Il manquait de vaisselles malheureusement, et l'insonorisation était mauvaise. On entendait toutes les autres personnes monter et descendre l'escalier.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Sehr saubere Wohnung, recht gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und viele Restaurants. Der Bahnhof Termini ist in ca. 8 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, perfekt wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Betten waren bequem, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, aber eine U-Bahn ist auch in der Nähe (ca. 5 min. zu Fuß, alternativ am Bahnhof Termini). Ein perfekter Ort für einen Städtetrip

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Klimatyzacja na duży plus podczas wizyty w sierpniu. Wyposażony zgodnie z opisem ręczników sporo, mydła sporo, wszystko sprawne. Lokalizacja na plus blisko głównego dworca oraz atrakcje w odległości 30 min spacerkiem. Dodatkowym plusem była mapa Rzymu wraz z liniami metra oraz dodatkowymi punktami do zwiedzania prócz zaplanowanych wcześniej atrakcji. Polecamy serdecznie! :)
Na tygodniowym pobycie brakowało sprzątania w trakcie pobytu, raz na tydzień byłoby optymalnie :)

La posizione è fantastica perchè, essendo vicino all Stazione Termini, si puoʻ accedere a tutti i mezzi di trasporto disponibili. La Sig.ra Giulia e la Sig.ra Anna sono state molto accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Sicuramente, quando torneroʻ a Roma, prenoteroʻ nuovamente un appartamento nella Residenza Termini. Consigliatissimo!

There were minor issues with the air conditioning. It wouldn't respond to the remote at times and wouldn't turn off. Though, after staff was alerted, they immediately helped and helped me fix the issue.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026로마에 이정도 금액에 5성급 호텔 시설 정알정말 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 8월 무더위에 방과 거실에 각각 에어컨이 따로 있고 각종 주방기구 전자레인지 큰냉장고 3인가족이 사용했는데 불펀한점 한나없이 4박을 했습니나. 또한 유럽 그어느곳에서도 볼 수없는 직원들의 친절 함 잊을 수 없습니다.

Wer gerne läuft kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. - Bügeln ist im Keller mit vorhandener Ausstattung möglich - Klimaanlage läuft gut, hält Wohnung auch im Hochsommer kühl
- Anfahrt mit dem Auto: halten vor der Unterkunft zum Ein- und Ausladen schwierig. Außerdem ist es sehr intransparent wo man in Rom mit dem Auto fahren darf und wo eine ZTL beginnt. - Wohnungen eher dunkel - Ausstattung einfach aber in Ordnung

Il faut un peu marché pour prendre le métro et découvrir la ville mais le quartier est bien pourvu en restaurants et supermarchés.

The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff were excellent. We particularly loved the high ceilings and the spaciousness of the apartment.

Es una zona muy tranquila para descansar por las noches y tiene cerca supermercados. La habitación es muy cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar, es muy agradable después de llegar cansado de todo el día visitando Roma.

1) lack of daily cleaning service included in the price of the property. They had asked for an additional fee of 35 euros on top of the amount we had paid. Furthermore they do not provide vacuum cleaner or even broom and dustpan for guests to clean up after themselves if they opt out of the cleaning service. We were staying there for 6 nights which makes this very important for us. 2) their office is only open till 4pm which is all fine, but any bed and breakfast or hotel service should have an emergency contact line. On one of the nights we had left our keys in the apartment and left the building, we only realised after a day of activities at night. We tried calling their WhatsApp number several times and even messaged them on booking.com all to no reply. We were considering getting a hotel nearby for the night so as to avoid being on the streets and had to find refuge in the restaurant nearby. This is especially important as we were two women staying. The next day the person holding the whatsapp line apologised saying she was ‘distracted’ throughout the night and found it hard to reply us. Nonsensical excuse honestly. When i checked what time she saw the message it was around 11pm. She had seen the umpteen miss calls both me and my mum had left her. I don’t know why she did not pick up or even check up on us if we were okay or even called back. Overall pathetic customer service and I cannot recommend this place to anyone with honesty especially for female travellers as their customer service is terrible and will leave you feeling completely helpless. Reviewed Aug 6, 2026We traveled with a baby and we had everything we needed - a crib, a little kitchen to prepare some food. The place is relatively old but it is in good condition and very clean, which we really appreciated. There is also a supermarket 2 minutes walking distance which was very handy for us. The staff was also super nice.

Det fanns inget negativt förutom att sängarna var väldigt hårda. Vi bodde 5 nätter och det gick okej, men lite hårt.

De kraan in de keuken zat los en was slecht te bedienen. Douchedeur heb ik zelf maar weer vast gemaakt, want die was los. Airco deed het goed, maar door gebrek aan een lamel stond de luchtstroom volledig op het bed gericht en dat is niet fijn. Ook was het keukengerei, glazen en bekers niet zo schoon.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026住宿地點離Rome Termini車站走路10分鐘內，附近有間中型Conad超市，住宿設施有包含自炊廚具跟設備，對於有自炊需求的我們非常方便，附近還有幾間好吃的在地餐廳，生活機能很好。(我們四人很幸運地因為剛好因為最大房間有空，免費升級了!非常感謝!)
離著名觀光景點仍然需要搭車前往，但是公車或地鐵就可以到達。

Die Möglichkeit das Gepäck zu deponieren ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Trotz der guten Lage sehr ruhig.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026El departamento es súper amplio, la zona muy tranquila y silenciosa, pudimos descansar muy bien. Además que las instalaciones se ven en muy buen estado. Es tal como aparece en las fotos, incluso es mucho más amplio de lo que esperábamos. Muy bien conectado con el transporte y a pesar de que caminamos hasta muy tarde por la zona siempre nos sentimos muy seguras. La lavandería en el sótano fue un super alivio, todo con manuales y en distintos idiomas. Definitivamente será un placer regresar a Roma y quedarme de nuevo aquí.

Few steps to Elevator and the elevator was quite small (one person with one luggage), and the sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable. Addressing these minor issues would make the guest experience even better.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026프라이빗하게 지내기 참 좋았어요. 테르미니역 인근인데 주변에 대사관이 있어서 치안도 좋아요. 이 숙소 인근은 깔끔하고 맛집도 많습니다. 건물 안쪽에 조용한 테이블들도 있어서 안락해요. 창문 밖으로 보이는 풍경도 좋습니다.
아쿠아룸의 거실 에어컨이 좀 이상해요. 센서가 이상한지 작동이 잘 안되더라고요(되다말다함) 그리고,, 이건 레지던스룸 한계인데 쓰레기를 직접 버려야 한다는점....ㅎ 마지막으로 엘베가 있습니다만 조금 좁고 사용법이 좀 꺼다로워요 ㅎ 하지만 이 모든것을 상쇄하는 장점이 더 큼ㅁ

AC not working from the beginning. Provided one good and one broken stand fan after request. Second day she informed AC can't be rectified and offered us to shift to a another apartment at late evening which was not possible for us after a hectic full day tour to pack our luggage and shift. So spend all 3 days. So spend all 3 days without AC in in hot condition even paying for AC room. Requested for reducing the price as AC not working but it was denied.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Nous avons été reçus personnellement. Une dame nous a fait visiter les lieux et nous a indiqué les instructions de l'établissement. L'appartement est rénové récemment, c'est très propre et ordonné. Très bien situé près de le gare.
Vraiment, tout était très bien. Nous n'avons pas de commentaire négatif à apporter pour cet établissement.
