Atención del personal excelente, atento y calido.
No habia TV en la habitación. Habia futbol importantes partidos
we enjoyed our time there . great service . comfortable rooms . we loved the property style and architecture
the spa was not working , unfortunately. we were traveling with young kids and that was a bummer
Staff, always happy to help within the property, or transportation or tours.
Quality of towels and bath amenities could improve, but not a deal breaker at all
I liked the hotel's atmosphere, the staff and the welcome Mezcal.
The bumpy road getting there.
Buen servicio

Second time staying here don’t know what we wouldn’t like about the property. The staff. The breakfast. Location. You can’t beat it when staying in Valle De Guadalupe.
We had super loud neighbors, it was hard to sleep. The rule is “NO” pull time after 10, but there was people after 10pm. Thats really the only complain have. Everything else fantastic
My experience staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations, it’s such a beautiful property and the staff is friendly and attentive. The moment you check in you are greeted with a complimentary shot of mezcal. The breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious!! I highly recommend staying at this hotel, you really can’t get any better for the price. 10/10 in my opinion!!
The property has a unique character due to its original rooms settings and its location in Valle de Guadalupe.
Molto originale negli arredi e nella organizzazione
Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a great stay!
Everything was good
Room decoration, landscape, El Luchador
La atención del personal, los desayunos y lo que te dejan en el cuarto).
El café del desayuno y la termperatura del jacuzzi.
The staff was top-notch, greeting us with refreshing drinks and setting the lively atmosphere we were hoping for.

Great and clean
Everything
This property is more of a glamping experience with the amenities of a resort. The hotel’s decor is beautiful and rustic, every area of the hotel had an outdoor feel. I loved the wood and rocks. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the welcome shot of Mezcal at check in. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the area was quiet. It was nice to see something different and experience a hotel that appreciates the natural environment. Due to it’s location & the glass doors, there were a few bugs that got in our room. There is bug insecticide available and the bugs are not a dealbreaker. It’s a unique property that’s worth visiting. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is so delicious you feel like you’re at a luxury hotel.
Very nice shabby chic rooms and friendly staff. The views were beautiful and grounds well kept. The property is near the town and there was loud parties going on until 1:30am on the Saturday night we were there. That was my one complaint however unfortunately as the noise was coming from off property there was little the hotel staff could do about it. Breakfast was great. The complimentary mezcal was a nice touch
Staff was excellent and attentive. I like how the had a guard for entering and leaving the property. Breakfast was amazing along with the staff for serving breakfast. Property looks like it had a lot of projects left undone. Pool was dirty. One bed was really squeaky to the point where it disturbed my friend and I to go to sleep. Staff was notified upon check out. Property itself was beautiful and rustic looking. Nice hot warm water for showering was available. Fernando was attentive and was able to answer all of our questions and complete our requests. Overall would stay here again!
Staff was great! Property was interesting.
Areas of neglect/unfinished/ unused. Some areas needed trash, items cleared away.
Loved our stay the staff is amazing

Would be great to have a deck close to the pool
We came here to celebrate my sons 24th bday. The whole staff was so nice and accommodating to our needs .From when we arrive the reception Dulce gave us warm welcoming, Fernando showed us around our Junior suite and property. He was available if we needed anything. They had secured parking for free. I love that Jacuzzi was just outside our door with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious and included. I had their chilaquiles. My mom can't really walk as much and they offer to take room service for her. I highly recommend this place. I give it a 10. Thank you for wonderful experience I would definitely be back.🤗
The lobby was very beautiful, along with the jacuzzi.
Rooms are cold, no insulation, concrete box.
Breakfast was good and delicious. Location seemed a little remote .
The room setup was disappointing . The sliding door creaks and doesn’t close fully . There is no soundproofing either. We were unfortunately beside a very rowdy crowd so we did not have a good night rest.
Relaxing place. Quaint. Great breakfast. Super nice staff
Came with a friend and stayed in a large suite with 2 queen beds - extremely comfy and warm. We only used the mini split to heat up the room early in the winter mornings while getting ready for our day. The standard queen rooms are little individual pods and perfect for couples. Well priced considering my free room upgrade and included breakfast. Gorgeous spaces and architecture. Contemporary brutalist meets rustic eclectic style which blended lots of concrete and iron with colorful tile, handcrafted, authentic Mexican decor and local flora. It's luxurious and interesting without feeling stuffy and overly polished. Everything was maintained and clean but a lot of exposed pipes, industrial touches, and concrete throughout created a rustic feeling. It really fits in with the environment of the Valle. If you want something that feels like a shiny new Marriott, then go to a corporate hotel (el Cielo). But if you want unique, Bohemian, artsy, and authentic then definitely stay here! Our room came with an incredible breakfast every morning. No point in going anywhere else. Service was wonderful and we were able to notify the front desk via WhatsApp anytime we wanted the giant jacuzzi heated up for us. They would get everything ready in advance! During winter you might need to run the shower and sink for a while to get warm water but that is totally normal in this region. This is a relatively remote desert climate so water and energy are scarce and should be preserved. Seriously, they need it for the wine! Really nice toiletries as well as robes and slippers to use during your stay. Lush towels and bedding. The room has a small mini fridge with a few for purchase items which you can use for your personal drinks. They include complimentary bottled water as well as mini mezcal bottle by Los Amantes, the Oaxacan brand that owns the hotel. Extremely secure with a gated entrance. Plentiful parking.
I loved everything, especially the cat Sylvester!
Everything, the restaurant gives more value to the property. And the staff was great
Yo add one more carpet since it was winter and was cooler than other season.
Amazing and peaceful stay
This hotel was just what I was looking for, and exceeded all my expectations! I loved how the pools, grounds and buildings fit together and felt so peaceful and natural in the valle setting. Our room was beautiful, airy, and private even with the amazing walls of glass that opened onto a porch with mountain views. The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous. The staff was amazing, leaving a personal surprise for my partner's birthday, which we were celebrating, and even lending me a charger for my phone. 10/10 would book again, I would live here if I could!
The staff was very nice and friendly. They were accommodating and the property was well kept.
Cool architecture
Secluded spot!
Facilities
Amazing place and good location
I stayed here with my mom for 3 days and my husband came for 1 night! We had an amazing stay here at the Los amantes . The hot tub was so relaxing and the staff was 10 stars ! Everyday they clean your room and serve complimentary breakfast that is served in two courses . We would love to stay here again it is a great value and the WiFi signal is very strong
Great hotel and excellent service
This hotel is a great option in the area. The rooms a clean, bright and spacious. The breakfast is fab, The staff - especially Fernando were generous and helpful in offering us useful info & great recommendations in the area. The hot tub is huge steamy and well maintained. The only unfortunate thing about this place is that there are no proper pool lounge chairs - which make it hard to lounge by the pool - Also The pool itself, because it's partly covered is oddly freezing - though I'm sure this is amazing if you want a cold plunge post hot tub.
Todo muy bonito y todas las atenciones. Fernando y sus compañeros la verdad un 10/10. Volveremos pronto!
Rooms are super cute and clean . Staff were very attentive and friendly . I got a nail in my tire and the staff had it fixed right away. This was such a relief !
Lots of dirt roads
The staff is super friendly, the bed is actually really comfortable and the included breakfast is not bad but other than that this hotel is extremely overpriced for the experience you get. The pictures online made us believe this was a proper hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. This is yet another "glamping" spot with very a rustic set up that costs more than an actual 4-star hotel. Our "room" was just a "concrete container" with a wall of glass. Each of these containers has their wall of glass facing each other, which means unless you want other hotel guests looking straight into your room all day you will need to have your curtains closed all day. The window by our "bathroom" wouldn't close properly so we had multiples flies in our room during our stay. There is zero noise isolation in these containers. One of the guests decided to take a phone call outside of their container at 8am and it was like if this person was inside my room. That was followed by the cleaning staff pushing their carts over the cobblestone path between the containers around 9am making A TON OF NOISE with their hard plastic wheels. The "pool" looks cool in the pictures but is actually disappointing. Also, there are rooms with their wall of glass facing the pool so if you get one of these rooms any guests swimming will be able to look inside your room. There's no shade in the area where you park your car so be prepared to leave your car's AC running for a while before you can actually get in.
The staff in particular were wonderful. Amazing service. The hotel has a cool vibe. Very hip and interesting modern architecture There is also a boutique store there that has amazing one-of a kind clothing pieces. Just beautiful. Lots of young people staying at this hotel but all very nice. A good spot to socialize if that's what youre up for.
Loved it! Beautiful property with very helpful staff. I’d love to stay again, especially if they add a ping pong table/build a game room since they have the space for it :)
Awesome hotel with beautiful architecture and nicely embedded in the landscape. Size of room also good and everything was clean and working.
We had breakfast included and everything is extra. E g you need to choose tea, juice or coffee. Different coffee e g cappuccino is extra. Price level rather high, so everything adapted for US tourists (beer 8 USD). In general nice place but optimized for the maximum profit.
Uber was advertised and no Uber Valle was available when we arrived. There were no wineries nearby and a ride on the razor was offered😬
Place was very clean, escellent service I received from staff and the place itlsef was great
Everything was good. Only thing I would nitpick would be the pool had a weird layout
The type of hotel
I didn’t like that the pool was only in one side of the hotel. Also, we had to disconnect the A/C to turn on the hair dryer or the clothes iron. It was very uncomfortable doing that because the weather was extremely hot. We stayed in the Rey room. Breakfast ok but very little options.
Breakfast was delicious and a great value. Pool was ice cold and no one could swim. No proper area to lounge by the pool. We paid more and upgraded to the apartment. The kitchen faucet had no water connection. No AC in main room and no soap in kitchen or bathrooms. AC in 3rd bedroom didn’t work.
Great staff! Very accommodating 😊
Loved our suite. The breakfast that is included is really good. Nice view of the valley. Very safe.Nice pool and intimate spa. Did not like the dirt road that is about under a mile from the main road that is bumpy and full of potholes.
The staff was great
There is no television in the room
The staff was very kind and help us with all our questions, the rooms are clean and have a such a nice style. I felt welcomed and comfortable :)
The bumpy dirt roads to get there but it’s very normal in valle the guadalupe :)
The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly.
It's all dirt roads to get there. After it rained, it was all mud and difficult to get to.
We were greeted by pleasant staff who showed us to our room. They offered us some of their Mezcal which was smooth and fine. They explained where everything was located in the room. The hospitality was amazing and top notch. Wow, what excellent customer service. Everyone from reception to house keeping to the restaurant to the security personal. I was impressed with what they did when I asked for a small space to set up a computer and monitor for work. I thought they would set me up in small space at reception or the restaurant, instead they initially set me up in the patio with the wonderful fresh air. They set up two tables with a traditional colorful table cloth with fresh flowers and drinking water. I forgot my computer power cord and they immediately brought me one over. And then once it began to drink in a few days, they set me up another office in the community room with a propane heater. Outstanding service...it did not stop there. We had room service for a few days and they continued to impress us both!!!
The sliding glass door to enter the room rattled when the wind would hit it. I was told they would be working on improving this situation.
The hotel location is great is you are looking for a quiet retreat. It is very close to some good wineries. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very nice.
The hotel uses a septic tank system. At times we got odors from the tank. I have stayed in many boutique hotels, and for the price I was expecting more luxury, especially for Mexico.
Great Attention and Service in a very nice environment
The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were gorgeous.
The dining area was quite a walk away from the rooms and the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner on weekdays.
Everything was amazing 10/10 Customer service and all.
We got upgraded to the apartment suite without even asking. This hotel is a 10/10. Service, quality, and price. Definitely recommended for your next trip in Valle De Guadalupe!
Absolutely stunning! We were treated really good from the moment we drove up to the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The breakfast included was delicious and nothing like a “continental American breakfast”.
Good food and drinks. Great service (friendly and welcoming). Rooms were nice and the communal fire pit is a nice touch.
The staff at Hotel Los Amantes was exceptional. They have a tour of the property when we checked in. Breakfast was delicious and restaurant quality.
Bottled water was limited to one room a day rather than one per person, per day. Hidden pet cleaning fee not disclosed at time of booking.
Everything about this property was amazing! A little oasis in the middle of the valley was exactly what this family needed. The food was amazing and full of flavor, the drinks were top notch and the staff were very plesant and easy to work with. Cannot wait to come back.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all SO friendly and welcoming!
This hotel was a unique experience and would definitely recommend it for a couple getaway. I went with friends but I would’ve enjoyed it much more with a partner. It is a unique and definitely romantic retreat. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only downside to the property is the dirt road leading to the hotel and it’s a little secluded but most of the area in Valle de Guadalupe is this way.
Great ambiance, friendly staff, place as really clean, food fresh and really tasty. I would only suggest better maintenance to the jacuzzi a several jets were not working. Decoration, AC, Cleanliness was excellent and Super friendly staff and customer service!
Very chic and cool hotel that, to the best of our understanding, was pretty centrally located in the Valle. Staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast in the morning was wonderful and they were incredibly dog-friendly.
The prices were high for certain things like a bottle of water and there was a smell from the plumbing that was very strong at times.
Great for weekend getaways or wine-tasting tours. We stayed here one night for a family event. The hotel has a rustic charm to it, comfortable beds, delicious food at the guests-only restaurant (with breakfast included), although there are many accessibility features that can be added. There are a few steps to get into your first floor rooms without hand rails, this was very difficult for my mom with arthritis to access on her own, the doors to the toilet and shower in our rooms were pretty narrow, and the glass doors to the rooms were a bit difficult to open/close. Aside from this, the staff went above and beyond to help us during check-in, and Iven, the bell-hop, was very gracious and gave us a tour around the property and helped us with our luggage. Would stay here again, but next time w/out my mom, just my husband and I for a romantic getaway.
The concept is really cool. Bedrooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfast is really good and well served. I don't have any complaints.
In my opinion, it's a little bit overpriced.
Cute rooms! Yummy continental breakfast and wonderful service.
Great service and accommodations. Would definitely stay there again
