Basen otwarty tylko do 8. Brak śniadań był największym minusem biorąc pod uwagę, że restauracje były oddalone od hotelu.

Overall great stay! pool was very nice and is big too, room was very clean and comfortable great views from the room, balcony isn’t the best as large fan.

Some of the walk through had laid wooden planks which some were out of place and were easy to trip over could do with a fix

Accueil très sympathique et équipe réactive. Logement propre et fonctionnel dans un environnement calme. Accès à la plage un peu loin.

L’accès à la piscine aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf (lattes qui se défont, gondolées). Besoin de regarder où l’on met les pieds.

Great location and great facilities, our room was very spacious. Staff were very helpful with any issues and made us feel very welcome.

Unfortunately there were some bugs in our shower which appeared a few days into our stay. The staff were really helpful and came to clean the drain for us, however the bugs came back the following day. They did offer to swap our rooms so that they could put some more powerful cleaner down however we only had one night left so decided to leave it. Cannot fault the staffs helpfulness around the issue!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πάρα πολύ βρόμικο, είχε παντού ασχημη μυρωδιά και φαίνεται παρατημένο σε όλους τους χώρους του

Groaznic!!!! De la personal până la facilități! Tot! În primul rând, recepționera UM a avut o atitudine teribilă! Ne-am înțeles la 2.000 thb/camera, iar în momentul în care am vrut să plătim, au crescut prețul la 2800 thb. Am rezervat prin booking ulterior, pentru un preț mai bun. La cele auzite, brusc, camerele nu mai erau gata de check-in, recepționera făcea numai fețe, dădea ochii peste cap. Am trecut și peste asta, ajunși în camere, șoc și groază.. așa condiții nu există nici în spitalele din România. Parchet umflat, mobilă MURDARĂ, nu prăfuită, MURDARĂ! Pereți pătați, mucegai, rugină, canapea ruptă, veselă spartă și murdară, lenjerii pătate de sânge, miros de canalizare! Ceva teribil! Ne-am adresat la recepție pentru cele întâmplate, în zadar. Am rezervat 2 camere, una dublă standard, una dublă de lux . Diferența între cele două era bineînțeles prețul, și faptul că cea standard este la parter, iar cea de lux la etaj, în rest, condițiile groaznice în ambele camere. La check-in am primit o foaie cu dovada plății garanției. GRIJĂ MARE SĂ NU PIERDEȚI ACEA FOAIE, pentru ca riscați să nu vă mai primiți banii înapoi. La check-out a fost aceeași recepționeră care ne-a încasat depozitul, aparent, se făcea că nu știe despre ce vorbim (am stat doar o seară). Dacă ajungeți în Ao Nang, sub nici o formă nu mergeți aici!!! Pozele nu au nici o treabă cu realitatea! În toată Thailanda nu am văzut așa ceva! Nu recomand!

Vuil veel vocht binnen vervallen aan het zwembad moet je oppassen waar je loopt of je valt door de planken de foto’s kloppen niet het hotel ziet er veel erger uit je kan er niet eten en je hebt niets in de buurt Nog nooit in zo een slecht hotel geweest we hebben er een nacht overnacht en dan zijn we gaan zoeken naar een ander hotel hier konden we geen 5 nachten blijven

Malgré la distance correcte , l' accès à la plage à pied est hasardeux car il se fait par la route principale sans vraiment de trottoir, obligé de prendre un taxi.

La tranquillité de l'emplacement l'hôtel est un peu excentré et a l'écart des routes très passante. L'accès à la piscine qui donne une belle vue sur la partie "verte" de Krabi. Presence d'un petite salle de sport suffisant pour s'entretenir durant les vacances. Le personnel agréable et réactif.

L'emplacement a ce côté agréable si on cherche le calme, mais le revers de la médaille c'est que l'on est assez loin de tout. Il faut avoir un véhicule ou bien soliciter la navette de l'hôtel a chaque fois. La propreté a certains endroits, les draps avaient des traces de café alors que nous n'avons pas bu de café au lit. Et dans notre chambre un liquide marron coulait de derrière un meuble de cuisine nous n'avons jamais su la raison et l'origine de ce liquide.

Had a pool and a gym

- matelas très confortable, pas trop dur contrairement à beaucoup d’hôtels en Thaïlande - une insonorisation au TOP, rien à dire, nous n’avons rien entendu. - vue sur la végétation, très agréable - dame de l’accueil très gentille et serviable

Cependant, nous avons réservé en dernière minute (le jour même), notre chambre n’était pas prête alors que nous avions dépassé l’heure du Check-in. Nous avons dû attendre à notre arrivée à l’hôtel, par conséquent la chambre n’était pas nickel (odeur d’urine dans la SDB, téléphone collant et sentant la bière, des taches sur les portes..) l’hôtel dans son ensemble manque d’un grand coup de ménage, il semble être fait à la va vite.

This hotel is in a shocking state of disrepair and reeks of damp and mold. The room was filthy, the windows were clearly never cleaned, and the wallpaper was severely damaged by moisture. The overall hygiene and maintenance were unacceptable. It was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against staying here. Claiming to be a 4-star hotel is completely misleading — in reality, it does not deserve a single star.

Las instalaciones son modernas y limpias. Está a unos 20 min andando desde el centro. La atención del personal muy bien.

Por el precio debería incluirse el desayuno.

Obiekt stosunkowo nowy, lecz bardzo zaniedbany. Pokój brudny, brakowało ręczników. Codziennie trzeba było upominać obsługę żeby posprzątali pokój. Drugi raz nie wybrałbym tego obiektu.

L’emplacement très bien. Piscine assez grande. Personnelle très bien.

Très vieillissant, parquet qui se décolle, wc qui se bouche. Bruit de la climatisation dans une des chambres. Moisissures dans la douche. Une vue pas terrible qui donne sur une construction pas terminé depuis bien longtemps.

La piscine et la salle de sport sont super Chambre spacieuse et très propre À 25min à pied de la mer

Pas de cafétéria Personnel très peu arrangeant, car nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes, nous avons eu une chambre pour 3 personnes avec un lit d’appoint. Aucun geste de la part du logement et pas de réponse de la part de booking.

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable & clean. Staff were friendly. The property is about 15 minute walk from Ao Nang so it was very quiet.

There wasn’t many sun loungers by the pool. Not an issue for us but no restaurant on site.

Ēka un istabiņa izskatās jauna un tīra. Lifts ir ātrs. Baseins ir vēss, taču ir laba temperatūra, skaists panorāmas skats. Pie baseina ir gan sauļošanās gultas, gan galdiņi ar krēsliem zem terases.

Ūdenim no krāna ir tikai viena temperatūra un dušas ūdens temperatūra ir loterija. Nav roku dvieļi. Nav ērtas gultas un spilveni. Lai būtu Room service, jāliek zīme uz durvju klinķa. Viesnīca atrodas tālu no centra, bet par transfēru vēl jāmaksā 150 bati par istabiņu.

The pool was sadly under maintenance for two of our 3 days, also the location was a little out of town but we did expect the short walk when we booked

The staff is friendly and I cannot fault them.

I will not recommend the property for holiday purposes if you are expecting a family holiday experience. The vibe is that of a residence and that is indicative in its name and I should have expected such. I may however rate it good for transit puposes but certainly not longer than a day or so. As always - as also can be expected - the photos on the sites are a bit misleading but I guess thats how it works and you need to be prepared to accept that what you get is rarely what is advertised. That is especially evident in Thailand where tourism is a major economic contributor and geared to extract the maximum return. Pool area is also not a very nice area with what I will dare to call a ouright dangerous pathway to the pool area We booked and paid for 4 nights but only stayed for 2 which should tell you my story...... but like I said its good for a night or so for transit not a holiday
