Un très bel accueil au Riad Hadda ! Un personnel chaleureux, accueillant et très arrangeant, toujours disponible à tout moment pour répondre à nos besoins. Le Riad est également un endroit calme et reposant, idéal pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et ce type de logement ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Hadda, notamment à Mustafa et Ayoub, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

De tudo principalmente da simpatia e disponibilidade dos empregados! Localização boa dentro da Medina e o pátio com a piscina e os passarinhos muito convidativa a relaxar ao final do dia! Recomendo. Tudo super limpo.

Lo que más me ha gustado del riad hadda ha sido la hospitalidad y la atención de sus trabajadores. Desde el primer día tanto Anes como Yoube han estado pendiente de nosotras y nos han ayudado en todo lo que han podido.

En el WC hay una cortina en vez de puerta pero creo que es algo común en el país.

Il Riad è bellissimo, pulito e lo staff eccezionale! disponibili per qualsiasi problema,sono stata male e lo staff mi ha accompagnata dal dottore,ha aspettato che mi visitassero, accompagnata in farmacia e riportata essendo sempre a mia disposizione,cosa dire di più?mi sono sentita come a casa!

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech — everything was perfect. The riad is beautiful, very clean, and offers a peaceful escape right in the heart of the Medina. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Nous avons même dîner un soir sur place le couscous était fabuleux ! Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon et copieux.

L’emplacement dans un quartier très populaire. les rues que nous devions traverser pour aller à la place djema Al fna n’étaient pas les plus agréables mais heureusement à une distance très raisonnable.

Lo único que vimos en la habitación era el tema de la cama que era corta, nos salían los pies y al tener el cabezal y los pies de hierro teníamos que poner almohadas porque colgaban los pies. El desayuno era muy correcto teniendo en cuenta era un desayuno con productos del país, sería excelente si hubiéramos podido elegir entre alguna otra opción, principalmente el café que no tenían expreso.

El alojamiento increíble, super bonito y cómodo. Llegamos en transfer desde el aeropuerto y uno de los chicos que trabaja allí vino a recogernos y ayudarnos a llevar las maletas hasta el alojamiento, ya que eran calles muy vacías y difíciles. Nos dieron la bienvenida con dátiles y té. Nos alojaron en una habitación en la terraza, muy bonita con un baño precioso. Nos atendieron de 10, siempre atentos ante cualquier duda. Tuvimos un problema con una excursión que salía muy temprano y no dudaron ni un momento en ofrecernos algo rápido para desayunar antes de la hora oficial del desayuno. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado que no calentaba y en el mismo día nos lo solucionaron. Nos guardaron unos bocatas en la nevera de un día para otro sin problema. Nos aconsejaron y nos ayudaron en todo momento los dos chicos, super simpáticos y agradables, te hacen sentir como en casa e incluso si necesitábamos pasar el día allí no nos pusieron problema. El desayuno super rico y super completo, cada día cambiaba para que hubiese variedad.

Al estar en la terraza la habitación era bastante fría, del baño entraba mucho frío que conseguimos remediar con la cortina sujetándola con un baúl. El aire acondicionado no nos funcionaba el primer día y no calentaba pero en seguida lo solucionaron.

Nos encantó el Riad, el personal muy amable y atento, en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nosotros ayudándonos en lo que preguntábamos. El desayuno muy rico, y el sábado nos sorprendieron con un huevo frito, Las habitaciones muy bonitas y espaciosas,, la cama muy cómoda y el baño muy correcto. La terraza es espectacular, para descansar un rato después de un día de caminata.

Quizás el único pero, es que en la ducha no hay cortina y el agua puede salir, pero no nos molestó en absoluto

La decoración, es muy bonita. El personal muy amable y atento, el último día teníamos que salir muy temprano y nos pusieron el desayuno antes de la hora estipulada, fue un detalle. Está en una zona muy auténtica y tradicional. El desayuno estaba bien

No se puede llegar en transporte, solo a pie, pero es parte del encanto de la zona

La atención de Ayoub el encargado del Riad fue genial, muy atento y amable. Ojalá más gente así por el mundo.

Le calme est la convivialité

Ayoub volt a szállásadónk, és mindenben lehetett rá számítani (kijött elénk oda, ahol megállhatott a taxi, majd vissza is kísért, biztosított plusz szobát, amikor váratlanul hamarabb kellett érkezzünk, bármikor hívhattuk) a vacsora, amit készítettek nekünk 10/10, a riad pedig gyönyörű!

Struttura bellissima e personale super gentile e disponibile, Ayoub e Mohammed meritano un premio per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità, si sono preoccupati di farci arrivare in hotel con la navetta e un driver meraviglioso, loro entrambi gentilissimi e disponibili ad aiutarci, fantastici

Todo, el sitio era precioso. Ayoub, que es el chico que nos atendió en todo momento, súper atento y encantador. El desayuno muy completo y muy rico. Muy muy tranquilo, no se escucha una voz más alta que otra, en resumen, una experiencia perfecta en su Riad.

Klimatyczny riad, bardzo czysto, miła obsługa. Mohamet bardzo pomocy, dobry człowiek, super spełnił swoją rolę. Śniadania jak na kontynentalne smaczne. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, materac wygodny, ładnie wyposażony, piękne drewniane szafy i nastrojowe oświetlenie. Łazienka bardzo czysta.

Dziwny zapach w pokoju, może to farba ze ścian, nie byliśmy w stanie ustalić. Mimo, że śniadania były smaczne to prawie wszystko na słodko, mało urozmaicone.

L'équipe est très sympathique, le riad est charmant et nous plonge réellement dans un décor des milles et une nuit. Le quartier est assez populaire, mais proche de la rue dabachi et des souks. Immersion garantie !

Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger, c'est dommage de ne pas avoir quelques spécialités local ( du bon amlou et du miel pour accompagner le pain, ainsi qu'un jus de fruit frais). La chambre manque de lumière et parfois une odeur désagréable sortait de la salle de bain.

Riad Hadda was a lovely peaceful oasis in the busy Medina. The place was beautiful. Breakfast was great, room was comfortable and quiet with a king sized bed. Most of all the staff - Mohammed, Ayed and the others were so very helpful in every way - from giving us tips of places to visit, providing us with maps and a phone app, booking trips and taxis, even going with us to book our hot air balloon trip. Wonderful people. Would definitely stay here any time we return to Marrakech.

The breakfast, staff and facilities provided exceeded our expectations. The host let us check out late and since our flight was in the evening they gave us a private space to relax while we waited for our taxi.

A beautiful old merchant's house set on 3 levels around a central courtyard. Daily maid service and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Location is in a poorer area of the medina, 20 minutes walk to the main square.

Lage ist ideal zum Parken mit dem Auto, aber man läuft 20 Minuten bis zur Place Fna.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es el trato de Ayoub, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El alojamiento estaba super bien, un Riad chulisimo y cómodo. El desayuno incluido también completo, y la ubicación buena también, un poco alejada de la plaza (a 20’) pero en una zona muy tranquila

Lo único que no nos ha gustado ha sido una cena que cogimos allí, la cena estaba rica pero nos pareció un precio bastante caro, quizá ha sido por la experiencia de cenarlo en un Riad y para nosotros. Aún así, el precio fue dicho con anterioridad y lo cogimos igual, la cena rica pero excesivo el precio.

Lo que más nos gusto fue la atención de su personal, súper atento en todo momento. Nada más llegar nos recibieron con un te y un mapa para no perdernos. Aunque no está justo en la plaza principal, se llega rapidísimo y sin pérdida, pero sino os dejan su teléfono para lo que necesiten. La habitación estaba impecable, súper cómoda y resaltar el desayuno que cada día era diferente. 100% recomendable

La struttura posizionata al centro della Medina,abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 giorni è stato incredibile come all’esterno scorreva la vita,e all interno di questo splendido Riad trovavi riparo dal caldo e la quiete più assoluta,personale accogliente super attento alle nostre esigenze,ottima colazione grazie davvero di tutto,un grazie speciale a Mohamed è stato sempre un punto di riferimento ,molto gentile e sempre presente all’interno del Riad..Ci ritorneremo presto

the property is so beautiful and peaceful and the staff we’re incredibly helpful and welcoming!! Ayoub especially. the rooms were basic but nice, had everything you needed, soap, towels, nice bed. Our AC was extremely cold so it was leaking but we were only there shortly so didn’t bother bringing it up however i’m sure they would fixed it efficiently! they recommend lots of places to visit and some helpful apps/papers. overall the decor, and hosts were great and we would stay again! 9/10

My only constructive criticism would be we were told as we were leaving that there was €2.50 per person nightly charge on top of what we paid which we were happy to do however it was very short notice and not previously mentioned. Also they offered a dinner cooked for you however had no vegetarian options, which didn’t bother me however it could bother some.

The Riad is located in the old city and is a n old traditional Moroccan home. It’s beautiful and calm and cool. Kept spotlessly clean by the staff who are always on hand. The breakfasts were traditional and delicious.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Per quanto riguarda la struttura eccellente sia per servizi che personale, sopratutto Ayoub che si è sempre dimostrato gentile, attento e premuroso.

A primo impatto la zona non ci ha convinti più di tanto. Superata la prima impressione, lasciatevi sorprendere dalle vie della Medina.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Riad Hadda. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with outstanding hospitality. The riad itself is peaceful and charming — the perfect retreat after a day exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakech. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated in traditional style. The food was excellent — breakfast (which also serves as lunch) was fresh, varied, and prepared with great care. A special thank you to Yubby and Adbel, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Always kind, attentive, and smiling, they made us feel completely at home. We highly recommend Riad Hadda to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and warm experience in Marrakech. Without a doubt, a place we would love to return to!

The Riad was just as expected from the description and reviews. Very traditional, super clean and spacious. The breakfast was a lovely addition, with mix of fried egg, traditional breads, pastries, cake, yoghurt, juice. The roof top was very relaxing and furnished well. Abdel and the staff were amazing - Abdel was so attentive and helpful. The location was as expected as we researched - in the heart of the old city streets, and the walk to the main square was around 20-30 minutes depending on how busy the streets are. If you are looking for tradition and culture, we would recommend this Riad.

Not anything bad about the Riad, but we found the walk to the square more challenging than expected because of the number of mopeds and scooters on the narrows roads. Don't let it put you off, but be prepared (and stay on the right)

Everything about the place was amazing. Ayub went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my stay here.. He even came to pick me up at the taxi stand because it was night and he didn’t want me walk to walk the alleys alone. Massive shoutout to ayub. You are a star

The Riad looked amazing, very clean and quiet. Abdul and Jubby were so helpful in every way, starting from collecting us from a taxi to changing our money. Always welcomed with kindness and a smile.The breakfast had variaty of sweet and savoury snacks. The area felt safe even when we were coming back late. The location is about 15 20 min from the square and the road is pretty easy to remember so we weren't lost even once. If you decide to stay there I highly recommend to buy things from the shops that are closer to the Riad than the square, the prices are cheaper and the people are nicer, they tell you a fair price and even offer you to sit and chat and have a tea with them. We stayed there 5 days and have unforgettable interaction with local people who are genuine kind and helpful people. We will definitely come back soon.

Everything on this Riad was amazing really, we are still dreaming about our stay in Marrakech. Location is perfect IMO: you walk approx. 10 minutes and you are on the main square but you go through real local neighborhood where you can buy bread, fruits, and every basic product you might need in a local and fair price, not inflated 10 times because you are a tourist. It is very safe to go around those streets to the Riad, we never had any problem, we prefer this than being on a main avenue or square. Breakfast is simple but is very good and served with love. Bread, juice, tea and one day egg. We only missed some fruit. The Riad is absolutely beautiful as the pictures suggest and the room has the perfect size. Everything worked as described. We used the pool once but just for fun, we visited in January and was not hot enough to have a proper swim of course. Keep in mind that because of the shape of the building the common areas, breakfast, kitchen, etc is in the center with rooms around. Most visitors wake up early-ish for breakfast and there's noise so if you want to sleep in and skip breakfast bring earplugs maybe. The best part of the Riad was Abdel, the main guy running the place. He and the rest of the staff run this Riad in a great way. Abdel was one of the best things Marrakech gave us. He's just amazing and makes you always feel welcome and comfortable, we always shared our day with him, he gave us recommendations, etc etc. If we come back we'll definitely look out for Riad Hadda.

We missed some fruit on the breakfast. 1 piece of any fruit would be nice.

Amazing host (Yubi) who was friendly and informative. The Riad was lovely and comfortable. Traditional Moroccan breakfast which consists of 3 types of bread, jam, butter, juice, coffee/tea and egg/yoghurt on alternative days - simple but nice if you like bread. Host booked the taxi to and from the airport which helped us from getting lost as he collected us from the drop off point. Greeted us with tea and biscuits, gave us information on the city and even where to exchange money. Lovely experience overall.

Was a bit further out from the centre than imagined but not hard to get around and can get to most attractions within 30mins walk. Just need to get used to the motorcycles weaving in and out and stay alert when walking around. Not very soundproof so expect to be woken up if someone is outside the communal area but this is expected as it's a traditional Riad with wooden windows.

The Riad was beautiful. We enjoyed all the little details in the patio and the rooms. The host was very kind and helped us out around town. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings. We also liked that it was located off the most touristic places of the Medina and we could see more of a local side of town. A great start to our Morrocco trip!

We would have like to make use of the pool. But as it is winter, the water is too cold and we couldn't make the most of it. Hopefully these beautiful pools can also be heated up to enjoy during the cold months.

The hotel is amazing. The host is a very nice and helpful person. I will definitely come back if I am in Marrakesh.

We had a beautiful stay here. very traditional and quiet. Saif was extremely attentive and friendly, thank you, brother! My fiancée and I had the best time in Marrakech :)
