Good and polite staff, quick to help

Location as lots of construction is going on around the property... Not their fault though...

It’s on main road . Good staff behaviour.

There was a smell in the lounge area loke something very old and unclean things .

the breakfast was good. the rooms were clean and spacious.

wifi was getting disconnected often. it had to be re-searched and reconnected often.

I am fairy new to the area though I think the location was okay

I requested non smoking rooms and I was given rooms that reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms were changed but the new room had a flooding issue due to the taps being left on. Again the rooms were changed and so the whole process took very long. We had come after a long flight and were very tired and the check in process was most cumbersome and took very long.

The hotel was clean and family friendly, staffs were super nice especially the breakfast team 😊

Nice & comfortable & breakfast was also good.

Location. Hotel is situated beside the main road and the sound of the moving traffic enters the room.

In every in house order they come with bill plz pay immediately it seems Booking don't have any control just fake relationship, I booked from MMT also but tat time not received this type of embarrassment.

The Hotel is value for money. The Staff was curious. Breakfast has a range of food items.

This property is truly stunning and well-appointed. It's close to the airport and offers a great view. The staff is very nice and the service is excellent. It's very clean and tidy, and it's a great luxury property in such a convenient area.

The reception staff must restrained to become sensitive. I wanted to hire the hotel car. The lady in the reception could have looked at ensuring the service is provided and will be arranged promptly to give me the customer a peace of mind. Her instant reaction was emphasising on the price and the kilometres it would cover. I felt it wasn’t necessary to straightaway respond by saying it will cost you xyz, rather ensure the service is offered. It felt too commercial and gave an impression of being too money centric, felt like as if she had doubt on the affordability ( maybe not her intention but it came across as such)

The property is well-maintained and has a luxurious feel. From the moment you enter, the staff is courteous, attentive, and ensures you’re treated with personal care, making you feel like a valued guest. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The food deserves a special mention—flavourful, well-prepared, and thoroughly satisfying.

The hotel has a wedding venue on the 4 th floor. Avoid at all cost if you want a quiet stay. During my stay the drums played all day until 10-11 pm and then the rowdy wedding party was making noise until 1:30 am! Repeated phone calls to the reception had no effect on the wedding party goers!

overall breakfast was amazing and fresh but momo didn’t met the expectation. Location was great as it was close to mall, so it was easy to visit.

Restaurant at top floor could be better if there was closed space if we wanted AC. Also lemon tree property should add swimming facility.

The first impression is last impression, that's truly implied by each Staff member of the Hotel. The ambience, cleanliness, the courteous behaviour of Staffs (unfortunately I don't know all the names to praise here, as I can recall Ms. Maitreyee, Ms. Khusbu, Ms. Sima, one lady with specs in dining area, the male persons over the reception counter), and most importantly the quality of food they serve, wow, it's so delicious. The rooms are spacious, the fragrance you can breathe in through the lobby area... Everything was just remarkable! Looking forward to stay over again in near future without any doubt!

Nothing exactly to mention, still at the waiting area, near the reception counter, during the evening time, mosquitos are quite an issue there, who fly out for their dinner actually.

Location was good in the city

The entire 4th floor is a smoking floor and they don't ask you if you're OK being in a smoking room. It smelled awful like a combination of chemicals and smoke. We asked to switch rooms and they gave us a really hard time. The room they moved us to was in bad shape. The floor boards were bowing and separating, the towels weren't clean, and it still smelled like chemicals.

Despite paying 7000 plus breakfast wasn’t included. We had to pay 2000 per person for a breakfast with limited options.

The front desk clerk was like a robot stuck in ‘basic mode’ only doing exactly what he was programmed to, no extra help, no smile, no warmth. To be fair, I think even a robot would’ve at least tried to fake a little empathy.
