Homie Hoi An

Moc milá majitelka, která umí anglicky, nám pomohla zorientovat se ve městě, půjčit skútr. Opravdu jsme ocenili, že nám pomohla při problémech s příjezdem. Pěkný homestay hned vedle hlavní ulice s večerními trhy. V noci byl ale klid a mohli jsme spát.

In realtà più che un hotel è una casa privata. Noi avevamo la camera con il balconcino con tutte le lanterne… super carina!!!!! Le foto che si vedono sono abbastanza attendibili. La signora è stata super carina con noi. Ci ha anche dato la possibilità di fare il checkout nel tardo pomeriggio. Per colazione appena arrivati ci hanno fatto scegliere che cosa avremmo voluto mangiare e a che ora… e il giorno seguente il servizio è stato top!!!!

Uno de los Homestay más lindos en los que me he alojado. El cuarto es amplio, luce muy similar a las fotografías, es muy limpio. La regadera tiene su espacio aparte en el baño (en Vietnam es muy común que la regadera no tenga su propio cubículo). Te incluyen agua y te ayudan con las maletas al llegar. Tienes derecho a elegir el horario del desayuno y lo que deseas comer, de acuerdo con un menú. La anfitriona fue muy amable y proporcionó buenos tips para no ser estafada en Hoi An. El alojamiento queda a dos calles del mercado nocturno y 5 minutos aproximadamente del puente y del Río. El wifi funciona a la perfección, no se escuchan ruidos molestos en la noche. Hay buena luz y ventilación. Tienes Aire acondicionado y también ventilador. La propiedad es fácil de ubicar en Google maps y fácil si pides un Grab (moto). Allí no hay acceso a automóviles. Si eres una mujer viajando sola, la puerta tiene doble seguro.

Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Made me feel very comfortable. Home cooked breakfast was substantial and delicious. Location was great. It was just a few steps away from An Hoi night market but was not noisy at all.

Fabulous location, awesome owners, very clean - there is nothing to complain about. The house next door was completed while we were there and they had a house warming party. The host warned us and it was quite a party, however it shut down promptly at 9.30pm so was no inconvenience and would not be a normal thing. If getting a Grab you need to walk to the end of the street as no access for cars on the street but only maybe 20 -50m. Night Markeet is at the end of the street.

The sweetest staff and a delicious fresh breakfast. The location is also wonderful — close to everything but tucked in a quiet street so it’s easy to sleep. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everything is within the location. All walking distance . Night Market is just 15 to 20 steps away. Breakfast very good. Owner very good. I'm feeling at Home. The room is just like my room. Highly recommend to everyone.

It's a great homey hotel. Wonderful and welcoming family. Rich breakfasts. Clean and cozy room. The hotel is recently after renovation. Everything is new. But the most important thing is the attitude of the owners of the hotel to their guests. Definitely recommend the hotel. I wish all the best to the family of the hotel owners !!!

This is a really excellent accomodation for your time in Hoi An. It is situated in a quiet street with outstanding restaurant nearby and in the same time you have night market around the corner plus old town in 5 min walk. On the other side, you have a river within 2 minutes walk. The owners are a lovely family that will make you feel like home. Their breakfasts are truly amazing. I highly recommend the place!

My family and I had a lovely 4 night stay in Man and her husband’s homestay. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was cooked by Man’s husband and was delicious everyday. They took good care of us and ensured we had a pleasant stay in Hoi An!

The bathroom shower doesn’t have a door so the room gets a little wet; but it’s not truly a problem.

Perfect location. Central and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Great host. We enjoyed very much the bamboo circus show in “Lune Center for the Performing Arts”.

We had a really comfortable stay at Homie. The host family are all so kind, the breakfast is delicious and the location was perfect - close to everything without being noisy.

The host was very kind and helpful. She was absolutely amazing and so was he. The kids were very kind. A great host family. The breakfast that was included was delicious. We loved the mango pancakes with Nutella. The room was very clean, tidy, and modern. The shower had great pressure and temperature. The location was great. Very close to the night market and a short walk to the town. There is air conditioning in the rooms which is great. We would definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Hoi An.

Everything was just perfect. The lady of the house and her family are super kind, helpful, accommodating ❤️ the room was very nice, comfy bed and the breakfast was incredible 😍 She allowed me to stay longer in the room, without being charged. Thank you!!!

First time to Hoi An and couldn’t have picked a better location. Everything is within walking distance. Warm and delicious breakfast of our choice included with our stay. Host is also a chef/owner at one of the restaurants on the strip of the night market. Hence the food was always spot on! The host is quick to respond and very resourceful. She speaks great English and makes it easier for us to communicate. She helped arrange our transportation to/from airport, bike rental to visit neighboring city, Da Nang. The name HOMIE HOMESTAY is definitely reflected in our stay. This place feels like home away from home. They treated us like family. We will definitely be back. They’re the best!!!

Owners were very friendly and the location is just a few units away from the famous old town night market of Hoi Ann. Love their breakfast especially their home made banh mi, highly recommended if you are looking for homestay type of hotel. Will definitely book again if I am back to Hoi Ann in near future.

Very nice staff, very helpful (laundry, motorbike renting, car to the airport), the room is really nice and well decorated, breakfast is really good (you can choose among various options the day before) The owner was really nice with us and let us stay till late in the evening (very late check out) before taking our flight with no extra money. It was a really nice gift for our honeymoon. There is always someone at home and if you need something, even if they don’t speak fluent English they will call someone right away to answer you. I remember that I read a comment about construction works and noise, there was absolutely no noise, very calm place. No construction works around. Location is perfect, nearby the night market without being noisy at all. Very convenient!

Great location - 3 mins biking away from the old town. The host was absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful. I arrived in Hoi An at 6AM and she helped arranged my room to accommodate my schedule. The breakfasts were delicious!!

Location is very convenient few steps from night market and old town.Nice and quiet location to end your day and relax. Clean place and cozy rooms specially the bed I slept like a baby every night it made me feel like I am home. This is a family own place the owner is always there to help you and accommodate with everything that you need very approachable and she is always smiling and giving the good vibes, when she sees you. Would definitely stay back here way better than bigger hotels.

I should start saying the owner and her family are very special people, they made us feel so welcomed and took care of all we wanted to do in Hoi An and more. We feel this homestay like home away from home. The place is new and clean, the breakfast is very good with different options to choose, “Homie” is very well located, is just 6 mins walking to the old town, and right next to everything (beauty salon, the night market, mini market, massage rooms and a lot of restaurants). We will definitely come back, and we recommend it to everyone.

You have.to.take.off your shoes before coming in. No elevator. Difficult for us to take the stairs. No soaps at all.

New, comfortable hotel, perfect location, close to the best tourist attractions and, in addition, it is possible to do everything on foot. You can see that the hotel was built with great care and thought about the guest's comfort. We were very well received by the hosts who were concerned about our well-being at all times and were very kind at all times. Our stay at this hotel certainly made our trip in Vietnam special and unforgettable. The breakfast is very tasty, my wife and I loved it

The location was so near to lantern festival, just a 5min walk to river,. Along the way you find many souvenirs shops. Stay was good and the staff so friendly.
