Lo único bueno fue la ubicación

La comunicación con el personal no era buena, les enviabas mansajes y no respondían. Nuestra habitación tenía 2 ventiladores y solo funcionaba uno y Florencia en agosto es muy caluroso. Nuestra habitación daba a una calle la cual era súper ruidosa, no se podía descansar bien. Los baños al ser compartidos solo estaban limpios por la mañana, a la tarde eran un desastre y el dispenser con agua no lo recargaban seguido y por ahí llegaba la noche y no podías recargar tu botella.

Nulla, pulizia zero, bagni sporchi, televisione non funzionante, staff assente mai incontrato e mai reperibile.

The room was nice and cute. The location is perfect, price is good too

There was no toilet paper on one of two bathrooms, and the floor in the bathrooms was dirty in the evening. There was no staff, but they informed us about it in message, but they also didn’t reply anything in whatsapp when I sent documents and asked questions.

Amazing location, felt like it was only a few minutes walk from everything!! Florence was amazing and this hotel was right in the heart of it. It was very easy to get in and we had no issues

We had no issues with it but it is to be noted there was no airconditioning in our room however there was a strong ceiling fan so it was never a problem.

Location

It was extremely hot (36 degrees) in the room, no air condition, just the electric fan. Very hard to sleep in the heat as there was no air flow. You can hear everything in the room, people screaming on the streets or people slamming doors in the property.

THE LOCATION... This was the best location we've ever stayed in, and with this price as well. The location of this place literally made our Florence trip really easy and much better. Other than that, the interior design is really cool and aesthetic.

The shared bathroom. First we didn't see that it was shared so we got shocked. If you want to stay here definitely get the private bathroom/toilet. Other than that it was really good. The coffee cups they put might have been a little bigger maybe 😅

It was kind of air bnb, no staff was there at all, you need to do all by yourself They shared code and key information for access, Washroom was shared with other rooms too

Salle de bain partagée pas terrible. Pas de climatisation et un ventilateur au fonctionnement erratique…

La localisation, la mise à disposition de quelques biscottes et une machine à café, le lit était confortable.

Pas du tout insonorisé que ce soit de l'extérieur ou de l'intérieur, difficulté de contact (j'ai dû demander les informations d'accès que j'ai obtenues après avoir attendu devant la porte), légère incompréhension lors du départ qui s'est résolu mais sans pouvoir joindre la responsable. Cela manquait d'étagères dans l'armoire. On paie la localisation mais pas le confort.

Il bagno in comune non è un problema perché rientra nei termini del contratto, ma farei più attenzione a particolari come la carta in bagno, in uno dei due presenti al piano era finita già alla sera.

Muito difícil achar o local. Chegamos e não tivemos nenhuma orientação. Ficamos sem luz 6 h, cansados e doidos pra tomar um banho. Queríamos sair para comer e não tínhamos chave para fechar a porta. Muito difícil tudo.

Koupelna bohužel již něco zažila, sprchový kout byl nic moc. Velikost pokoje Špatně odhlučnění oken, pod okny byl bar.

L’entrée très mal aménagé. Il calais passer les couloirs pour avoir accès au salles de bain et toilettes. Pas toujours propre, Malgré le nettoyage fréquents. Les joints étaient bien noir. Et les matériaux étaient extrêmement chipe. Je suis parti des le long demain de ma réservation sur 3 nuits. Je n’avais pas vu que les toilettes étaient commune sur l’annonce. Des le confirmation j’ai envoyé un mail pour vérifier et je n’ai jamais eu de retour à la question.

La posizione dell’affittacamere è speciale!

Appena arrivati nella struttura abbiamo percepito un forte odore di fogna. Anche la camera aveva un odore pesante di chiuso, poco piacevole. Il problema principale, però, era la continua aggregazione di persone sotto la camera fino a tarda mattinata: schiamazzi e rumori continui hanno reso impossibile riposare serenamente, trasmettendo una generale sensazione di degrado. Considerata la qualità del soggiorno, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato decisamente deludente.

The rooms were nice and spacious, it’s also in a good location, so many shops nearby!

Quando siamo arrivati, c’era un cartello che diceva che non si prendevano responsabilità in caso di furto o smarrimento dei bagagli lasciati lì in reception che ci ha lasciati un po’ in ansia, e l’atmosfera all’accoglienza era un po’ strana. Alla fine è andato tutto bene però! Quindi l’unica cosa negativa è che abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po’ per fare la doccia la sera dato che ci sono delle docce con scaldabagni vecchi, quindi veniva solo acqua fredda e ci metteva tanto tempo a riscaldarsi purtroppo. Abbiamo dovuto fare una doccia in due in 5 minuti e comunque l’acqua era gelida. Il resto tutto ok :)

Şehrin tam kalbinde! Konum mükemmel! Banyo ve tualet ortak olmasına bakmayarak hep temizdi. Tesisin içerisinde hiç gürültü yoktu. Odalar yan yana olmasına bakmayarak, misafirler oldukça sessizdi. Tek dezavantaj akşam geç saatlerde dışarıdan çok ama çok gürültü yapıyorlar. Gece 1den 4 e kadar hep gürültü var. Tesisin işletmecisi, gürültü konusunda etrafa şikayette buluna bilir. Çünki, gürültü yapanlar turistler deyiller. Yakın mesafede yaşayanlar.

Camera un pochino piccola ma bagno in camera molto spazioso

Izba bola čistá, posteľná bielizeň bola čistá, na stolíku nás čakali nejaké jedlé drobnosti a bola tam pravdaže káva a kávovar. Nestihli sme využiť z toho nič, len sme si zobrali cookies na cestu 😊. Posteľ bola veľká a príjemná, vysoká, pre vysokých ľudí ideálna. Nič nám nezmizlo aj svetlo fungovalo - niet čo dodať.

Kúpeľňa je spoločná, ale šli sme do toho, že to je len na jednu noc, takže len prespať a max. jednu sprchu sme si dali. Je to v centre takže tam bolo mega hlučno aj cez zatvorené okná a dvere. My sme ale zvyknutý a štuple do uší do istia. V maily nám prišiel pravdapeodobne auto generated text ze sa nám v deň pobytu ozvú, resp. pošlú info ohľadom ktorú izbu nám prodelili a ako sa dostaneme cez bránu no žiaľ nám nič neprišlo a chytala ma panika z toho. Na tel. číslo som cez whatsapp volala a pani som moc nepočula a hovorila ze ma prvom poschodí je recepcia no nebolo vysvetlené, že za recepciou sú spomínané izby tak sme šli ďalej. Potom sme volali znova a pani nám potvrdila, že z dverami sú ďalšie miestnosti a teda aj naša izba. Pani v telefone mala chvalabohu trpezlivosť s nami 😁.

Nice staff, good communication, the hotel manager is happy to communicate by Whatsapp or phone although they are not at the desk. Room is almost 100% clean - overall a spacious and clean room and a GREAT deal to be right in the historic district.

Please note that at some times of day for luggage storage there is not always staff there watching it. There was some mildew in the shower including on the showerhead that should be bleached and cleaned.

Abbiamo speso 99 euro per una camera matrimoniale senza bagno. La camera è pulita e spaziosa, i bagni sono al piano e sono due bagni per ogni camera, sono puliti e arieggiati. Ci hanno detto che la jotte non si dorme per le.voci in strada, per questo mettono a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie, ma noi siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo dormito benissimo e nel silenzio.

L arredo non è nuovo, ma va benissimo, è decoroso.

Présence de punaises de lit sur le mur et sur le matelas. Nous avons alerté le personnel qui est venu nettoyé la chambre mais nous en avons encore retrouvé après leur départ. Nous avons finalement choisi de quitter cet établissement, nous ne pouvions pas dormir dans ces conditions.

La sua posizione è fantastica, in pieno centro. La struttura è molto silenziosa, noi eravamo spaventati per il bagno in comune e invece non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Personalmente penso che forse dovreste lasciare qualche cialda in più per il caffè e anche qualche biscotto in più. Insomma è stato brutto trovare tutto contato.

Location was great easy to have access to all touristics places by foot The cleaning Team is really friendly and helpfull

6 nights there, unpossible to sleep during the night before 5 am too noisy due to some nights clubs around and drunk tourists screeming in the streets during the night. Room was not bright Shared bathroom and WC which became easily dirty with weird smell. Dirty towels were left by other guests. Staff or other guest in the evening started to smoke inside. No physical Reception at all the Full name was written at the door of the room to welcome us which is nice gesture but its against European Data Protection law GDPR because other guest will know the names of the persons who are staying in the rooms

Boli sme ubytovaní v príjemnej, čistej izbe s vlastnou kúpelňou, s perfektnou polohou priamo v centre mesta. Veľmi nás potešil kávovar a k dispozícii sme mali pár kapsúl kávy ,čaj, tousty a džem. Keďže nám neprišli vopred žiadne inštrukcie k ubytovaniu, trošku sme mali problém dostať sa do budovy, ale nakoniec to vynahradilo milé privítanie na dverách izby :)

Room was cold Heating did not turn on at all. Used towel was left in the bathroom. It is better to provide a basket which use towel leave on it at bathroom area.

The location is amazing the room was clean there even was a tea/coffee machine inside they provided us with ear plugs

the toilet though advertised as ours only was in fact outside of the room the sheets had 2 big coffee sposts on the edge there was a lot of noise and we couldn`t sleep until like 3pm at night. There is a bar very close and the peple were very, very noisy there with loud talks and screaming of joy
