Veldig hyggelig personale, rene rom og veldig god frokost. Igjen tusen takk til personale spesielt Mert, Binyamin, Muzegyen og Israr.

Personal plăcut, mic dejun foarte bun, foarte aproape de principalele atractii: moschei, marele bazar, port. Pentru ca tocmai ce m am casatorit, fiind in luna de miere, domnul de la recepție a fost drăguț sa ne dea o camera cu o mică vedere spre mare. Am inteles ulterior ca era si cea mai mare camera deci ii multumim

Camera necesita îmbunătățiri, este mobila veche si deteriorata, in baie am întâmpinat probleme de murdărie. Am cumpărat domestos si in prima seara eu a trebuit sa curat baia pentru ca nu era deloc curata. Ar trebui sa pună mai mult accent. Cafeaua de la micul dejun era foarte proastă din păcate, ceaiul era la plic din păcate. Într o țară a cafelei si a ceaiului a fost trist sa nu putem bea un ceai sau o cafea cat de cat bune. Zona din jur nu e cea mai plăcută estetic

Tökéletes helyen van a szállás, kedves és készséges személyzettel. Nem volt olyan kérés amit ne teljesítettek volna. Minden nap takarítottak, a reggeli is bőséges és sokféle volt. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Minden rendben volt, talán lehetett volna több hely a holminknak még. A válfás megoldás szuper volt, de még valami polc elkelt volna a nem válfán tartandó cuccoknak.

Номер был чистый, уютный и комфортный, уборка на хорошем уровне. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — все очень приветливые, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря такому отношению чувствуешь себя действительно желанным гостем. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, хороший выбор, чтобы начать день перед прогулками по Стамбулу. Établissement à proximité de la ligne principale de tram et de tous les monuments historiques de la vieille ville.

Nous avons du changé 3 fois de chambre, faute de propreté (cheveux sur le lit, pommeau de douche encrassé, de l’eau partout suite à une fuite, manque de finition dans le ménage). Notre douche était bouchée sur la dernière chambre que nous avons eu, et le tuyau d’alimentation des WC a cassé. La TV ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce que c’est. 35 euros par personne pour avoir de l’oasis à la place du jus d’orange et des coquilles dans les œufs dur… ça laisse à désirer

Nu are parcare hotelu dar am gasit la o parcare privată la o stradă alăturată de hotel am platit 40 euro pentru două zile

L’hôtel est très propre, l’emplacement est tout simplement parfait : proche de tout, ce qui m’a permis de visiter facilement les principaux endroits sans avoir besoin de prendre les transports. Le personnel, aussi bien de jour que de nuit, est vraiment adorable, très serviable, souriant et toujours très poli. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié, avec un bon choix pour commencer la journée. Honnêtement, si je retourne à Istanbul, je ne chercherai même pas un autre hôtel : je reviendrai directement chez eux ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour la propreté, l’emplacement, le personnel et la qualité du séjour. ❤️ Merci Primero 🤍

Das beste am Hotel ist der Mitarbeiter am Empfang. So jemand könnte auch locker in einem 5* arbeiten.

Das Zimmer ist schon ziemlich abgelebt und im Bad gehört der Schimmel entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sein Geld leider nicht wert und wird zu früh nicht mehr nachgefüllt.

Hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

La struttura è a 5 minuti dalla Moschea blu e tutta la zona storica della città. Le camere piccole ma comunque due trolley in terra ci stavano. Colazione ok, sia dolce che salata.

L'acqua calda della doccia era ciclica (calda, fredda, calda, ecc.). Durante i contatti via booking mi avevano scritto della possibilità di gite organizzate, con costo e scelta della lingua. Messaggi mandati direttamente dalla casella postale dell'albergo, non mail di booking. In loco hanno detto che non erano possibili e che erano stati messaggi mandati da booking ma non è vero perché non erano bot; ci eravamo scritti e risposti più volte.

Colazione veramente ottima, personale gentilissimo, in particolare Furcan (spero si scriva così...), veramente gentile ed efficiente. Camera microscopica, difficile muoversi o aprire la finestra, ma arredata con gusto. Letto comodo. tutto sommato lo consiglio

El hotel muy bien, sobretodo limpio y el personal muy amable sobre todo Furkan... el desayuno tb muy bien y variado.

Había que subir un poco de cuesta para llegar, pero tampoco gran cosa. Esta muy cerca a del gran bazar, eso sí!

在老欧洲区，离地铁站非常近.房间虽然不大，但卫生还可以，对得起这个价格，早餐非常丰盛，有超级漂亮的楼顶露台，可以看见博斯普鲁斯海峡和索菲亚大教堂，可惜我们看错了凌晨的航班，多定了一晚，性价比很不错的小酒店

The Premiero Hotel is located within walking distance of Sultanahmet’s main tourist attractions — about a 10-minute walk away. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist with everything from hotel information to sightseeing recommendations. Special thanks to Mr. Furkan, whose professionalism and helpfulness were outstanding. The other staff members and local team were also very professional and welcoming. Overall, everything was 10 out of 10 — absolutely fantastic! I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to The Premiero Hotel again. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff really know how to make you feel appreciated, and their service was exceptional. Day and night, you’ll find the staff smiling, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. The room was kept very clean throughout my stay. A special mention to the lovely cleaning lady—she was an absolute angel and always made sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and kindness truly made my stay even more comfortable. And the breakfast? 10/10! 😍 Everything was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location is also excellent. I was within walking distance of many shops, attractions, and places to explore. I loved being able to walk around freely and experience the area. The locals were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my time in Istanbul even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Primero Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great location, wonderful staff, excellent service, clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per chi, come noi, aveva a disposizione pochi giorni per visitare la città. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale che, seppur piccola, ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze, soprattutto in termini di pulizia. Ciò che però ha reso il nostro soggiorno al Primero Hotel particolarmente gradevole è stata la disponibilità del personale: tutti, dagli addetti alla reception, ai camerieri durante la colazione, alle addette alle pulizie si sono prodigati per rispondere in maniera cordiale ed efficiente ad ogni nostra esigenza ed hanno contribuito a far sentire accolta anche nostra figlia piccola, rivolgendole sempre sorrisi ed attenzioni. La colazione, seppur a prevalenza salata, presentava anche opzioni dolci permettendo di soddisfare un pò tutti i palati. Ottimo il servizio transfert dall'aeroporto di cui abbiamo usufruito.

Le dimensioni della stanza sono ridotte: ciò forse risulta poco funzionale per chi necessita di avere bagagli di grandi dimensioni.

Nuestra habitación estuvo en la planta -1 y las ventanas tenían cortinas que dejaban pasar la luz, asique cada vez que pasaba un coche alumbraba la habitación. Las camas tampoco son las mejores.

El personal fue muy amable, nos hicieron una introducción de la ciudad cuando llegaba y nos ayudaron a planificar los días. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación es muy buena, está a 10 minutos caminando de la mezquita azul, Santa Sofia, y Topkapi.

El desayuno no estuvo muy bien. El café era malo y si bien había variedad de cosas locales, faltaba alguna opción más para los que no consumimos diariamente un desayuno típico turco.

Personal atento y muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar a pie al centro histórico en sólo 10 minutos. Los restaurantes de alrededor están abiertos hasta más tarde que los del centro y tienen buena relación calidad precio.

Sarkan is an exceptional manager who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have the best possible experience. He frequently checked in on us to make sure all of our needs were met. From pulling up a map and recommending nearby attractions, to offering us an umbrella before we headed out in the rain, and even surprising us with souvenirs at checkout, his hospitality was truly outstanding. The rest of the staff were equally amazing and provided some of the best service we have experienced during any of our stays. A special thank you to the gentleman who helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all of our questions throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to ask for his name, but he assisted us during check-in and again at breakfast, and his kindness did not go unnoticed. We would also like to recognize Furkan at the front desk, who welcomed us warmly, answered all of our questions, and regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. He was excellent! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in the Fatih area. Highly recommended!

The staff are amazing especially Furkan, who went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The location is excellent, close to Grand Bazaar and with lots of restaurants close by.

The reception guy is super excellent. Mr Sehan is super helpful and nice and helped by Mr Hassan. They are the super hero to the hotel.

There were times where the hot water was out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you for your great hospitality! Personalul foarte amabil, iar totul a fost conform asteptarilor. Hotelul este pozitionat foarte bine in apropierea tuturor obiectivelor turistice. Pretul excelent compenseaza din plin eventualele minusuri. Cu siguranta ma voi reintoarce.

Lipsa locului de parcare propriu desi baietii m-au ajutat sa rezolv problema. Atentie celor care calatoriti cu masina: locul de parcare este o MARE problema in zona istorica a Istanbulului.

The attitude and behavior of the staff was excellent. Mr. Sarhan and Mr. Daud at the reception were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our stay was more relaxing thanks to them. The hotel is comparatively small, so the staff are able to be more attentive to the guests. The breakfast was very good as well. The room and hotel were overall clean. I really appreciated the little details like the small notepad and pencil in the room. The location was conveniently close to the tram and bus line.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the location was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay. The receptionist, Serhan, was very kind, respectful, and professional. I was happy to meet him. He made my stay even more enjoyable.

El personal es perfecto, amables, cuidadosos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Si vuelvo a Istambul intentaré quedarme otra vez, el buffet de desayuno es perfecto y las habitaciones perfectas.

The place offers an awesome price-quality ratio. The staff is very kind and attentive, the place is very centric, with buffet-style breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms with AC.

More breakfast options would be nice, but everything I had was very tasty.

Forse (per i miei gusti) la colazione. Tanto cibo salato e i dolci presenti erano troppo dolci. Del resto capisco, non siamo in Italia.

Huone oli puhdas, myös kylpyhuone. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittävä. Hyvä sijainti.

Varasin huoneen parvekkeen kanssa, mutta en saanut. Huone on todella pieni, ikkuna myös pieni, ei minkäläistä näkymää. Niin kun olisin sellissä. Ja mitä pahinta...minulta katosi 200 euroa. En käynyt kysymässä mitään, koska en voisi todistaa mitään. Ne vain katosi säilytyslokerosta. Ja turvanumeron laittoi hotellin työntekijä, kun toi minun laukut huoneeseen. Enkä osannut sen vaihtaa. Oma vika se on, kun olin huolimaton.

We woke up at 3am on our last night to catch our flight. Only then did we notice bed bugs, after staying for a few nights. It was so disappointing because we really enjoyed our stay and the place seemed quite clean. Luckily we didn't bring any home - we dumped our bags and cleaned them thoroughly outside at the next destination. It's truly unfortunate for an otherwise great stay.
