We had a room with beautiful views of Bagio. It is such a beautiful city. Hotel is on a hill and we were on the 4th floor with a view. We have memories for a lifetime as it is a unique place in a great location if you have a car.

No tissue and only bar soap with the plumbing leaving you with something to desire. Also had a weird sliding door for the toilet area but what are you going to do. Also we booked for a lower price and was told a different price upon arival and I had to deny the room and they had to make a phone call to confirm our original price but we got it for cheaper than the walk in rate.

The staff was so kind and attentive to our question.

The water in the shower room is not that strong.

no rugs inside the toilet, leaking water in sink and in the toilet. The toilet is always wet after taking a bath. the Bed is creaking whenever you sit and get up. the noise is soo loud, specially the room in front of us, when they use the TV you can hear everything from our room. the building is so old and so are the applicances, utensils.

We are at room 5A, 5th floor. Make sure your cardio is at good level. The water heater is defective, after the staff fix it at night went off again in the morning.

The location is great! Just 5-10mins away from burnham and easy to locate. The staff is also very accommodating and kind.

It wasn't the cleanest. No toiletries in the room. The room smelled stale and the toilet/shower area smelled like sewer coming from the drain.

The property has a good location, it’s clean, and we have a good view.

Staff is okay, but that time I was parking, he’s at the entrance but didn’t even bother to guide considering the space is steep and he just continued smoking. Next is when I was trying to contact the reception downstairs, there’s no one around to help. The door has one lock only so it’s a bit risky to leave valuable things inside your room. The CR doesn’t have a lock on couple room.

We got a surprise karaoke in our room. We're a group of 4 people but the room has a capacity of 8 people. The property is facing sunrise. You can climb across the highway going to the Teacher's camp

It's a little steep for parking. The room I got was beside the staircase so I could hear all the chatter from the reception and every noise the guests would make while climbing the stairs.

Towels are old and thin. There are cockroaches in the rooms.

Well it was a quiet area, no need for aircon because of the natural cold weather, the ambiance of the area with the paintings as design is peaceful

The bed was creaking , the tv remote was having problems , there was no water dispenser at the 5th floor.

This has a free parking. A little bit steep but its okay. The location is near the center of Baguio City. With free wifi, netflix, drinking water, free to cook and a comfort room.

Some of the utensils, kitchen wares and kitchen appliances needs to be replaced already. Some of it are already rusty. No remote for the videoke tv.

What I like about this place is thier furniture and fixture, minimalist room ambiance, very spacious bedroom, comfort room and living room as well as complete kitchen utensils and functional equipment. I love thier mini refrigerator with freezer I didn't expect that on the room. Most of all friendly and approachable staff.

Parking is too steep but bearable and you can assure that your car is safe.

Staff are accomodating and very responsive. Accessible location and near major tourist spots. Was able to checkin early without additonal charge. Free parking too. 😊

Their staff and flexibility. We asked for an early check in and a late check out but they didn’t charge us for it, unlike other accommodations who would charge for it normally.

No cable, heater doesn’t work properly, no restroom door lock. But all minimal.

My family had a car so our priority was parking space. Convenience of location was not a priority, but we were informed that there was a jeep nearby that can take us to Burnham Park, among other places.

We had the studio room, which was located in the fifth floor. My family is used to walking stairs but that was our only complaint.

We forgot stuffed toy which is important for the baby and we recovered it fast because of staff cooperation.

The location has an easy access for the transportation. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

Low water services in the fauset, may be because we are located at the 5th floor. The bed frame created a disturbing sound every time we moved.

I did not like the hotel, so disappointing, the stairs all the way to 5h floor, the room so tiny and dirty, as I am Canadian, that was the worst hotel I stayed in Baguio city
