Litt vanskelig å finne fordi google maps tar oss til hotellet fra feil retning, men fint med en notis fra hotellet med kart til inngangen.

La ubicación me gusta mucho, hay muchas conexiones con el metro y una zona bastante animada de bares y restaurantes cerca, sin que eso interrumpa la tranquilidad de las habitaciones para poder descansar bien. El personal fue muy amable y resolutivo; nos ayudó a tramitar con TA-Q-BIN | YAMATO TRANSPORT el envío de nuestras maletas para el siguiente hotel, servicio que me parece esencial para viajar turísticamente y para enviar un paquete a otra prefectura. Me pareció muy cómodo, ya que no tuve que gestionar nada y solo tuve que dar mis datos. ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Seguiré repitiendo!!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Me gustó la privacidad del piso (séptimo) donde estaba mi habitación. Durante los tres días de mi estancia, no vi ni escuché a otros huéspedes, sólo me encontré con ellos en el ascensor. También me gustó el sistema de tarjetas (key cards) para abrir puertas (el edificio, la habitación), y para poder hacer uso del ascensor. Ese sistema hace el hotel muy seguro. Además, también hace el check-out más fácil porque sólo hay que devolver la tarjeta a un depósito que está junto a la recepción.
El café de bienvenida que estaba en la habitación no era bueno. No obstante, me sorprendió que hubiera café y té verde en el cuarto. Bueno, la verdad es que en Japón eso es algo común en los hoteles, pero no lo esperaba en esta ocasión, porque hay varias cafeterías cerca del hotel.

The room was comfortable and the staff welcoming - it was a pleasant surprise that my luggage (which I had stored before check-in) was taken up to my room ahead of my return that evening. The breakfast was also good.

Sappiamo che in Giappone le stanze sono piccole, ma trovare qualche soluzione come mensole e appendi abiti avrebbe reso la nostra permanenza sicuramente più semplice. Inoltre, va benissimo non cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani ma aspettare tre giorni per pulire una stanza così piccola diventa un po’ seccante

The location was also great; so close to Osaka central station and to Ōgimachi Park metro stop! After the early arrival, we left our bags there and went to explore the city. The hotel staff was kind enough to take our suitcases directly to our room! Didn't happen in the other places we stayed. There are also lots of nice restaurants closeby but I believe that's true for the whole city..
I liked it all! But my girlfriend didn't like the idea of eating burgers (it was one of the things available when we stayed). But don't worry, really, they also had a nice selection of fruits, cereal, and other more western-friendly options. Also, the coffee they had was one of the strongest we had in Japan 😁

Was very dirty, and expensive when another Koko hotel in a good location was cleaner and less expensive. Laundry machine smelled, bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Carpet was stained, the wall had a hole in it.
