Really good personnel, always attentive to what we needed! The breakfasts were also pretty good, and delivered when we needed it. The bed and overall room were decent as well, we slept soundly.

The facilities were not what we hoped. Our shower didn’t work, the bath was lukewarm/cold because it couldn’t produce hot water. And we were unaware of building at the villa next to our room which meant lots of construction noise.

Het ontbijt was 2x een half uur te vroeg waardoor we werden wakker gebeld door het personeel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They messaged us every day to ask what breakfast we would like, helped us rent a scooter, and even offered us a free floating breakfast — such a nice touch! Thank you The villa is very spacious, the bed was large and super comfortable, the pool was cleaned daily, and the room service was perfect every time we requested it. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay. We also loved the location, there were plenty of great restaurants and cafés around. The price is definitely worth. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of. Recommended!

Kakerlaken Falle! Diese Unterkunft können wir leider nicht empfehlen Beim Checkin hat uns das freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns auch gleich in die Villa gebracht. Leider war diese wirklich die größte Katastrophe.! Die Villa war anscheinend ein Magnet für Kakerlaken. Weswegen im Pool und in der Villa überall Kakerlaken waren ! Ekelhaft. Bett war auch sehr dreckig. Das Personal hatte vollständiges Verständnis und hat uns sofort, nachdem sie dreimal da waren und selber gegen die Kakerlaken gekämpft haben ein anderes Zimmer/Villa gegeben. Damit war fast alles gut. Allgemein fehlt es hier sehr an Sauberkeit ( siehe Bilder . -Das Personal war jedoch spitze und überaus freundlich sowie der Manager und sie haben uns sehr weitergeholfen. Das war das einzige positive. Kakerlaken, Schmutziges Bett , kaputte Dusche und Spiegel, Geschir ist kaputt und sehr schmutzig . Maximal 20 € pro in diesem Zustand. wir können das auf jeden Fall keinen empfehlen Die Bilder, die sie auf Booking und Google sehen, sind mindestens 20 Jahre alt vermutlich

Everything was good!

Manca villa provides all your essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed is comfortable and the outdoor area allows you to enjoy staying in. The location is a short distance to the main area of Canggu which I appreciated as I hate crowds. In saying that, there was still an abundance of shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The accommodation was very cozy, provided privacy. Very kind and always willing staff. Overall, the villa is located in a great location, close to everything.

The touch of the swing and the hammock was really good! It was a good-sized villa & all the staff were so nice and friendly

So, we booked this place on the back of a recommendation via social media... the place itself is not as "luxurious" as the photos make out and I think we could have got more for the money we paid elsewhere. The pool was never cleaned during our stay, so there were dead bugs floating in it and the decking area was unclean too. Also, lots of lizards in the room and LOTS of mosquitos, we kept the doors shut at all times but as other reviews have said, the doors are not sealed, so there's looks of gaps around them letting lots of mosquitos in and there's no mosquito nets either. Another thing, I booked this villa as the lovely looking bath was a big selling point for me but it wasn't worth it. The taps don't come out far enough into the bath to fill it up, so the water when on, just floods all of the floor instead! The room we were given too was right next to reception so you could hear people coming and going,bikes starting very early in the morning etc. Not a big deal but not ideal for a long in or just wanting some quietness for you honeymoon

The first thing I did as I walked in was to kill a bug. the doors don’t close fully and we had geckos running all over the ceiling at night and made a noise that kept us from sleeping. We could rest well and the staff couldn’t do much to help they said.

when I checked in there was no one at the counter until my driver shouted to them, room was right behind the constantly open door to reception so difficult to enter my room. Soundproofing was awful could here the workers sweeping while I was trying to sleep, domestics in the rooms next door

the pool was really clean and well maintained, and the staff were great. it was also really good to have hot and cold filtered water on tap. The staff were very kind and helpful. the bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. There is a lot of good restaurants and shopping within a short walk.

As a couple of people mentioned the towels and sheets are looking very tired and old, and some of the upholstery is stained. Footpaths to get you to restaurants and shops is not well maintained.
