Om man inte gillar katter är inte detta ett boende för dig. Det var en bit att gå till Slottsskogen (då vi var där för Way Out West) men smidigt med kollektivtrafiken.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Mysigt ställe, trevlig värdinna , underbar frukost med bl.a massor av frukt, bekväma sängar. Ingen hotell känsla utan något mer familjärt . Ligger centralt. Liseberg och Universeum i några minuter promenad. Tack Eva!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich hatte alles was ich brauchte. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Bus, Tram und der Flughafenbus waren in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Es war sehr warm. Die Fenster konnte man nur etwas öffnen. Innen war es etwas dunkel.

Aldrig roligt att dela WC och badrum med andra, men det funkar i undantagsfall.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Eva, the owner and hostess, is a wonderfully open and respectful woman. She greeted me, showed me around, handed me a key, and told me to feel at home. The room I got, located in her gorgeously decorated and very charming flat, was stylish, clean, and comfortable. There was free wifi, coffee, tea, and water provided. No curfews or time restrictions were given, and I was asked when I wished to have breakfast. At the given time, Eva served an incredible spread for a single person! We had very nice conversations, both over breakfast and in the evening, but it was very clear to me that this was optional and not a requirement.
I had no issues with anything. Things that might be good for people to know are that the flat is rustic, with lovely wooden floors that move and creak as you walk across them, and windows that let in more noise than modern ones. Consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Un desayuno genial en un piso antiguo pero precioso, muy céntrico y con perfectas conexiones con el transporte público, a poca distancia del parque de atracciones y del Universeum. Eva es una anfitriona increiblemente amable y familiar, junto a su gato ha sido una experiencia genial.
Son dos habitaciones las que Eva alquila, a si que hay que compartir el baño si hay mas huespedes

Hissen gick inte ända ner. Först en jobbig lång trappa att forcera med artros upp till nämnda hiss.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Centrum op loopafstand maar ook diverse bussen dichtbij en ook airport Landvetter op 20 minuten afstand. Accommodatie; Goede bedden, aardige gastvrouw en goede tips voor het bezoeken van de stad, heerlijk ontbijt. Kamer; 2 aparte matrassen en nog een ‘ kinderbed’ op de kamer. De foto’s geven een goed beeld van wat er is. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Badkamer delen en toilet is soms lastig, maar het ging hier prima.

Highly recommended place to stay. Ralph the cat is so adorable that does not disturb anyone. I will be back again.

Eva is an accomplished photographer and her photos will inspire you. . Eva fixed us tea and cookies when we arrived and sat to chat with us and the other guest. Ralph the cat is adorable!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2023The host is very helpful and nice. It's like visiting a friend. The location of the property is very convenient - next to Liseberg, bus stop for the airport, the main streets.
The only inconvenience was that the bathroom and toilet are shared with another room with guests but we somehow managed to avoid each other so it wasn't a big problem.

Cat on site and roaming freely around the home. This was in the small print details, so it’s my own fault, but I missed it, and we ended up leaving after 30 minutes with no refund (I asked and was turned down) because my son has allergies. Also, the location is a bit out of the way if you aim to see the central sites in Gothenburg.

I loved the ambiance and decore of her home with attention to little details like wild flowers in the bathroom. She is an accomodating and kind person, very well traveled and interesting to talk to. The llocation is central, therefire very convenient, short walking distance to the science museum and the amusement park.. Breakfast was exceptional, served in style, and delicious. We loved the house pet Ralph - a wise and cute kitty. Our beds were very comfortable and inviting. This antique home is cozy and stylish, and we will stay here again next time we travel to Gothenburg.

Reviewed May 16, 2023Very close to Liseberg park, and bus station connected with the airport. Accomodation is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. Our host Eva was very pleasant, fluent in English, breakfast was great and we could say that we had spent a fantastic time there. Thanks again and give Ralph a hug :-)

WE WERE NOT SURPRISED BECAUSE THE HOST (EVA) IS AN ARTIST (WHICH SHOWS IN THE APARTMENT DECORATION, WHICH IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY TASTEFUL. EVA IS A VERY WORM, FUNNY AND ACCOMMODATING HOST, SHE LOVES HER TOWN AND WE FELL IN LOVE WITH GOTEBORG AND HOPE TO RETURN THERE. THIS CITY IS A REALLY HIDDEN GEM.
THAT WE HAD TOO SHORT TIME TO STAY IN THIS PLACE!!

Parking is down the street but is easily manageable. Eva even suggested where it would be cheaper to park overnight.
