they showed us a great hospitality.

We had a lovely time here. Having stayed in Antalya and Istanbul, this was by far our best hotel experience this holiday. From the charming family running the hotel, Musa and his beautiful wife and forever smiling Ali, to homemade Jam for breakfast and the cave inspired bedrooms. Totally loved it. Cannot fault anything. Would highly recommend if you want a chilled break and a personal touch.

Nothing to fault, just a really nice experience. Would perhaps recommend getting a pool in as a future upgrade. Otherwise worth noting the hotel is in a quiet village about 20-30 minutes drive from the main town. There's a nice market but not a great deal to do in the village itself. We came to love the relaxed vibe and even got to know a couple of the locals and their stories, but the quiet might not be to everyone's taste.

Breakfast was okay, but missing out my normal breakfast where I have toast and eggs and fresh orange juice. they had their way of cooking different omelette for breakfasts. Didn’t have cereal for the kids. Because my kids don’t eat theses kind of traditional foods .

I didn’t like the bathroom it smells and it needs a window for fresh air coming in every time . Also the toilet was making noise and it moves every time , when you’re sitting down and it wasn’t comfortable at all. My children were complaining every time when they were using the bathroom . the property didn’t have AC. It was hot to sleep at night. Everyone was feeling restless.

We stayed at this location 2 nights. The location is close to restaurants, 2 supermarkets & tourist shops but far enough away from the tourist crowds. Musa & his family are super friendly and very accommodating. Musa has all the connections for the activities that you want to do in Cappadocia (better to contact him before you arrive to make arrangements). Our morning breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast spread. There was always enough food so that you don't leave hungry. Our server Ali was so nice and always there to attend to our needs. This is a family run outfit, so they are there to help and serve to make sure you needs are met. I can't say enough about Musa, he is a model of how small business owners should be.

The only negative would be that the room we were in had no air conditioning and we came during maybe exceptional hot days (34C +). My wife requested a fan and they delivered. This fan was a good option without the AC.

Definitely İ am giving 5 star to this hotel. The staff are amazing and so welcoming, treating us like guests, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The rooms are cosy and clean, not to mention the breakfast is absolutely perfect, a wonderful home cooked breakfast which was delicious and very filling. if you are visiting this area don't look for another hotel.

This is a family owned and operated hotel. My family and I stayed at this hotel for several days. We truly enjoyed the location, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the hotel, and the hospitality of Musa and his family. Rooms are spacious, big enough for a large group/family. Layout of the immediate exterior of the rooms is safe for the children to enjoy. Beautiful landscaping with a variety of colorful flowers. Breathtaking view of the opposite canyon from the terrace where you can sip your coffee/tea. The hotel is very close to the town center and walkable distance to a bunch of good restaurants and stores for souvenirs, plus there are nearby grocery stores. We very much enjoyed the rich breakfast as well. We would want to stay there again.

Amazing location and a fabulous family run place. Musa and Ali were very helpful and accommodating. Made vegetarian breakfast for us too🙂👍 Musa took us over for the tours in Cappadocia which was great too. Definitely recommended place to stay whilst visiting capudocchia🙂👍

We stayed there one night to see Cappadocia but the beautiful suite was huge and clean. All 3 beds were comfortable. The courtyard was lovely and the view from the courtyard was special. Everybody who worked there was lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was the best Turkish breakfast ever.

호텔스닷컴. 사진과는 좀 다른분위기 외관이. 넘 별로라서. 가족들의 실망감. 있을 수 있음 안은. 그럭저럭임. 욕실은. 평범함.세면대부근은 그냥 세면대만. 가정집욕실수준이라. 생각하고 가서요. 수건.침구는 그나마 깨끗해요,조식과. 친절함이 있어. 그나마. 버텄어요. 주차장은 집앞공터공간인데. 앞이 절벽이고. 뒤는. 차가 계속 다니는. 곳이라. 자면서도 걱정했어요. 그런데. 대부분 주차공간이. 따로 없는 호텔들이 많은 카파도키아인듯.

Too few days to rest

THE WORKING STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND; WITH GREAT WELCOMING DURING WHICH THEY SUPPLIED US WITH A MAP OF THE ATTRACTIVE PLACES AT THE REGION. THEIR BREAKFAST WAS TRANDITIONAL TURKISH ONE ;IT WAS DELICIOUS WITH A NICE MORNING VIEW AT THEIR SMALL TERRACE. HOWEVER IT REQUIRES A LOT OF WORK TO IMPROVE THEIR PROPERTY; AS WE FACED MANY PROBLEMS THERE INCLUDING HUMIDITY AND BAD ODOR ESPECIALLY AT BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AREAS.

The hotel services and staff are really cooperative. Breakfast really good and freshly cooked. There little discomfort as no air conditioning at hotel.

Het was echt een fantastisch gezinsvriendelijke hotel in Ortahisar (Kapadokya). Bij aankomst werden we bij de ingang verwelkomd. We kregen thee en Turkse koffie aangeboden. Heerlijk. Wij mochten ook eerst gelijk naar onze Suite kamer om bij te komen na een vermoeinde reis. Papierwerk en betaling kon allemaal daarna. Mijn kind speelde zelfs met de kinderen van de eigenaren (gezin) van het hotel, zodat wij lekker konden genieten van ons overheerlijke plaatselijke ontbijt. We kregen echt hier het thuisgevoel, met één woord 'fantastisch' verblijf gehad en kan dit hotel aan iedereen aanraden!

Kleine familiengeführte Pension. Eigentümer ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Terrasse mit Burg- und Talblick. Im Standardzimmer ist das Bad sehr klein. Wünschenswert wäre zudem eine Überholung und mehr Hacken zum Aufhängen. Vier Parkplätze vor dem Grundstück.

The best place i stayed so far. The hotel owner moosa was welcoming and helpful. He helped us book all the tours and activities and it was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. Moosa is very kind. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay here

Kleines Charmantes Hotel mit einem schönen Ausblick in die Bucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber (Musa und die Mama) und ein tolles leckeres Frühstück. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen jedoch hat uns das nicht gestört.

Oteli Ürgüp yerlisi olan bir aile işletiyor. Çok güzel bir aile ortamı mevcut.Otel sahibinin annesi olan hanım çok sıcak kanlı ,misafirperverdi. Ailece otelden çok memnun kaldık.

The family feel of this property made me feel so welcome and at home. The homemade breakfast had something different every morning and was absolutely delicious. Everything is clean and well maintained. I was there when it was pretty cold, but my room was always warm and the stove in the dining room was the perfect spot for warming up after freezing on an early morning balloon ride! Finally, the lasting memory of my stay at Asayada Suites is the way that Musa was so helpful in using all of his local knowledge and contacts to ensure that i could make the most of my time there. He took me hiking in the local area, connected me with tours and even took the time to take me to local beauty spots in the bits of time I had between trips. For anyone that loves a smaller guest house with a family feel, I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

The cave hotel rooms are lovely and breakfast on the terrace is a highlight. Delicious, Family grown and prepared produce and bottomless tea and coffee. Musa was very helpful and marked a map for us indicating the best insider tips on where to visit, bike, eat etc. very friendly family too.
