Non c’erano servizi necessari per un buon soggiorno, ( es, bagnoschiuma o qualche snack)

L'hôtel est jolie, l'extérieur est entretenue, les deux piscine sont tres propre, le bar/restaurant est tres bon aussi, tant pour la nourriture que les cocktails. Les chambres sont dans les standards Crétois mais des petits plus tel qu'une télévision connectée par exemple, on été mis en place, ce qui permet de voir des programmes dans la langue que vous voulez.

Présences d'insecte mais cela n'est pas étonnant, le lieu étant tout de même entouré de végétation assez sauvage, c'est vraiment question de trouver quelque chose de négatif. La cuisine ne venait pas avec éponge et liquide vaisselle.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pools and location of the accomodation. 15 minutes walk to beach and Malia strip. Very clean. Well maintained. Price is good.

A lot of young people coming in and going out 24/7. Rooms are noisy/ thin walls and ceilings and doors slam easily. People going out at 11 PM and returning with a lot of noice at 4:30 AM. After that, making noice in their rooms kept us awake for sevaral nights. Groups of youngsters book this acco and are noisy. But I think this is due to the fact the acco is situated close to party area. I should have known better. The night guards did their best though. Garden studio ground floor has a glass door. When curtains open everyone in the pool garden could look straight inside the room. No privacy when you want sunlight in the room. Room/bathroom outdated and hard to cook a decent meal with the equipement provided.

Good food and drink options, exceptionally friendly staff, really fun deep pool

Une belle piscine, des transats très confortables, clientèle très jeune, musique adaptée, restaurant dans l'hôtel sympa, beaucoup de choix, personnel très très sympa.

Overall, shared area facilities and hotel conditions were very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful (10 points). Nice swimming pools, good bar area. Located in a quiet are of Malia but still in walkable distance to the city centre (10-15 min). Decent food and drinks.

Shower was tiny and what we all hated was that there was no shower cabin just a shower curtain. I don't know anyone who likes being wrapped in a curtain while showering (and it was happening continuously), so we ended up completely opening the curtain and we let the water splash on the tails and go to the drain in the middle of the bathroom. Also, kitchen is seriously lacking. It has like one piece of a cutlery and one deep and one flat plate per person. Glasses are tiny, so it's hard to drink a beer or a cocktail out of it (I assume it is intentional to use their bar service). Small kettle and table top stove, making even a scrambled eggs was a challenge. No washing-up liquid/sponges or towels and no area to dry the washed up plates glasses. Definitely a NO for anyone who thinks of cooking any sort of meals (porridge/scrambled eggs/sandwich is a max you can do), again I assume it is intentional to use their restaurant. One last thing (and I don't say it as a complaint but rather as a warning because it could have made a difference to us - family holiday - and we were not aware of that, maybe should have read more reviews) is the crowd. Around 80% of the people at the hotel are 18-25 year olds that come to Malia to party hard for a few days (we stayed here mid June), you can find 3 or 4 elderly couples and 2 or 3 families with children but vast majority is youngsters trying to have fun. I don't mean by that that there is a loud music or shouting at 03:00 a.m., management has it well under control, and any noises are quickly hashed out. What I am trying to say is that if you are a family, although the hotel has all the facilities that family might need (apart from the kitchen) company of youngsters might not be what you are after.

A szálloda maga szép, rendezett és tiszta volt, a medence és a környezet is kellemes, így az első benyomás kifejezetten pozitív volt. Kár, hogy ezt a recepción szerzett tapasztalatok jelentősen lerontották.

Légkondicionált szobát foglaltunk, amit a visszaigazoló e-mail is egyértelműen tartalmazott. Ennek ellenére a recepción közölték, hogy a légkondi külön fizetős szolgáltatás, 50 € felár ellenében. Hiába mutattuk meg a foglalás visszaigazolását, ez senkit sem érdekelt. Összesen három szobát foglaltunk, majd később még egy plusz éjszakát is. Előre egyeztettük, hogy a hosszabbítás miatt két szobából át kell majd költözni, ezt tudomásul vettük.Azt viszont már nehezebb volt megérteni, hogy a gyakorlatban ez úgy nézett ki, hogy az egyik társaság maradt a helyén, a másik beköltözött a mi korábbi szobánkba, mi pedig kaptunk egy teljesen másik szobát. Olyan érzésünk volt, mintha valaki egy kalapból húzta volna ki, ki melyik szobába kerüljön, csak hogy mindenki biztosan pakolhasson még egyet a nyaralása közepén. Külön érdekesség, hogy az a szoba, amelyből nem kellett kiköltözni és aki a mi volt szobánkba költözött végül megkapták a légkondit minden külön díj nélkül. Nálunk viszont továbbra is fizetős szolgáltatásnak számított. Erre azt a magyarázatot kaptuk, hogy a mi szobánk „irodán keresztül” lett foglalva. Ez azért volt meglepő, mert az összes szobát ugyanazon a Booking-fiókon keresztül foglaltuk. A költözés közben az erkélyen maradt a vízicipőm. Még aznap este jeleztem a recepción, de természetesen nem került elő. Lehet, hogy véletlen, de a recepción tapasztalt hozzáállás után ezen már nem is lepődtünk meg. Természetesen csak a saját tapasztalatunkról tudunk beszámolni, de sajnos végig azt éreztük, hogy velünk nem igazán foglalkoztak. Emiatt az volt a benyomásunk, hogy nem minden vendéget kezelnek ugyanúgy, és velünk szemben egyértelműen kevésbé voltak segítőkészek. Külön érdekesség, hogy az 50 €-ért kínált légkondicionálásról semmilyen nyugtát vagy bizonylatot nem kaptunk. Összességében a szálloda épülete és környezete rendben van, de a recepción tapasztalt hozzáállás és a következetlen szabályok miatt sajnos nem tudjuk jó szívvel ajánlani.

La situation géographique, ainsi que ka proximité des plages.

Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Pěkné, čisté, udržované. Uvnitř krásná zelená zahrada. Do města i na pláž příjemná vzdálenost na procházku.

Unkompliziert und gute Abwicklung. Sehr nettes Personal,Handtücher etc wurden alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Ruhig ( ok, es war Oktober) und schöne Aussichten zum Pool oder zu den Bergen. In der Küche war alles da,was man braucht.

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen,am Pool durfte man nicht Getränke oder etwas kleines zu essen mitbringen, aber ok.

Ez egy nagyon jó szállás már másodszor voltunk itt gyönyörű a környezet kedves a személyzet és pénztárca barát.

Dans la belle salle de bain il manque des crochets pour les serviettes. Dans la kitchenette il manque de quoi laisser sécher la vaisselle. Tout est fait pour que les clients restent dans l'hôtel: piscines, bar/restaurant. Ce n'est pas comme cela que je conçois mes vacances. Cet hôtel malheureusement n'est pas fait pour moi.

In the hotel I found everything I needed for a nice and relaxed stay. My room was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette was equiped with the most necessary cooking utensils. I had a balcony with a nice view. I traveled alone and felt safe in the hotel. Both swimming pools were clean and cool, and what is great is that the area was overgrown with green grass and not concreted. The bar was also nice. A place worth recommending. I would come back with pleasure.

Maybe the music at the second pool was a bit too loud.

Ottima struttura, belle le piscine, camere assolutamente pulite con aria condizionata. Parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. Consiglio.

Resort tres bien entretenu et tres propre. Personnel tres aimable et a l écoute Les piscines sont tres agréables. Chambre relativement bien insonorisée. Literie confortable. Nous étions en plein mois d août, malgré une présence importante de groupe de jeunes, l ambiance était detendue et conviviale avec une atmosphère familiale. Un soir, des jeunes faisant un peu trop de bruit sur leur balcon vers 23h, le personnel est intervenu pour leur demander d arrêter. Nous avons apprécié. Il y avait toujours des transat de disponibles, Sejour très apprécié

La seule déception a ete la chambre, en contraste avec le reste de l établissement. Dépourvue de table et de chaises... Heureusement que nous avions un petit balcon avec une toute petite table ronde et 3 chaises. La cuisine est plutôt une mini kitchenette avec le strict nécessaire. Pas de micro ondes ni de four, un petit frigo. La salle de bain toute petite est dans son "jus". La douche était juste un petit bac avec un rideau de douche et une pression de l eau tres insuffisante...il y a même un soir où j'ai du prendre une douche en bas vers la réception avec les cheveux pleins de shampoing😂car l eau coulait en filet...(qui cela dit etait tres agréable et propre pour une douche collective) A part ça, propreté irréprochable et des femmes de ménage qui entretiennent tous les jours. Bravo a elles.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a truly lovely and well-located setting. The pools are gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant offers decent food, about average for this category. A less positive aspect is the air conditioning: it’s charged separately and, when you leave the room, the electricity is automatically cut off. This means you can’t cool the room before returning, which can be inconvenient on hot days. Overall, a nice place for a holiday, but with some limitations in the way certain services are managed.

L’hôtel est propre et dispose de deux piscines très agréables. c’est très bien pour des séjours prolongées. il manque toutefois quelques équipements comme éponge et matériel de nettoyage dans les chambres pour ceux qui restent plus longtemps.

Very nice place for the money you pay. 10 min walk to the main road with shops/supermarket. And 10-15 min walk to the beach. Good walk around in early morning on empty roads.

We really enjoyed our stay. The entire place was spotlessly clean, the pool area was beautifully maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our visit.

The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small.

The place is great, exceptionally clean, well kept also the gardens, swimming pools are well maintained and it’s in a brilliant location just off the main strip and a five to ten minute walk to the beach. The food is amazing too.

Unterkunft hatte für meine Ausflüge eine gute Ausgangslage.

I love it, it far from the centre to avoid noise but close enough to be walkable at any time. Two big pools. The food was good and average price with any other place.

The shower is just a curtain so a mess every night. The cooking facilities could be better, free soap for either the cooking area and the shower would be appreciated is horrible to buy a full bottle and need to grow it away almost full.

Die Anlage und das Hotel sind sehr schön, die Pools sauber und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für einen Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage aber in Ordnung.

The facility is cery clean, rthe staff takes care of everything, change of towels and bed linen very often. through cleaning. fine food.

crockery and glasses and potw in the rooms- each a diffeent set it fit/ to change. no sponge and dishwasher liquid.

perfect location for nightlife and close to old town for fab restaurants and beautiful beaches. Staff are the best, equipment to cook in room but also fab restaurant...Chef taught me how to cook stifado...yum x

I like swimming pool and terrace of my room. They have safety box which is included in the price. Thats great! Air conditioning is including in the price too. That is very careful.

The staff wasnt friendly with me...i dont know why, especially women who works on reception. She doesnt have smile and its not polite. Location is not good, for me its far away from the beach (in description write 450m but I think that is air distance), by leg its double distance, I think.

the location is a 15 minute walk from the main strip which isn’t too bad but you will get sweaty if walking at the hottest points of the day

Lovely hotel very friendly staff. Loved the pools and bar restaurant food is excellent and reasonably priced.

Rooms are basic and shower room tiny but not a problem

Location good with 10 min walk to beach, 2 nice pools. Food in restaurant OK. Nice staff! A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Room was OK, cleaning terrible at first but corrected after complaining. Shower not very nice. AC was good but costs 8 euro extra per night which is strange. Still this is great value for money!

My room (2 adults and an 11-year-old child) was placed in a part of the hotel where there were only young people aged 18-25. Every night there was a lot of noise, one night I had to call security. Customers should be separated in the hotel according to each one's needs.

Very small rooms only 1 a/c in a 2 room apartment. Tge rooms are not comfortable at all especially shower. Only location is really good but as a hotel stay away.

Parking lot could have been a bit better

Not too far from the strip but still quite a walk, too busy during the summer to drive down the strip.

Its a great place to relax, perfect distance from the center so you can do your thing in town and not be too far to head back at any time to enjoy some of the great and varied food from the chef! Very clean, definately an absolute steal for what you get!! Shout out to the gents at the bar for being patient with my excruciating wine hangover! The lady in reception who also works bar is also a gem. Everyone was. I even extended my stay... Ive still got a couple nights too. Nice work everyone.

We had room 122, that was recently renovated and offered a lovely spacious room with good airco and a very beautiful bathroom that was absolutely fantastic! Great shower! Kitchen well provided for greek standard! Really lovely place!

Rooms are a bit noisy but really this was such a little minus point compared to all the lovely plus points! Maybe a little other thing is that the bar / restaurant is slightly overpriced compared to the restaurants and bars nearby
