Simple, comfortable and cool designed room. Everything you need right at hand. Economical, short hop to the lake and night market. Quiet at night then wake up to gorgeous and taste breakfast each morning. Staff is endlessly helpful! June is fully bilingual and an amazing font of information. Her mom makes the best breakfasts! 😋 Anything you want or need and they will handle if able or aim you in the right direction. The covered breakfast area is a serene jungle of green plants and calming sounds from the water feature, feels like an oasis. Funky and unique, it's sweet stay where they are aim to please. ❤️

Our first time there the beds felt kinda firm for our tastes. Next time one mention to June though and immediately added another topper plus extra cushioning and we were happy campers.

What a beautiful property! Extremely green and bright, and felt so home-y. The room was comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. I loved the homemade breakfast every morning (with fresh juice!), and June was a welcoming host. Absolutely recommended! Free filtered water is a big bonus.

Заехали в этот отель. Во-первых у них там бегает по территории большая собака. Которая гавкает на всех. На нас вечером напала когда возвращались домой, очень напугала. Собственница обещала ее закрывать. Но она периодически все равно гуляла и пугала людей. Даже слышали как девушка кричала. Если сдаете людям жилье, зачем выпускать огромную собаку на территорию. Далее охраны никакой!!! Как-то заехали двое парень и девушка русскоговорящие и орали под окном в 12 ночи, пили там вино, курили. На замечания хамили. Собственницы на месте не было, ее брата тоже. Не кого было даже позвать на помощь. Хоть полицию вызывай. В стенах дыры, ветер холодный дул! Птицы летали, соседей слышно как будто они рядом. Вообще полный ужас!!!! Не знаю, что потом было с теми, кто там бухал и орал ночью. Но не советую это место никому!!! Если переживаете за безопасность. Мне в личку стала писать собсвенница с просьбой удалить этот отзыв. Сказала, что у нас под окнами никто не кричал якобы. Но есть видео. Далее она писала что мы продлили проживание. Да продлили, но было тепло на улице. Далее был сильный ветер, что продувало насквозь. И не было орущих пьяных у нас под окном. Далее она написала, что они пришли проверить через 30 минут после жалобы. все было тихо, что есть ложь. У нас есть история переписки с собсвенницей, где она писала, что ее не было и брата тоже. А мама спала. Что очень настораживает, если такая ложь проиходит со стороны владельца. Будьте аккуратны. Да, я понимаю, что мы тоже перегнуди палку в общении с тем кто орал и бухал под окнами ночью. Но она хамили тоже. Слово за слово. Но факт того, что собсвенники не помогли, пришлось самим разбираться, что собаку выпускают которая с громким лаем бежит за гостями. И остальное, что собственница стала просить удалить отзыв и говорить, что пришла через 30 минут после жалобы, что по сути не правда есть факт. Очень не советую тут оставаться. Не безопасно.

The location is in the center, so it is convenient to move around. I love the small garden with green trees and a kitchen with some tea and coffee. I can serve my own self with morning coffee. The provided breakfast is delicious.

Отличный гостевой дом. Внимательный, отзывчивый персонал. Во время нашего путешествия шел дождь. Мы очень промокли. Нам предоставили возможность высушить одежду. Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак. Матрасы и подушки очень удобные. Постельное белье отличного качества. Мы обязательно вернемся еще раз

Vriendelijke gastvrije mensen. Erg handig dat er goed Engels gesproken werd. De locatie is dichtbij de stad, mooi groen en voor ons was veel op loopafstand. Wat onze verwachtingen overtrof was het ontbijt dat iedere dag dat wij er waren anders was, en bovendien erg lekker.

Eigenlijk hebben we geen nadelen maar wel een tip: Om op onze kamer boven te komen moesten we door de tuin over een rand lopen, het zou veiliger zijn als daar een soort reling zou komen.

Замечательный хоумстей. Очень уютное место. Мягкий матрас, есть место для завтрака на улице, терраса. Нам очень понравилось. Хозяйка очень хорошая, всегда помогала. в решении вопросов. Всегда заботилась об уюте и комфорте жильцов. Очень хорошо говорит по-английски. Готовили вкусные завтраки. Свежий воздух и поют птицы. Вид с террасы на город очень красивый. Недалеко от центра. В номере всегда была горячая вода, вкусно пахло эфирными маслами. Помогли донести чемоданы. Место отличное для семейного отдыха. Рекомендую. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Мы высыпались, отдыхали и нам всегда и во всем помогали, заботились.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer einfachen, aber sauberen Unterkunft. Die Lage war sehr gut – ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem zentral und gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war besonders positiv: sehr lecker und es gab jeden Tag Abwechslung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten allerdings erwartet, dass die Atmosphäre etwas familiärer ist, haben sie aber eher als anonym empfunden. Wenn man etwas wissen wollte, musste man aktiv nachfragen, trotzdem wurde einem dann immer freundlich geholfen. Insgesamt eine solide und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Добрее и отзывчивее хозяев очень сложно найти. Джун помогала нам абсолютно во всем, давала советы, помогала купить билеты на автобус, организовала поздний выезд. Безупречное гостеприимство. Очень здорово было остановиться в месте, где тебя окружают не только 4 стены, но прекрасный сад, где могут гулять дети.

Simple but a very unique and relaxing atmosphere. Such a sweet and helpful family. Amazing breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here very much and can highly recommend to take the sunrise hike with Rocky! Thank you for everything :)

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with excellent English communication. They provided clear instructions on how to reach the property, along with a helpful google doc listing recommended places. Breakfast was simple but varied each day and was tasty. Access to a washing machine was also a great added convenience.

You could occasionally hear other guests from a neighboring room and the hallway, but everyone was respectful and kept noise to a minimum during late hours.

As a previous guest mentioned, it’s next to a school, so you might wake up to the joyful sound of children playing. For some people that might be annoying..for me, it was the perfect natural alarm. Depends how you see life :)

Kadupul Homecation is a gem and truly lives up to its name. It really feels like a home away from home - which I really appreciate as a solo traveler. I’ve been traveling in Vietnam for two months and this is by far the most welcoming, well run, and beautiful homestay I’ve stayed in. I ended up extending my stay to a full week because I didn't want to leave. The space is stunning. Lush, filled with plants and greenery everywhere. There’s a cute café and cocktail bar on site too with a huge outdoor space. It was so incredibly peaceful. The location is perfect too. It’s on a quiet street but still right in one of the main parts of town. What really sets this place apart are the hosts. Rocky and June are awesome. So kind, attentive and genuine. Upon arrival, Rocky sent me a long, thoughtful message with recommendations for things to do and places to eat which was my bible for the week. You could tell it wasn’t copy and paste tourist stuff. Every single recommendation was spot on. Rocky also hosts a sunrise hike through Airbnb Experiences that you absolutely shouldn’t miss. It was unforgettable. But the real highlight of my trip was his sunset hike and painting session. It’s not on any guide sites yet. He created it himself to offer something different and it was honestly one of the most unique and calming experiences I’ve had while traveling. We hiked through the forest to a remote viewpoint and set up camp to paint and watch the sunset. He carried everything up the mountain himself! Campsite supplies, paint, snacks, tea, lights, etc. I was so impressed by how organized and intentional it all was. Breakfast each morning also was SOOOOO good. It's made by June and Rocky's mom every morning. Truly a 1000 out of 10 stay. I cannot wait to come back. Thanks June and Rocky.

If you're staying in the guesthouse and like to sleep in, maybe bring an eye mask and earplugs. There’s a school next door so you’ll hear kids in the morning on weekdays. It didn’t bother me at all since I was up early everyday since there is so much to do in Da Lat

I must say it was a really nice place run by a mother and daughter. High standard for the price. Free tea, coffee and water. Breakfast was amazing and changed every day. Definitely recommend....

Struttura molto semplice ma davvero accogliente: il calore e la gentilezza dei proprietari rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole. La stanza era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili e pronti ad aiutare, anche con ottimi suggerimenti sulle attrazioni da visitare. La colazione, preparata in casa, è vietnamita e deliziosa, con un autentico sapore casalingo.

It's very cozy and the owner is very accomodating. She even adjusted the appointment date that I wrongly put by accident.

Abbiamo passato 4 notti e 5 giorni a casa di June e ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Cominciamo con il dire che il posto è davvero stupendo, ben tenuto con un meraviglioso giardino. Molto vicino al centro città e con attorno tutto quello che serve, compreso uno dei migliori ristoranti della città. Le camere sono spaziose, hanno tutto ciò che serve e sono pulitissime. Oltre ogni aspettativa. Ma questo è nulla se paragonato alla gentilezza, dolcezza e ospitalità con la quale vieni accolto da June e dalla sua famiglia. Ogni mattina ci hanno portato una colazione diversa e deliziosa venendo in contro alle nostre esigenze. Qui abbiamo noleggiato lo scooter  ad un prezzo davvero onesto e senza che ci venisse chiesta cauzione o altro. Ma semplicemente fidandosi di noi. Ci hanno fatto fare una lavatrice senza pagare nulla e addirittura ci hanno steso loro i panni mentre noi eravamo in giro. Che dire, dopo mesi di viaggio questo è stato di sicuro il posto migliore dove abbiamo soggiornato. Everyone was so lovely, the place has everything you need, it's quiet

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et différent chaque matin. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et ont répondu à toutes mes questions et inquiétudes. L'excursion du lever de soleil était géniale et très agréable.

C'est une région fraiche et un peu humide, la chambre garde un peu l'humidité mais ce n'est pas très dérangeant.

The room does not look as nice as in the pictures, the paint has peeled off in some places and I got chalk stains on some of my items.

Lovely stay at this homestay in Dalat. The host June was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations during our stay here. Comfy and clean rooms and lovely breakfast served in the morning.

Der ganze Wohnbereich ist so liebevoll gestaltet und sehr familiär und offen für Reisende. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. June und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war großartig. Wir haben viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen.

June and her family offer a unique but wonderful experience in Da Lat. The homecation has everything I needed including a private room, delicious breakfast, laundry access and wonderful hosts who made me and all the guests I saw, very welcome. She was able to answer all my questions and offer suggestions where needed, often going above and beyond. I absolutely loved my stay here. A couple of delightful cafes in close proximity.

It was a little further out than I had anticipated but it was not a problem to walk or catch a Grab.

We had an amazing time at Kadupul Homecation ✨ The breakfast was freshly prepared every day and always included a warm Vietnamese dish, fresh fruit, and freshly pressed juice - the perfect start to the day. Everyone there was incredibly kind and made us feel truly at home 🥰 The location is great: very close to the local market, but far enough from the busy city center to stay relaxed. Many places are easy to reach on foot, which made everything super convenient. June shared fantastic tips for restaurants, massages, and things to do - every recommendation was perfect. We followed their suggestions for the whole trip and were never disappointed. Every evening, June sat with us to plan the next day, so we didn’t need to research anything ourselves. You can also use the washing machine for free, and there’s complimentary coffee, tea, and water available anytime. When my partner got sick, they even prepared ginger tea 🫚 and rice porridge (cháo) for him - such a warm and caring gesture 🥣 We felt so at home, almost like staying with family. Thank you for that 💕 We will definitely come back! ✨

Notre hôte et sa famille étaient très sympathiques et de bons conseils. C’est un lieu cosy qui se préoccupe de l’écologie. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

A 15 minuti a piedi dal mercato centrale. La colazione è salata e varia ogni mattina. Il succo è ottimo, e la frutta dolcissima. Ho trovato la stanza un pochino fredda, questo perché in bagno la finestra rimane sempre aperta. Purtroppo non ho avuto molta interazione con il personale durante il mio soggiorno.

Отель фантастический. Очень необычный. Внутри номера растет живое дерево. Оформление номера очень атмосферное, "поближе к природе". Создатель отеля явно очень талантливый человек. Было крайне уютно. С огромным удовольствием приеду сюда еще. Очень понравилась молодая хозяйка отеля - девушка очень хорошо говорит по английски, крайне быстро решает все вопросы, помогает, очень дружелюбная, такая активная и современная. Очень важно, чтобы хозяин отеля был настроен на взаимодействие. В этом смысле этот отель - выше всех похвал. Отдельно хочется отметить сок, который готовит мама этой девушки. Такой вкуснейший напиток я не пробовала нигде. Спасибо маме! :-)

Totally feel like coming back home in 2nd time. The room is simple, clean and well designed. The whole place including common area is super comfortable, convenience and well-organized.

非常漂亮的花园民宿！和评论里面其他客人的看法完全一致，真的太棒了！ 1）房东一家人特别友善热情。还提供租摩托，我租了1天半才180K，摩托车和头盔都很干净 2）早餐太好吃太丰盛了！奶奶特别慈祥可爱，每天早上问我：breakfast？然后端出了特别好吃的早餐，每天都是不一样的。第三天吃的是糯米面包，但是其他桌客人吃的是我第二天吃的法棍，应该是奶奶特意给我做的，为了不和前一天重复。 （但是我觉得法棍那餐是最好吃的） 3）房间很干净，很天然但是也很有设计感，特别是浴室的设计。（但是热水会有点不足，需要洗快一点）虽然是木屋，外面下雨潮湿，但是没有蚊虫，这是我本来比较担心的一件事 4）房间里有棵大树，没错！是真的大树！每天睁眼就可以看到阳光透过树叶，真的好舒服

1）洗脸池那边如果通热水就更好了，因为大叻很冷，特别是晚上。如果有热水洗脸会更加幸福 2）如果外面下大雨，房顶的雨声会比较大，但这是因为天然的装修材料造成的。幸好不会连续长时间下暴雨
