Very nice and comfortable room. The jacuzzi was heated and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly.

The location was outside of the main town. But only a 15 minute walk uphill.

Great location, 10mins walk to Oia(hotel offers lift up the hill for free). Rooms and pool looks like on the pictures. We didnt test lunches restaurant much but two things we had were tasty. Friendly staff

Breakfasts are to be chosen from four options day before to be brought to the room. Tasty but quite limited. Would consider adding one more option with wegetables, hams and cheeses. Also, it has to be planned for what time you want it if you late you may be left without the time slot that fits your plans.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. La terrasse avec un jacuzzi et la vue sur la mer était très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre était bon et suffisamment copieux. L'hôtel est à proximité du centre-ville d'Oia (moins de 10min à pied) et permet de profiter de sa terrasse et de la piscine de l'hôtel en toute intimité (à l'inverse des hôtels au centre-ville de Oia dont les espaces de détente sont à la vue de tous).

Le personnel est dans l'ensemble très serviable mais certains membres de l'équipe peuvent améliorer l'expérience client.

Jacuzzi pas assez chaud , pas réglable . petit déjeuner basique , ils toquent très fort et plusieurs fois le matin pour le petit déjeuner et ensuite pour nettoyer la chambre , c'est très dérangeant . Piscine très froide glaciale . Le personnel de ménage très aigris pas du tout agréable .

Great staff, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the breakfast was great. Everyone was helpful across the board. Was upgraded for our first two nights also.

Pancake portions are small. Pool turned both of our swimsuits green.

The staff is very friendly and approachable. The hotel itself is beautiful in term of design. The room with the hot tub is amazing and you can watch a sunset. The food delicious!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt – besser hätte es nicht sein können! Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Hotel in Oia auf Santorini verbracht und waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Alles war einfach perfekt – von der traumhaften Lage über die wunderschöne Unterkunft bis hin zum außergewöhnlich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Man merkt sofort, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf Qualität und auf das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und professionell, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist etwas ganz Besonderes und passt perfekt zu Santorini. Die Aussicht, das Ambiente und die Liebe zum Detail haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wirklich unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir haben uns eine Woche lang rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Für uns gehört dieses Hotel definitiv zu den Orten, an die man gerne zurückdenkt und unbedingt wiederkommen möchte. Eine klare Empfehlung! Wer einen besonderen Aufenthalt in Oia sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderschöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️🇬🇷

The staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast tray was delicious, and the daily afternoon sweet treat was a lovely surprise. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The hotel also organized convenient transfers to Oia and other parts of the island, which made getting around very easy.

The coffee capsules were unfortunately not refilled regularly.

We loved the Myst Boutique Hotel, the best hotel we stayed in during our time island hopping in Greece. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s in a great location and the breakfast was outstanding. Special thanks go to the wonderful reception team Matina and Oinoi. They were so friendly and super helpful. The drivers were excellent too, very friendly and so knowledgeable. We loved this place and would definitely come back.

Optamos por usar o transfer do hotel, o que nos deu uma grande segurança desde a chegada, em todos os passeios e o retorno ao aeroporto. Tivemos uma grande comunicação com a Martina que é a recepcionista do hotel que tem resposta imediata para todas as nossas questões. O nosso quarto tem vista a piscina e era excelente acordar com essa vista. O hotel é silencioso e não tivemos qualquer problema com barulhos. A localização foi excelente tendo em vista que tínhamos motorista privado do hotel para nos levar, os motoristas são muito pontuais e prestativos. O hotel também faz parceria com o restaurante/hotel e SPA Saint que na minha opinião é de ficar de queixo caído com a paisagem. Fomos bem recebidos, prontamente atendidos em nossas dúvidas, relação custo benefício excelente e vista agradável. A limpeza também é boa, não notamos falhas quanto a isto. Gostamos muito.

O hotel poderia ter mais opções de pequeno almoço, seria apenas uma sugestão, porém nada a reclamar pois entrega no quarto no horário que você escolher e tudo fresco e agradável.

We stayed here for 2 nights and couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, facilities are modern and clean, amazing breakfast delivered to the suite and hot tub overlooking sunset. Great food served at the restaurant which we ate by the pool! The room was modern with bathrobes, slippers and a steam iron, along with Molton brown toiletries. The hotel offered a free transfer into Oia which was really useful. Upon checkout we were even given a gift to remember our stay. Would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again!

Maravilhoso! Muito confortável, muito bem decorado e com uma vista linda. Sempre muito atenciosos, a limpeza era frequente e têm serviço de transfer sempre disponível com carros topo de gama.

Apenas um reparo nada de mais, a trica de mensagens tinha resposta rápida mas havia sempre mal entendidos na organização do pequeno almoço mas sempre muito ágeis na resposta e na solução.

Nous étions trois por 588 euros la troisième personne devait se coucher sur un canapé recouvert f un simple drap pouv en lit. Erreur de choix je pense qu a ce prix la chacun doit avoir sa chambre et sa salle de bain et ses wc.nous ne reviendrons pas.trop cher..

It's beautiful, very well maintained, relaxed and a Myst to staying there. Room 114 - our favourite room, we've been there three times now and always the same room. It's only their entry level room but the room is massive, the bathroom is a good size also and we have our very own beautiful balcony looking out onto the most beautiful swimming pool in my opinion and sea views beyond. The bed is enormous and the sheets are crisp white with options of bed throws and a duvet if you like to snuggle down. Ms Julie and her son ensure that this property is kept well maintained daily. Daily room clean and free bottled water, clean outdoor areas. Every morning the pool and patio area cleaned and kept very tidy. Lovely clean fluffy pool towels. Gorgeous breakfast delivered to your room every morning at your chosen time. You may have to remind them that they forgot the milk but with a smile they run back to the kitchen and bring you back the forgotten milk. More importantly than this though is their customer care and Martina, you are a star!!! On our most recent visit, hubby and I went off to the airport for our 18.30 evening flight back to London with BA, flight delayed, and sadly at 23.30 that same evening the BA pilot, informed us all that our flight was NOT going back to London that night and we all had to go and find our own night's accommodation and transfer. By the time we all went back through passport control, then reclaim our luggage, it was past midnight. Even though we had left Myst Boutique I still had their WhatsApp number on my mobile, so I sent a text informing them that our flight home was delayed until the next day and was there anywhere for us to stay with them. It was passed midnight and out of hours, within three minutes had responded to us saying 'yes' our room was still free and would you like me to send our driver - what service. By the time we went through Passport control and reclaimed our luggage it nearly 1am. The driver was outside waiting for us and took us straight back to Myst Boutique, we arrived about 1am and Martina was there with her big smile welcoming us back. She took our breakfast order and took us back to Room 114 (our room), informed us that we can stay there until we need to leave as no one was occupying our room that day. We got an email at 11am the following morning saying our flight was rescheduled for 15.30 that afternoon, so Martina arranged the drive to come and pick us up at 13.00 - now that is what I call 5 Star service.!!! Hubby and I are looking forward to our 4th stay with them next year for sure. Thanks all at Myst Boutique, see you next year. Sophia and Peter Woods

Simply awesome. Some locations don't share accurate photos, the Myst is exactly what anyone would hope for. The pool is perfect, the Jacuzzi was spotless and cleaned everyday. I'm at a loss of words to describe breakfast but a dream come true is close to what I am thinking. Staff is super friendly and accommodating with any requests. I told my wife this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I'm a big traveler. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. If ever on Santorini again we will be staying here.

We stayed at Myst Boutique hotel on the 23 May for our honeymoon for a week and it was fantastic. We booked a superior suite, room 203 (I think!), and it was well worth the upgrade. It has a private hot tub with sunset sea views. It's very open plan so might not suit everyone (the shower is in the room and visible lol) but we didn't mind and not all the rooms are so open. The rooms are lovely, there is plenty of space for your suitcases and clothes etc and they are very clean. Everything is restocked and replaced every day but if you need anything, just ask! The staff are amazing and they couldn't do enough for us when we were there, they really make the hotel feel like a luxury resort. They were attentive and provided excellent service. It's lovely and quiet but very close to Oia and the free transfers up the hill to Oia are great on a hot day and we were able to walk back then in the evening. The pool area is lovely and clean and with beautiful sea views and the music is nice and chill as well. The breakfasts are fantastic, loads of choice and the portions are big so there's always plenty. We did have pizza off the lunch menu a few times which was great, and all the food we had at the hotel tasted very fresh. It's definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Le personnel qui vous propose de manière trop insistante les autres établissement du propriétaire La chambre 101 proposée en arrivant (heureusement changée à notre demande, sans quoi notre séjour aurait été une catastrophe, elle est à côté de la route)

I had the best experience in Santorini..thanks to the wonderful people who works at this Hotel. Elana, Martina are so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel to welcome and took care of our needs. Their waiter too is so great. This is truly a 5 star hotel!!!! Would recommend to anyone.

Location a little outside town, but friendly lift service available as needed to any area. Great staff and Martina was very welcoming on arrival and supportive of any requests. Lovely accommodation with great breakfast served to your room each day, high quality produce. All working there so friendly.

We had a perfect relaxing stay. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. Staff were friendly and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Gym was well equipped too. Already planning to go back.

Nahe Lage bei Oia und trotzdem ruhig und gechillt. Tolles à-la-carte Frühstück mit sehr nettem Personal.

Luxusproblemchen: die Musik am Pool; ständig die gleichen Lieder in Dauerschleife. Ich persönlich hätte darauf verzichten können, aber ich hab auch nichts gesagt: selbst schuld!

Suite Junior avec Jacuzzi Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est à 7-8 minutes à pieds du centre ville d'Oia, magnifique ville d'où l'on peut voir le coucher du soleil. La route est étroite mais il y a un petit trottoir presque tout le long, aucun souci. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, très à l'écoute et plein de bons conseils. Les petits déjeuners étaient incroyables ! Oeufs, fruits frais, pâtisseries, pain, yaourt grec... et toujours servis avec le sourire. Des chauffeurs disponibles à l'hôtel pour toutes les sorties, très gentils et souriants. Et pour terminer mention spéciale pour Matina à la réception, extraordinaire de gentillesse et très serviable. Notre chambre était côté mer, aucun bruit de circulation.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Myst Boutique Hotel, only a few minutes from the center of Oia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. We booked the cheapest room and had a fantasic view over the pool to the ocean. Note that this hotel is not on the Caldera. We knew this and it was fine for us, especially given that Myst is half the price of the hotels on the Caldera less than a mile away. While you do give up that view, the rooms are more modern, comfortable and there is just more space and room to breathe. The hotel has fast and free wifi, and a fantastic shuttle service that will take you into town (or to their sister hotel for a change of scene) for no charge. The service runs on demand (you request it via WhatsApp) and we never had to wait more than 5 mins. Overall, I highly recommend Myst Boutique Hotel and would stay here again. This is a much better value than the hotels on the Caldera in Oia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A acomodação foi incrível, como Santorini é muito cheia de turistas ficar um pouco afastado é ideal para descansar um pouco, o hotel fica 800 metros de Oia, mas tem transfer. Antes mesmo da chegada me ligaram para ajudar com o transfer. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, funcionários gentis como não via a tempos, cafe da manhã delicioso com muita variedade e muito bem servido. Hotel com restaurante com comidas deliciosas, que podem ser servidas no quarto. Nos indicaram um restaurante em uma ilha vizinha, Qhera, foi uma indicação maravilhosa comida deliciosa, atendimento gentil e ilha sem multidão de turistas. Nosso checkout foi super cedo e a cozinha não estaria aberta ainda, nos enviaram um cafe especial na noite anterior, mto gentil.

Myst is a calm oasis away from the busy streets of Oia. The staff are very friendly and the location is good. Well worth splashing out on a room with a hut tub. We had a great view of sunset from ours

The Myst Boutique hotel is ideally located close to Oia - a 15 minute walk uphill gets you there - but far enough away to be secluded and feel like an oasis from the crowds. The staff strike the right balance between friendliness and privacy, and little details like a whats app chat with reception really make the difference. It’s worth splashing out on a suite with a private hot tub if you can. We were lucky enough to see an amazing sunset from ours.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel io e mia figlia e siamo rimaste entusiaste ....pulizia eccellente .....il personale sempre attentissimo e gentilissimo .......il cibo favoloso ...insomma nessun difetto Lo consiglio veramente e se torneremo ad oia pernotteremo qui senza dubbio

Beautiful hotel. It was our second time and we had a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely, private and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool and lounge area are superb. Breakfast is included with your choice daily - you had all you could ask for!

Transportation to other parts of the island are very expensive. We were a bit shocked when we got the bill. Even a close by area (we thought they said was free) was ridiculously expensive. I would not use the hotel transportation in the future, although the drivers were absolutely lovely. Amazing people but steep prices.

Amazing service, great breakfast, free transport from hotel to Oia. As a boutique hotel was really quiet and we had a lot of privacy at the pool, exactly what we were looking for. Staff was really helpful and made our stay even better, with their recommendation to go to dinner at Sky Bar and pool day at 5* Saint Luxury Suites. We are very happy with our choice for this hotel and totally recommend it

The fact that it was giving a very comforting and relaxing feeling and the staff. Everyone at the restaurant, the reception and the fact that they offered free rides to Oía. The drivers all 3 were the kindest ever.
