Бассейн - тема! Очень понравилось расположение, близко к местам снорклинга. Сделали скидку потому что были некоторые неудобства .

Мне был неуютно потому что цвет комнаты не соответствовал тому что на фото картинке . Ждали белые комнаты , к приехали в деревянный дом.

Det är en resort med absolut potential. Poolen är nog en av de bästa på Gili Air. Helt fantastisk. Petsonalen är trevlig. I alla fall när man får kontakt med dem. Jättebra läge aldeles vid strsnden o samtidigt lite avsides utan att folk kan titta på en i poolen o bu galowen. Jätteskönt. Men hela resorten bejöver kärlek. Mycket kärlek. Som sagt potentialen är fantastisk och der är lygn och stilla

Hela resorten behöver otroligt mycket kärlek. Trädgård, poolareal, rum mm mm. Känns som de inte bryr sig. Troligen lågavlönad personal utan närvarande ägare Inget lakan mellan kropp och täcke. Hoppas täcket tvättas mellan varje boende...Hade varit så enkelt att ordna med ett enkelt lakan annars. Jag har bett om ett kylskåp flera gånger, typ 4, ända sedan jag kom hit (stannade 8 dagar). Får till svar att det inte finns. Men i stort sett alla andra rum har. Alla jag pratat med har kylskåp. O för mig var det en viktig detalj. Det är svårt att få kontakt med personalen. Ofta tomt i "restaurangområdet". Står o ropar o ropar utan att någon visar sig på över 30 minuter. De säger att det är fullbokat även när det inte är det. Inget varmvatten. Men det är väl ganska vanligt i denna låga prisklassen.

Läget är toppen. Snorkling med sköldpaddor alldeles utanför. Supernära stranden, restauranger och affärer. Jätte trevlig och bra personal. Pool och superbra frukost. Stora rum med bra AC. Det finns krokar på väggar och ställning att hänga upp kläder o handdukar på. Bra och mysigt belysning i rummet. Kylskåp. Stora "bänkar" som man kan sitta på eller packa upp saker, både inne och ute. Mysigt altan/uteplats med några meter till poolen. Absolut prisvärt!

Love the pool here, the peace, the privacy and the staff were wonderful… again. And the black cats!!

Beds are a little hard but that’s common. The location is a bit far from most places but I actually like that.

-located at the beach where the best snorkeling spot of the island is -walking distance to shops and restaurants -the room was super spacious and spotless clean -the hotel has a pool -the staff was very friendly and welcoming -strong aircon -the water pressure in the shower could be better but is the same as everywhere on the island

Main pool seemed to have an issue as water was not so clear. Needed to sweep sand off front porch as was not done in our 4 day stay.

La amabilidad de los trabajadores, el desayuno y cercanía que tenía al mar, con un arrecife de coral increíble y lleno de peces tropicales.

Antes de añadir mi opinión me gustaría resaltar que el personal es muy amable y que hacen lo que buenamente pueden. El trato ha sido muy bueno por su parte, además del desayuno, que tenía lo básico y estaba bastante bien. También resaltar la ubicación, es estupenda en cuanto a que justo delante está el punto de tortugas. Por el resto, el hotel no vale la pena, la limpieza muy justa, había incluso la tapa de una cerveza en el suelo de los anteriores huéspedes, cucarachas pequeñas, los grifos oxidados y rotos, la ducha rota y salían los chorros a todos lados menos donde tocaba, no había agua caliente y la cama súper incómoda y con sábanas en mal estado (agujereadas). La piscina con el agua turbia y verde; mi marido se bañó y salió con el bañador clarito de color verde.El último día me di cuenta de que en la pared cerca del WC había heces esparcidas con la mano de huéspedes anteriores que ni siquiera se habían limpiado. En general las instalaciones están muy dejadas y se les da poco mantenimiento porque de lo contrario, sería un lugar muy agradable. No recomiendo este alojamiento, mejor pagar más y estar más cómodo y en condiciones.

The location is nice, near the turtle beach. It was not far from the movida of the island but enough to enjoy the peace of Gili islands.

Personnel très aimable. Logement dans son jus, en court de rafraîchissement. Face à la mer, emplacement idéal. Petit déjeuner très bon. Belle piscine

Solo cruzar el camino de arena ya estamamos en la playa. Delante teniamos el punto de tortugas para hacer snorkel.

Los chicos muy atentos y muy amables, el desayuno muy bueno, la piscina espectacular, tal como se ve en las fotos, muy limpia y tranquila. Zona muy tranquila, pero cerca de restaurantes a muy buen precio, y la playa para hacer esnórquel estupenda, se ven muchas tortugas. Las cabañas, muy bien, probamos la superior y de luxe, ambas estupendas, zona muy segura, muy tranquila, el baño amplio, la cama limpia y cómoda, nos hubiera gustado estar más de 3 noches pues todo perfecto

Todo muy bien, no puedo poner nada negativo.

Nice pool area with the bungalows all looking on to it

The front area didn't look very inviting and a little scruffy and the bedding only had a bottom sheet and a bedspread like an unzipped sleeping bag, felt very uncomfortable thinking that multiple people would have slept under it before us 😞

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super, die Zimmer sind groß, es hat etwas, dass die Bäder offen sind.

Im Pool waren leider Algen, die die Badewäsche einfärbten. Die Hygiene ist nicht besonders toll gewesen, wir sind dann auswärts frühstücken gegangen. In einem Zimmer fehlte der Wasserhahn beim Waschbecken, es gibt nur kaltes Wasser und die Unterkunft ist mit viel Gepäck nur mit Pferdekutsche erreichbar. Im Hinterhof wurde unser (Plastik-) Müll verbrannt. Es war generell eher schmuddelig.

Les salles de bain nécessite vraiment une renovation et la propreté des chambres laisse à désirer beaucoup de poussière et de toiles d’araignée qui pourrait est nettoyé entre chaque visiteur

Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt is smakelijk. Locatie ligt meteen aan het strand. Zwembad is fijn.

Het was niet mogelijk om warm te douche, hut was niet schoon. Veel spinnenwebben en de douche en kraan zaten vol kalk. Hutjes zijn sterk verouderd.

De locatie is op een mooi stuk op het eiland

Bij aankomst geen goed welkom. Kregen alleen de wifi code. Verder werd er niets verteld. Wilde fietsen huren, maar dat kon niet . Alles was verhuurd. ( tijdens ons 3 daags verblijf, zijn de aanwezige fietsen niet van hun plek geweest). We hebben ze ergens anders gehuurd , wat prima was. De bungalow was zeer primitief. Dekbed zonder laken. Je lag onder een blauw dekentje dat stonk. Badkamer was zeer verouderd met brandplekken op de toiletbril, douche waarvan alleen de hand douche werkte. Vloer zeer ranzig en het afvalemmertje helemaal verkleurd en ranzig. Geen enkele keer schoonmaak gehad . Ontbijt hebben wij niet op de locatie genuttigd omdat we alles zo vies vonden.

Piscine pas super nette ( eau trouble) mais belle

Tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und kleiner Terrasse. Wir hatten Bungalow 7 und waren sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte vorher etwas Sorge wg der teils schlechten Bewertungen und war sehr positiv überrascht. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben. Tolles Frühstück mit Obstteller, Saft und Pacake oder Eierspeisen.

Idéal pour passer quelques jours sur l'île sans se ruiner.

Gemütliche Bungalows und sehr freundliches Personal. Direkt vor der Tür hat man ein super schönes Riff bei dem man stundenlang schnorcheln könnte und unzählige Fische und Schildkröten entdeckt. Dazu kommt ein grosser Pool und auch das gratis Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und sind gemütlich eingerichtet.

De ligging is perfect aan turtle point!

Het zwembad warm en troebel. De kamers op zich oké. Open badkamer klinkt leuk maar bij ons waaide het en lagen er daardoor allemaal afgewaaide bladeren in de badkamer.

The Staff were very friendly. The setting is beautiful and in a lovely peaceful location. It also had a lovely big pool. The breakfast was also really tasty and good value for money being included in the price of the accommodation.

The rooms are tired looking and the cleanliness questionable in some areas. Also, the showers were cold.

Super bungalow en bois très confortable. Piscine propre et agréable. Personnel agréable et de bons conseils. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Et des tortues immenses tous les matins juste en face de l hôtel à un mètre du bord. Juste incroyable !!!

L'ubicació es immillorable, davant la platja de les tortugues, a 60 metres del mar. El personal és molt amable.

El manteniment de les instalacions. No hi ha aigua calenta.

De locatie is perfect. Direct aan het strand.

Bij aankomst moesten we 1,5 uur wachten totdat we de sleutel kregen. Verder niet erg hygiënisch. Het bed was ok. Zwembad was vies en ontbijt en hebben we ook ergens anders gedaan. De bar waar het wordt bereid was echt niet schoon.

Very Nice staff! The best bed we have slept in for three weeks. There was a little “shower” in front of the room where you could clean your feet - very nice detail so you don’t drag sand into the room. Turtle point is just outside! You can rent cheap bikes as well

The bathroom has an opening in the ceiling so there was leaves all over the floor every day and mosquitoes and other insects can easily get in - just remember to use bugspray and to close the door to the room.

Super nice staff, great pool and location.

The hotel is pretty rundown, needs proper maintenance and cleaning. Water pressure was weak and on one afternoon there was no water at all.

L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner compris qui est copieux, et la piscine.

L'accueil moyen, pas d'eau chaude, ménage plus que approximatif, pas de drap entre le drap house et la couette, prises qui fonctionnent pas, salle de bain vraiment à désirer.

La cabane est super mimi, la piscine au top et chaude, emplacement genial petit dej inclus copieux, super rapport qualité-prix

De locatie was top! Voor de deur ligt turtle point als je daar de zee inloopt in de ochtend tref je zo een aantal zeeschildpadden.

Heel erg basic. Geen ruimte om je kleding ergens neer te leggen. Wij verbleven 4 nachten en in die tijd is de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Handdoekenwissel moest je zelf om vragen. Accomodatie ook wel wat verouderd.

Nuestro bungalow era de los nuevos y estaba todo limpio y cuidado. El baño es amplio y limpio. La piscina delante de los bungalows. La playa a la que da el hotel es muy limpia, y se pueden ver tortugas . El desayuno muy rico y completo

La ubicación es perfecta, esta muy cerca del puerto y al mismo tiempo tienes todas las playitas a mano. Restaurantes y otros servicios en cualquier lado. Pudimos alquilar bicicletas ahi mismo y el personal fue muy agradable.

Podría mejorar el desayuno quizás, algo mas contundente.

The breakfast was great each morning. The staff are lovely and so friendly. Welcoming drink nice. The best location to swim woth turtles right outside your door. Best little seat on the beach to relax for the afternoon. The only thing is the rooms aren't the cleanest. We had 3 kids too so lots of sand. We had to ask for a broom at one point. No room cleans during your stay. Apart drop that it was fine. Would stay there again. Beautiful big pool

Bedding not so clean. The duvet cover can't come off and I didn't see any hanging out drying after guests had checked out. Bathrooms not very clean either.

La localisation tout près de la plage, la piscine au centre des bungalows, et l’accueil.

La salle de bain un peu vétuste.

Logement bon rapport qualité prix, proche du bord de mer et de la zone des tortues.

Logement un peu éloigné des zones animées. Avec un vélo c'est plus simple. Sinon nos logements étaient vieillissants et auraient besoin de rénovation.

La salle de bain fait pitié tout a refaire

Pool was great. The room was good, bed comfortable, air con worked well. Fantastic location. Near lots of nice restaurants. The snorkelling with turtles was right in front of the accommodation and this was epic.

There was some building work going on and sometimes our water didn't work which couldn't be helped. A few cushions on the seats out front and beanbags/ nicer loungers would really make a difference. Also if the restaurant out front was jazzed up a bit. A few lights a bit of decor it would really make a difference. Consider tidying up the waterfront a little bit more.

Shower pressure is lacking but enough to rinse off. It is cold water only which I knew beforehand but not freezing cold. Some shade on our balcony during the afternoon would be good as it got to hot to sit outside on our side.

Il faudrait un peu de rénovation pour les bungalow standards, le sol autour la piscine et le restaurant.. Aménagement et décoration de la plages devant les paillotes du petit déjeuner. Manque le ménage dans les chambres et salle de bain. Un drap du dessus serait bien car il n'y. Asie le drap du matelas et une couverture.

The bungalows are Beautiful! Big bed and enough space for all the stuff around. The bathroom is very spaceous as well. Nice big swimming pool. The vibe is very chill. You only heat birds singing and the waves from the ocean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the generous breakfast, highlight! It‘s super close to turtle beach, other Restaurants and bars. The city center is around 20 minutes away.

W domku na dachu mieszkają jakieś zwierzątka, które hałasują w nocy (domek nr 13). W kranie czasem brakuje wody

L'emplacement était idéale pour nous avec location de vélo à proximité (pas de location dans l'établissement les vélos étaient cassés). L'équipe était vraiment au top, adorable, et bienveillante et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous avions une chambre pour 3, qui était vraiment spacieuse et propre. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine étant juste en face de la plage

Nous avons eu un soucis avec d'autres locataires qui ont tardé a faire leur check out, au lieu d'avoir la location pour 11:00 nous l'avons eu à 18:00, ce qui change quand même la donne. Nous avions pris cet établissement, le plus cher de notre trip, pour profiter de nos deux dernières nuits sur les îles. Malheureusement ce fut court. Nous souhaitions avoir un rabais du prix, mais le propriétaire (après négociations) n'a concédé qu'à une ristourne de 3,5 euros sur 70 euros !!! Quel bonté !

The staff were friendly and made a delicious breakfast everyday with lots of fresh fruit, juice coffee and tasty banana pancake! They even gave me their guitar to play with for abit. Amazing views looking over the sea and Lombok with turtles visible during breakfast. Wonderful location on the island. Would come back 100%!

No hot water but I guess that's what happens when you are on a remote island so I wasn't upset about it! Still an amazing time despite the lack of hot water/
