La façon dont j’ai été traité par la receptioniste à mon arrivée. Nous étions 5 et j’ai acheté 2 chambres pour le séjour.(ch202 et 216) J’ai demandé 1 chambre avec 2 double bed ou 1 chambre avec Sofa bed. On me repond qu’il n’y en n’a pas de dispo. Je suis contraint de prendre une chambre supplémentaire (207) pour y mettre mion fils. Et là surprise la chambre qu’on me vend à un sofa bed.😡😡😡

Love the bed. It’s so comfortable.

Please don’t put us near the elevator or stairs. It gets loud and very noisy. The breakfast often ran out of food and no substitutions or replacements. The servers were nice but cleaning up before the 10am closing is not good when customers are still arriving to eat. Parking is too expensive. When a parking lot is built to be included with the accommodation.

I liked everything about the hotel. Perfect location, a comfortable place to relax and from there to move on. Everything was clean and nicely prepared, and the staff was kind and helpful.

We usually stay here when visiting family in Irvine. Personnel nice, rooms clean and comfortable breakfast buffet very good.

The extra $30 charge for parking and they take a $50 additional charge for possible expenses. They return the balance in about 10 days so Hilton also profits on millions float.

Great location close to the airport with courtesy shuttle upon request. Helpful, polite staff. Plentiful breakfast.

I had a very good stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Irvine/Orange County Airport. The location is excellent if you need to be close to Orange County Airport — it only takes around two minutes to get there by car, which is extremely convenient. The hotel is spacious, bright and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions I had during my stay. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Overall, the room offered plenty of space and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is typically American, but compared with some other hotels I stayed at in the US, the selection here was noticeably better. I think even European travellers who are used to a wider hotel breakfast selection should be able to find something suitable.

The main downside is that parking is not included in the room rate and has to be paid separately. Apart from that, I had a very positive experience and would consider staying here again, especially when travelling through Orange County Airport.

The hotel was clean and contemporary, and the room looked just like the photos. However, the highlight was the staff, very warm and welcoming, and they provided excellent service.

The room AC didn’t work efficiently. It was set at 19 degrees and could it be adjusted lower, it was actually 25 in the room. The other problem was the shower drain, which didn’t work well, or perhaps at all and water ran out into the hallway in our room.

It’s a friendly, casual atmosphere, staff are always nice and it’s really good value for money. I stay whenever I’m in Irvine and I’m never disappointed.

Dylan was a great bartender. Kept the energy up all night and created a great atmosphere that I didn’t want to leave. Great service and would even stay at there just to see him again.

Dylan was an outstanding bartender and made our evening truly memorable. He crafted one of the best Vespers I’ve ever had, and my wife couldn’t stop talking about how perfectly balanced her skinny margarita was. His attention to detail and skill behind the bar were obvious in every drink he served. What really set Dylan apart, though, was his genuinely warm and engaging personality. He made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Great cocktails paired with exceptional hospitality are a winning combination. We look forward to coming back and hope to see Dylan behind the bar again!

Christian was so welcoming at the reception desk and provided great advice - suggesting the DuPont Centre Cafe just across the street from the hotel. I had looked it up earlier and the food was delicious. She even had a free appetizer card for the restaurant. The hotel was clean and we felt safe there - it’s kind of a commercial area but very quiet and serene. The room was large and the king bed was super comfortable! The price was reasonable for what we received. The breakfast area was inviting with several seating options and breakfast was good. There was an upscale bar in the lobby area if you’re looking for a place to hang out.

Great place, clean facilities, and an excellent breakfast. The kitchen staff, especially Marisol and Stanley, are amazing. They are always willing to serve you better, help with anything you need, and make the experience more enjoyable. They even joined us with professional soccer comments while the World Cup was playing, which made breakfast even more fun. Very nice and kind staff. Great job, HR!

It was mediocre. Bananas over ripe and same options the entire week. Would have been great to have something different offered.

Temperature in room could not be maintained. Either hot or turn on AC and room cold. Outside temperature was 65-73 most days so not combating extreme temps.

Pepe was the absolute best bartender I’ve ever experienced!!! He made the whole experience memorable!

I had multiple contacts with the hotel prior to arrival. I neglected to put my adult daughter's name on the reservation so when she got here ahead of me, they couldn't process the room on my card and has to call me which l understand. After that was all sorted, things went well. There is a bar that is open until 10 p.m., breakfast here, the facility is clean and it has a beautiful patio area. The room was spacious. When we asked for things, we got them promptly. Staff were cordial. I can recommend this place.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THE HAMPTON INN & SUITES IRVINE-ORANGE COUNTY AIRPORT Review of Hampton Inn & Suites Irvine-Orange County Airport I am submitting this Formal Complaint regarding our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Irvine-Oranges County Airport (June 4-8, 2026) and the unacceptable conditions we encountered in Room 528 on the fifth floor, as well as the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment we received from certain members of your staff. My husband and I reserved and paid for a four-night stay at your hotel. During the evening of June 5, 2026, we discovered insects (baby cockroaches) in our room. Maintenance employee Jose responded and personally observed the insect. He photographed the pest, and we retained photographic evidence as well. During the early morning hours of June 7, 2026, at approximately 1:00 a.m., I again discovered multiple insects in the bathroom area. This was not an isolated occurrence. I observed insects in the bathtub, on the bathroom floor, and on the ceiling. What was equally troubling was that hotel staff - front desk clerk/receptionist CRYSTAL, was very rude and as it appears, later attempted to dismiss the information provided regarding bugs in the room; despite photographic evidence confirming the presence of pests in the room. She blatantly stated "that there were no bugs found in the room -- even after viewing the evidence she did not try to offer any help or have empathy for us as guest and CRYSTAL'S disposition at this time displays discrimination: Racists or prejudiced verbiage typically involving derogatory slurs, harmful stereotypes, assumptions of inferiority, or casual jokes that devalue a specific group -- Racists or prejudiced verbiage typically involving derogatory slurs, harmful stereotypes, assumptions of inferiority, or casual jokes that devalue a specific group. It often manifests as micro-aggressions-subtle or intentional everyday slights and in Spanish — or defensive denials like "I'm not racist and not limited to. CRYSTAL should be removed from her position because she does not have good Customer Service skills and her professionalism is not present when dealing with the guest staying at the hotel in which she represents. She should be given a thorough Course in Customer Service to show respect for the customers and she should never discuss any major important information over the heads of English speaking people in Spanish so that they don’t understand what she’s saying, but we did. this is very rude and indignant behavior. The management of the property John is very unprofessional. I also received a telephone call from a general manager, as I come to understand was GM John Nacua, shortly before he ended his shift. During that conversation, he did not disclose that he would be leaving shortly thereafter, despite knowing that I intended to come downstairs to discuss the matter in person. He left At 1:00 PM and negated to state that he would be off and leaving at approximately 1:00 PM. He only made one attempt to call me just before he left for the day. This left the issue unresolved and contributed further to our frustration. etc., PLEASE BEWARE OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE ROOMS. (Inspect everything before you check in to receive your keys--do a room inspection first). WE EXPERIENCED BUGS IN ONE OF THE ROOMS AND THE BEDS IN BOTH ROOMS WERE SO HARD THAT MY HIPS HURT ON BOTH SIDES. THE BEDROOM FURNITURE IS OLD IN THE ROOMS. THEY NEED TO BE UPDATED. THE CURTAINS ARE HEAVY AND THEY HAVE TO BE PULLED WITH THE CHAIN, WHICH MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR A DISABLED INDIVIDUAL. I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL FOR ANYONE ELSE'S. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ROOMS THOROUGHLY.

The bed appears that there is a metal frame for the mattress (?) but it sounds tinny when you move in it. Bathroom sink pressure seems very minimal but shower was great.

Were looking for a place close to the Airport because we had a early flight the next day. This fit are needs. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and the staff welcoming. Pretty much what you would expect from a hotel near the airport

I arrived back at the hotel in evening after a day at Disneyland. We had an early morning flight so we started to prepare our luggage and electronic devices so that everything was ready for the next day. Of all the outlets and USB ports in the room (including the augmented lamps) only 2 outlets worked and NONE of the USB's did. We had to MacGyver our electronics, plugs and cords in order to meet our charging needs. Not something I wanted to do after a long day at an amusement park. It was one of the most frustrating experiences. I told the front desk person in the morning and he did comp me the parking fee. But still if you are going to offer charging options they should work.

Choices of breakfast are good.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Orange County Airport because our son was performing at a band competition and we were visiting Crystal Cove State Park. The Hampton’s public spaces were pleasant, inviting and well maintained. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was super quiet. We did not hear any noise from other guests, traffic or the airport. Finally, their front desk staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Well, nobody is perfect. There were no regional sports channels on their television service. If you wanted to watch the Dodgers, Angels or Lakers you were out of luck. Finally, they should provide a larger selection of fresh fruit at their breakfast buffet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Orange County Airport and would return.

Cristal and Erik are absolutely amazing! Very personable and informative. They have amazing customer service and by far with all my travel they have been the best and the hotel has been great.

WHEN I CHECK IN THE STAFF MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME. I DROVE 7 HOURS AND HE DIDN'T ASK HE JUST GAVE US WATER... I REALLY APPRECIATED IT. HE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL.

Super great stay, near SNA airport. Staff is exceptionally friendly, and helpful. Airport shuttle upon request, and breakfast was really good! The rooms are well appointed, quiet and clean. I would stay here over and over. Not to mention the very affordable price. Thanks for a great stay!

Tv had pop up interruption about weather and got blurry every 2 minutes a week ago and still doing it a week later on my second visit. It’s sad to pay $189 for room that has tv that isn’t functioning right. Vacation is for fun not to be annoying which it was and room does not have a safe for valuables…

I stay here about 1 week out of every month. Great location with a friendly staff. Shawna at the bar is great! She remembers my name and drink order, makes my stays feel like my home away!

The only thing I did not like was that the hotel charges for parking! That's the only thing keeping me from giving this hotel a perfect score. It's a little absurd to me that parking is not included with the room rate.

The location to everything we needed and wanted to do was excellent. Our room was on the 5th (top) floor and it was HUGE! Breakfast was good - always nice when breakfast is included. The shower's hot water was sufficiently hot. And the two different encounters we had with the staff were both friendly and helpful.

$30 onsite parking per night seemed a bit steep. Maybe charge us $19-20 per night? I mean, it wasn't like the parkign lot was super packed; lots of open stalls.

The $30 parking fee is a bit exaggerated, especially when someone wants to stay for a longer time and *it doesn't show up explicitly* as a part of the rooms rate. I guess that in Irvine most customers have either a private or rented car.

They need more variety in pillows. I struggled to find one that suited me. You had to be down early to get the fruit at breakfast!

I stayed at a Hampton Inn and suites in Tampa Florida and it was disgusting and nothing like this one. This place was beautiful, clean and centrally located to everywhere I needed to go and only 10 minutes from John Wayne Airport. Plus, the complementary breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again and again.

The entire stay was so nice! From the pool, to the chill room, chill staff but also very kind, breakfast was delicious! It was a really great stay!

I would like to tell you about an employee Sad and Lylkayra. I needed to do some laundry. The hotel either did not have laundry facilities or were not working by the from desk sent me to a hotel within walking distance. After walking to this hotel where they did have laundry facilities there was not detergent for purchase, they were sold out. I came back to Hampton and Sad and Lylkayra were in the front desk area. I think it was Lylkayra who was moving and mentioned she had laundry detergent in her packed car I could have. She brought in laundry detergent for me, a stranger to use. I can not tell you how much I appreciate this from your above and beyond employee. Thank you, so very sorry for the delay.

Back again. I like the following: Free parking! Clean, newish, and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Hot showers. Free hot breakfast with variety. Close to UCI. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Safe - its Irvine!

The in room complimentary coffee was pretty weak. Instant coffee would be better tasting.

I didn’t like the $250 refundable , I feel like it was too much for a deposit

The breakfast was good. It had (2) stations of waffles, a few options of cereal, yogurt with granola, it also had a collection of pastries with plain bagels. A nice surprise was oatmeal with brown sugar. The overall appearance was clean and very well taken cared of.

If I had to mention anything, the eggs could have been a little better. Unfortunately, it wasn't that tasty.

I stayed here for one night. It’s right across from the airport. I got in late and left early. The front desk person was super nice. The room was clean and I got decent sleep.

Excellent choice for UCI visits

The team here is outstanding. Erick was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about reservations and even remembered guests’ names when welcoming them, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone is warm, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfasts are fantastic as well! I will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Tiffany, Bahar, Sad, Kyra, Marisol, Cristal, Stanley, and Shawna for making the experience so memorable!
