I liked the location. Breakfast was nice. Host was friendly.

Ground floor bedroom, very narrow. Small double bed (most places now have a kingsize) Didnt like the bathroom the toilet was right by the door and hardly enough room to get by to the sink and shower

Breakfast was very good

The heating didn't work as it should and the weather was very cold so for this reason it wasn't comfortable , there was an additional blanket to use but it still felt cold

It’s nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are friendly and approachable. The location is close to the town centre, Sainsbury’s and golf course. Breakfast was good.

Location perfect starting point for coastal walks ,near to the beach and town centre.

No parking but managed to find off street parking near by so wasn’t really an issue.

The cooked English breakfast was very good with generous portions. The location was excellent being just a two minute walk to the town centre.

Car parking is a slight issue with a time limit on the free street parking next to the Guest House. However there is a car park less than 50 metres away with reasonable fees.

Room was on ground floor and of good size with two chairs ,very quiet area close to town and bus

shower took a while to get hot water

Liked the fact the Links is a traditional b and b , clean , comfortable bed , tea /coffee provided in room and toiletries in bathroom . Excellent location, just a short walk into town .lovely breakfast with a great choice on offer .

Clean,had hanging facility,tv,tea/coffee facility,outstanding choice of breakfast.nothing was too much trouble.

Parking is the only problem but this seems to be in all of Bude and even worse in Newquay.

The location was superb for access to both the town and beaches. The hosts were ver friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts were excellent in both choice and quality.

Restricted parking. We managed to find a free parking space a little walk away and were only there 2 nights so didn’t have to move the car. There is a paid car park nearby.

Good guest house great breakfast

A warm welcome to this little B and B tucked away at the top of Bude. The welcome was warm - the room was warm too but there is only so much one can do when you are in the roof on a summer's day. Breakfast was wonderful. A perfect place to start and end a day exploring North Cornwall.

Only the temperature in the room, it was toasty, even with the windows open. Nothing that would stop me re-booking.

Great central location opposite car park that offers 24hr stays but there is also off road parking at certain times. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with a nice choice of food. The host John was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would return

Keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator da es sehr warm war.

Comfortable room with tea and coffee and proper mugs! En suite shower room with good shower. Really comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was piping hot and delicious.

All absolutely fine, no complaints.

As a lone traveller, I booked the single room which had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, the room and shower room were spotlessly clean, there were tea/coffee facilities and the shower pressure was good. The breakfast was excellent, a varied menu, beautifully cooked and presented. The outstanding part of my stay was the host John. He was welcoming and attentive, helpful with advice and nothing was too much bother.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Perhaps as the room faced the rear of the property a translucent film on the lower part of the window may offer more privacy but realistically the dinning room and garden view over the golf course and rolling countryside beyond was just lovely.

Lovely friendly guest house opposite golf club nice rooms great breakfast and fab location walkable to beaches town ect reasonably priced also.. would highly recommend.

Walk past a few houses and then you are on the green with a short walk to the beach. A perfect place to use as abase to see the rest of north Cornwall!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful property that felt like home with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Bed was comfy, room had nice views, and we were within walking distance to everything. Breakfast in the morning was divine!! We had a really great stay and would love to stay again 😊

Comfortable, clean room in a great location in the town. John was very kind and accommodating, finding a safe space for us to store our bikes. The breakfast was lovely too, and fuelled the next leg of our journey!

Really lovely B&B!! Friendly hosts, beautiful, bright, clean and spacious room, a power shower with plenty of hot water and a tasty breakfast! The hosts were more than happy to cater to our vegan diets and it was much appreciated! Great option if you’re walking the coast path and it’s only 2 minutes away from Sainsbury’s for supples!

We stayed at the Links Side Guest House for the second time. We liked it the first time and didn't hesitate to book it again when we returned to Bude. The owner is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The location is great, quiet but close to the High Street and a short walk to the beach.
