Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Vị trí rất tiện sát đường Bùi Thị Xuân, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn phù hợp cho mọi lứa tuổi. Cách Hồ Xuân Hương khoảng 500m, Chợ Đà Lạt khoảng 800m. Nhân viên thân thiện, có nhiều chỗ đậu ô tô và spa ngay tầng hầm. Rất phù hợp cho gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn khi lưu trú ở Đà Lạt.

Helped us to arrange a car to tour to Crazy House, Datanla Waterfall, Clay Tunnel and the town area. The hotel was close to everything- shops, lake and the night market. Clean and quiet hotel. Highly recommended!

Les salles de bain au dernier étage étaient trop petites et ne permettaient pas de se tenir debout. Cela sentait le moisi. Il n’y avait pas de fenêtre. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025I had a very good stay and returned for 1 night before departing Dallat. The hotel is in a very quiet area of town and 1 min walk to Highland cafe. The room had all i needed and the WiFi worked great. Helen was very helpful with information and booking a shuttle and spoke good English.
Some construction was going on next door(during the day)r, but I took a room on the other side of the hotel so didn't even feel it .

There was a porch out front, it was in the city center, there was free hotel cleaning every day and they would replace the towels, we had a terrace, the room was spacious for 2 persons with a baby, the staff were nice and helpful, they accommodated us for our early morning checkin, they helped hire a driver to pick us up at the airport. I’d love to stay here again if ever we go back to Dalat.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025We stayed at The Wind Hotel for two nights in three rooms. It’s located down a side street in Da Lat with shops and local eateries nearby. The hotel has a Swiss chalet-style charm, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our deluxe room was clean but smelled of damp. The kids’ rooms on the third floor were much smaller with low ceilings – the bathrooms were too cramped to stand in, so they used ours instead. Hot water was unreliable in the evening.
No air conditioning, but the cool Da Lat air makes it unnecessary. The real issue was the constant noise. The hotel is next to a building site that starts work at 6:30am and continues late into the evening. Despite signs asking guests to be quiet after 10pm, this was ignored – and with no staff on duty at night, there was no one to manage the noise. Pros: Friendly staff, clean, good location, low price. Cons: Damp smell, cramped rooms, unreliable hot water, extreme noise levels.

Sảnh lễ tân tắt đèn sớm nên mình có muốn ra vào khuya cũng ngại! Khăn tắm k sạch! Và mình bị phụ thu cho 1 chiếc khăn dính màu mà mình k hiểu màu đó từ đâu ra và bằng cách nào dunhs trên cái khăn lun! Check out bạn lễ tân đưa hình báo là hôm trc dọn phòng thấy bị dơ! Mình có hỏi tại sao k báo liền ngay hôm đó mà để khi mình check out thì mới báo? Bạn trloi là quên😡và thế là mình phải đền 50k cho cái khăn😡

Sloping roof in the bathroom is not ideal for tall people though not a problem for us!

Есть все принадлежности для душа, в том числе зуб щетки и ватные палочки. Полотенца хорошего качества. Горячая вода была всегда. Убирались хорошо. Локация удобная. Есть парковка.

Its budget. So although it’s lovely here, it depends on your standards whether you’d agree. There are small issues. But on the whole for the price. This place is unbeatable!

Reviewed Apr 7, 2025Vị trí khách sạn khá gần trung tâm, mất khoảng hơn 10 phút để đi bộ đến chợ và hồ, khu vực yên tĩnh, có chỗ đậu xe (bãi đất trống), phòng ở sạch sẽ và tiện nghi khá ổn. Điểm trừ là phòng không có internet TV, chỉ vài kênh VTV và đài địa phương nên TV có cũng như không.
