Convenient location close to major attractions and also public transit. Very spacious room. Well equipped kitchen. friendly staff in reception. Good airconditioning . Daily room service.

The old, very creaky internal doors but they were part of the charm, though. There were no USB charging ports.

Very central, great design and functionality, super spacious and comfortable. Clean. Has a rustic touch which adds to the Lisboa experience but the furniture :bathroom and kitchen is new . Common area in very pretty and good to chill.

It is in a vibrant location so until midnight it is felt and heard. Some window blinds didn’t close well. You can hear neighbours walking a lot. Despite you are in downtown, I would maybe look for different location with family.

Busy streets in the town square make it noisy at night and early in the morning. Many sleep interruptions & disturbances.

Not really about the property but the surroundings - it’s get pretty loud at night. People (drugged and drunk) screaming downstairs. Some construction going on after midnight.

Anbindung zur Metro (Rossio) direkt vor dem Appartement. Küche gut ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Waschmaschine zur freien Verfügung im Gemeinschaftsraum. Großes Appartement mit viel Platz für 6 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Betten im Wohnraum). Zwei schöne Badezimmer.

Fenster waren vorhanden, aber sehr lärmdurchlässig. Blick in den Hinterhof nicht besonders schön, vor allem ist es hier abends und mitten in den Morgenstunden laut durch verschiedenes Publikum. Auch auf der anderen Seite, Placa da Figueira, trifft man tagsüber schon verschiedenes Publikum, nachts (nach 22 Uhr) waren wir nicht mehr draußen. Die Türen im Appartement konnte man nicht richtig schließen. Am schlimmsten aber waren die Decken zwischen den Stockwerken. Der Boden schwankt, vibriert und knarrt - um 4 Uhr gings teilweise schon los vom Obergeschoss :( Am besten ganz oben buchen, dann hat man kein Getrampel von oben. Ein Lift, der für 6 Personen bzw. 480kg zugelassen ist, fährt nicht mit mehr als 3 Personen. Da das zu längeren Wartezeiten führt, weil auch Personal usw. den Lift nutzt, gingen wir oft die Treppen in den 4. Stock. Diese sind aber auch alt und uneben. Appartement wurde täglich "gereinigt", aber unter die Betten durfte man nicht schauen.

Nous sommes restés une nuit lors d'un transit d'une journée entre Lisbonne et Paris. Très bien placé et facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Accueil très agréable et efficace. Des espaces communs bien pensés, bien décorés et très cozy. Plein de petites attentions pour que l'on passe un bon moment. La chambre en configuration 4 voyageurs était parfaite, literie confortable, cuisine très bien équipée (même si nous ne nous en sommes pas servi), lumineux, calme (nous donnions sur la rue arrière). Idéal pour visiter les quartiers centraux.

De ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

ארוחת בוקר לא כלולה במחיר. ניתן להזמין, אבל אנחנו בחרנו לעשות קניות בסופר (מרחק של 2 דקות הליכה) ולהכין ארוחת בוקר עצמאית.

Location was super. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Easy to access when we arrived. Very convenient with kids, loads of space. Beautiful common area, handy left luggage.

Everything is good

It was spacious and clean and location was perfect.

Noise from the alley below especially when the bin men collected rubbish in the night. Also noise from the room above. The wooden floorboards creak so we heard them walking around all the time.

Utrolig sentralt. Rent og romslig for en stor familie. Og ikke minst veldig enkelt og praktisk med inn- og utsjekk, og veldig behjelpelig med lagring av bagasje før og etter.

Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked, free laundry room use.

The noise from apartment above. You could hear heavy footsteps. There were always some homeless people having around the entry way where the keypad is. The area is not the same as the last time we stayed.

Easy to get in and out of building and unit with codes. Excellent location. Large and comfortable unit with air conditioning.

No parking and hard to access by car, but due to central location.

Location was the only thing going for the property.

It was tired and in need of an upgrade. Staff disinterested, reception in a room on the first floor, extremely slow lift especially when you are stuck on the fifth floor.

Love the shower head height and the bed was comfy. The AC was wonderful! Also love that there’s not a giant feather duvet, the light duvet was perfect for hot summer weather.

The above neighbors were soooooo loud it was insane how much the sound transfers. We wore ear plugs and played a sound machine but it still woke us up every night and would go on until 1-2 am every night.

We were already familiar with the property. They allowed us to leave our bags at the reception as our flight departed later in the afternoon.

The location was very convenient.

Convenient to so much- bus and tram stops, metro, and a number of cafes and restaurants. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind. Loved having an espresso maker, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Hairdryer in bathroom. Sitting area was very nice, as well. A very comfortable and lovely place to stay. I highly recommend!

Overall, it was a good place to stay for a first visit to Lisbon. The apartment was very clean, roomy and bright and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We could only find one grocery store near the apartment to buy items like fruit and juice.

This place had an excellent central location. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Just like the photos. They have a beautiful small library area you can sit in if you wish, and the front desk is staffed most of the day. Also free laundry machines. Also very responsive service. I would highly recommend this place.

A bit noisy in the alley at night as there are recycling and garbage bins restaurants dump into and when truck comes. It was usually around 10-11pm at night and then fine after that. If you’re on a low floor facing the back alley/street, a white noise app is enough to solve it.

Loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the one bedroom apartment. Access to the property was super easy and the location was busy but great - everything was easily walkable. The soundproofing was surprisingly great as well, despite being on a busy square we had no issues with noise or sleeping (with the A/C on).

There was soap but no body lotion. Also the laundry room is the luggage storage room and only has a single pair of washer and dryer. This wasn’t an issue for us, but for someone who planned to do laundry I think it’s useful info.

Badezimmer haben nicht zum Gesamtbild der Wohnung gepasst. Zudem hatten wir Schaben im Bad. Es wurde sich umgehend drum gekümmert und das Personal war super freundlich !

Good location, clean apartment

We were given the apartment on the 5 Floor. The Lift broke down 3 days of the 4 nights we stayed, including the day of arrival and day of departure. It was a struggle to carry our luggages up and down on the floors on the day of arrival and departure with no assistance.

Great place to stay. Fab location. Apartment is spacious and comfortable 😌 Diana on the front desk is lovely 😍

It would have been a 9 score but the lift stopped working on the first day of our stay and we were on the top floor. More exercise than I expected 😄 Thankfully we had help with our bags when leaving...thank you 🙏

One of my favorite places I’ve booked - ever. Steps from the Metro if you exit towards Praça da Figueira, the one bedroom apartment was enormous. Balcony was great for people watching, can see the water from the unit. The blonde female staff member working at night was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking for again!

We had a fabulous stay at Visionaire Apartments. It is in a fantastic location with immediate access to all the main sights, bars and restaurants. Access was very easy, the room was immaculate, good quality shower, beautiful high ceilings. How lovely to have a complimentary bottle of wine and I loved that there was a communal honesty fridge with water and soft drinks and a seating area with views over the square. The best of all though was the reception staff, no matter what time day or night they were super helpful and genuinely keen to answer any questions and look after our luggage before check in and after check out. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Lisbon.

Location is great! At front of the plaza, confitería nacional across Rossio train station 2 blocks. The apartment decoration is so welcoming , it has a lovely balcony facing the plaza. The flat is exactly like in the pictures, super clean and smells very nice! Staff are very friendly.
