Muy oscuro, sin ninguna vista salvo a un patio central. Pero supongo que habran habitaciones más iluminadas, las que dan a la calle.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La ubicación, a pesar de estar al lado del Coliseo, el apartamento está ubicado en una calle muy tranquilay y el edificio muy silencioso. Las camas muy cómodas. Hemos descansado muy bien por las noches. El apartamento está muy bien equipado con todos los enseres de cocina que puedas tener en tu casa.
Que para cambiar el desayuno, ya que había más croissantes de chocolate debería rellenar un formulario en recepción...pero para los amantes del chocolate, esto no sería un punto negativo :) En general un 9,8/10 !!

This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, and I will never stay here again. The photos do not reflect reality. The floors are filthy, and the bedding smells absolutely terrible. It is not even worth €20 a night. Unfortunately, I was misled and ended up losing €400 because of them. Shame on them.

Największym rozczarowaniem jest to, ze ofera wskazała śniadania wliczone w cenę. Jest to suchy prowiant z wyborem między croissant a płatkami. Po 2 dniach i tak, trzeba jeść na zewnątrz. Pokoje- duża różnica między zdjęciami, a rzeczywistością.

It didn’t felt clean! It smelled bad all the time.. The decor of the property was just not! The breakfast we didn’t like it at all! We left it almost every day! We didn’t used the kitchen at all because there is no place where you can have a decent eating. The bathroom smells and is so old and so small!

La personne de l’accueil a demandé à plusieurs reprises à quelle heure nous partons, même si on sait bien qu’il faut faire le check-out avant 11 heures. Aussi, pour un pays du café, il ne donne pas assez des capsules de café.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026A localização é maravilhosa, a menos de 5 minutos a pé do Coliseu , contornado por vários restaurantes, e facilmente vc pode conhecer as principais atrações a pé. A equipe também é muito simpática. Os quartos ( pelo menos que eu fiquei) são amplos, com camas camas confortáveis e uma pequena sala e cozinha. Voltaria pelo custo beneficio e as facilidades aos turistas.
Acho que poderia haver um pouco mais de iluminação nos quartos, ou mais abertura de janelas. Mas tirando isso, tudo foi ótimo. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Un des lits non fait à l'arrivée. On le signale. Au retour le soir le lit n'est toujours pas fait. L'un de nous dort donc sans drap, sans couette ni oreiller. Le lendemain soir, un des pieds de lit en métal se plie en deux. Le sommeil repose donc au sol sur l'un des angles. Il est donc impossible de dormir ainsi. Je le signale le lendemain. On me dit que ce sera réparé. Au retour le soir, me pied en métal a juste été vaguement redressé à la main et il casse dès qu'on s'allonge sur le lit. C'est inacceptable !!!!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Fantastiskt läge och rymlig lägenhet Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse! Lägenheten var stor och rymlig och passade perfekt för två vuxna och två barn. Det lilla köket hade alla tillbehör vi behövde, och sängarna var riktigt sköna. Läget var fantastiskt – bara cirka 5 minuters promenad till Colosseum. Det fanns även små butiker och flera restauranger i närheten, vilket var väldigt smidigt. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende för familjer som vill bo centralt och ha nära till Roms sevärdheter!
Det enda negativa var frukosten. Den fick hämtas på nedervåningen och bestod av croissanter, juice, hårt vitt bröd, marmelad och mjölk. Vi tyckte att frukosten var ganska enkel och rekommenderar att köpa till lite extra i någon av de närliggande butikerna.

Condizionatore funzionante, terrazzino in camera dove fare la colazione, stanze molto pulite. Letto comodo e biancheria profumata. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Colazione buona in una modalità simpatica (al mattino si recupera una borsa e si porta in stanza dove si consuma questa colazione).

Frukosten var inte bra. Den bestod huvudsakligen av högprocessad, paketerad snabbmat med en massa socker. Priset för mina 4 nätter var orimligt högt.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Excellent location. The staff were always available via WhatsApp and very helpful with everything. The air conditioning worked very well, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable.
Possibly due to hygiene regulations, there were no basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper or olive oil. These are the only things I would suggest adding; otherwise, everything we needed was provided.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Muy cerca del Coliseo. También del transporte público al centro. Y hay muchos restaurantes cerca (de pizza y pasta, como casi todo allí). El apartamento es bonito y bien equipado, aunque el aire acondicionado no puede con el terrible calor de agosto. Del desayuno, lo único que merece la pena son los cruasanes, que están muy bien.
Del apartamento, nada es especialmente malo. Quizás los sofás cama, que no son nada cómodos.. La calle está muy deteriorada, como muchas por allí.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Our flight landed late but the property was easy to find and the simple self-check in instructions got us to the apartment smoothly. We stayed in Hiroshige, great apartment with two bedroom/reception rooms, kitchen, dining area, shower room and terrace. Our air conditioning was a lifesaver in the August heat and, unlike other reviews, we didnt find it noisy at all. Apartments are about 10 mins walk from Colosseum and Metro. There are a few bars, restaraunts in the area but generally a nice quiet neighbourhood. Special thanks to the two gents working reception, they were probably the most friendly and helpful people we met all holiday. Would recommend for a short break.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Location is good, the area is quiet. Room is very well equipped with various kitchen appliances.
I would like to share some constructive feedback. Before coming to Rome, I had communicated with the hotel to tell them that my father would have birthday on the first day of our stay. I asked them whether they could prepare something small for him, ready to discuss what and how (and, of course, to pay). They confirmed that there would be a small gift from the staff. In the end, there was nothing and I decided not to remind them (not obliged, but it would have been a tiny jesture). They had forgotten details about breakfast shared with them (form sent a bit late). Last but not least, even the video about self check-in was sent to me in the last moment (and here I had to remind them). I know that in Rome you have too many tourists and does not matter if this would be me or other people. However, working in hospitality requires some attention to detail (I do it myself and speak from a professional perspective). This is the human factor I very much appreciate (and brings satisfaction for both sides, which is the best part about being active in tourism industry). In addition, I could say that our room needs some renovation and did not look as on the photos. I avoid having expectations, but still, this should not be confusing. My idea is not to be picky, just to provide objective evaluation. I hope you take it in a positive way. Thank you.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026O apartamento era muito espaço e bastante típico, foi uma experiência ótima! Uma vantagem enorme foi poder lavar toda roupa todo dia. Eles cobram 10 euros por lavagem (independente da quantidade) e ela volta no dia seguinte dobrada e limpa.
Foi tudo ótimo!

Parcheggio strisce blu lungo la via ( domenca e notte non si paga) Appartamenti arredati con cura, tutti diversi e con tantissime soluzioni artistiche e archietttoniche. Complimenti all'architetto. Dotazioni in cucina moderne e complete con elettrodomestici nuovissimi e di design. Colazione da ritirare presso reception . Pulizia e comfort impeccabili. addetto reception gentile e disponibile

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Excelente ubicación, a muy pocas cuadras del Coliseo. El apartamento es muy confortable y tiene todo lo necesario. El personal de recepción es muy agradable y colaborativo.
Aunque nunca tuvimos sensación de inseguridad, la calle en la que se encuentra el edificio estaba muy oscura en la noche, porque el alumbrado público no funcionaba.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Loved the location. So close to the Colosseum and lots of great eateries and bars close by. Loved the gelato place at the end of the street. Apartment was authentic and the quirkiness of the interior design was unique.
Only comment would be the inconsiderate noise made by some guests. The rules of staying there are there for a reason.

Vérifier bien que votre connexion WhatsApp fonctionne en arrivant à l'aéroport ,serait préférable de recevoir les codes pour accéder au logement la veille voir le matin même au lieu de 4h avant l'arrivée , car en arrivant de nuit ce n'est pas toujours simple de récupérer parfois du réseau par WhatsApp

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The location was great, just a few hundred meters away from the Colosseum and a lot of other sights in Rome. The apartment was just big enough for a family of four and had all the facilities you need. The staff was very helpful and did their absolute best to make our stay worry free. The breakfast was sufficient.
We booked a stay with breakfast included which was great but typically Italian which we are not used to. This means mainly sweet things and nothing salty.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Red Carpet, spaziosa, con arredamento peculiare ed ispirato alla storia del cinema, con due ampie camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli) unite da due porte ma che si potevano rendere indipendenti con dei pannelli scorrevoli. Il cucinino in linea è lungo il corridoio che porta alle camere, ed è ben attrezzato (anche se manca una lavastoviglie). Ambiente pulito, ma con un po' di polvere sui ripiani in cucina. Aria condizionata presente solo nelle sue camere da letto, ma sono sufficienti a stressare anche la piccola sala da pranza ed il bagno. Check-in autonomo seguendo le semplici istruzioni tramite video su YouTube; bisogna comunque fornire successivamente i documenti d'identità alla reception, anche per pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Checkout rapido, c'è la possibilità di deposito bagagli e ti permettono di usare una stanza per riassettare le valigie, con bagno e distributore d'acqua. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere alle esigenze. Curiosa la possibilità di usufruire di una colazione che si deve ritirare alla reception, prenotando tramite link dal giorno prima.
Mancava il ferro da stiro, ma dopo averlo richiesto, ce l'hanno fornito in meno di 10 minuti. Mancava anche lo shampoo, per dimenticanza, che ci hanno fornito il giorno dopo in reception. La colazione aveva poca scelta e, sebbene forniscano latte senza lattosio, non si possono scegliere cornetti vegani. La colazione era comunque composta da prodotti di qualità (succhi Yoga, fette biscottate Mulino Bianco, latte Parlmalat, cornetti caldi di forno); nessuna alternativa salata. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We chose Flower Apartment for our stay in Rome, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. The location was fantastic — just 500m from the Colosseum! Right upon arrival, the incredibly kind staff at the reception gave us all the tips we could ask for, from nearby shops and restaurants to the most convenient public transport stops. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and equipped with high-quality appliances, with special attention given to the kitchen. The terrace was lovely, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. This is somewhere I would happily choose again for a stay in Rome, and I'd gladly recommend it to my friends. 🌸🇮🇹
