Cupid Hotel

Cupid hotel at Ben thanh market was very nice and a good bang for your buck. However, it is a love hotel and is not intended for long term stays. Me and my partner did stay for a while because it’s great value in a good area and the staff are very polite. The rooms do look a bit more worn down at this point and they are quite small in general. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, haben eine Luftfilter bekommen und konnten noch Hotel wechseln. Man sollte wissen, dass es sehr auf Sexualität ausgerichtet ist, das kann für manche Menschen, oder wenn man das nicht so geplant hat komisch sein

Lokasyonu mükemmel. Çalışanlar çok iyi. Temiz. Oda içerisinde tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. Fiyatı oldukça uygun. Oda biraz küçük. Elbiseler için bir dolap bulunmaması, pencere ve küçük bir balkon olmaması küçük de olsa dezavantaj. Yine de tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

Service was outstanding: the bellman/security staff and front desk team were all extremely courteous and caring. The location is fantastic, nestled between the vibrant nightlife of Bui Vien Street and the iconic Ben Thanh Market. With everything within walking distance, it was easy to explore local food spots and enjoy the convenience of the area. Overall, an amazing value-for-money stay: quiet, convenient, and filled with thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again and rate it a solid 5 stars!

가격대비 괜찮음 호텔 앞 큰 식당 (Say & Nua)와 대학 위치 도어맨 굉장히 친절 프런트 데스크 직원들 친절. 영어는 잘 못함 호텔 깔끔하고 개미나 바퀴벌레 못봄 방 깔끔하고 깨끗함. 디자인 괜찮음. 단점은 창문도 없고 책상도 없고 티비도 없음. 그냥 하루 이틀 묶기에는 괜찮은데 장기 투숙 하기에는 별로. 늦은 비행기로 도착해서 잠만 자고 다음날 다른곳으로 이동할때 잠깐 머물기에 좋은곳. 욕실 깔끔한데 바닥이 엄청 미끄러워서 조심해야함 에어컨 소리 아주 작고 에어콘 방향이 얼굴쪽이 아니라 에어컨 틀고 잘수 있어서 좋음. 냉장고 소음은 단점 침대, 침대 시트, 수건 깨끗함. 베개도 깨끗하고 쿠션 적당 비밀금고 없음 재방문 의사 있음

Great place for a staycation in SG, cleanse your soul and have fun with someone special. Highly recommend it, I don't know if they let you bring a pet. The bubble bottle doesn't do enough so bring your bath bomb, next to 2 club and bar to have fun =) Good street vendor in the morning

Clean room, cheaper but luxurious and friendly staff

The rooms are very nice and comfortable good romantic getaway spot.

I stayed here before and it was great. However, this time our room was on the first floor and there was pounding club music until almost 2am. Then at 7am they weee doing construction right above us and it was crazy noisy. If I had known this I would have stayed somewhere else. I’m surprised the staff didn’t mention it or close that room during construction.

Location was OK, the staff was nice.

No window in the room. Although the staff was very helpful and tried to sort a bus journey for us the next day. We had to be ready at 6am at the reception - after New Year's Eve. The pick up never arrived. I appreciate that was not the hotel's staff fault tho. I would not stay again.

Everything was as I expected, the room, it's price, the location, staff we were friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommended Cupid hotel for couples and solo travelers.

Nothing was disappointing, if the room had a safebox it would be even better.

The round bed, bathtub and sauna in the room were awesome. Also great location for walking to main sites in District 1. Staff were helpful and looked after our luggage while we went out for the day.

Some parts of the room weren't clean and you could see some evidence of the previous occupants "activities". Also the soundbar turned on full volume randomly at 3am.

It's just good for a certain purpose, you know what I mean 😂 Projector was great, had access to Netflix and other media.

There was a weird smell everywhere that I didn't like. Like an intense scent of soap. There was no table, in the room. Once I filled the jacuzzi it took some time to have water available. Like there's a reservoir for it that needs time to refill. In the toilet I always smelled cigarettes, terrible... I didn't really find any use for the sauna 😅 Sound isolation of the room wasn't good at all.

It has a sauna, hot tub, cinema and circular bed, its everything I love in one room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No windows in our room, but we needed to sleep after a night of little sleep so it helped with that.

It was interesting concept as all rooms apparently was setup as a love nest with all types of products and features to enhance a couples sexual desires. The concept it self was good.

Staff not service minded. Starting from busboy not help with luggage, not open door. Reception not greet, focus on selling me an early checkin for 80% extra the room charge even I only needed room for 7 hours. Cleaners blocking elevator on 3/3 occassions, Management total amateur as they sit and listen but not assist their staff. Room was not properly cleaned and this is quite important expecially in this case. Jacuzzi on 3/12 nozzles working TV not working properly

They use some scent that made me feel bad thorough the night, hopefully they can spray little less of it. no windows so only good for short stay

We booked the luxury room, the spa and sauna in the room was cool. Also the projector in the room was great for watching movies. It was very clean

This is a love hotel! We didn’t know this when we booked. The rooms are very small and there are no windows so felt very claustrophobic inside. It was also very noisy as it was opposite a bar/night club

Location is great in very central location. Staff speak limited English but not really a problem. Big projector 'cinema' in room was great. Bed was comfortable. Random 'love couch' in room if that's what you're into!
