A little bit away from a station. If you walk with a big suitcase, I recommend you get a taxi.

大浴場とシャワールームと室内洗面器の組み合わせが快適で有り難かった。 部屋も清潔でした。 その他の設備什器類も過不足なく良かった。

駐車場がチェックイン前に入れたら24時間以内でも2泊分の2000円が求められたが近くのコインパークなら1200〜1500円で済むのが行って分かったので24時間以内なら1泊分になる様にして欲しい。

Hotel nel cuore di Umeda, zona ben servita da metro e bus, vicino al castello e all’UMEDA SKY BUILDING. Bellissimo e molto pulito il bagno pubblico con sauna. L’hotel offre inoltre gratuitamente un servizio lounge per cui durante tutto il giorno (sino alle 21) sono a disposizione bevande calde e fredde (anche alcolici) e cibo dolce e salato. Servizio assolutamente apprezzato

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with the station nearby and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it easy to explore the local area. The service was also good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For Indian travellers, there are also two Indian restaurants within walking distance. However, we personally enjoyed exploring and trying the local food during our stay.

The main downside is that the room size is quite small, which may feel a little cramped, especially if you have larger luggage. However, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location, this is definitely a good option.

Wygodny hotel. Hotel oferuje dostęp do przekąsek i napoi, to bardzo przyjemne udogodnienie po całym dniu zwiedzania.

ラウンジでの無料の軽食はありがたかったです。また、大浴場も幅広い時間帯で利用できるのが良かったです。細かいですが、枕もフィット感があり寝具も満足感がありました。

3日間宿泊しましたが、清掃時にコーヒーの補充が無かった点は残念でした。

朝食ビュッフェの鯖がとっても美味しかったです！お味噌汁も具だくさんでした。他にも種類がたくさんあって満足感が高いです。おやつの時間にはラウンジでドーナツを食べながらボードゲームをすることができて楽しかったです。大浴場の脱衣所にあるReFaのドライヤーも最高でした。階ごとにエレベーター前の壁の絵が違っていて、見ていて面白かったです。

チェックアウトの時間がもう少し遅かったら最高だったのですが文句なしのめちゃくちゃいいホテルです。

Hotel muy cómodo para visitar Osaka unos días. Tienes la estación de Osaka a 15 minutos, las zonas comunes están geniales. La happy hour es un acierto. El desayuno está bien, tal vez esperaba un poco más. Cada planta tiene refill gratis de agua y estación para planchar la ropa o calentar con microondas.

Nada a destacar, las habitaciones son pequeñas (pero es algo que ya sabes de antemano). En el onsen no aceptan tatuajes (también se sabe de antemano).

スタッフがベトナム人？の方で日本語があまり上手ではなく、説明がわかりにくかったです。

Room was comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis. Having free drinks and snacks in the evening is a good plus. Public bath and sauna was good and if not too busy was relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. There are several subway lines 10 min walk from the hotel.

The bath area and breakfast/lounge are small for the hotel size and both would get busy quite easily.

Very upscale appearance. Amenities are plentiful and appreciated. I really enjoyed the free drinks and donuts, and the breakfast buffet had a great spread. My bed was very comfortable and the AC was responsive. Everything felt very smooth and easy.

It is a 12-minute walk from Osaka station, but there is a bus that comes occasionally. It took a good amount of effort to drag all my luggage over the pedestrian bridges. That could just be my fault fit having lots of heavy bags though.

10 minutes walk from the station, the room was clean and got everything needed. Breakfast was very good, and really nice the chance of having sweets and happy hour for free!

The room is rather small, but absolutely nothing unexpected.

Booking comで予約したが、いつもながら領収書の発行が不明。宿泊証明書を発行してもらった。

11:00からお茶やお茶菓子がフリーで楽しめました。 夜は21:00までお酒もフリーで飲めます。

駅まで少し距離があります。 17:00からお酒と共におつまみも用意されているようでしたが、18:00ごろに行くとおつまみは無くなっていましたが、私がいる間に補充されなくて残念でした。 お部屋の絨毯が少し古く、そこまで清潔な感じに感じなかったです。

Clean, modern and nice friendly welcome upon our arrival. The rooms were of a good size and well equipped. The provision of free cocktails and drinks within the lounge area during early evening was very good.

Frühstück auf japanische Essgewohnheiten zugeschnitten; kein Schinken, Salami oder ähnliches. Lage des Hotels sehr gut (mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, 3 Metrostation in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Family Mart um die Ecke). Ausblick aus 17tem Stock super. Ruhige Lage.

Frühststückraum viel zu klein bezogen auf Anzahl der Betten. Deshalb Wartezeit bis man einen Platz zugewiesen bekommt. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

三世代で利用しました。梅田にありながら、ゆったりとした設備と軽食、ラウンジサービスが充実しており、手軽な料金でたっぷりと楽しめました。部屋に忘れ物をしましたが、丁寧なご対応で無事に戻りました。ボディタオルは柔らかく使い良かったです。ありがとうございました。

20時半まで、ロビーでスナックやドリンクを自由に楽しめ、ゆっくりできた。お風呂の込み具合を知らせてくれ、大浴場で快適に過ごせた。

部屋のミラーリングのためのWi-Fi接続が案内文通りには起動せず、ミラーリング使用できなかった。

大浴場があるのと、チェックアウト後でも、ラウンジで無料でドリンクが飲める。次の予定まで少し時間があったので、ラウンジで時間を潰せました。

A modern hotel with good size rooms in a good location. Our room was spacious enough for us to open our cases. It was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We really liked.the Japanese breakfast, but there were also plenty of western options. The lounge with complementary snacks and drinks was excellent.

The room was very clean and well equipped. We were staying as a family of 5 and it was a little small, but ok for 2 nights. The view from our floor (17th is the highest) was amazing!!! Also the location close to the train station makes it perfect for sightseeing. Our kids loved the lounge at night with free drinks and snacks! We would definitively stay again!

Sehr nettes Personal und eine gute Lage. Wir konnten zudem 2 Stunden früher einchecken.

Menschen mit Tattoos dürfen das Spa nicht nutzen. Dies erfuhr ich erst im Spa selbst. Ich halte dies, insbesondere in einem Hotel mit internationalem Klientel, für unangebracht. In der Nacht davor waren wir in einem buddhistischen Tempel, wo wir das Spa problemlos nutzen durften - trotz meiner Tattoos.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses, nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir qu’il y avait un bain chaud de type onsen dans l’établissement, ainsi qu’un apéritif inclus le soir. Le personnel était super, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Au 1er pdj, la machine à café était out. Nous n’avons donc pas eu de café; ça arrive.

大浴場で外国の方が入浴中にシャンプーなどを置いたままにして場所取りをしていたために後から来た人が困っていた。外国の方々にちゃんと説明をした方がいいと思います。シャンプーやタオルなど置ける棚などあるといいと思いました。

Nice rooms, spa amenities, generous lounge hours and nice breakfast.

Free snacks in the lounge has been reduced since my last visit, but was still generous and drinks remain. Young children going into spa who should not be allowed. Large group of American students taking up the lounge in the morning, but the staff were too accommodating to them, a pitfall of their exceptional service.

Отличный отель, понравилась общественная баня, бесплатные закуски и выпивка, косметические средства.

主要駅から10分程度歩くかもしれないが、それを含めても立地、設備などすばらしいホテルでした。スマートチェックイン/チェックアウトで、時間もかからず、早く到着しても荷物も預かってくれた。アメニティも豊富だったし、部屋着もよかった。部屋のお風呂もとても広く、グラスなども一通りそろっていた。プレミアムラウンジも充実しており、朝食もとてもよかった。大浴場もとても清潔で、シャンプーなど種類が豊富で選べるのもよかった。

実際狭いとまでは思わなかったが、写真より少し部屋が狭く感じた。

Great onsen, many products and extremely clean. There is a lounge open all day with coffee and snacks and cocktails in the evening. Clean rooms, helpful staff and good location. Many washing machines.

ウェルカムドリンクと軽食があり、夕飯が軽くて済みました。朝ご飯もコンパクトだけど、昼ごはん並のクオリティ－で、どれを食べても美味しかったです。 コンセントもたっぷりあり、携帯やモバイルバッテリーの充電に困らなかったです。

各時間ごとのサービスは評価が高い。特にBAR　TIMEの飲み放題はお得以外の何物でもなかった。

日本人以外のスタッフの日本語習熟度が低く、通じないもしくは強い語気に感じられて、損をしているなぁ、と。

Mancanza di armadi in camera. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana e gli abiti li abbiamo dovuti tenere sempre in valigia

El desayuno está muy bien.

NO LIMPIAN LAS HABITACIONES. Es importante que se sepa esto antes de reservar. Si lo hubiera sabido NO hubiera reservado este hotel. Solo te cambian las toallas y extienden la cama. Lo avisan en carteles en el ascensor. Si voy a un hotel doy por hecho que limpian cada día (al menos superficialmente), si no cogería un apartamento ya que tampoco hay productos para que lo puedas limpiar tú. Menos mal que estuvimos solo 3 noches, pero si estás más tiempo yo no puedo estar sin limpiar el baño días y días. La moqueta estaba sucia. Habitaciones pequeñas, las camas enormes quitan mucho espacio en la habitación. Cuando llegamos vimos que había bebidas (alcohol) y podías servirte todo lo que quisieras. La trampa es que no limpian las habitaciones. Para mí es una REG FLAG ENORME!

サウナ付大浴場と無料サロンが有った事。 大浴場のアメニティ、女性スタッフさん厳選のシャンプー類が豊富で、とても良い香りで楽しめました。 スタンダードダブルでしたがクイーンサイズのベッドでゆったり眠れました。 朝食も美味しかったです。

お部屋は3階で、窓の高さと道路が同じで景色は楽しめませんでしたが、プライバシーが守られる様に窓に紗のスクリーンが備わって居て、お部屋は明るかったです。

Das Hotel Elcient Osaka Umeda ist ein wirklich sehr gutes und extrem sauberes Hotel. Die Lage ist super zentral – vom Bahnhof aus läuft man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und man hat eine hervorragende Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Das Personal war außerordentlich nett, freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über das Willkommensgetränk am Abend – eine sehr schöne Aufmerksamkeit!

Wie man es in Japan gewohnt ist, sind die Zimmer nicht die größten, aber es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Fazit: 9 / 10 – Absolute Empfehlung für einen Trip nach Osaka, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Hotel abbastanza distante dalla zona del divertimento e situata nella zona “financial diatrict” di osaka. Konbini nei pressi e metro a 10 min a piedi. Tantissime amenities messe a disposizione. Onsen meraviglioso. Offrono merende e aperitivi nella hall dell’albergo, accoglienza eccellente!

Purtroppo le stanze sono davvero molto molto piccole. Non siamo riusciti nemmeno ad aprire uma valigia, tenetelo in considerazione se viaggiate con valigie da stiva.

Very clean and modern hotel. Lounge access throughout the day was a lovely added bonus and nice to have a place to retreat to grab a drink and a rest. Spa facilities are strictly no tattoos, so only half our party got to access - they found them very nice.

Clearer advertising needed about spa entry restrictions, so not potentially false advertising.

Really good location, easy to find. The room was clean and had enough space for the two of us. The bath on the second floor is a nice touch, felt amazing after a long day of walking.

The location is good. It is about 5 minutes walk till you get to the underground. It is 12 minutes walk to the main train station. (so you can walk mostly underground). The breakfast was very nice. Asian focused and not western. The free drinks at night is nice to have one before you go out again. Rooms are decent. Not too big. But ok for Japan standards.

土地勘がないので、行きたい場所を尋ねたら、親切に教えていただけた。 ちょっと早く着いてしまったけど、チェックインさせてもらえた

冷蔵庫が冷えにくかったのだけ残念

침대가 넓고 시설도 좋아요. 올해만 도쿄, 나고야에 다녀왔었는데 오사카가 제일 친절했어요. 더위가 진짜 어마어마해서 체크인할 때 라운지만 먼저 쓸 수 있나 물어봐야겠다고 생각하고 있었는데(시간대가 1시쯤이었어요) 먼저 라운지에서 쉬시라고 하더라고요... 너무 힘들었는데 감사했어요. 짐 보관하는 곳도 있고(무인) 건조기가 진짜 잘 말라요. 호텔 장기 투숙을 꽤 하는데 30분 만에 이렇게 마른 곳 처음임. 다른 시설도 괜찮았어요. 프리미엄 라운지도 좋았고요. 직원분들 로컬 맛집 추천도 있는데 가보진 못했지만;(시간 관계상) 그런 부분도 좋았어요. 2분 거리에 있는 패밀리 마트는 꽤 큰 곳이고, 같은 2분 거리의 로손은 내부에서 음식을 만들어 파는 곳이었어요. 로손 쪽으로 쭉 직진하면 제가 보기엔 저렴한? 스기 약국도 있어용. 같은 스기인데도 차이가 난다니ㅜㅜ 아무튼 쌉니다.

에어컨이 빠르게 시원해지지 않고 24도로 맞춰도 실내 기온이 22도가 돼 있는 등, 온도 조절이 좀 힘들었어요. 한적한 위치라 매우 조용했지만 그만큼 걷긴 해야 해서ㅜㅜ 더위에는 조금 힘들었어요.
