Pool facilities were lovely! The complimentary snacks were a lovely touch. The service and staff was the best part about the stay.

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the first room so asked to move and they were accommodating! The next room was better however still came with a few inconveniences!

Tolle Ausstattung & Wellness: Der Pool war sehr angenehm und bot eine super Abkühlung, was perfekt zum guten Wetter passte. Auch die Sauna hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders praktisch: Es gab ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, dessen Nutzung komplett inklusive war. Herzlicher Service & Privatsphäre: Das Personal war durchgehend nett und man wurde immer sehr herzlich begrüßt. Gleichzeitig wurde die Privatsphäre großgeschrieben – man wurde im Hotelbetrieb absolut nicht gestört und konnte die Ruhe genießen. Top-Lage & Erreichbarkeit: Die Gegend tagsüber war absolut in Ordnung. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt war die Erreichbarkeit: Alles, was man braucht – von Restaurants über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Massagestudios –, war super schnell und unkompliziert zu Fuß oder mit kurzen Wegen zu erreichen.

Eingeschränktes Unterhaltungsprogramm & schlechtes WLAN: Im Gegensatz zu meinem vorherigen Hotel gab es hier leider weder europäische Fernsehprogramme noch Streaming-Dienste wie Netflix. Das ist besonders an Regentagen schade. Zudem war der WLAN-Empfang in meinem Zimmer eine Katastrophe – eine stabile Verbindung hatte ich meistens nur direkt an der Zimmertür. (Fairerweise muss man dazu sagen: Man ist ja im Urlaub, um das Land zu entdecken, und nicht, um ständig fernzusehen oder im Internet zu surfen.) Störende Lärmbelästigung: Auf meiner Seite des Hotels befand sich im siebten Stock eine Klimaanlage, deren Kondenswasser ununterbrochen auf ein Plastikdach direkt neben meinem Fenster tropfte. Das war extrem nervig, sodass ich die erste Zeit nur mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen konnte. Nachtruhe vs. Flexibilität: Wenn man nachts spontan das Hotel verlassen oder zurückkehren möchte, muss man häufig erst den schlafenden Sicherheitsdienst wecken. Mir kam es so vor, als ob ihm das nicht besonders gefiel. Keine Waschmaschine inklusive ich musste einen Aufpreis zahlen um einmal meine Wäsche zu waschen. Mein Fazit Für Familien, die nachts ohnehin schlafen und erst morgens aktiv werden, kann ich das Hotel durchaus empfehlen. Für Singles, die flexibel sein wollen, das Nachtleben schätzen und mehr Freiheit suchen, ist es dagegen eher weniger geeignet. Ansonsten war aber alles gut.

Very big room for cheap price good quality not run down and dirty it was actually a pretty sweet deal the pool was nice good location just about 15-20min to any popular location for a cheap taxi ride taxis are super cheap (use grab only)

It was a little problem with the light the first day but they fixed it pretty quick so it was okay?

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. To be able to jump in the pool after a day exploring was so refreshing. We will return.

The towels were a bit thin and no bag mat supplied.

There was a canister with clean water.

The room was VERY dirty - all the surfaces had dirt on them, walls and curtains had stains, couch looked like something you didn't want to sit on. Even the "washed" sheets had stains on them. The "blanket" was a fleece blanket without the cover and i highly doubt that they wash it after each visitor. There were bugs running around. If you are unlucky to get a room on the ground floor, you will get a view to a dark alley with a brick wall. When we complained and asked for a different room, they said nothing else was available. During the next day we were told that they will clean the room and we could get a different room. However had already left for the day and when we came back in the evening, we were told that we couldn't change the room, because somebody had already checked in to that room. Also it didn't look like they had cleaned anything except change the bed sheets, because the mark i made with my finger on the kitchen extractor hood on the previous day, that was covered with grease and dust, was still there (see the picture). You have to pay in cash on arrival. Not super close to anything. Definitely not worth the money.

Large room. Near airport. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Super nice of the hotel to provide a LàVie water dispenser.

Reception isn't 24-hours, so it took a while to get our bathroom issue sorted out at 11pm. Room needs clearer instructions on how to operate the shower. TV reception not so clear. Sauna difficult to operate. Pool bathtub not working properly. Lift needs a guide on what facilities are available on what levels.

It was a big room and it had, hot water, air-conditioning, water dispenser, fully equipped kitchen, 24hr security, the pool looked nice and it was close to the airport. Good for a short stay

Not very much natural light, we were on the ground floor and the outside area was very dark. Bed was a little hard but not the worst.

The property was very clean. All furniture including bedding was of a high standard. Nothing was broken, everything was functional.

The villa was good value for the money we paid. It had a swimming pool, gym and the staff were really helpful and nice. Maybe they should work a little bit more on the cleanliness of the rooms but it wasn't so bad. We recommend the place!

Far from Ho Chi Minh City, only 1 security staff on (no english- but tried his best to help us check in) CASH ONLY- so we had to walk 10 mins to an ATM. No coffee/tea provided. Very few sockets to charge phones. Couldn't find the pool. Bed was rock hard

Enchanting building. An amazing cozy and comfortable apartment . Located In a quiet area amomg other buildings like an oasis in the chaotic Saigon. Refreshing and very nice swimming pool ( we had the feeling it was for our personal use only) :-)

Not easy to be found within the narrow streets surrounding this charming colonial estate but this is part of the enchantment

HCMC is noisy but this place is somewhat quiet and calm. It's located a little bit away from the main road. From the sixth floor the view was good. There was also a problem with the air-conditioner on my final night, and the property manager was quick in offering a replacement room on the fifth floor.

The cups were small. I had to use the small bowl to drink tea or coffee. The property could have offered free complimentary tea and coffee.

Nice, clean, comfy and spacious room. Close to cafes, restaurants and local markets. I felt safe walking alone in the streets, as people were friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area and nice and quiet at night.

There was some construction during the day, but as most people go out then, it wasn't an issue. The beds were a little hard but that is the vietnamese style.

Where do i start!. Out of every window we only had a brick wall - no view at all. The pool area had 2 uncomfortable loungers with no padding. I asked the host where the padding was and they said there isnt any. We had only 2 tiny towels, I asked for more - nothing. No hairdryer - no spare towel so had to go to bed with wet hair. Location was poor - nothing around for miles. The pictures make it look much bigger than it actually was.

The security guard was kind, although he didn't speak English.

Didn't had good cleaning in months, felt really dirty. 3 steps on the floor and our socks were white. Cobwebs against the walls. Kitchen shelves were dusty and a bit greasy. The drink of previous guests was still in the fridge. Mirror and couch was broken and the bed pillow is old and needs replacement. We didn't accept and left because it's just not okay. I hope the host takes these criticism as a positive thing to make some changes and is able to get new customers. Could have been a good accommodation, but now its clearly not.

Staff were lovely and kind throughout our stay. The place itself was compact but had all amenities described & was good value for money.

The only thing we weren’t fond of at the property was the bed as it was quite hard. Apart from that, nothing else negatively impacted our stay.
